I’m currently staying at the Warwick Hotel & our experience has been so negative & disappointing that I can’t even wait to check out to write a review. We’ve been using the same towels for 3 nights without them being changed even after asking 3 times. My husband was told they would bring them up by the second time we asked. We waited an hour and a half when I went to the lobby for the third time when I was told by the employee McKinley while throwing her hands up in the air that they don’t know when their truck is coming with the linens. That’s not what my husband was told earlier. By the way, the employee named McKinely, she must hate her job because her lack of customer service is very evident from the moment we were checked in. I walked up to her with a smile, said good evening & she brushed me off to another employee & every time I go up to the desk, she’s not attentive or shows any concern. I should have heeded the warnings of the previous reviews and it cost me an experience of a stay. I’ve been to La Quinta with much better customer service & warm welcoming atmosphere. Customers return because of the experience in customer service, not the comfy bed and the artwork. My reason for never coming back has a name, her name is McKinley. Never again will I come here. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and looked modern. The location was also top notch. It was just walking distance from the rittenhouse square/park and many shops and restaurants.

They have hotel parking right next to the hotel so you don't have to go that far to park, but they do charge per night.
Also a dog friendly hotel so that's a plus! 👍
Honestly disappointed with this hotel. Other than a great location and pretty hobby, this did not live up to a 4 star hotel nor worth the price. We loved that it was in downtown and accessible to a lot of things, walking distance, bike ride, subways..etc. but the rooms and very outdated. Room service was not up to par, did not clean well and also forgot to replenish our towels. Biggest disappointment is that it was not worth the price paid. To put on top of that, I purchased from an outside source which states that everything was paid for. Upon check in and checkout I was told that u did not have any additional fees, but a credit of $30 to use at the hotel. Now I look at my credit card bill and they charged me an additional $50+ after I already left and checked out and when I inquired they stated it was additional fees.. like what? So annoyed. 😑 Will not stay again.
The Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History is a Smithsonian-affiliated treasure located on Independence Mall in Philadelphia. It’s a place where nearly four centuries of American history are explored through the lens of Jewish experience. The museum showcases how an immigrant group and religious minority both shaped and was shaped by America. With its nationally recognized exhibitions and educational initiatives, the Weitzman is dedicated to advancing civil discourse and celebrating the joyful and powerful stories of Jewish life in America as an antidote to antisemitism. Founded in 1976, the museum stands as a beacon of learning and understanding, inviting people of all backgrounds to connect with the diverse narratives of American Jewish history.
Knowlton is a historic beauty. There are only a few venues in Philly that have the charm and space that Knowlton has to offer. We’ve shot weddings at there in every season and in all kinds weather. No matter what, they've got you covered. Our favorite ceremony space is out in the garden area, and there are so many nooks and crannies around their properties for photos.

We love the addition outdoor fire pit areas they’ve added a few years ago. You can tell by updates like this they are very much thinking about the guests experience and it’s a pleasure to get to work there!
This boutique hotel was very chic and a perfect creative mind escape. The decor was aesthetically pleasing. 3 restaurants (1- Breakfast Cafe, 1-main dining Steakhouse, 1-Mediterranean experience). All which looked amazing, however I came to Philly for the authentic Philadelphia cuisines and treats! Cleaning is on an every other day basis. Parking is Valet.
Had our wedding at Artesano Gallery in March of this year. From the day of first contact all the way to the wedding day, Sam and her team were absolute professionals. From an odd request regarding the menu, to booking a specific date, we were guided through what could be a difficult process with grace and elan. This speaks to Sam and her team's professionalism. We did not feel forced into making choices and Sam listened when we asked questions.

