We had a great experience hosting our Sangeet at Sagan. Hussein and team were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and were very organized on the day of. We received many compliments from guests about the food, especially the butter chicken.
We recently had my daughters reception at this Hall. Everything from start to end was excellent. Staff are professional and know what they're doing. Food is a definite 10/10.

I highly recommend this place for your next event.

Attended a wedding here and while the decor was beautiful and food was decent (not dessert) the venue itself felt a bit stuffy. However my biggest issue was how inaccessible the entire venue is for people in wheelchairs and even people with strollers were struggling. On top of no disability parking, there were a bunch of steps just to get in the building and my mom can thankfully walk but anyone who's completely wheelchair bound would never be able to get in. The washroom also felt like a tiny corner that couldn't even fit one person. I would love to see the space expand more and be more accessible.

The atmosphere was tremendous. The workers and owner were very courteous, professional and respectful. I have done business with few banquet halls, but Fuzion has given me the best experience I’ve ever encountered . Keep up the good work!

Poor management, disappointing not clean place, AC doesn’t wrk at all. They will take ur money and not care about ur event after all be aware of this place. Highly not recommended!!!!
We recently hosted my brother's Valima at this banquet hall, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we started planning, the team at the banquet hall was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs. They made sure every detail was taken care of, exactly as we requested.

The service on the day of the event was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. They were always available and quick to respond to any last-minute requests we had, which really put us at ease and allowed us to fully enjoy the event without any worries.

Raghib(Owner )is very passionate about his authenticity and he proof it in his event , he simply wants everyone to be able to satisfy properly. It was definitely worth every penny and the event experience. He is such an amazing event planner - very, very patient. He does not rush you, instead he works with you at your pace.

My experience with his way of organizing was priceless, I am extremely impressed. I think my event was one of the best event in town . I am so thankful for his tireless efforts , maybe I will also host more parties and events by him in the near future.

We had booked Sagan Banquet Hall for my son’s wedding and had a wonderful experience there. The management was very helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy for us. We had requested a complete segregation between our male and female guests and had booked both the halls. They provided us with gender appropriate waiters in each hall and a separate prayer area for each hall. They helped us synchronize the timings for the appetizers and the main meal followed by dessert and tea in both halls. There is a manager on the floor present the day of the event making sure everything goes smoothly. The food was simply delicious. Our guests were very pleased with the food and the arrangements. The ambience of the banquet hall, their lighting, the chandeliers, everything was beautiful and presentable. I will absolutely recommend Sagan Banquet Hall to all my friends and family for hosting any big events and will definitely do business with them again.

We decided to hold my daughter's baby shower at this venue, and I am very glad that we did make this decision. The staff at the event center were extremely helpful from start to finish and were there throughout the entire event to make sure that nothing was left to chance. I am grateful for all the attention that was given to my family and the guests and I would have no hesitation in recommending this center to anyone that's considering hosting an event, whether it be for something small, like a baby shower or something large, like a actual wedding or reception.

Great lounge for a birthday celebration! They do events/weddings well and the space is gorgeous. We came last night to celebrate a colleague's birthday and it was such a great spot! Service is really top notch and they are so accommodating. Cocktails and food all delicious and it wasn't unbearably crowded like the rooftop. Would highly recommend!

The wedding of my son was held here a few days ago and I want to thank the staff and food servers during the event for a job well done and great customer service. I did appreciate them for granting my simple request to arrange the dividers closer together during the ceremony. It was a big difference compared to the initial arrangement. Just wanted to mention at this point , that we notice that charger plates was not used as agreed upon.

And to this day I have good words for Sandro , the Operations Manager who is very accommodating and did gave us a good package, was very considerate for allowing us to bring in our traditional delicacies. For the event coordinators who are always welcoming and responsive to our concerns. However, there is one concern that I cannot let passed without mentioning here. It did not concern any of the convention staff but your sound provider. The day of our event, the sounds system was not operational as there was no power cord and controller to facilitate the playing of the music by our DJ while waiting for the time of the ceremony. This was less than 2 hours prior to the 4 pm. , It was brought to my attention that a certain Tony was asking for another $150 to be able to produce said gadgets and I tell you... I and my husband was so pissed off. My husbands remedy was to go back home and get those gadget at home. It took him almost 2 hours to get back because of the traffic. The sound was finally able to be played by plugging in directly to the mixer. So the ceremony started a bit late than the time it is supposed to start. I know it doesn't concern the the Mississauga Convention itself, in fact the person on duty was trying to help but she is not a technical person we know. The issue here is how could the sound system provider be so inconsiderate considering we paid them more than $3 thousand dollars!!! already, Is money always the issue and this person doesn't know how to use his heart in a manner that will make other people happy. I hope these people be reprimanded for almost spoiling an occasion that took months to prepare . We just do not want to spoil our son's wedding that's why we decided to just kept quiet. But this person, I tell you, you are so inconsiderate!!! It is not always money that matters! You have to change or you will scare other clients away . You almost ruin our day! I know your name and i will remember how inconsiderate you are as a Sound provider!

