Very clean and elegant dining room with a great view of the bay area facing Marina Bay Sands.
Service was excellent.
The food was mostly good, especially the sourdough bread. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
The lobster was on the rubbery side but the sauces was nice.
The beef was very well cooked but I wasn't fond of the sauce (infused with mala peppercorns).
The king crab legs was also very well cooked, unfortunately it didn't go well with the green curry sauce. Thought it masked some of the natural sweetness of the crab.
The yuzu financier was really nice at the end of the meal.
Forgot how troublesome parking at one Fullerton was, best to go earlier as there will always be traffic going into the parking area.

What a fantastic dining experience. Exceptional vegan menu - superbly crafted and so delicious. The mushroom tartlet was divine. I couldn’t believe the chocolate dessert was for real. I’ll be back!

Went for my Wife's annual Birthday celebration to Enjoy the NDP Fireworks.
Felt mix reviews about the place but not in a bad way. Having been to countless Michelin restaurants, we knew and expected St Pierre to be on the same level as the others. They certaintly didnt disappoint.
However being 2 stars meant high expectations and delivery. After trying out their courses, we knew they deserved their 2 stars but one thing lacking though was the 'wow factor' that we felt could push them to 3 stars.
Nevertheless, service pace was comfortable, presentation was fine and ambience was comfortable in their restaurant setting.

Surely their third star is not far behind. The combination of exquisite food, outstanding service, magnificent location and ambiance deserves the recognition.
My husband and I enjoyed a memorable lunch, beginning with gracious and attentive hospitality. After being seated, we were quickly greeted with small hand-held exquisite bitings. After the snacks, we were given the menu and the staff proceeded to set the table with my utensils opposite to the norm. It caught me off guard so I asked about it. During the snack stage, the staff had noticed that I was eating with my left hand and set my placings accordingly. This is the kind of attentiveness and hospitality to which I refer. Also notable is the presence of Chef Stroobant in the dining room, occasionally presenting dishes and casually chatting with guests. We were touched by his warm presence.
The amuse bouche offerings were each little packages of varied flavors, textures and aromas. They were all 4 delectable.
The starters were outstanding—the Australian marron was succulent, as was our lobster and king crab. These three pieces were all accompanied by delicate drizzles of sauces and perfectly matched vegetables. The artistry of each dish was itself gorgeous, as the photos clearly show. The same praise can be said for the main, in our case the Nagasaki Hata, a meaty fish that was moist and flavorful.
We were also impressed with their version of the baba dessert. Rather than soaking in rum, it’s infused with lemongrass. I was happy with the mild, rather than cloying, sweetness of this dessert.
To be honest, prior to dining here, we had already eaten at Singapore’s three Michelin 3-starred restaurants and were not expecting so much. We walked away wondering when Saint Pierre would join that illustrious group. Their food was, in several instances, better than what we experienced elsewhere and all other measures place them at that level. We will definitely return on our next trip to Singapore.

We loved our lunch here. We felt very welcome when we arrived. The restaurant has a nice intimate setting and is nice and bright (during the day). We loved all the courses and the dishes were also beautifully plated. We look forward to eating here again.

Must try. Great food. Great view. Perhaps the most memorable (out of all the exquisite food that we were served) was the ohmi beef. The taste of the beef is imprinted in your memory as you appreciate the creation of the beef and the culinary skills that went into preparing it.

Perfect restaurant for celebrations! Highly recommend! Chef took his time to greet us and present one of his dishes! Great food great service great experience! Can't find anything to complain about!

It’s a wonder why this place is only a 2 stars Michelin fine diner. It should be a 3 star and if not today, it’s going to be in due time.
From the dining place, you get a full view of MBS and the light show several times over as you dine throughout the night.
If you are offered the option add-on, go for it. The Marron I had was super springy and delicious. It’s a one in lifetime taste. Emmanuel’s concept is all about circles and exquisite cutleries. I love his collection of knives and I marvel at his thoughtful display of ingredients around the dishes.

Had dinner here last night for the second time. I think this is one of the best michelin (including 2 and 3 stars) that i have been to in Singapore. Every dish was an artwork and the taste was even better. Service was very nice and the wine pairing was spot on. We couldnt fault one thing. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you!

Good lunch experience at a 2-star Michelin French culinary gem. Each dish is a masterpiece, beautifully crafted and bursting with exquisite flavors. With the stunning Marina Bay Sands as your backdrop, the ambiance is simply gorgeous. However, while the service is attentive, more exciting explanations of each dish would elevate the experience even further.

