Loved our experience touring this facility. It was super clean and tidy. It was a self guided tour of the unit which we prefer and it was very easy to find the unit we wanted to see. AJ was amazing, we had great conversation over the apartment complex and the surrounding area. Even though we may not move in at this location, AJ helped us understand that Equity as a parent company was excellent and cared a lot, unlike some of the places I have rented at prior. All in all a great experience

Javier the maintenance man did a great job repairing around my apartment. He fixed my sink and installed my stove thanks for your help

This is a very late review as I am now just having time to sit down and write reviews for places. During my time their management was very nice polite and seem to care. Maintenance was very on top of things as well. Unfortunately, the two stars is just left for the neighborhood itself during our time, There were multiple situations that went down that made it feel very unsafe for one a man pulling a gun out on another resident in the parking lot, other situations included multiple homeless always hopping over and jumping in the Jacuzzi to either relax or take baths along with some kids that would jump over and jump into the pool. Living next to the pool also brought continuous noise all the time from tenants due to their music box or constant loud screaming kids There was a situation in the back parking area that led to a van crashing into another vehicle after stealing something and speeding off you would also find people in the back parking area just sitting drinking beers, are clothes were stolen from the laundry room multiple of times most likely from homeless or other tenants, a package was stolen from our front porch, but that’s also very common with apartment complexes so take that as you will, again this bad review is mainly just due to the neighborhood itself .

We chose this location since it was attractive and we wanted something quickly. We also appreciate the reviews left for this establishment. However, after a few months, this place turned into a nightmare. Our flooring had scratches when we moved in, and Cesar, the Mexican man, blamed us and said, "Oh, that's just what happens when you move." He wanted to sit there and debate with us about it after we informed him we didn't do it. Secondly, they gave us a damaged stove, and my wife cut her hands on it; she still has hand problems. When we notified Aj, it took him six months to provide us with a new one. Then, one evening, Cesar came over and blame us about what had happened with the clogg garbage disposal next door. Despite the fact that it was six months ago, I still get pain occasionally from the fall I had when walking the puppies because there was no handrail and the lighting was bad. I am a senior in good health. Others in our apartment building also experienced cockroaches. Fumigators were constantly present in the complex to control cockroaches in various residential units. Our car was scratched, and other cars would get broken into. Once, when we left for work in the morning, our door was open. Everything was destroyed. There was a break-in at our next door automobile. There are sometimes homeless folks hanging around. The rent was increased by more than 10%. Next For four months, the next-door neighbors were without air conditioning. They hardly ever turn on the lights, so you had to withstand the darkness in order to make your way home. Did I mention the malfunctioning washing machines that leave your clothes drenched? Talk to individuals and conduct research prior to moving in. I wish I had. I could say so much more, but I won't. I needed to let it go from my head. They should not have charged us for fraudulent items when we moved out; instead, they should have covered all of our suffering and anguish. such as the mold in the space, our son's illness, and his near-death experience The hospital, or the chipping paint on the doors. They blamed us for it rather than fixing it. As soon as they move in, they get individuals to write evaluations without telling them what's going on. When it comes time to renew their lease, they ought to ask people to post reviews.

Our property manager, Marisol, has been nothing but good to us since we’ve moved in. Whenever we run into an issue Marisol is prompt to fix it in a timely fashion which is always appreciated.

Our Maintenance Tech, Miguel, has been always kind to us and has also been prompt to fix any maintenance related issue we’ve had since we moved in last year.

I highly recommend the management team at Cross Roads!!!

Very nice and safe environment. Apartments are upgraded, friendly smoke free neighborhood. Jessi our Maintanace man always attends to our need very fast and efficiently.

We'd like to give a big shout out to AJ, Andrew, and all the other staff at Avanti in Anaheim for being so helpful and caring with my brother-in-law over the past 10 years. Everyone was always willing to help out with getting portal information set up and to keep a watchful eye on my brother-in-law. They were our eyes and ears over the years as it was hard for us to do so ourselves living 1500 miles away in Texas. Thanks for providing a warm, safe environment and for always being kind and considerate.

I want to say thank you for an amazing experience, we were so traumatized by previous apartments and coming here has been a God send. Aj and the maintenance team were so professional and cool. All concerns always addressed . The apartment was private , nice , cozy , and just felt like having your own private place. We would of stayed unfortunately our jobs were moved. They restored my faith in management 🙌, after living in other places. Thank you for allowing us to live so comfortably . We will always be grateful to Avanti. Also thank you to the wonderful team .

