A place where you can eat very authentic and good Vietnamese for very cheap. It’s not a beautiful restaurant and doesn’t have a stunning atmosphere but if your focus is on quality and not being trapped in another Berlin tourist trap - this is the way to go.

The place was cool and well ventilated with fans. During August 2023 there were a few very hot days.

Beautiful and spacious decor. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food was quite good and they are moderately priced. Would recommend the steamed summer rolls and the Smokey beef dishes .

Very delicious Pho, and the portion is huge - you might not need an appetizer. The service is also super fast, so the place is good for a quick bite.

The food is very good , the taste reminds of real Asian taste. Their Pho is one of the best I have ever had and it is huge. The service is great, fast, polite and prepared on every question you wanna ask.
The check for two persons was (70€) and we had two started and two main dishes.
I highly suggest it to everyone.

The food tasted great, although the place was crowded the service was swift and the kitchen appeared to be hygienic.
Pho, I'm yours! Pho Hà Nội is incredibly tasty! Perfect for a rainy day. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and we were served very quickly. Although the service could have been more gentle, I have no complaints.
The sushi was very delicious, especially these crispy ones. Only downside is that it‘s kind of expensive here sadly. The service was super nice though

Good place to have Vietnamese food.
If you visit for lunch on weekdays, you will have lunch menu with complimentary summer roll.
Also lunch menu has nice drink at 2 euro.
Several vegetarian options are available.
I like Mango Sauce curry.
Also summer roll was also very good served with peanut sauce.
Mango coconut milk shake tastes really good.

Nice place with good environment. Cool sushi. One flaw: you can pay with cash only, but this is common situation in Berlin :)
We went here in need of an affordable delicious lunch and couldn’t believe our luck! The vegetarian rice bowl was so delicious!! The fried tofu truly tasted like a mix of fried chicken and Japanese tonkatsu, it was amazing!
We had delicios soups and a great green papaya salat. Service was very good.
Me and my friends ordered the peanut duck and broth & duck soup. The soup was the worst because it had absolutely no taste. That was no “broth” it was hot kettle water with a bit of noodles and duck. It just tasted like hot water so it was very disappointing. The duck felt dry and old in all of the dishes. 14€ for kettle water feels to much for what we got, the quality felt more like a 5€ meal. I don’t recommend this place.

Very good value for money, especially if you take the Mittag menu. Nothing exceptional about the food, but it's a generous serving, fresh and quite tasty.
Service can be a bit slow because of the number of clients.

We ordered the duck with cocos curry sauce and it was the worst dish I ever tried!!!!!! On all the pictures online I see proper meat, but I barely had any meat, it looked more like leftovers!!! My friend started to have stomach ache after 1 hour we ate. Never ever again!
Love this place! Been here a few times, and they still keep the highest value for money ratio for Vietnamese food in Berlin! These days you usually get two slices of meat, but not here, they still deliver a fair amount, it tasted amazing and the price is fair! 16eur for their signature pho, but it’s packed with ingredients and 200g of delicious beef. Same with all the other dishes we tried, we love coming back. Oh and service is friendly, efficient and fast!

Small and cosy asian food restaurant. Looks like a family business. Prices are unbeatable for such central location. Food is fast served and tasty. Small Pho soup is pretty large.
Beautiful decor, and we were seated by the window with a nice view. Very friendly service. We ordered the Pho Bo, which I thought was delicious. I loved the fresh onions, the savoury broth and the amount of meat that they've added. The beers were not as cold as I would like, but that's ok. All in all, a very good late lunch.
Very good Pho and Starters Set, especially WanTan Chicken, kids loved it an ordered another one,.Enjoyed the evening meal with the family very near Alexander Platz, good value for money and good beer too (Schoeferhoffer Weizen)
Pho is not authentic. Card payment starting at 15 Euros but no sign on this, I have to order more for paying by card. Totally disappointing
Great food and service! Really fresh and tasty, don't hesitate to go here. A big plus is that they have a nice area to sit outside which I feel many other restaurants lack in the central area. You should definitely order the rice paper rolls with prawns. Grabbed 2 beers, rice paper rolls, and a Bao burger for 30 eur - could not finish it. Recommend!!
Excellent experience. The food was very tasty and you could dose your own chili level by adding from the sauce available separately at the table. The lemonade was rather expensive, but very refreshing.

We had the most delicious food here! Everything on the menu is authentic Vietnamese cuisine and tastes amazing. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff are lovely. I recently went backpacking round Vietnam and being here felt exactly like it!

employees should have more training. You don't remove the soy and spicy from the table, without asking, when the customers are still eating. Friendliness could be better.

The trip to this restaurant is the best experience I have had in a very Long time.

It was really good. We took some starters: the squid ring and some spring rolls. I would recommend the spring rolls but to be honest, the squid rings had nothing exceptional. They tasted like the one you can get at the store.
The plate we took the crispy duck and the beef. They were both good but the duck was a lot better. I didn’t like the sauce that was with the rice but this is my preference as I am really picky when it comes to sweet and sour sauce.

My pho was fresh and rich. The quality of beef is most excellent. Noodles were scrumptious. Good portion size. Great and friendly service. Plenty of seating, no reservation needed for Sunday brunch. Just wish they had red chili garlic sauce to mix with my broth.

Amazing place to have Sushi. The food was excellent to say the least. Great selection of sushi and Vietnamese food. Better to reserve a table cause it is always busy there. The staff were super friendly and speak German and English. Great place :)
The smell, the vibes, the music, the food, the service. I'm glad I went alone so I could soak it all in as much as possible! Then again, I wished I could've shown my partner.

