I had the tantamen ramen, which was ok, but just OK - definitely not worth almost 20 euros. The portion of minced meat was almost non-existent and the slices of meat (chicken?) - horrible. The broth was good, and the venue is nice. Big plus was the fact that you could choose gluten free rice noodles, which should be a standard practice by now, and yet it isn't, so points for that!
Amazing place with fantastic and very authentic ramen. I was more used to the pork based stock but the chicken stock they make here is also really good, very flavorful. The noodles are perfect, the soft egg unctuous and the view from the window seats is amazing. Loved it.
Absolutely delicious food, their special ramen has such an unique flavor with the corn butter ❣️ The service was so good, food came very fast and the staff was so kind and made us feel so welcomed. We were also very lucky to get a table with a canal view.

One of the best ramen I’ve ever had. Roasted pork and seasoned eggs were amazing. I couldn’t get enough of the soup. Portion is just perfect. Staff were super nice and friendly. I absolutely love this place and will definitely come back!
Been here twice when visiting Amsterdam, loved it both times. Just be prepared to wait in line, if you get there far before they open you can be pretty close to the front but if you go at open or after they open you will be waiting. The atmosphere is so cute in there, feels like very authentic ramen. The staff are all so very kind. I find their drink choices a little lacking but the green tea is nice. TikTok brought us here initially and thankfully taught us the nice little trick to order extra noodles - just eat your first bowl and leave as much of the broth as you can, then if you order the extra noodles you get a noodle card and get a whole new helping! It’s so goood! Also good price for how full you get when you leave!
Ramen well prepared, ingredients fresh, nicely grilled and some marinated on a point. Staff attentive and friendly. Menu pretty small what is not a bad thing. As mentioned in a previous comment, doors left wide open by entering customers gave us a real headache. Luckily staff was trying to control the situation. That's why i give food and service 5*, unfortunately there's no atmosphere at all... Cold air blowing on your back, a bit too loud music and crowded place... Anyway - we came for a good ramen and we got one:)

Eegs is very delicious. Noodles texture is good, that is using the chicken soup to make it. The soup is so delicious too. 😋😋
I don't feel thirsty after eating👍🏻👍🏻.

The cost was 20 euros and the portion just middle size.

Services is good. 👍🏻

Great vibes. Great food. Good prices on drinks. Ramen is maybe a bit more $$ than usual BUT it is delicious so it's worth it. Service was lovely considering we came in at last call. Clean and chic urban aesthetic with delicious dishes from the gyoza to the ramen itself. Sake flight was fun as was the roku gin cocktail. Would return for sure, and everyone should visit if craving delicious ramen. We had every type from the Meat side of the menu (note - vegan options are plentiful though) and all of us loved our dishes. The spicy (non tantan) noodle was not overpowering at all, if you can handle spice you might want even more. But it hits the tolerance level of the average eater for sure so be aware!

This place has THE BEST RAMEN and is undoubtedly a gem for all ramen enthusiasts!

The first thing you'll notice about Ramen Kingdom is that it's always bustling with customers. So, if you're planning to dine here, make sure to make a reservation in advance. Otherwise, you might find yourself waiting for a while, and let me tell you, the wait is more than worth it.

I took my boyfriend along, and it's safe to say that this place has made its way into his top 3 favorite restaurants, and that's saying a lot. We opted for the spicy pork ramen, and oh my, the flavor explosion is unforgettable. The broth was so rich and had the perfect level of spiciness. The chasu pork was charred and smoky, it was hands down the best we've ever had. I can literally eat this everyday, if given the chance.

The service was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also provide you with an apron to ensure that your ramen adventure doesn't end up wearing a stain.

When it comes to the price, it's quite reasonable considering the portion size and, most importantly, the unparalleled taste. You would know if you visit this place! It's clear why this place has received such raving reviews.

So, if you're planning to visit Amsterdam, do yourself a favor and make sure Ramen Kingdom is on your list of places to experience. :)

Delicious ramen seasoned with indifferent staff.

We stopped at this place for lunch and it was quite full on a Wednesday afternoon - reservations are highly recommended. The staff was not really happy to see us though. From the very beginning the lady made clear that we are not gonna get our food in the next 30 minutes and for any inquiry she was really irritated.

Yet, the ramen was delicious. Sumptuous broth, a good balance of spices, and not overcooked noodles. Asked for kimchi as an extra - definitely another game changer!

What you expect:
- Friendly and professional service.
- Rich flavour. Highly recommend to take the soy soup and add grilled pork.
- Center location

What do not expect:
- If you do not have time to queue for at least 1 hour then skip it. I waited 1hour and 10mins under the cold of 10 degree with another 20 people and it’s fine but if it rains then I will skip.
- Big portion.
- Michelin dish. It’s great but just do not expect something exploding.
- Fancy and spacious place. It’s a small and cozy place and I like it but if you are a group of 5 or 10 maybe you cannot sit together.
- Cheap. Nothing is cheap in Amsterdam but this is a bit pricey with such portion.

Overall it’s a good experience that worths a try.
The place is amazing. The wait to be seated wasn't long at all, the ambiance is perfect, music is a great selection of chill tunes.
The decorum is a mix of modern and traditional, the service was prompt and the food quality was exceptional. Would definitely come back next time I visit Amsterdam

A cosy ramen restaurant with a modern take, offering vegan and vegetarian options. The typical pork slices are replaced with chicken which was interesting (caught us by surprise as we didn't check the menu beforehand) with several soup bases to choose from. Food was reasonably priced (sub €20 for a ramen) and service is very good. We waited ~15min for a late night dinner (8.30pm) and was seated quite quickly. Great for dinner or a midnight snack, overlooking the lake.

Everything is a 10. The place, the staff, the food... The broth in the vegetarian ramen is superb. There is always a queue outside but their system works so it flows pretty quickly. I would love to come back next time I am in Amsterdam.

I got myself a spicy pork ramen with an extra egg and roasted pork for €20. It was so good! The broth was super rich and that roasted pork had this awesome smoky and yummy flavor. The portion was generous. The restaurant was pretty adorable, decorated with various japanese character. The only downside was just the crazy long queue, for like 1-1.5h.

Wandered in after seeing the amazing reviews, and this place definitely didn't disappoint! My boyfriend and I queued outside in the cold for slightly over 1 hour when we went in April. The queue was so long it turned several heads.

When we got to the front of the line, we ordered and service was relatively fast. Food was slightly pricey, but well worth it. Staff members were friendly too! They offer 1 free side per bowl and one of the options is extra noodles (but not extra soup).

The broth was so flavourful, everything was really well cooked. They torched the pork slices so those were tender and smoky.

I've been to Japan and this is still the best ramen I've ever had. Still thinking about it months later - it made a wonderful memory for us :-)
