Our first time at this perfectly quaint venue - not a bad seat in the house and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Will definitely be buying tickets there again!

Went to a dance recital over the weekend. The staff was very efficient at seating everyone. Would recommend seeing a play concert or comedian here. All seating has a good view of the stage.
Balcony not wheelchair accessible though.

I absolutely love this venue! The architecture is just lovely, as are the staff. In particular I would like to give a shout out to Emma who recently helped me with a customer service request. My husband and I always enjoy going to the performances at the OOH.

Staff and crew are wonderful. Very helpful and kind. Great theatre for shows. Our band, "Green River Revival" had an awesome time performing at the Opera house. Thank you for having us...Top notch!

This is a nice venue. It’s over 100 years old. I like the architecture. They share a parking lot with the library. We arrived a half hour before the play - “The play that goes wrong” and there was only one parking spot left in the lot. The library was closed. There was a parking kiosk but it was free at the time we went. The staff is friendly and he showed us to our seat. There is enough leg room but a little tight. The sound was great. The stage was bigger than I thought for a small venue. The stage set was amazing. Lots of props. We had a great time and enjoyed the play called , “The play that goes wrong”. It was 2 hours long with a 10 or 15 minute intermission. And for only $30 well worth the visit.

I wish there were more places like this around Barrie, as the Orillia Opera House is the perfect venue for smaller artists to get their start, or polish an act before they try to take it out on tour. Great sound, great lighting and nice staff.

A landmark of the city of Orillia. The Opera House is over 120 years old. I got a chance to tour the back stage , a great experience. I hope I can enjoy a performance here in this full of history Opera House in the future. Will come back to visit her again.

I've taken my family to see many shows here, and we've never been disappointed! The beautiful, old building has been very well maintained and portrays that sense of grandure. Every time we climb the grand staircase, we know something magical is about to begin. There is a lovely balcony with seating and elegant architectural features. The washrooms are clean and well stocked. Staff are polite and courteous... always cheerful and helpful. Tickets can be ordered online or in person... but the early birds get the best seats! Refreshments can be purchased in the green room, and they are licensed for alchohol. Great historic opera house... you'll be glad you came!l!