I’ve been living at Evergreen for about 13 years now and I have to say, the staff here is amazing. Yesi, our maintenance tech, is always making sure orders get done immediately. I’d send him a text in the morning and by the afternoon, he’d text me with pictures that the job was done. He’s extremely attentive and I have to say AMC Management is lucky to have someone like Yesi on their team!

I can honestly say without a doubt that this location was one of my first on my list of top five when i first began my searched for a new place in Anahiem. The landscape alone drew me to this place. The array of palm trees that surround the front side, pool area and also within the complex itself gave me this tropical but also uban vibe that i personally like. Avanti is very clean, welcoming and with super friendly leasing office staff, it totaly helped pave the way for something great. Thank you guys.

This property really sucks, I’m sorry. This is the second time, in the span of a year, that my car was broken into. Property claims to have security but I have personally never seen them. Really consider living somewhere else cause there has been no sort of preventative measures taken to keep this from happening and I know several other neighbors have also been victims to this. There goes $320 out of my pocket for repairs. AGAIN.

Unsafe property to live in. They break into cars, washer and dryer always breaking down, water bugs/roaches all over the property.
Homeless walk in and out as if they lived there and roam around the whole property.

I recently moved out of Avanti. But while living here I had a good experience. Aj and Cesar are always very helpful and made sure to solve your problems. There were a few other employees there that would overlook issues or forget requests. So you had to follow up multiple times.

Some of the main issues I had were that when we first moved in within the first two days there was yellow mold all over the ceiling. Aj said he would send someone over to clean it up. I think this guys name was Juan. He came by and said I can easily clean it up myself. Use Clorox. This was day 2 into a new apartment and it was dirt left from a previous resident so it didn’t feel like my responsibility.

We then had a cold water issue. During the winter we didn’t have hot water at all. Juan came by 2-3 times and said he felt hot water when that wasn’t true. Cesar came by eventually and fixed it immediately by changing the faucet.

And the final issue we had was our downstairs neighbor allowed her dog to pee on her balcony and she would dump water and soap to clean it so the entire floor was stained and smelled horrible. Like chemicals and pee. Aj spoke to her several times but nothing was ever fixed. So we were stuck with that smell all year long.

Packages aren’t always delivered to the right house or left outside the gate. Which isn’t an apt issue but I did have to search for packages at times.

Some pros were that the apt was extremely clean. We rarely had bug issues. Towards summer time we had a giant spider issue. But that was only a few months. The pool and hot tub area were usually empty and clean. There were enough guest parking spots always. And the garage parking kept our cars safe.

All I can say!!! She (apartment manager) (can’t pronounce her name correctly)fought for me! It was a process to get everything taken care of and her patience, Compassion, understanding and experience came shining through!

Well let's see... The ex boyfriend lives here, I'm where? If you know me you know where. Anyway, he's been here since before Christmas. It's actually a very nice one bedroom apartment. Very quiet, very friendly atmosphere. I come by about every other weekend and stay the night and enjoy the peace and quiet I get there.

Today I toured this very nice clean property. The apartments are beautiful and very well-maintained. Management and on-site staff were so helpful and kind. Looking for an apartment can be so stressful and really just hit and miss. They gave me hope of finding a nice place to reside and call home in Anaheim. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

I loved this apartment complex. My daughter and granddaughter moved there from Missouri. My daughter gave notice because my granddaughter was going to move but that changed. My daughter tried to recind her notice but the apartment had already been spoken for. She had to move to an absolutely horrible apartment. These apartments are wonderful and updated inside. Quiet and peaceful. We wish she could go back. I highly recommend these apartments. ***** star

This will be a longer review because my wife and I have lived here for 5 years so we have a lot to say. We are planning to move only because we have a newborn and need a 3 bedroom place, but we have really enjoyed living here, always felt safe, and have been very pleased with the property management. Yvette and Arturo are always around and whenever we need something fixed or have an issue, the response is very fast.
We've lived in large complexes in the platinum triangle area where property management is slow, tenants are partying and playing loud music all night, and smoking. At Windrose, most of the tenants have lived here as long as we have, if not longer, and we felt safe knowing who they are. Everyone is pretty friendly and this complex is more family oriented.
We know people come by to dig in the trash, but that's actually been helpful because they look for recycling and we provide our recycled cans and bottles to them. We have seen some homeless people come by, but they tend to leave pretty quickly. We haven't had any personal issues with non-residents coming in, but I can't say that's the same experience for everyone else. The units are remodeled and prices are cheaper than other areas. This is not a gated community so if you want a gated community, then they'll have to pay more somewhere else. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for, but if we didn't need a bigger place we would still continue to live here. Great prices, great other tenants (so we've experienced), and great property management. Thank you for the past 5 years. We've enjoyed our time and made great memories.