Anyone looking for a great, unique venue for an event, look no further for you have found the place.
I received a discount on the room. It appears management doesn't care about the shoddy condition of the furniture. The toilet kept running. The price for parking overnight is $50 nightly. The concierge was nice. I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn, Best Western Plus or even the Extended Stay. I will not be back.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with Artesano when we were supposed to have our wedding during COVID-era. We booked the venue in the fall of 2019, unbeknownst to us what would happen in 2020. Our event was supposed to take place in September of 2021, right when Philly put the mask mandate back into place. We cancelled our event (who wants to attend a wedding in a mask?) and asked if they could work with us - fully realizing we couldn’t be fully refunded because of what was happening in the world; but could we get a partial refund? Could we hold a different event here in the future (retirement party)? Anything? Nope, they wouldn’t even give us back the security deposit. The event didn’t happen, no damage occurred. The manager/owner eventually stopped answering our respectful emails asking to come to some sort of compromise, and was rude and unsympathetic throughout the experience.
The museum was closed- down check limited opening days. Only got to see the museum shop plus a few awesome exhibits such as Irving Berlin’s piano! The museum shop sells an incredible range of Judaica and books.
I attended my 2nd wedding at this beautiful ,top notch, upscale venue. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. If I ever get married, this will be the spot!
My husband and I had our reception at Knowlton Mansion in May 2023, and they were fabulous. From start to finish the communication was timely and professional. They helped guide us and give us tip throughout the process. The day of went off without a hitch, and everyone is still talking about how great the food and service was at the Knowlton. We couldn’t recommend this venue enough!
The food was great, but the venue needs to provide more seating when expecting large gatherings.
Hands down one of the best, most unique wedding venues in the Philadelphia area! As a wedding photographer that has photographed many weddings at the Knowlton Mansion for over a decade now - I can honestly say it's my favorite venue. Not only are the staff that run it lovely people that feel like family - the venue and grounds are beautiful. One of my favorite things about the place (especially being a photographer) is that I/we can take beautiful photos outside on the grounds and gorgeous intimate photos inside the mansion. It doesn’t really matter here if it's rainy or sunny, summer or winter - they kinda have you covered for everything.
2nd time I've been here. Very impressive museum. Wished there was an audio tour option. If there is one, it wasn't offered. Some of the displays were a little dark for some to be able to read and I was very tired to read the whole museum. 4 floors. When you walk in you just see a vast walkway area but go behind the walls and there are the real displays. Would have liked to see a bigger display on their kitchens and how they prepare their foods. Yes I'm a foodie. Start at the top and work your way down. There is a nice little theater area with old small theater seats where you can learn how the Jewish community basically created Hollywood. Make sure you give yourself a couple hours to really enjoy it or keep coming back like I do.

Very extensive gift shop too.
I was removed from the center for a shirt a staff member found offensive. What a terrible time we live in that a statement about yourself can offended someone else. With that said them feeling uncomfortable was more important than a tourist seeing his countries foundation. BIG L for Lawrence telling me I violated the rules before knowing said rules. Y’all need to have some internal work done. Someone’s self interpretation of a statement isn’t harassment nor is it offensive.
A local treasure. The Philadelphia Orchestra is one of the world's best. Treat yourself and enjoy an institution that richly deserves our full support.
I will never forget photographing Laura and Eugene's wedding at the Down Town Club was an absolute joy and privilege. From the moment I stepped into this historic venue, I knew it would be a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

The Down Town Club's timeless elegance provided the perfect backdrop for Laura and Eugene's love story to unfold. From the grandeur of the ballroom to the intimate charm of the cocktail hour space, every detail was meticulously designed to create a truly magical atmosphere.

What truly stood out to me was the genuine connection between Laura and Eugene. Their love radiated throughout the entire day, from the tender moments during the ceremony to the lively celebration on the dance floor. As a photographer, it was an honor to capture the pure joy and emotion shared between them and their loved ones.

I must also commend the exceptional team at the Down Town Club. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring a flawless wedding day experience were evident in every aspect of the event. From the delicious cuisine to the impeccable service, they exceeded all expectations and helped create a day that Laura, Eugene, and their guests will cherish forever.

To the team at the Down Town Club , thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for providing the perfect setting for Laura and Eugene's celebration. Your commitment to excellence made all the difference and ensured that their wedding day was nothing short of perfection.

Warmest regards,
Andrew Allen

Attended a wedding here. The ceremony was in the barn. The reception was beyond beautiful, fire pits blazing. dance floor jamming, great time, beautiful old mansion!!!
This building is absolutely beautiful. Bathrooms are clean and while the food might be pricey, it's very tasty. I was impressed with my turkey sandwich. But t it comes over from Jose Garces' restaurant, so I'm not really surprised.

And of course, is home to the Philly Orchestra, greatest orchestra in the world!

Where do I begin? If you are getting married in Philadelphia this is the ONLY place to have your reception. Everything was done with such grace and class. Thomas was AMAZING!! Lisa was our bridal suite attendant her and Brooke helped me bustle my dress and made sure I didn’t need a thing! Lisa and her team made every single family member/ friend feel so taken care of, not one guest of ours waited or ever needed a thing bc the staff was just so on top of everything. Brooke was truly incredible through out each stage from booking to planning Brooke was hands down on top of everything. Finley knows how to throw a party, every single detail was thought of with them. I wish I knew the bartenders and wait staffs names but the staff that worked Saturday thank you a million times over for taking such great care of my guests and family. They are still raving about you guys! Thank you for everything, The new Mr. And Mrs. Radzevich
One of Top 5 museums in the book so far a lot of details ….. not a long line. Had more details and real documents than the African American museum down the street.

