We just got our in ground pool installed this spring and it turned out beautifully, the whole team was great and got things done faster than we even expected! Bridget was great with answering my million questions and with the whole pool instal as she was my “go to” person. She also helped me with my hot tub chemical imbalances which she did not need to as I got it years ago from somewhere else. I did shop around a bit and I also found their pricing to be much more reasonable than other companies and they go that extra mile so I must say overall I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent service by the entire team! Scott is an amazing salesperson. He answered all my questions and was very polite to work with. The owner (I believe his name is Mark) came over to my home himself to make sure the hot tub was working efficiently! The cashier and customer service personnel are also helpful and pleasant on the phone and in person. Great location to find. Lots of supplies. Everything you could want and worth every penny! Hands down, one of my best experiences I've had. Thanks to everyone!

Well after being a customer for 10+ years my wife and I finally made the decision to move on after the service steadily declined over the past 5 years. We provided multiple opportunities to the staff to earn our business and the lack of follow through and excuses as to why became the reason. We requested quotes for a pool safety cover and after 3 years got one and it is still not installed properly after the first winter and even the owner came out and still left with an open side....... Also for the third year in a row upon opening there was damage that no one shared with us. Delivered the incorrect chemicals that we have never used before at opening which we pre-pay for....... When we contacted them about this they shared they do not return chemicals and provided excuses no solutions. Not bad people just don't listen, follow up or seem to really care. Disappointing to say the least :(

The review was posted after years of trying even previous to today's environment. Employees and customers do expect a lot as they should. This was an opportunity for this business to own the concerns we have had and have decide not to and pass on the blame. Train better, pay better and you with retain amazing people that provide amazing service that care. In return customers will pay more for better service. Fast food was referenced but is that really a fair comparison to a pool safety cover that cost $5000 and still does not securely covering our pool in the winter to protect our dogs? If you wish to improve this opportunity is being provided.

Scott is amazing! From start to finish he was there for us to answer any questions we had. We purchased a 24’ round pool and spa. He also travelled to our home after the pool was set up to help answer our questions. Our son is having surgery and only had a couple weeks to swim and Scott and his team made it happen! Highly recommend Scott, he will go out of his way to help you!

Impressive!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a part and before I got a call back the part was hand delivered right to my backyard (out of town). Overall we are happy with the pool, it’s exactly what we ordered. We understand delays with covid and are still waiting for 2 covers. We bought this pool in April and finally received it mid July. Customer service needs a bit of a fix as we definitely felt there was a lack of communication at times with delays, we were always calling them, I don’t remember one call from them unless it was returning mine.

The staff here are great. Worked with my wife and I to find an above ground pool that fit our budget and our space.

Amy our together a few quotes for different models and equipment and we ended up purchasing a saltwater and heating system for a competitive price compared to other pool places - many didn’t even return our phone calls during our search.
