Can’t help not sure why they called Tourists office, so rude

I bought a combo lift ticket but the ticket after doesn't mention what is included. I asked first the infopoint where? she have been told the next building. I went the wrrong the door and asked on the reception when She told combo ticket only duomo and terrace with lift. I reached out online and found what at the infopoint says my ticket includes museum. just I'm a wrong side'The other receptionist also said move because the que there. So they lied and was absolutely their behaviour unacceptable. Don't understand how can Italian hospitality can work like this way. They are sitting there because give us information and no fake information!!!

Was scared as we don't speak italian but we managed to communicate everything on english.

A group of us visited the tourist information office. The member of staff was not helpful and looked as if she wanted to be left alone. We enquired about the walking tour the following morning and she said just turn up in front of the museum with a dismissive wave of her hand.
Only by chance did we get on the tour. Firstly the meeting place was not where she said, the guide asked if we'd booked on line, which was news to us. Not very helpful at all.

The woman working there on 1st october 2022 was incredibly rude. We just went there for some info about tickets to the duomo, she had closed early (we were there before 18.00) and she was so angry we wanted info, so rude. We are shocked she is working in such a place. Really dissapointing.

Beautiful place. Price for roof with stairs is 15€, this includes the interior of the cathedral and the basement museum too.