I dined at Sommer in 2022 and was impressed by the amazing food and service. However, on this recent visit, I was disappointed to find that their standards had declined. With only two staff members serving the entire restaurant, I had to repeatedly call out for water refills, which is not the level of service I would expect from Sommer. The food looked very pretty but the taste was mediocre, and each dish took around 20 minutes to be served after the last dish is cleared. The only saving grace was the bread. It's truly disappointing that I chose Sommer to celebrate my friend's birthday.

First fine dining experience, the restaurant located in city area, I enjoyed beautiful scenery of MBS, Merlion and river side while having sumptuous meal. Restaurant atmosphere is good, service is good and the waiter is very friendly. Food is superb. It’s an awesome dining experience.

Sommer is a one Michelin star awarded in 2023. I came on a Friday night for their spring tasting menu as part of my birthday celebration.
Every dish was well thought out and brilliantly put together. Presentation was simple and elegant. Dishes seemed to be focus on using good ingredients without having too sophisticated or complex elements. My favorites were the brioche and kombu butter and Brittany cod.
The complimentary birthday cake was probably the best I ever had which is a pineapple flavored cake.
Lastly, special shoutout to Lelia who made the whole experience so enjoyable. Fine dining is something most Singaporeans don’t enjoy everyday so being able to have it without being too pretentious can largely be due to the way the service staff engages you. A genuine looking smile, constantly topping up our tap water, being situationally aware, recommending dishes without being pushy, and taking photos voluntarily is just a few of the many things that made the night very enjoyable. Hospitality at its best!

One of the few restaurants situated within the historic Fullerton hotel, this Chinese restaurant has been nominated for Michelin bib gourmand. We tried two different set menus to allow us to try as many dishes as possible. Not only the ingredients are top of the line, the way they prepare and cook them is sublime. The iberico pork was soft and melts in your mouth, the winter melon soup deceptively looks easy and bland actually packs flavour in it. The Kagoshima Wagyu beef also melts in your mouth and it was served with chocolate sauce that for some reason works. Service is friendly but food comes out a little slow so not recommended if you are bringing kids.

Came here for a dinner on their first day of the new menu. Trying out the 7 courses with many Japanese ingredients and it was “EXCELLENT”.
From the freshness of each ingredients, the creativity, the presentations, everything was seasoned properly and served with the correct temperature.
The Morel dish was just so flavourful, especially with the sabayon. The Rhubarb pre-dessert was the best Rhubarb dish in my life! Let’s not forget with the dessert as well. I love chocolate and coffee combination. To pair that with the Jerusalem Artichoke was really smart and tasty!
Love their baguette and the shio kombu butter.
Chef Lewis & Leila, the General Manager were really the stars of the night.

Wonderful Birthday dinner at Sommer.
My wife and I are regulars are Sommer and like to have celebrations here as it feels so special.
The service was superb from our arrival through to our departure - with the staff making sure my Wife’s 50th was memorable.
Our table was by the window with views across Marina Bay to the light show and MBS. Inside we looked across the dining room to the open kitchen where we could watch the Chef putting the finishing touches to each plate - on occasion he would visit our table to say hi and deliver / explain a dish.
The food was stunning to look at with first rate produce prepared and presented on immaculate plates. Luckily the flavours match the looks. From the lush green flavours in the canapés, the fresh tastes of the ocean in the mid course, to the rich earthy tones of the mains.
If you’re drinking they have an extensive wine list and are happy to chat with you to ensure you get just what you’re looking for.
With the price of eating out in Singapore ever on the rise Sommer is one of the view places that resists the urge to raise prices just because they feel they can and it’s one of the very few restaurants in it’s class where we feel you’re still getting value for money.
In summary. Go eat at Sommer. It’s fancy, yet relaxed, with excellent service and wonderful food. You won’t regret it.

We had a lovely night being served by Matthew! We ordered the ala carte and all were a hit! Each dish has its only surprised elements and flavour which are not overwhelming in taste! And the view can't make up for that.
They serve margarine instead of butter. The bread is soggy. The flavors and seasonings of the dishes are strange and unbalanced. Some of it tastes more like Chinese food than Mediterranean.
The service is slow. It took them 1 hour to serve 2 entrees.
Overall, not recommended unless you just want to get a cup of coffee and enjoy the bay view.