Pretty place in the middle of what we used to call " no man's land". However, if you're not on foot or horseback you can forget about it. Parking is NOT available and that takes away from it. Would I rent an event here, unfortunately not mostly due to location location location.
Titled YO/OY in big yellow sign, this place is present opposite to liberty bell 🔔 just across the road. This museum 🖼️🎨 has 4 levels. Each level tells you about history of Jewish people. Their rich heritage and culture 🧫 has been displayed through pictures, videos, stone 🪨 encryptions, old papers, things etc. Origin and history and migration of this community is displayed here. Level 4 has history and population of Jewish across the world. Level 3 has various documents, journals etc. Level 2 has basic things like clothes, carts, kitchen, news papers, photos of various Jewish people of different generations . Level 1 has reception, sometimes entry is free to this museum. See pictures and videos for more details. Give a like if you liked my review. Thanks 🙏👍

Beautiful space, great staff. Wonderful venue for the wedding I was at. Could probably be used for a corporate event with how the space is displayed. Billiards room used for smoking cigars on the 3rd floor, library on the 2nd. 1st floor ballroom is fantastic and the can put a bar on every floor!!!
The caterer there was Feastivities, and they were similarly excellent!
The staff here are generous and friendly. We had a free entry, and we participated in a tour. The tour is long, but it's very informative. The tour begins with Jewish migration and ends, haha I don't remember. The museum is very neat and very presentable. It looks to be well managed. There's a gift shop on the first floor. I'd recommend this place if you want to learn about the Jewish culture! The tour guide that we had was very knowledgeable.
I love this museum. It’s very informative. The only thing that could make it better. Are headsets that read information to young people that don’t like to read very much anymore. We bought our tickets at the Philadelphia information center where they give a discount on all tickets in the area.
They had a special event yesterday called Winter wonderland. It was really nice. They had a lot of vendors giving out free infomation, kids activities, and gifts. Everyone was given a ticket to get a slice of pizza. Also, a bag containing the ingredients to make smores. There was a fruit and vegetable table, german potato salad samples, and a live DJ

Beautiful place. I went there to work. I didn't care for how the management people treated Gigpro Staff compared to there regular staff. I heard one of the staff say..." If your not part of the Artisano team you don't serve." But you hired us? But we're not part of the team? The owner was rude to me. I didn't even know who she was..? I went to take a personal call in the bathroom to hide from any guest that may arrive. She said.." Can I help you?" As if I was lost? I thought she needed to use the bathroom. The door was open. And clearly you could hear and see that I was own the phone. She treated like I didn't belong there. But on all. The place is beautiful. I would recommend it if your having an event.
Great venue. I was ushered by a woman who was so welcoming it felt like we were old friends visiting. Last night's performance of the Nutcracker was wonderful.
The Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History is an absolute treasure in the heart of Philadelphia. It impeccably chronicles the American Jewish experience, weaving together a compelling narrative through captivating exhibits and multimedia presentations. The museum's commitment to inclusivity is commendable, offering a comprehensive exploration of the diverse contributions and challenges faced by the American Jewish community. The thoughtful curation, interactive displays, and immersive storytelling create a dynamic and enriching journey for visitors of all backgrounds. With its blend of education, inspiration, and cultural celebration, the Weitzman National Museum earns a well-deserved five-star rating as a vital institution preserving and sharing the vibrant tapestry of American Jewish history.
I've been to the Kimmel Center over a dozen times to see a variety of concerts. Every show was a wonderful experience. The Orchestra is top notch and the acoustics are amazing. I highly recommend this venue. The only criticism I have is that the beverages at the bars are obnoxiously high. Still, it is a great time for couples and families.
All 3 of my kids love this place. Huge area to let them run and try out all diff play areas inside and out. They have a small library and playroom upstairs and a smaller area for kids like 3 and under to play downstairs. The outside areas are awesome. Some days are way too crowded tho. I'd suggest going during a weekday if possible for the 1st time going so your kid(s) to really get to enjoy the experience and not feel rushed to take turns or be shoved to the side by bigger kids to go 1st on the big wood potato sack slide. There were some rude older kids who kept climbing thru the window to to beat the lines and literally shoved 2 of my 3 kids to the wall so they could go and then kept walking up it so other kids couldn't go until their friends got back thru the window again. 🙄 but kids will be kids I just wish more parents payed attention while there so they could correct their own children's behaviors.
We love “Smith” ❤️!
Check it out, they have a sprawling outdoor playground space that has different zones for kids to play in their age range. A Massive giant wooden slide that adults can slide on.