Dirty

Apartment hunting is stressful, especially in today’s market. Martha is a wonderful property manager and the reason we chose The Evergreens Apartments. Her kindness and hospitality from our first interaction set her miles apart from other apartment managers we met with during our search for our new home. She kept us informed during the application and move-in process, answering my millions of questions with patience. Yesie and his team do an amazing job keeping the community in tip-top shape :) If we had any maintenance concerns, it was addressed quickly.

I was also hospitalized this past weekend and a kind neighbor turned in my debit card I left in the laundry room to the leasing office office. And he came to check that it had returned which I truly appreciated.. So grateful for this wonderful community! :)

I went there to visit my friend and was hoping to like it cause I was looking for a place to rent, i was at the parking area and saw 3 homeless people digging the garbage bins and i asked my friend he told he can’t wait to move out, there cars are not safe, one of the neighbors told him his cars got smashed and broke into 3 times and the management did nothing

We are new residents here and since our application process the manager Martha has been very helpful and kind. This is a nice environment, the neighbors are friendly, and even the children here are well-mannered. The maintenance worker, Yesie, is also very friendly and any work that is needed is is available and does a great job. I'm very happy to be living at The Evergreens Apartments.

I have lived here for over twenty years and the managers have been heipful .They keep up the place always help with anything you just have to call the office and ask to make a work order .i never want to move everyone is nice and been good to me .i like that it is gated pretty safe and clean i like that they have laundry rooms and a pool and a small park
And pet friendly if someone ask me if i would refer families here i would say yes because there is alot of schools with in walking distance and a bus for eleamentry kids cant get better for the price and there is alot of stores near by .thank you del Amo apt homes

I live her for about 9 months now. The apartment are really clean and well maintain. Neighbors are friendly and often walking there pets. Maintenance team is incredible and work order get done pretty fast. Rooms are spacious which is great.
Only down fall is parking. If you have guest visiting there very limited parking on the main street but thats apartment living.

I had the best experience with my move to CrossRoads Apartments. Ken the manager is one of the nicest and down to earth people I have ever met! He did everything he could to help get us into our apartment as quickly as possible. Our apartment is the perfect size, it was clean and the complex is quiet and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend CrossRoads Apartments to anyone who wants their family to feel at home and comfortable!

Living at the Evergreens Apartments has been a happy and peaceful experience. Martha the Resident Manager has been extremely helpful with all tenant concerns. She keeps everyone informed regarding community policies and other important concerns.

We have lived at Evergreens for a few years and we love it! Friendly place, lots of kids. Maintenence is awesome! Yessie is always super helpful. Martha, the manager has been beyond kind. She is always on it and very hard working to ensure residents are satisfied and happy. If any issues should arise she is definitely taking care of it all with a smile! I’ve moved here a little over a month ago and all my experiences here have all been great. It’s very clean and calm and the area is safe and nice. Our manager, Martha, is a very lovely women. She goes above and beyond with everyone here. She will do everything possible to make sure my family and I feel comfortable here. I really enjoying living here!

Ken is very nice. He promptly assisted me with just one phone call and was an overall pleasure to work and discuss with. He was very eager to help us and made the process as smooth as possible. Ken is very professional. I heard a lot of good things about him. The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this establishment/community. We can’t wait to move and make this place our new home.

I currently live here and they have broken into my car twice in 3 months of living here. They refuse to set up cameras. The “courtesy patrol” that I have never seen never sees anything. There is literally one way in and one way out. I regret moving to this place. It really sad to wake up every morning hoping they don’t break in to your car. Our neighbors say it has happened to them too and nothing has been done.

I don't get the negative reviews. I've lived here for almost two years and I really like here. I have a small back yard. The people who live here are really nice people.

Ken has a very good attitude and is a very friendly manager and will do his best to accomadate his tenants. However he moved to Arizona and now the new manager Carlos is horrible. When I moved out in January they charged me 1200$ for paint, cleaning and carpet replacement. The maintenance guy did a walk through and stated all the carpet needed was a cleaning. Make sure you get videos and walk through in writing. Very unprofessional new staff. This is the highest move out charges I have ever in my life received. The parking lot security sucks. My car was broken into twice. Ken warned me when I first moved in to keep nothing in my car. Worst experience ever.