Not my first time here, each time I visit Sommer the food and experience has evolved to higher levels. Beautifully presented, wonderful flavours and balanced courses that work wonders. The service is professional, attentive and personalised. The Sommelier and General Manager are incredibly knowledgeable and engaging and perfectly compliment the exquisite food Chef Lewis and his team create.

Great place and team, I got presented with a labeled jam as a gift at the end of the night. The total bill ended up being S$1254 for two people (Epicure Menu), which is a lot by all means, but given the 3-star rating and the fame of the restaurant, it is worth visiting if you have the chance!

This restaurant has a great view for a special occasion and the the service was pretty good. -1 on service for rushing out food order while we were still looking at the wine list. They told us to start with food, which was odd. And, there was no course menu left at the table, which was unusual for a fine dining tasting menu.
Unfortunately, we just didn’t like the food. At all. We love Mediterranean food, especially French, and this food just had really odd flavors and combinations to us.
Here’s what we didn’t like:
-the tomato salad was out of season and very heavy on black pepper.
-they poured an awful and very spicy sauce over the lobster pastilla. It was called “lobster bisque” but had the color and flavor of chili sauce. The inside of the pastilla was a very wet shredded vegetable. Sad because I love the original Moroccan pastilla.
-the fried artichoke with the wagyu tasted strongly of brine (from a tin).
-the roll with the cheese plate had an odd, fishy, taste. Might have been seaweed, but we just didn’t like it.
-the grapefruit and raspberry dessert was so, so tart it made your mouth pucker and had nothing rich to balance it.
I’d expect fresh, seasonal, produce and a strong understanding of how to balance flavors from a fine dining restaurant. This place is pretty, but mostly trades on the view.

It was an amazing fine dining experience. From the moment we walked in to when we were leaving and were given a special gift, we were treated like VIPs...a must do at least once. I don't know whether I'll ever eat pigeon again, though it was OK for my first time

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 20th anniversary at Odette and it was an exquisite culinary experience. The ambiance exuded elegant sophistication creating a perfect setting for an indulgent evening. The menu showcased a masterful blend of French flavors with innovative twists, each dish a testament to the chef's culinary artistry and showmanship. Impeccable presentation, attentive service, and a carefully curated wine list further elevated the dining experience. This restaurant is truly deserving of their 3 Michelin stars and World’s Best restaurant accolades.

Food was excellent, standard was there as expected of. Soup with birds nest was real tasty and the serving of birds nest was not stingy. Lobster dumpling was juicy yet not overly crispy. Best highlights were the ba ku teh xiaolongbao and crab meat bun. Just bomb. However, thought it was a buffet, the down side was that they only limited you to selecting any 15 dishes from the menu. If you're a big eater, this is definitely not enough. Overall was a good meal.

I certainly had very high expectations of Odette, it having 3 Michelin stars and being #14 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants list at the time of the visit (november 2023).

To start off, we were offered a small and uncomfortable-looking table right by the entrance door, even though I had reserved a table in the Private Dining Room over a month prior. We had to insist on being placed in the intended room.

All is good. You pay for the good experience n kinda worth it. At first I felt that the dim sum buffet limitation of 15 items were kinda underestimation of our appetite... Turns out, too much food. And food is good. They did not charge any cockage for birthday cakes, unlike some other ridiculous restaurants which i shall not name.

My recent visit to Aoki this evening left me with mixed feelings. I understand that not all places can accommodate aburi requests, and I politely inquired about it, emphasizing that it was perfectly fine if they couldn't do it. I want to make it clear that I wasn't trying to force the chef's hand. The chef mentioned that some sushi could be aburi'd while others couldn't, which I fully understood. Of course, you can't aburi uni sushi.
However, what left me somewhat disappointed was the service. The chef seemed to rush through each sushi course, serving the next piece even before my partner had finished the current one. For me as well. To add to this, the chef didn't bother explaining what he was serving. In many sushi restaurants, chefs typically provide a brief description of each dish, but that wasn't the case here. I had to repeatedly ask, "What is this?" for every piece, and even after asking once, he didn't bother providing any further details.
The lack of communication and rushed service detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable dining experience. While I appreciate the chef's skills, I hope they can work on improving the service aspect to make the overall experience at Aoki more satisfying.

Had a restaurant lunch week, it was a great city view and a very pleasant ambience. Chef Daniele himself introduced the appetizer, he’s very charming and friendly. Must try the poached maimoa lamb loin, it was superb. Amazing staff and impressed with the service.

