We had a family gathering here yesterday, my first time here. It is very nice, a nice sized parking lot in the back. I thought it was the right size for a smaller group, not hundreds of people but perfect for 100 -200.

This experience was so bad that we left before checking in. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel. We arrived on a busy Saturday night. Upon entering the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. We joined the line behind three other groups that had already been waiting for quite a while. After 15 minutes, an associate arrived via car out front. She came in and started helping the first guest in line. Upon a question from the guest, she responded that she wasn't even gone 10 minutes and the guest was wrong. Someone else asked if she was the only person working that night and the associate proceeded to ignore the question and yell at all of us that she has other things she has to do. She rolled her eyes at us and continued being rude to the others in line. At this point, we left because we refuse to stay anywhere where we are treated so poorly. I recommend staying anywhere else unless you're okay with being treated poorly.

Okay....this was a bit different but I want to give Joshua kudos for an outstanding job!!!! Our door cards wouldn't work and he went over and above to take care of us. No blame but there was a light that wouldn't work in the King size bed Suite, the tub stopper didn't work and there was only one trash can and very few Kleenex. It appears this is an older motel as I've never had any issues with Holiday Inn and Suites..... possibly getting ready for a remodel??? I still choose them over anyone else. Thank you 😊

You really need to mark the ramp to the entrance because 2 people fell because you can’t tell(especially in the dark that it’s not even with the rest…and the planters you have sitting on both sides does not help at all

It's fine, don't let bad reviews throw you. All I needed was a private and comfortable night sleep, and I got that here. My room was very clean and the bed had nice puffy bedding. The blackout shade was really effective, I even slept in late because of it.
I will say it's true the carpet was stained in common areas and halls, and the lobby has a slight musty odor similar to hotels in Florida. But since I wasn't sleeping in the stairwell or lobby, I don't care, my room was great and that's what I paid for :)

I have used this venue several times also attended a couple of other occasions here. It is always clean, with lots of space and a nice kitchen as well. And Amanda and Tiffany are so easy to work with and are so helpful in everyway they can!

We had my father in laws birthday party here last weekend. My family decorated the place and had a large carryout meal from a local restaurant. The building had plenty of tables, chairs and the restrooms were tidy & clean. There is also plenty of parking lot for vehicles. Definitely would recommend this place for any party.

Best friend got married here. We had a blast. The building was secure. Good parking. Clean. Bathrooms not so much. But nonetheless they had a beautiful wedding and we loved hart hall.

Yes they have accessible entrance, but try to go to the bathroom if you are in an electric wheelchair.
And if you have bad knees, good luck the toilets are so close to the floor.
Why isn’t there at least an ADA toilet in the supposed handicap stall.
You ruined are ability to stay at our nieces wedding.
I really want the owner to make a video of someone using a scooter getting into the bathroom.

It's a very pretty venue with a great outdoor area but the only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the bathrooms... the stalls locks have been broken off and theres really no privacy. I had to have someone hold the door for me and even then the stalls are so short you can see over them.

Had my daughters baby shower here! Beautiful venue, the lady's I spoke with about renting it were super sweet and I will be calling again if I need a venue💕