🅿️Parking, is easy right out front. On busy days you may find yourself parking on the side of the road leading up to the location.

🆓Best of all it’s totally free, but we recommend you make a donation to keep a good thing going!
Great seats great service and sound. Reasonably priced seating. Very easy to go from the parking lot to the seats. It was a very enjoyable experience.
Very nice park, different sections to enjoy. I like that they're both indoor and outdoor play grounds. This is definitely top ten parks in Philly.

Michelle, Thomas and the team at Finley was so incredible to work with from the day we toured to our wedding night. They didn’t skip a beat. The place is unbelievable. The level of service is truly exceptional and the food is incredible. Our expectations were so far exceeded and everything was truly perfect. By far the best decision we made going with Finley and Union Trust for our wedding!! You will be in the BEST hands!
WOW!!! We could not have loved our wedding experience with Cescaphe at the Down Town Club any more than we did!!!! The food, the drinks, the venue, the TEAM-it was seriously the best. Shaina & Keara were so helpful in the year leading up the wedding keeping in touch and helping to plan out every little detail to perfection. Tommy was seriously a rockstar the day of and made sure Alex & I always had a drink in our hands and food on our plates. Guests seriously couldn't stop raving about the food and the impeccable service from the waitstaff. Our best man's wife specifically commented on one of the servers tracking down another server passing an appetizer she wanted to try and sending them her way THEN following up to make sure she got it. I mean how could you ask for better? The bartenders were incredible-people couldn't stop complimenting how good the signature drinks were (I myself enjoyed both throughout the night). The team turning over the space made the ceremony & reception spaces gorgeous, the bakery created the cake of our dreams, the ice sculpting team brought our dog to life in ice....I could go on! If you are even questioning working with Cescaphe after your venue tour (not sure how you could be)-don't question any longer and just go with them! You will NOT regret it. I am hoping many friends go with Cescaphe in the future so I can keep attending these incredible events for years to come! Thank you Cescaphe!!!!
My son and his partner got married here last weekend and the entire experience was amazing. From the ceremony to the personal server my partner and I had to leftovers packed up and sent home for us it was grand. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the venue. Thanks David and Jim for a wonderful experience and weekend. Thank you to the Downtown club and Morgan for making it grand.

You NEED to have your wedding reception here!!! I got married here last weekend and could not have asked for a better experience. Nicole, Thomas, Tracy and the rest of the Finley staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They made sure that everything ran on schedule and all guests were being taken care of. The food was phenomenal. I can definitely say that no one left our wedding hungry. And the venue was BEAUTIFUL! After my family posted photos on social media they had people messaging them saying how beautiful it was and asking where the wedding took place. I promise you will not regret it. Thank you Finley & UT!

Union Trust was our dream venue and the team went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly and beautifully!! Our guests raved about the food too which was really important to us!! Thanks again to the entire team especially Thomas and Brooke for being patient with me with all of our emails and questions. I truly appreciate your kindness and patience with me these past few months to make sure everything was planned and organized accordingly!! You guys rock!!
My husband and I got married at Tendenza in July 2023 and had the most amazing day ever! We came across Cescaphe while doing a Google search for wedding venues and were able to speak with some one about what we were looking for. We were told that they were reopening Tendenza and it would be the best fit for our wedding. We began the process of planning our wedding with Cescaphe. Samantha and Keara was great during the planning process and listened to everything we wanted for our special day. The day of we had Josephine as our maitre d' and she was AMAZING! Josephine made sure we had a drink in our hand as well as made sure we took breaks to eat. She really made our day special. Overall, our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the food and experience with Cescaphe was. We had the most amazing time and wish we could relive that moment again!

We just got married at Artesano this August and we can’t say enough about how amazing the whole experience was. From ownership all the way down to the wait staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. We worked closely with Corie and Sam for the entire planning experience. They were so amazing and always quick to respond. Every step in the process seemed so organized and made it a stress free experience. On top of that our guests have not stopped raving about the food. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding, I would highly recommend reaching out to Artesano!
My family and I saw the Lion King at Kimmel Cultural Campus. The show was great. We were in the cheap seats- all the way at the top. The view was actually very good. But the seats were very uncomfortable. If you are taller than 5'6", the amphitheater section is not for you.