I have been living at , Crossroads Apartment units for 4yrs. and must say, that our new manager Ken F. is one of the most caring and concerned managers we have ever had, the price family truly take our hat of to the REM Group and the owners of , Crossroads Apartments, for doing an outstanding job, putting such an outstanding person like Ken F. to manage our residents. Ima as resent customer I want to let people know this management is kind of fraud when they deal with people I’m one of this victim unfortunately that I was received a called as she was calling dozens of people for just one apartment and she was push you to apply for it without any confirmation that it will be for you but her sound look like you will take it specially when you pay more than$35 fee for application but after go and back with application she with her management put you on hold for any small reason because she already have the people how prove for this apartment but her management wants to make more money from people that’s it so in other hand it’s wasting time and wasting money I recommended to search for right places and good management

Perfect location near Disneyland and Downtown Anaheim, but in a quiet residential area. Maintenance staff is the best and they always take care of things quickly. Residents park in an underground garage and there is plenty of guest parking. The laundry rooms are open 24 hours and you can pay using an app on your phone. I have lived here for several years and have absolutely loved it. Avanti is an awesome place to live!

I lived at Evergreen Apartments for about eight wonderful years. This area is a wonderful area to raise kids since it is very tranquil. We never had any issues living here. Martha who is the apartment is very efficient and a lovely lady who is very good at what she does. She is very caring and responds to any inquiries as soon as she is notified. Jesse who does maintenance for the apartment complex is very efficient and is a wonderful cheerful person who gets things done quickly. I truly loved living here I will miss living in this area.

The manager of both Stonegate #1 & #2 apartments Marie is an excellent supervisor and takes great care of her tenants and fulfill their needs effortlessly. I’ve been apart of this community since February and she’s done nothing but exceed my expectations everytime, not to mention accommodating to my
needs as best as she can. Whenever there’s something wrong w the unit I let her know and she gets on it right away and never fails to disappoint me. Great customer service and has a positive and friendly attitude which attracts more and more tenants and why people in the apartment community adore her if I could give more than five starts I would she’s amazing and I’m blessed to have such a great apartment manager, very professional and kindhearted she’s a gem :^) 💎. Not to mention this community has many different races and ethnicities which makes me feel at home since there is so much racial harmony in the complexes and I’ve never experienced any sort of discrimination since I’ve had problems at other communities I’ve resided at before.

I been in this community for over 4 years. I love apartment and the Manager, Marie. I’m very impressed with Marie’s dedication. She takes her job very serious. She does not only take care of us, residents, she also cleans. She is not afraid of getting dirty when she doesn’t have a maintenance staff. She cleans the common areas with a smile. I have been in this community for almost 5 years and love the apartment. Marie is the manager and she is very helpful. I'm impressed by her dedication. Not only take of us but she make sure the property stays clean and well taken care of and she is not afraid getting dirty when she doesn't have a maintenance staff. She definitely a valuable person to our community here at stonegate. Five stars for the manager Marie.

I’m writing this letter in appreciation for Marie, who manage the stonegate 1&2 apartments. Great parking, every one respect rules and common areas mindfully. The catch is there is some one behind it . We have lived in our apartment here in Anaheim Stonegate 2, 405 for one year. From the day we met Marie till now, she has been a perfect example of a property manager . She is always there for you any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. I believe she made the apartment to have home vibe and safe with all in her efforts. If you need maintenance right on.she is the type of person you would like to have managed in your apartment. She takes her job very seriously which I admire it !! God bless her!!

My name is Jasmine Brennan, we rented apartment (38). We lived here for over 11 months. I had issues with parking for months inside the complex. A manager by the name of Heather, fixed our car parking problem for awhile. She was wonderful and kind to us. Then I met Kent, the manager. He listen to everyone's issues and started right away to fixing them. That included following up on our parking issue so that it would not occur again. One of the best values Kent has is that he takes the time to listen to the renter problems. Most manager's put a up a front with a smile and don't even know who you are. But Kent knows you by your name. He then goes about solving the issues. The laundry room was a disaster until he was able to push the issue. It is much better going to that area. He is a happy person and always there with a smile and greeting. After I left, I came back to talk about my deposit. I noticed a difference ( vast improvement) about the apartment complex. We believe he is the best manager we have seen in awhile here. He was a good pick for the job (excellent). With him around as the manager, we would gladly come back and rent again and give a great recommendation to other renters.

