We had an amazing time. The staff was courteous, accommodating, pleasant, and altogether wonderful. I will definitely go back.

The restoration of the train look amazing as soon as you step into the cars you felt like you were taking back to the early 1900s. The detail on the lights, the gold trim the hand Hugh carvings the tile for carpet. The stain glass was a beautiful experience.

They are different cars based off of pricing and desired experience. We were in the car in the corner. The food was OK. Definitely recommend. Fun to do for a special date or for a family
Got a table for four in the Parlor car. The car was very nice, and the service was exceptional. Champagne, tapas plates, cheesecake, and a few libations! Would definitely recommend the upgrade to first class. The scenery was mostly woods and a stream. Two rock cutouts that are within inches of the train was interesting to see. Will be back in the future for special events. Was worth the trip and money for the experience.
For my husband’s birthday I wanted to gift him an “experience” so I booked us on the Secret Valley Expedition Irish lunch.

Was surprised it was only about an hour from us in Lower Bucks County and easy to find. When we arrived you could tell they are growing and expanding the Colebrookdale railroad to the benefit of both the cute little town and its patrons.

There was plenty of parking, and you can see how beautiful it’s going to be come late spring/summer when they fill the planters and the greenery is in full season.

Everyone there from the ladies in the ticket office to the train staff was very friendly and helpful. We had Renata to take care of us in the dining car and she was just lovely.

Entering the train car was really exciting, the care and attention that’s been given to these historic trains is clearly evident.

We absolutely loved the trip, even if we couldn’t hear all the audio for the history and key points on the excursion (over other’s conversations in the dining car) we picked up some tidbits that were very interesting. Early March is probably the least scenic time of year as all of the trees are bare and some of the homes passed need upkeep but most of the ride was still pretty with streams and mini waterfalls, amazing old homes, farms and very tight rock walls just wide enough for the train to pass through. I imagine it’s gorgeous during other months.

It was great we were able to get up after our very delicious meal and go to the open train car to feel the great weather and see more.

Btw there’s an onboard toilet as well as a nicer version of port o potties at the station. For those who hadn’t paid for the meal in the dining car (in the first class cabins) there’s also drinks and light menu fare for sale.
It was really nice. Two floors of historic vehicles. Everything from firetrucks to bicycles to horse and buggies to carnival rides. It cost me 20 dollars for two adults and one child with my AAA membership discount.
Absolutely a lovely museum for adults and kids! Not only beautiful cars but also Carriages, sleds and bicycles! Very clean and the volunteers are so nice and professional! They are very passionate and patient with kids! Excellent staff, gorgeous museum!
There is so much more here than we thought! Very interesting museum and our tour guide was excellent. Helped point out the important things if you don't know a ton about cars. Our 4 kids (9-4yrs) enjoyed the museum but they don't have a "kids area."
So I loved this train ride. The scenery was nice.

This had a nice rustic touch.

The little snacks they had to offer for standard coach were very expensive.

I get it, for a cause. The advertisement was for kettle chips $4. You get a bag of utz.

I wish the snack menu was a little more accurate.

All in all a pleasant experience.

Staff was attentive

History lesson for the first hour and timeless music on the way back.

This is a back and forth ride, no loop
Best scenic, historic railroad experience around. The train cars are lavishly restored to turn-of-the-twentieth-century glamor. They have many different excursions celebrating holidays throughout the year, with beautiful decorations to match. Meals in the dining car and small plates in the parlor car are yummy. We have taken many trips on this line and enjoy ourselves every time.

Awesome park! There is a large gravel loop you can walk on. Access to the creek for swimming or fishing. A pavilion, water and restrooms on site. And a playset for kids. This is a great place to bring dogs, often there aren’t a lot of people here and you can let them run and explore. Best time to go is in the morning or later at night when no one is there.

What a treat! This was a surprise gift from a friend to ride the NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS TRAIN! FIRST CLASS TICKETS in the parlor car got us hot chocolate, cookies, a specialty drink (alcohol or not, your choice) Cheesecake, Perrier water and a glass of champagne for each person! A private cabin steward and private bathroom as well! The decorations were amazing and reminded me of a Victorian Era Christmas! SANTA even made an appearance for everyone! Everything was lovely! I had such a good time and hope to go back every year! So thankful I got to experience this during the holidays! Merry Christmas 2023🎄
The experience we had on the Colebeookdale Railroad was absolutely unique and amazing. We got the cafe car dinner experience for the autumn foliage tour. Our probably only mistake was booking it after dark. Yet not being able to see out the windows allowed us to truly focus on the beautiful details of all the different cars throughout the train. It was absolutely breathtaking and we will definitely be booking another train ride again. The staff and conductors and engineers were all extremely friendly and informational which allowed our experience to be heightened even more. Seriously an amazing experience that I think all ages can enjoy.
Had a wonderful pre Birthday ride in the Parlor Car.
Staff was wonderful.
Colebrookdale are doing a wonderful job reviving this historic rail line.
I look forward to the upcoming adition of a steam locomotive.
I will be back
Thanks for making my birthday wonderful.
This Museum was great. Loved it. Small but such a great collection. I like small car museums because it makes the experience better.
We love history and seeing how others have lived before us. It was interesting to see there were electric cars long ago, that just must not have caught on like they have more recently. Friendly staff and a great representation of vintage vehicles.
Great collection of historic vehicles, nicely represented. Beautiful and educational, highly recommended!