Our experience at Braci was probably one of our most memorable meals and the food served was truly deserving of its Michelin star. Would highly recommend getting the seven course menu as there were so many more elements in our dinner incorporated that made it all the more special. Flavours were all very well balanced and overall we left feeling very satisfied.

On a charming autumn Sunday evening at around 6 pm, I strolled into the enchanting realm of "Art of Daniele Sperindio." Little did I know that I was about to embark on what would turn out to be my most delightful dining experience in Singapore.
As a devoted food enthusiast and someone who enjoys Michelin starred restaurants, I must assert that this culinary gem deserves more accolades than the prestigious star it has already earned.
Perched on the 6th floor of the National Gallery Singapore, the restaurant offers a panoramic view of the city skyline and Marina Bay through its floor-to-ceiling windows. Before entering, I took a moment to relax on the expansive terrace, basking in the glory of a breathtaking sunset.
Being the first guest of the evening, I was greeted with warmth and attention from the entire team. Mr. Pellegrino, the Restaurant Manager, graciously welcomed me and led me to a cozy table by the window.
The interior exuded elegance and sophistication, showcasing natural materials and contemporary design. The neutral palette of white, beige, and gray, coupled with wooden and leather furnishings, created a refined ambiance. Tables adorned with crisp white linen, exquisite chinaware, and Riedle crystal glasses added to the overall allure.
Opting for a bubbly start, I perused a delightful selection of champagnes presented by the sommelier. My choice, the Egly-Ouriet - Les Prémices Brut, proved to be a light-bodied and refreshing champagne with hints of white fruit, citrus, and minerals.
The aperitif was a culinary journey in itself. From the "Chutoro tonnato with Japanese strawberry," a tender delight paired with fresh strawberries, to the creative reinterpretation of "Prosciutto e Melone" with swordfish ham and melon, and finally, a tiny puff with stracchino fondue and spring truffle sprinkles — each bite was a revelation of flavors.
The official dinner commenced with the intriguing "Cappone Magro," a dish traditionally enjoyed during Lent, skillfully reimagined by Chef Sperindio. The presentation was a work of art, featuring Alpine milk whipped into a cream infused with Alaskan and Sri Lankan king crab, chamomile, pear, and crowned with Majestic Black Caviar.
The pasta course, Taglierini with Santa Margherita prawns and Sancho pepper, paired seamlessly with Zyme's "From Black To White, Il Bianco 2019," a rich and complex white wine suggested by Federico, the General Manager.
Continuing the culinary voyage, "Estate ad Albenga" brought the taste of Liguria with a Mozambique Langoustine, Sardinian seabass, avocado, and celery pearls, topped with a chic emulsion of Franciacorta wine and beluga caviar.
The meat course, accompanied by Quintarelli Giuseppe's Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2016, showcased the chef's expertise with low-temperature cooked New Zealand Maimoa lamb, toasted chicken skin, and a warm Marsala reduction.
Desserts were a symphony of flavors, with a pre-dessert of glazed Nashi pear and bergamot Pernod jelly, paired with Marsala Superiore "Old John" Riserva DOC 1998. The grand finale, "Tourists on Mount Vesuvio," featured white chocolate, buffalo milk gelato, and a 40-year aged balsamic vinegar infusion.
The Piccola Pasticceria, a delightful array of pastries, concluded the feast, accompanied by Recioto della Valpolicella.

Dinning at this venue was amazing each course delivered extraordinarily food the flavour combinations and textures were sublime only to be matched by the professional service of Kim and Hao I would highly recommend to anyone seeking great food to dine here

Been here a few times and the food has been consistently good. It’s my go to place for a fancy lunch with friends / solo lunch. Every dish is absolutely created with so much care and is quite literally, perfect. The pastas here have been on point as well.
The dishes are very “clean” and a delight on the palate with the natural sweetness of the fresh ingredients shining through.

The view is fantastic especially by the window. The ambience is relaxing and welcoming. The food is delicious and the 7 course culinary experience brings you to taste many ingredients from all over the world all cooked with the highest level of care and attention to details. The chef Daniele is very talented. The staff is very friendly and took great care of us.

Honestly.. i reckon every dish is a good dish! The slice beef with spring onions simply melt in your mouth. Their “must try jade signature dishes” are highly recommended. Though you can order up to 15 dishes. They will portion the servings according to the number of pax. Either you love it or hate it.

Very good ambience and attentive service. The bread is crispy outside and moist inside. Sesame bread is delicious too. Abalone is well done combined with the sauce and texture. The lobster meat is too soft for our liking. Everything is fine but no distinctive wow factor.

