Very helpful staff
It was a good experience. It Lady even could speak German. She answered all of the questions in detail and explained everything.

No wifi, not friendly, never yes Milano pass again
Some hindu employee had thick accent, on top of that he had troubles speaking because he had brackets installed. Now I'm not entitled Englishman, I don't expect them to speak my slavic language, but English is lingua franca and I expect tourist office empolyee to speak it so that I will not have to ask him to repeat what he said multiple times. On top of that he only answered in template, being unable to say anything on the ongoung events even thou I went to Milan during design week. Worst tourist point I've been to for long time, much worse than one in Turin
I bought a combo lift ticket but the ticket after doesn't mention what is included. I asked first the infopoint where? she have been told the next building. I went the wrrong the door and asked on the reception when She told combo ticket only duomo and terrace with lift. I reached out online and found what at the infopoint says my ticket includes museum. just I'm a wrong side'The other receptionist also said move because the que there. So they lied and was absolutely their behaviour unacceptable. Don't understand how can Italian hospitality can work like this way. They are sitting there because give us information and no fake information!!!
Was scared as we don't speak italian but we managed to communicate everything on english.

ho ricevuto un servizio al top per le mie vacanze in Cina, il sig. Stefano mi ha organizzato tutto, e ho ottenuto il visto cinese in pochissimi giorni.
A group of us visited the tourist information office. The member of staff was not helpful and looked as if she wanted to be left alone. We enquired about the walking tour the following morning and she said just turn up in front of the museum with a dismissive wave of her hand.
Only by chance did we get on the tour. Firstly the meeting place was not where she said, the guide asked if we'd booked on line, which was news to us. Not very helpful at all.

Seriously, their tips changed our whole experience and expectations of our stay in Milan and surrounding. Thanks!
The woman working there on 1st october 2022 was incredibly rude. We just went there for some info about tickets to the duomo, she had closed early (we were there before 18.00) and she was so angry we wanted info, so rude. We are shocked she is working in such a place. Really dissapointing.
Excellent service. A lovely lady there printed out my train tickets for me I would have been lost without her.
Beautiful place. Price for roof with stairs is 15€, this includes the interior of the cathedral and the basement museum too.

L'accoglienza lascia molto a desiderare. Non comprendono bene l'italiano e in più sono scortesi. Però sono efficienti e puntuali.

ecco il posto giusto per voi !!! mi hanno seguito con particolare attenzione e velocità nell'ottenere un visto "affari" per la Cina ... porti quello che chiedono ... compili il formato assistito da qualcuno che parla e scrive Cinese ... un paio di foto (ma se non le hai ti fotografano li da loro) ed il gioco è fatto ! Addirittura in opzione la possibilità di farsi inviare il passaporto via Corriere.

No Maps and Information regarding City and Sights. Furthermore, the employee was talking to a friend on the phone instead of helping me and other tourist plan my/their trip.