We can't say enough good things about Union Trust and Finley Catering! From the moment we first saw the venue, we immediately knew we wanted to get married there (in fact it was the only venue we toured). The venue is absolutely stunning and speaks for itself, but the staff really goes above and beyond.

From the beginning our wedding coordinator Emily H. was in constant communication with us. She helped us in securing our date and made sure all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Even when we panic emailed her concerned that our 196 guests and dueling piano band wouldn't fit into the event space, she put us at ease. I think our 160 plus email chain goes to show how compassionate and dedicated she really is. Emily is a true professional and made the process all the more enjoyable for us.

On the days leading up to our wedding and on the day of Thomas was also there to keep things running smoothly. He made sure everything was perfect, went according to plan, and that the day was about us.

And if our words weren't enough, our family and guests also had nothing but good things to say too. They all raved about the food and service. From the waitress staff to the bartenders it couldn't have been a better experience.

To Emily, Thomas, and all the staff at Union Trust, we can't thank you enough for making our wedding truly the best night of our lives!
Beautiful spanning campus with great security staff. They encourage you to come
and enjoy the Kimmel Center space in the building on Spruce and Broad- comfy chairs, a tasty elevated cafe, and tons of lighting
Great fun for the kids. My sister & I took our grandkids, they had a blast & didn't want to leave. Lots of things for them to do inside & on the outdoor playground. Ample free parking. Lovely grounds to stroll thru or just sit, relax & watch the kids having fun. Would definitely go back again

One of my favorite wedding venues in Philly. You cant go wrong with Finley Catering and Thomas is BY FAR the best maitre d' in all of Philly. Its one of the most unique venues and you need to bring zero decor with you because the place is gorgeous.
Great place to stop when traveling from New York to Baltimore. This place is so special because of its dual indoor and outdoor play areas. Regarding the massive outdoor playground, there is a very unique large wooden slide (the century old Ann Newman Giant Wooden Slide) where one has to sit on a bag to slide down. The actual slide actually has a roof over it. There are then many different sections which are spread out based on age. The Playground is situated on its original historic landscape – 6 1/2 acres of open fields, wooded terrain, and sloped hills. The indoor section is very unique. It is a giant mansion which consists of many rooms. Each room has many different toys and its own theme. There a three different floors. Expect to spend hours here. There are friendly people here. Also be prepared for your children not to want to leave this place! Over seven million was raised to renovate this amazing place. This amazing place is truly the most unique indoor and outdoor playground we have ever been to! Lastly, FREE VISITING HOURS are Tuesday through Friday Playground 10am-6pm and Playhouse 10am-5pm. Closed Mondays. All hours are weather permitting. They charge Saturday and Sunday.
Beautiful space for your event. Loved the private "cigar lounge," and the old world marbled bathroom was impressive. Cescaphe's, preferred caterer, Dana F. was gracious and professional. Definitely on the list.

Our wedding at Union Trust was an absolute dream. There is no doubt that this was all thanks to the amazing Finley team. From the day of our first tour, Brooke was helpful and responsive and answered our many questions with timeliness and transparency. She made sure every detail was thought about leading up to the big day. The day of crew was absolutely phenomenal - the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Thomas was on top of everything and kept things moving exactly as we had planned. Lisa was a bride’s dream come true - everything I needed, she was already two steps ahead. We were warned by many that the wedding day would be stressful/would fly by in a blur, but Thomas & Lisa proved them all wrong. The bridal suite is beautiful with plenty of space for our bridal party of ten to get ready and an attendant all morning. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. I can’t imagine it gets much better than Finley - the venue speaks for itself, only complimented by the incredible staff.
What a fantastic museum this is. I live in Houston but my husband and I traveled to DC and decided to take a day trip to Philadelphia. The American Jewish History Museum was third on our list of attractions. We spent about two hours here and we learned so much. We also loved how interactive the museum is for children and adults to get more into the history. We had a beautiful time exploring and learning. Thanks for an outstanding experience.
Very glad to come across this playground while traveling. My son enjoyed it a lot. The outdoor play area was spacious and shady with many trees and benches. There’s also indoor play area with toys and books for little ones. I saw a family celebrating a birthday there. It was a very pleasant experience.

Beautiful, romantic venue for small to medium sized weddings or occasions. It's one of the prettiest historic spots in the city. Feastivities, their caterer, has the sweetest staff
If you're looking for a wedding venue that offers a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern amenities, the Knowlton Mansion in North East Philadelphia is the perfect choice for you! This gem of a venue is nestled in the heart of the city, yet it feels like a peaceful oasis far away from the hustle and bustle.