I’ve been dining here every December for few years now, and I see a decline in the food quality. It was one of my favorite restaurants in Spandau, but this year It hasn’t been as good as before. The meat is dry, the coconut milk soup has less coconut milk and less ingredients than before, the peanut sauce is bland. I hope it will be better next time I visit!

Cozy little place with nice Viet cuisine. They give very generous portions for the price. The tables have pictures and notes from other diners, it's a nice way to pass time while waiting for food.
Food is great! Wine selections are quire varied, I had the argentinan red and it was intense yet light to be combined together with the much flavored asian cuisine. Service is also friendly and nice. As you can see, the ambience and atmosphere is an experience you wouldn‘t like to miss. Price wise, I‘d say slightly a bit more than the quality of the food.

Tasty food but slow service, don't get there very hungry. Price is excellent!!
The kids ordered sushi and I got the beef Pho. The Pho wasn't bad but it was a little underseasoned compared to other ones I've had before. The beef was basic but they included fresh diced red chili peppers to spice it up.
They have a pretty diverse menu of Asian foods. Although they had a spicy shrimp soup it would have been nice to see a hot and sour soup on the menu. Overall I would probably go there again.

Hands down the best pho I had so far in Berlin! 👌 Great broth and really chill vibes. Would really recommend!

Have lived in this area for 2 years and didn’t expect that there’s a nice Asian restaurant. The food is amazing good! I like the new discovery today and definitely will be back soon.
UNFRIENDLY STAFF. We got in around 8pm. The biggest crowds were over. The welcome went well, nothing to complain about. The sequel was sad, it took a very long time and the dishes (poke bol) were switched. The dessert also took a long time. Meanwhile, the ladies paid more attention to the daily cleaning. We were just treated unfriendly.

Mango salad with chicken is very good. Order a Gin & Tonic, they have a friend who makes local craft gin. It is really good and the color change is a nice effect.
very watery with only a light hint of curry, for 8,50 euro you can get a much much better Chinese fastfood in Berlin. the portion was good but the taste was unfortunately mediocre;(

The terrace is always crowded. They serve very interesting cocktails and juices. The food is of good quality and they have competitively priced menus. But in addition to all of the above, there are few places in Berlin with such friendly and cheerful service.

Great place. Great food. We particularly recommend the Phuong Dong Pho. Truly excellent!

One more star for the decor and one less for the food. The colors of life summer rolls were a disappointment. Absolutely tasteless, all of them. The main courses however were better. Portion size good for one. Prices are on higher side, however the upscale ambience with live piano justifies it.

I order or pick up food at least once a week. The coconut curry, the fried rice or the nem on rice noodles with salad are always great. I also like their sushi. A very friendly family run business that I am happy to have here.
I find this unacceptable to receive burnt spring rolls. I just ordered from lieferando and receive my food. I am giving one star because they knew it was burnt and yet they delivered me the burnt ones instead of making new..

Overall pretty ok, hadn't read all the bad reviews as a friend ordered but was happy i gave it a try. Rice was a bit sweet for my taste but otherwise worth it.
The restaurant looked really cozy and warm. Wish I can visit again when there is no Corona. We took away food, it was really good.

Sommer Rolls were amazing! My soup with shrimp & rice noodles was great but my fiancée's beef was dry and the vegetables were not good.. soggy beans, cauliflower and broccoli. Shame as it spoiled an otherwise pleasant evening!

Amazing place !!!!!! The best spring rolls I have ever had!! Also crispy duck est schön!! (The duck isn’t in the picture) I loved my meal 😍😍. Surely I’m going back to have more spring rolls.
After Reading all of those comments I wasn't really sure if it Was a good idea to order sushi from there but after I got it and tried by my own I can say that it's not bad. A little bit too sweet rice but it's really worth the price

Very nice food. Plates were chipped. There were no bananas for the banana splits. There was a wire in the salad. It took over an hour for the plates to be taken away between courses. Then 3 out of four coffees were delivered. The remaining one took 20 minutes. Very sad.

Very good sushi for a reasonable price (27 € for 2 people, with starter and drinks). Staff is very friendly (really!) and the food is served fresh and quickly. The only negative point s that is warm inside, so I am looking forward for outside tables this summer! I totally recommend this place :)
Went to Berlin during a business trip and was looking for a cozy place to enjoy Japanese/Vietnamese food. Sy Restaurant didn't disappoint. The fish (I ordered a salmon don) was fresh and delicious, so was the soup and yakitori I ordered. Staff was friendly and prices were surprisingly affordable.

Standard Asia restaurant. Prices are fair, portions good, cooking ok but sometimes a bit greasy. Nice people and very attentative.
Unfriendly staff, in the summer a lot of flies, not very clean. Sushi is very mediocre. Once it was a good place, but for several years it has deteriorated.

Seriously my all time favourite asian restaurant. Been a returning customer for at least two/three years now. The sushi is insanely good, as is the rest tbh, only thing they should have more of a selection of glassnoodle meals. They also deliver, which is awesome.

The meals came out very fast. The portions were generous and they included a good amount of tofu for each tofu dish. The dish was nicely spicy and tasty. Probably the best Vietnamese place we have been to (we have been to many) for price, taste and portion size. Perhaps they could consider noting whether dishes are vegan on the menu. But all in all a good place for a nice meal.