Previous Review: The community is nice and peaceful. The maintenance is kind and helpful. The apartment is nice and spacious. There is sediment in the water lines so I can't give it five stars. We have to keep calling the maintenance to change the aerators. The aerators get clogged very quickly too so they aren't that efficient in keeping the water pressure normal for longer periods of time.

Updated Review: June 25, 2022. Nowadays, this community has a lot of residents who sit in their car and play loud music without any basic courtesy of other neighbors. As I mentioned in the previous review, there are literal sediment (tiny stones) in the waterlines. They clog the aerators in the sink so they have to be replaced every now and then. There are dog owners in the building that do not pick up after their pets and let them treat the planters/grass areas as restroom stops. The new manager has attitude problems not sure why. She is not as friendly as Marie was.

Realmente es un desastre en esos apartamentos gente escandalosa cobran mucho para lo que ofrecen hay muchos bichos en la muebles de cocina estufa y la mánager Maura es una persona no muy comprensiva de molestar porque uno hizo ver muchas veces las llaves de lavamanos los bichos q hay según por todo el dinero que cobran de renta te dicen maravillas de los apartamentos y no es cierto y mucha gente que beben licor escandalosas fuman serca de de nuestra ventana gritando ya pasado de media noche no dejan dormir y esos perros que tienen menos dejan dormir no ponen orden en nada no hay reglas a pero eso sí te cobran caro la.renta y malos servicios etc

Spacious apartment. Comes with little backyard. Affordable compared to la city apartment prices. People are friendly. Just be friendly back. Cant complain. :)

Some stupid people come sometimes like someone crashing into the gate but very rare. I have asked about the gate and said they will fix it this week. (Gate was fixed ASAP)

3 years of being a resident at stonegate II. Went very quick but had a great experience with manager Marie and all neighbors. The only thing we really desliked especially having kids is the 99 Cocktail dance shop next to the building. Got very noisy on many weekends. Marie seems tough manager but in reality she is very respectful, open minded, hard worker, and does her best to help and advice residents. Big thanks for her and our dear neighbors.

Horrible place to live. We hated living there. We were constantly killing roaches that come from the trash can close by. They make up new rules while you are there and then have their attorney write you a letter and try to act like it is legal when it is not. Their attorney lies as much as they do. They love ticketing and towing your car so forget having anyone visit you.

The place changes management with the seasons, usually for the worst. I once had a manager who was going to college and literally paid no attention to the property despite complaints. I had one manager from the ghetto who allowed numerous apartments to be filled with unsavory types who tended to threaten me most nights I came and went. I had an apartment next to an abusive couple and listened to my own version of Friday Night Fights. I once saw cops raid the apartment below me. I continuously received mail for the FIFTEEN Mexican family members who used to live in my apartment AND they kept coming to my door asking for their mail despite me telling them TO CHANGE THEIR MAILING ADDRESS. A cop was beaten senseless out front by a group of teenagers. The gym is three outdated machines. I had people steal my underwear out of the washing machines on site. There was a couple across the way who had the loudest sex at the latest hours EVERY WEEKEND. I can go on and on.

Worst apartment to stay at ever!!!! If you want your family to live in a apartment where people are smoking weed in every corner then you can consider it. Cars get broken into include my car. Random people come and hangout in this apartment. This is a ghetto apartment to stay at I promise.

I just moved from here, canceled my lease early because I couldn't stand living there. Literally live anywhere else but here. Management changes all the time. It's not a non smoking facility and neighbors smoke like they breath. Parking is horrible. Nothing in the streets and hardly any inside. Sketch people everywhere. Barking dogs everywhere. They will literally charge you for everything and anything once you move out. They will take as much of your deposit and they can and more. If you don't have to live here, dont. Worst complex I have ever lived in and wouldn't want my worst enemy here. That's how bad it is. The 6 months I was there, almost all my neighbors moved. That's all you see here, people moving out all the time. Not even worth it.

This is not a good please to live ...... they can get your car towed just cuz stupid things... there's some other betters places and way cheaper !!!!

It's OK as a starter place. The only this is finding parking and a lot of people hangout in the cul-de-sac that are very suspicious. Management changed 5 times while I lived there. Make sure you inspect everything before moving in. Also get a pest control person.

Previewing a unit today found dead roach in kitchen cuboard and live roach on stove range. Health hazard.