The Knowlton Mansion is a historic venue that boasts a lot of original structure and vintage charm. Whether you're looking for a grand ballroom or an intimate setting, this venue has something for everyone. The food at Knowlton Mansion is amazing, and the chefs use only the freshest ingredients to create delicious meals that will give your guests that "wow" factor.

The grounds at Knowlton Mansion are lush and full of beautiful scenery. Whether you're planning an outdoor or indoor wedding, this venue offers a breathtaking backdrop for your special day. The best part is that this venue is great rain or shine, so you don't have to worry about the weather spoiling your big day.
This place is AMAZING! We are originally from Pittsburgh and I feel like other cities need to bring this concept to their cities as well. There are three levels within the playhouse and so much imaginative play opportunities. Our little is 14 months and she loved the lower level and using the walking toys. We ventured to the top floor but I would say it was for older children, but we found plenty of toys on the first floor. She could have played all day. The floors are thoughtfully designed with benches and seating options for parents as well! I love how they go off of donations, so all people have an opportunity! A wonderful place for the imagination to soar, meet new friends, learn about one another, and give parents a place to play with their children and mingle with other parents. It’s hard to find places for play in the winter and rainy seasons; so many places want to charge so much money. I am so grateful to have his resource nearby!!

I got married here in December and this place could not have been more perfect. The rustic feel is ideal for a winter wedding. Our photographer was having such a good time capturing all of the unique features. The food here is second to none, guests are still raving about it almost a month later, especially the hors d'oeuvres. The wine tasting cellar is a nice feature that you won't find at many other places. The staff was very helpful every step of the way... from planning to making sure everything went perfectly on our big day, we were in great hands. I highly recommend all couples check this place out for their wedding... and if you're going to be a guest at a wedding at Knowlton, you are in for a very great time!
I photographed my first wedding at Tendenza and loved the space! The staff was professional and fun to work with too. Ig @moonhoneyphotography
Philly pops. Fun, interactive, Christmas experience. Talented artists. Clean, well lit, plenty of restrooms, refreshments available, easy to drive to and plenty of parking. I purchased everything in advance so I don't know anything about the box office. I would recommend the Kimmel Center and I will go again.
Beautiful place! I encourage anyone, everyone to step outside of your culture and visit! This museum is filled with information, extremely informative, clean, welcoming and approachable staff, some exhibits are interactive as well. My entire family enjoyed it! FYI, it's FREE entry (we made a donation and that is your choice to do so, you do not have to).

Thank you to the entire Union Trust team for making our August 2021 wedding reception absolutely incredible. Our coordinator, Stacey, was always available and answered our (many) questions as we navigated wedding planning during a pandemic. From day one, she was kind and always on top of things. Thomas was the most professional and knowledgeable maitre d - he has such attention to detail and had everything under control. Lisa, our bridal attendant, was an absolute angel and made sure we were taken care of at every moment. Our guests are still raving about the staff, the venue, and the food of course! The Finley catering team truly is “simply the best”! I wish we could get married there every weekend!!

Ceremonies at Cescaphe are the peak of romance. Capturing the intimate ceremony moments as they unfold in this gorgeous space is an artistic challenge I embrace.Staff creates stress-free and relaxed day for the couple starting from the moment they enter the venue. I really appreciate their attention to details and guests’ needs are taken care of at every turn of the day. If you want to the best, you choose Cescaphe!
You may be familiar with the term 'wedding photographer.' Well, that's me. I had the privilege to shoot a wedding at Tendenza and it was an amazing experience. First of all, my bride and groom loved it, as did their family. The venue is stunning and stylishly decorated with all sorts of wonderful details. The service was A+ and the food was phenomenal (as well as seemingly endless! So many appetizers!). Wonderful wedding or party venue in Philadelphia.

Six months ago my husband and I finally had the wedding of our dreams! Many thanks to the amazing, Talia, Ivan and all of the dedicated staff from Artesano. I started my wedding journey pre COVID which ultimately led to multiple postponement dates. Even though Philadelphia COVID guidelines for indoor events was constantly changing; Talia always reassured us that our wedding was going to happen at Artesano. Talia was extremely empathic, professional and resourceful throughout the entire wedding process. Once we were finally given the green light, Taila and her team immediately hit the ball rolling. My 7/16/21, wedding finally happened and we are still receiving accolades from our guest about the venue. Everyone raved about the iron decor through out the entire ceremony and reception event, the delicious food which was prepared by Chef Kelly who is Artesano’s in-house chef, and the attendants. We were told that know one waited for their next hors d’oeuvres or beverage. Another 5 stars for the attendants who worked swiftly during cocktail hour and the reception to cater to the needs of the guest. I wish I had more stars to give because Aretsano is an unforgettable venue that you’ll cherish forever.
This is a really cool and fun venue. My cousin had his wedding reception here and it was a blast. The architecture and history are beautifully preserved. The wine cellar tasting was delightful. The outdoor fire pit gave a nice ambiance to the event. But the ballroom is what was truly immaculate.