It was a relief that the people in charge of the venue, the food was all very friendly and did a great job. You are the saving grace!

I recently hosted my sisters wedding reception at Palacio Event Centre, and it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Buyer beware, not a professional business. Use at your own risk for an important event, and expect them to tell you to sue them if you ask for your money back. I was told that the landlord has my money, so I can only guess they used the deposit we gave of $2500 to pay their rent, not for the month of our upcoming event, but for a previous month. In other words once you make your deposit your money may be gone to the landlord for rent, never to be seen again. This is only my opinion based on my own personal experience.
I had two events at Maple Banquet Hall. One has a guest and another helping organize an event back to back in the in November and December. And both times I was impressed.

First by the space and how beautiful it looks! It didn't look big on the outside but when step in that first hall. Stunning. Second, the staff are amazing, flexible, and so helpful when it came to planning an event.

I would definitely recommend using their halls and would book again for my next events.

I've been to many banquets at a variety of venues, and Mississauga Convention Centre serves some of the best meals ever. Just came home from an event where the entire convention centre was booked. I really thought the meal was going to be sub-par because it was so busy, but boy, was I wrong! The salad was fresh and lightly dressed. Main entrée was roast chicken, grilled salmon, baby potatoes and green beans. I was skeptical, but the chicken was moist and nicely seasoned (gravy came on the side but wasn't necessary). The salmon was grilled to perfection: moist and flaky with a crispy skin. Veggies were cooked just right...beans were well-done and potatoes were flavourful with crispy skin and creamy interior. Dessert was a perfectly not-too-sweet apple blossom à la mode. It's not often that you have banquet food you want seconds of, but I totally could have had more salmon, potatoes and dessert! Absolutely scrumptious! 😋
It’s been over 2 weeks and some days when I had an opportunity to host my 30th birthday at Maple Banquet Hall, I had to do my research and searching for venue until I came across Maple Banquet. Tunde, who is the General Manager of the venue was responsive and amazing to work with. She answered all my quiries which is a big factor for me, communication. Hosting an event is such a work already, and so having people that communicates and see your vision through is a top priority, and Tunde & Maple Banquet Hall didn’t disappoint.

Space was perfect, the open bar was a hit! Up to this point, my guests are still buzzing about how good the party was and I couldnt have made it without Maple Banquet Hall! I highly recommend this place for your next event!
I would never recommend this venue for a wedding, from beginning to end it was a bad experience. Worst part was the music was so loud in the hall next to us, the hall wouldn’t do anything and it ruined our wedding program.

We booked one of their halls for our wedding, and from the beginning we were concerned about noise traveling through the halls. We were assured from the venue that because the hall is all one sound system they can easily turn down the sound in a hall to ensure aspects of a wedding can take place respectfully (e.g. ceremony speeches). The hall next to us was playing extremely loud music during our program (there was thumping in our hall and our tables were literally vibrating..) and they were repeatedly asked to turn it out and refused to listen. The managers of the venue told us there was nothing they could do and we had to fight with them to have the hall at least turn down the bass for the speeches (we were asking for the volume/bass to be lowered for just 15-20min). This was about 30min of continuous back and forth and the lack of accountability or action from the venue was so disappointing, especially given that they assured us this wouldn't be a problem. For the bride and groom to have to argue with people on their wedding day for the bare minimum is unacceptable.

From the time we booked the venue the communication was horrendous. They wouldn't respond to our requests, wouldn't give us the relevant information, and were just ignoring us. My planner had to physically go in a couple of times to get someone to get back to us. They wouldn't assign us a coordinator and forced us to work with the same salesperson we booked the hall with. We found out the day before our wedding (when we had an issue with the hall because they tried to charge us an extra $900 that wasn't even on the invoice) that the only person we were able to work with for our wedding was let go from the venue (the venue hadn't even let us know or given an alternative point person, we only found out when we were disputing this extra charge).

