Horrible! There is nothing Chinese in China Express restaurant! My "wanton soup" was a green smelly water without any seasoning, with few leaves of cabbage and dumplings made of who knows of what! Unedible! Nudles were tasteless, greassy, smelling like old reused oil. Pork dish was completely tasteles, slimy and no seasonig whatsoever. It is true that portions are big, but it means nothing when it is a big pile of cra... have to admit, Fanta and Coca-Cola were good though. :) Never again!

Cheap & cheerful family-run Chinese restaurant and takeaway. The portions are very generous and service is quick and friendly. The owner has a grocery shop nearby which supplies fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The food was delicious!
We hadn’t realised that you got rice with your main e.g. chicken curry came with boiled rice. So we ordered rice too and ended up with far too much food!
We would definitely come again though

Great dinner, very nice staff ! Food was very tasty

The food was not good at all. The food can make you sick. They put alot of onions and less vegetables. I don’t recommend it. Try to avoid it. There are better Chinese restaurant in the town than that.

Amazing food! During lunch you can get a big plate for only 8 euros. You get your food after a few minutes, so not a long waiting time. Really nice staff too.

The level of Chinese food in Brussels isn't particularly high as it is, but this place managed to reach a new low. The issue isn't that the food was disgusting, but that they somehow managed to make the flavoursome and aromatic beauty of Chinese food utterly tasteless.
Between the two of us we had seven dishes as a whole, with the soups lacking any sort of flavour. The two mains, despite being tofu in a spicy sauce versus chicken with vegetables somehow managed to taste entirely identical - of nothing at all. The starters (deep-fried prawns) consisted of 90% doughy batter without salt, while the defrosted prawns could as well have been batter if you judge by the taste.
This place is only noteworthy in so far as it rather impressively managed to butcher Chinese cuisine, making it lack even the basic-most seasoning.
Avoid even by Brussels standards - it will make ready-made Chinese meals from the supermarket taste like Gordon Ramsey's.

Cheap, but Hey, you get what you pay! Restaurants like this give Chinese food a bad reputation. Look at my pictures and judge by yourself. I took the opportunity of being with two of my Chinese colleagues to have some traditional food and since it was the closest, we entered in. The lady who welcomed us was friendly, but the restaurant was empty. The space is ok, but looks a bit dirty and in need of a refreshing. My colleagues remarked that this was westernized Chinese cuisine but that’s kind of normal, I guess. Food was greasy, salty and prepared by just throwing all ingredients together. Some of the plates were clearly microwaved. The restaurant is cheap, but you can find better healthy options in the area. For my colleagues this was a No, for me too!