I recently attended a friend’s wedding at Tendenza in the Northern Liberties area of Philadelphia. It is a beautiful venue , the staff were attentive, kind and helpful. I am not a “foodie “ but I was very impressed with the food served during the cocktail hour and found that I had not much of an appetite for the sit down dinner. There were three entrees offered and other guests were very happy with their choice. The cocktails were flowing and the dancing was so much fun.

Went to the Knowlton Mansion for a wedding. It's is absolutely beautiful there. The food and service were outstanding! The mansion, built in the early 1800's was so charming as you looked at the furnishings. The tops was the wine cellar which was magnificent.
Wish we had a reception a month there!
I may have to celebrate anything in order to come back here... such a beautiful historic venue. It was a great night. The caterers were amazing. Cannot wait to come back.

The most beautiful wedding venue chain of not one, not two... But SIX amazing spaces all over the city! Cescaphe offers the ultimate luxury experience for couples and their guests. We have seen first-hand the top-notch service they offer at every single wedding!

On top of the gorgeous location offerings, Cescaphe has the best food in the industry. AND, our favorite… they have an entire dessert ROOM. Is there anything better than that?

Between all six of their locations, Cescaphe has the ability to bring the vision of any couple to life. We have no doubt that you will be able use their space to design the wedding of your dreams.
I love all the Cescaphe venues but this one is my personal favorite! It's got that Cescaphe vibe with a more quirky/offbeat touches making it an elegant setting but "different." It never ceases to amaze me how each time I've done an event here it feels like a completely different venue because of how you can arrange the room to your vision! I also had the pleasure of attending a prom in 2011 at Tendenza with a friend who is now a chef with Cescaphe so it's always funny when we run into each other at a Cescaphe event. Another team member of ours attended a NYE wedding here and it was such an amazing setting for a memorable New Years city wedding. Wether guests or vendors Cescaphe is truly professional at what they do!! Best event group in Philly.

Beautiful venue. Attended an incredible wedding here. That said, the three floors set up is a little to be desired and doesnt have a good flow (wasn't designed for weddings, it was a house). That said, it is a historic place and even has Dolly Madisons fireplace in it. Awesome space.
If you're considering Cescaphe Event Group as your wedding venue, planning + catering group, don't hesitate, just do it! As someone who has been to hundreds of weddings these guys have earned a spot amongst the best in Philadelphia. The ballroom is one of my favorite venues because the location is right outside of the city, but still close enough for all the fun that the city has to offer. The Ballroom seems to be on the smaller side but it can still hold a ton of people, and the flow of the events they hold is flawless. They're masters at "the flip" so you can do everything here from ceremony through the party at the end of the night. Fishtown offers tons of photo ops and the ballroom its self has tons of photo ops. It's also a short ride to the city if you envision yourself on Broad Street or at City hall for your photos. As photo + video vendors, the Cescaphe Event Group couldn't be more thoughtful and accommodating checking in with us prior to weddings to make sure we have a parking spot, and even opening their valet early to make sure our cars were nearby. I always have a good time with their planners and staff. Literally cannot say enough good things about Cescaphe & all of their venues!
I'll always say Cescaphe is the BEST event group in all of Philly. The Downtown Club is a beautiful mix of old and new as many of the original features of this building were preserved but modernized through Cescaphe's iconic style. This venue is large enough for a ceremony, cocktail hour and a reception with a bridal suite upstairs for you & your crew to chill. The Cescaphe staff are true professionals when it comes to flipping rooms for the next part of your event, it literally amazes me every-time. This venue is guaranteed to impress through their valet services, friendly & professional staff, legendary cocktail hour, the view of the city and all their "extraness" that makes each event truly one-of-a-kind.