This place may be good for corporate events or other parties, but definitely would not recommend it for a wedding. The only reason we're giving 2 stars is because the service staff themselves were really kind and wonderful.
Amazing event space! Absolutely stunning renovated spaces! Very modern! And the food WOW, our favourites are the Amritsari & chole! We have held multiple events here and will continue to do so. The staff is incredible! They are professional, thorough, flexible & kind! I highly recommend!
What a great experience. Have attend a few events here already. From my understanding the center is under new management. Hasn't affected the quality of food being served. Menu, was excellent and served fresh from the main course to the seafood platters. The spicing and freshness was appreciated. Atmosphere was also good. The people working there ensured that guests were being taken care of and provided for. Thank you to our awesome bartender, Tom. He was alone but handled the entire event on his own.

We had our wedding and reception at Fuzion Banquets. It was fantastic, it exceeded our expectations. The table settings and centerpieces looked great. The manager Funmi is a great guy, and was always a reassuring voice if we were stressed about this or that. Their prices are very reasonable, and I think they were a great value.
The entire experience was top notch, thanks Funmi, and thanks Fuzion!

Look at the pictures as those speak thousand words each! We had few parties as guests and couple of those as hosts. Indescribable experience. If there is any 360 degree experience venue in GTA then it must be Palacio.
One starts feeling it right at the entrance followed by the grand hall, setup to your choice and taste.
The Sound system, ambiance etc are excellent.
The food is super-awesome. Its rare that a Chef comes out and asks about the food quality as part of the hosting team in such occasions, but Palacio Management takes it one step beyond.
When you are in in Palacio as host, consider 10 expert people has already joined you to serve your guests.
I guarantee that your guests will leave with long-term sweet memories from the venue.
When it comes to management, it works with common goal in mind and that is to make your event a memorable one.
Their suggestions, their guidance is brilliant in all aspects.
Thanks again to Palacio team for building up such grand experience place in GTA, it was missing for a while.

The hall was booked for the marriage function of my friend and it did feel good. Breaking it down subjectively, space was just right enough for a crowd of under 50. Tables and dice were set pretty neatly and evenly distanced. Only thing that bothered me was a lack of heating system. The hall was a bit too chilly even for the number of people occupied during the time. Everything else,was pretty cool. The hall was overseen by a pretty cool lady(probably Russian🤩,or maybe i am wrong,but definitely Canadian)who made sure we had the vaccination passport before we entered. So if anyone wish to book off the hall,then make sure to be aware of any requirements related to COVID and all.
Amazing experience, world class service and exceptional staff. One the few vendors able to not only meet expectations but over deliver in the middle of a pandemic. Michelle, and all of her team, are special and were a joy to work with. Very accommodating, great food, well priced packages.

We booked Fuzion Banquet for our wedding on September 21st, 2019. Everything was perfect! Even better than we could have imagined. Mahwash and the staff were a pleasure to work with. Mahwash worked with our budget and was flexible with the payment arrangements throughout the year. The different packages are customizable so we only paid for what we wanted and weren't forced to pay for services/things that we didn't need. The hall was recently renovated and it is beautifully decorated. The custom LED lights were amazing, we chose red lights to tie into our red and black theme. All of our guests were raving about the venue! We chose the standard buffet (they have many options) and the Fuzion chicken was to die for! The skin was crisp and the chicken was juicy, tender and packed with flavour! Our guests were going crazy over it! There was plenty of leftovers so the guests were able to go back for seconds. Dinner was definitely a hit. I will definitely host other events at Fuzion in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much for making our special day a night we will never forget!

The Fuzion Banquet Hall: Truly Phenomenal! 1300 Britannia Rd. East Mississauga, ON, L4W 1C8.
My grand son had his birthday here in Mid October 2018. I, my wife, my son and my daughter in law at the time checked out quite a few banquet halls and decided to use Fuzion Banquets Hall because of the proximity, value, and the choice of meals we wanted.
The guests raved about the Anti Pasto buffet meal and by the time the Main course came around they were full.
My wife and me enjoyed the seafood pasta dish.
Some of the family said that their steaks were well done. With 125 guests, I know it's difficult to prepare the steaks to be Medium. When my daughter picked the steak dish, they all agreed on the Medium Steak choice.
Other guests chose Chicken/Veal.
We did not like this dish much. ( depends on if you are a chicken lover)
Open bar was excellent and the Sweet Table was fabulous! Fruit Table was very good.
The Head waitress was very friendly and attentive.
I told her that we had a few "no show" guests. And at the end of the reception, she brought us the meals to take home.
