Home Depot usually has my family’s business’s back but not today.
I’m the delivery driver for our construction business and my dad or brother (my bosses) buys 6-12 pallets of cement at a time and I go pick them up.
Today I went to pick up a remainder of 2 pallets from an order of 6. In the time this order was placed and paid for in full, there was a price change. Home Depot system now determined that we had not paid for them and wanted us to repay with the new (higher) price tag. This is the second time this has happened. The employees were going off of the system and refused to try to resolve the issue and said no product would ever be released unless paid for first even though 4 out of 6 pallets had already been released. After 40 minutes of arguing of I had to get them to call my boss for me to be taken seriously and resolve the issue. The resolution of the problem took 10 minutes, so the pro desk took a 10 minute problem and determined to take over an hour of my time. Horrible

Amazing customer service. They went the extra mile and getting me the special order that I needed for my project. I will definitely refer them to my friends.

Will the people that work there are really helpful. I love Home Depot.

Terrible service. Tried ordering doors. Placed order and deposit for 2 doors. Was first told it would take a week, the told 4-5 week wait time. I called after 5 weeks. 2 days after my call the salesman says the door is here. I ask about the other door. He tells me I canceled it? Nope. No I didn’t. He tells me he’ll send me the email. So he sends me an apology and an apparent attempt to let me know they can’t make the door. We had emailed 20 times. We had texted. Horrible service. Really needed the door and now we have to find somewhere else where I’m sure it will take months to get. Really bad service.

Hard to get good and fast service these days. Dont ask anyone where anything is half of the employees couldnt even tell ya where the bathroom is also plan on waiting in line 10 to 15 min i have even had to wait about 30 min to do a phone sell at pro desk

Used to use them all the time. Then a sun rock gravel truck side swiped my truck then left the scene. Was unable to get them to fix my truck md I paid out of pocket to fix it. Now we spend 100s of thousands of dollars every year on lumber and other material but I won't ever buy from them again.

No one is available to let you know what products they have. Just want to take a name and number and call back