Cescaphe Event Group is the best in the wedding industry! I’ve been a guest at most of their venues and every location is amazing and filled with a wonderful staff, so you can’t go wrong. Our wedding reception was at the Cescaphe Ballroom and it was an absolute dream. The venue is classic, beautiful and spacious with the best bridal suite. Dinner & dessert was magnificent but the cocktail hour (& a half) with endless food was the highlight that had people talking for weeks. The bar was top shelf and everyone had such an amazing time. We cannot thank Cescaphe & their staff enough for providing us with such a beautiful wedding reception and truly accommodating us from beginning to end.

Nice venue to have your wedding or formal event. Cocktail room directly connected to the ballroom (just a few short steps up) and room is nicely laid out with a stage for a band or DJ to perform. Daniel was a great Maitre d' to work with and we look forward to performing there again soon!

I have passed this venue multiple times while working in Manayunk and I was super excited about an upcoming wedding I had there. It absolutely did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. The venue has a wonderful layout with separate cocktail, reception and ceremony areas. The staff was amazingly accommodating to the guests, couple, and vendors. The food was excellent as well. I highly recommend checking out this venue for your wedding or event!
One of the most lavish wedding receptions I ever attended. The food was outstanding, the service and venue wonderful, and the views of Philadelphia were great. I also loved the grandeur and style of the rooms.

My husband and I just recently got married at the Stotesbury. It was beautiful! My family and friends were completely taken aback by how amazing the home was. The staff was great to work with and always professional. PLEASE PLEASE use Offshoots for your flowers. It was the best experience we could have asked for. Unforgettable!
Great venue for proms, weddings, birthday, etc. However, the restroom leaves a lot to be desire ...too impersonal for my liking.

Artesano Gallery truly is unlike any wedding venue we have seen and we were so pleased to have shared our special day here. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food, including the hor d'oeuvres, were amazing works of art. The venue itself was candle lit which made the ambiance very romantic and inviting. Artesano Gallery has various pieces of iron artwork throughout the venue making this location unique including a stunning vertical garden that is perfect for photos. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed and that our guests were happy as well. The dance floor is located on a different level than the dining area which makes the space versatile and interesting. We had guests that preferred to stay on the upper level who enjoyed their time just as much as those who wanted to go down onto the dance floor. We have received, and continue to receive, compliments from our guests from all ages saying what a great time they had, but especially the unforgettable food experience. We were able to sit down and eat comfortably which is apparently not so common for a bride and groom at a typical reception, but the Artesano staff made sure time and time again that our needs were being met so we didn't have to leave the table for anything. If we were to get married again, we wouldn't want to do it anywhere else! Thank you so much for creating everlasting memories and enjoyable experiences for our guests, but more importantly for us as bride and groom!
Went there for the IBA lunch meeting. Very nice facility with great view of the Independence Hall and downtown area. The dinning hall has very high ceiling and large Windows. Can easily accommodate 200+ people. It's definitely a 5 stars venue. However, the food and wait staff had a lot to desire. Our table was not served for the entree and dessert until someone made requests in 2 occasions to couple of the waitresses. The staffs were just not organized. The food was no better than what you would find from a neighborhood diner, a cold deep fried chicken filet with some veggies. You would expect something better than that from a $125 ticket. Great disappointment. Definitely cannot recommend neither the catering firm nor the serving staffs.
Fantastic venue for events in Philadelphia. The location is amazing, with great views over Independence Hall. The service at the event we were at was excellent and the food was incredible. The dessert service was awesome.

We had our wedding at Stotesbury in April 2017, the venue was very unique. We wanted to celebrate with more of a fancy house-party feel than a typical ballroom and Stotesbury was a perfect fit for our 69 guests. We saved a ton of money by relying on the beauty of the mansion, which was fantastic.

After having our wedding here this past September, I cannot say enough good things about the Stotesbury Mansion. We worked specifically with Hannah, who helped us along every step of the way, from when we booked to the day of the wedding. Hannah and Annie made it a seamless event, and made sure that both of us felt comfortable with everything that was being decided on in each step of the planning process. All of the preparation that went into that day paid off, and all the staff there made sure that everyone was taken care the entire time. I was so relieved to be in such good hands, and it allowed me to have a stress free wedding day, and enjoy every moment of our special day. Thank you so much to the Stotesbury Mansion!

We just had our wedding at Stotesbury mansion August 20, 2016 & it was nothing short of amazing. The girls I worked with were so helpful & accomodating from the day we booked the venue to the final minutes of our reception. They made sure everything was going ok for my groom & I, it definitely made us feel special. The food was delicious & all of our guest raved about how gorgeous the venue was. We had so much fun on our weekend & I would recommend Stotesbury to anyone who is looking to get married in the heart of Philly. I couldn't have asked for a better time at our wedding.