This is a very nice local park in earl township. There were quite a few groups of people there. Some had rented the pavilion areas for their private parties, but plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their time. Plenty of parking. picnic benches and things for the kids to enjoy. Swings and other moving things. The view was great and if you want to do some hill walking on their paved trails, that will offer you a challenge.

We love this park! Nice trails and scenery, some benches to eat and rest, pavilions for gatherings. Not near highway traffic, which is a nice change of pace compared to most other parks.
Ironstone is a bastion of timeless beauty and it evokes memories of a life lived long ago when knights "sat around" round tables and damsels invented distressed jeans and such. I notice I walk taller and breathe deeper while at Ironstone. Take note of the impressive and almost unimaginable lack of litter. Let's keep it this way. If you haven't been, I say go! If you've been... Then you already know.
Took a drive here specifically to see the Back to the future exhibit which was excellent and worth the long drive alone. I've never been into antique cars but really loved the entire museum. They had some really awesome displays and 2 hours later we were still walking around! Really great place!

Gloriously beautiful near sunset. The park was quiet and calm. The water was cool and refreshing. I am already planning on bringing my family here so they can enjoy a lazy day and picnic with me by the stream.
Nice park. 2 new pickleball courts. But long walk to get down the hill to them. Will be tough walking back up when it gets hot. Also long walk back up to Porta potties If u have to go. Would be perfect if there was parking, potties, some shade and more seating by the courts.

If possible please cut grassy areas down, around disc golf area. There IS a good path to get around and the grass is cut justttt enough to play, but there is tall grass surrounding and you WILL spend a lot of time searching for your disc, if thrown off course. Anyways the park is amazingggg otherwise 👍

Great park! There are 3 pavilions, 2 playgrounds, walking trails, frisbee golf course, and baseball fields. The walking trails are VERY steep. Gets your heart pumping! You can rent the pavilions for a fee. Very clean park with great views. The frisbee golf course could use some maintenance. I don’t throw there in the summer because the grass get so high and you constantly lose discs. Several of the holes are straight uphill. The course is an open field on a steep hill. No real obstacles except for the grass and wind.

This park has been providing my family gatherings of say 25 to 30 people of 3 generations with a peaceful and beautiful experience for 30 years. Many Picnic tables, 2 large covered pavilions, clean restrooms and bucolic scenery provides a great place for all day picnic.

Clean and an excellent place for fishing while I was waiting for my grandson at Scouts.
This is a great stop for any transportation enthusiast or just interested in the history of the area. There are plenty of benches throughout fir those that may be limited with mobility. There is also an elevator to the second floor. I was able to navigate the museum and bathroom with my electric scooter. We spent about two hours in there.

I was disappointed with the gift shop. It was very small and had very little variety.
Beautiful small park with well-kept playground, ball field, basketball court, two pavilions, and several picnic tables!
Beautiful, well maintained park. Walking trails offer gorgeous views of the agricultural landscape and interior forest. Be aware that these trails are hilly. If you're looking for trails that will make you huff & puff, these are the trails for you. They're paved the whole way through and easy on the knees. Park benches are located throughout the trail, if you need to take a breather. Also saw a nice disc golf course.
Great place to take a walk in the fall. Lots of wildlife & a fantastic view from the top of the hill. The only downside is that the park closes earlier certain times of the year & if there's snow the park is closed.

So how did we end up back at earl township park . It had been years 4 since we were their. It all started the day before. The boys wanted to have a big sleep over with their friends be for school started. It was a crazy knight of pizza , popcorn, soda , videogames and Youtube videos. It lasted till early the next morning. I woke up about 7 with little sleep the old lady woke up soon after because I woke her up. As I made my way through the house it was like walking through a grave yard with bodies all over still passed out. I began to make my pot of coffee and started thinking about what we could all do outside. I made my way back to wear the old lady had fallen back asleep and woke her up again. I said got any ideas and she said oley is having a peach festival and tractor pulls . I thought that would be fun sew I finished my coffee and we began waking the dead. They were kind of hungry so we nuked a couple packs of hot dogs and broke out some more soda. It was a very lavish feast and when we finished we tossed the paper plates in the trash and loaded up the cars. We were on are way. It is a nice ride to oley from our house and we all enjoyed it and picking on my old lady . When we arrived in oley we soon realized something was wrong. It was a ghost town. We had arrived a day late for the event. So we all laughed and picked on the old lady . On the way back home everyone was still having so much fun. We were heading down 73 and hit earl township. And I said he lets check out earl township park everyone was on board. We made are way down and up the twisting country roads and arrived at the park. As we pulled into the upper parking lot it was like traveling back in time. The 2 play areas were unchanged and well maintained. It was very clean the sand volley ball court was in good shape the 3 pavilions were in very good shape and clean. The bathrooms and portopots were all so clean and well maintained the 3 baseball fields looked like base ball fields. The kids played for about 2 hrs and then began to get tired because of the long insane knight be for. The end
