I love this olive oil. They have many varieties to taste. I recently bought the lemon olive oil. It’s interesting how it is made. It was perfect on my salad last night with fennel. I also bought the Hrench blend. It’s so good. I love the green tasting of this robust oil. Beautiful showroom, tasting area and they have classes. Enjoy!!!

This place is a hidden gem. We went here in Suisun Valley for their small bites and wine. Sat on the patio in the shade, with a beautiful view of the Valley. We will be back.

My husband and I have visited three times. This place is located in the quiet backroads of Fairfield. The employees are friendly and willing to help. When you enter, it has a little store on the right and a restaurant with a beautiful venue in the back facing the rolling hills and garden where they source many of their ingredients from. I've bought their lovely olive oils for gifts and love their hand salve. Their linen spray is also lovely.

Their restaurant menu is small, but super fun. Personally, I love their olive oil Gelato, broccoli cheddar soup. My husband loves their Reuben sandwich. One thing to note is that they change their menu monthly. They serve local wines and cocktails, but we don't drink, so I can't speak about them. We definitely look forward to returning!

Had an olive oil tasting here and it was a wonderful experience. A lot learned about olive oils and their flavor profiles, and some great tips on how to use them effectively for dishes. The olive oils they make are absolutely delicious. There's also a really nice outdoor area you can stroll around in with a drink from their bar, and view the beautiful olive grove and landscape surrounding the place.

Toured Il Fiorello Olive Oil Co. Tasting varietal and blended organic olive oils in Fairfield CA. BTW olive oil gelato with basalmic fig vinegar is a mind blowing experience. Ron (Mgr) and Ann (Owner) made it an absolutely excellent experience. ALL staff were friendly and helpful. Quality people and product.

We are not from the area and we were slightly confounded by the idea of an olive oil tasting, but decided to try it on a recommendation from a nearby winery. We walked in hoping to do a tasting but were too late for the last session of the day. Determined to try something new, we went to the store where we talked with Quinn and Abby about the facility, olive oil making process, and their products. Both ladies were professional, knowledgeable, inviting, and very patient with us - absolute Rockstars! We were able to taste a couple of oils before making our selection and engaged in a fascinating and detailed discussion about their products and process. During the whole interaction, we were given their full attention and respect. Highly recommend visiting this site - we were weary about it and it turned out to be a huge highlight for our trip! We will be back next time we are in the area!

This was my favorite visit in the area! We did an olive oil tasting and had some amazing gelato! They also have lunch there which I will definitely do on our next visit. This is a must stop while in the area! We will definitely be ordering our olive oil from here!

Outstanding experience. Ann the owner allowed us to do a olive oil and food pairing which was so educational. Afterwards we had lunch in the garden which was all food picked that day from the farm. Lovely staff. Must do if you are in the area.

We're so lucky to have had Josh host our tasting! He was funny and made the tasting extra special with a tour of the production siite. Can't wait to go back and experience lunch and their other seasonal oils.

It was a very educational review of olive oils. The owner was more than accommodating, and we had a wonderful time sampling the oils and the food pairings. Make sure you try the gelato with the balsamic vinegar... absolutely wonderful!

We have visited this location twice and had a great time both times. Great olive oil with good prices. Even local honey and other olive oil products. If you are so inclined they have a fixed lunch with local beers and wines too. And don't miss their gelato, a delight for kids and adults alike