One of the best restaurants we've ever had the pleasure of dining in. The location on the rooftop of the art gallery is ideal and offers a superb view of the bay. The dining room is refined and the atmosphere warm in a luxurious setting. As for the cuisine, it's magnificent, with a rich and varied tasting menu, same goes for the wine pairing, and a vegetarian version is available. Finally, the staff memers are at least as good as the food. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Singapore.

Had a birthday celebration here at Whitegrass and was definitely not disappointed. We both ordered the Creation menu and I absolutely loved the amuse bouche, the octopus was 💯. Thoroughly enjoyed the lobster and scallop entree as well, very good mix of flavours. Highlight for me would definitely be the Maple Leaf Duck, the white corn puree was a dream!
Would highly recommend a visit, the staff were attentive and wanted to make our experience as enjoyable as they could. E.g., we didn’t realise this but my partner uses his left hand to hold his knife and the service staff picked up on it and shifted his cutlery setting accordingly. The small details matter!

Had the chirashi here with uni and it tasted so good. Lots of fish, with very fresh and premium cuts. The desserts were also equally good - everything was handmade by the restaurant!
The chef also mentioned they’ll be moving to a new location (TBC where), but will stop operating at the current location end of this year.

Braci was on my list of restaurants to visit for over 4 years and I must say that it was worth the wait. It is no surprise that Braci has retained its Michelin 1 star for 6 consecutive years. The menu was a progressive one which is definitely inspired by Chef Mattie’s Italian roots. There are 2 choices for people (5 course and 7 course). I would suggest people to go for the 7 course as the additional dishes in the 7 course meal are worth it. One of my favourite parts of the experience was trying out the 100 yr old balsamic vinegar.
If you’re not taking the wine pairing, I would strongly recommend folks to try out a few of their cocktails, esp. their Negroni (one of the most unique ones I’ve had)
Service was good. The restaurant is able to cater to some food allergies (like my shellfish allergy).

My visit to Odette's was nothing short of extraordinary. The accolade of being named the best restaurant in Asia at the World's 50 Best Awards 2023 and climbing to 14th in the world from 36th last year is well-deserved. This was without a doubt the most enjoyable dining experience I've ever had.
While most three Michelin star restaurants give off a corporate-professional vibe that might make dining unnerving, Odette's team made us feel at ease with their welcoming, professionally relaxed demeanour.
The flavours in each dish were exquisite, and the meal's progression was beautifully planned out. Chef Julien and the entire Odette team deserve a lot of praise for not only making the World's Best list, but also keeping their three Michelin stars for the 3rd straight year.

What a lovely and delicious evening out in Singapore. Service was what you would expect from a 3* establishments. All the dishes, from the butter to the pigeon, were out of this world. The staff was well orchestrated and did a great job of providing information on each dish and engaging us in conversation throughout the evening. Having been fortunate enough to dine at other 2 & 3* restaurants around the globe I would put this in my top 3 in a very close race with Mudec in Milan for number 1 and edging out French Laundry in terms of the menu. I will definitely try to secure another reservation next time I'm in Singapore.

Over 700S$ for such an underwhelming set of food. Although everything was executed and cooked well, it was a very standard and uninspiring menu.
The service was fantastic , extremely knowledgeable and fast but this doesn’t make up for the value for money. When you go to a one starred Michelin restaurant and pay this amount, you naturally expect to have your mind blown with innovation and creativity. The taste was extremely familiar and standard, I do not recommend this place. There are other one starred and two starred Michelin restaurants serving better quality food for a lower price point. My suggestion would be to change the menu and offer different options, it seems like they’ve stuck with the same menu for quite a long time, nothing exciting or new.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at ART di Daniele Sperindio. The exceptional service provided by the Restaurant Manager Pellegrino made our visit truly memorable☺️ Moreover, the restaurant's view of celebration of the Singapore National Day rehearsal added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. The nice botte of wine, the lively atmosphere, and the delicious Italian cuisine all came together to create a perfect evening. I can't thank Pellegrino and the entire team enough for their outstanding efforts. We’ll definitely be returning soon to relive this fantastic experience!

nice food nice atmosphere. i tot the service could be more positive. but i still enjoy the experience especially on a chill night in the rooftop. overall quite an expensive experience but they were very nice to add an additional anniversary dessert for us:)

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Odette.. was difficult to get a booking so we were pretty excited about securing one during our trip to Singapore.
Service was top-notch and our experience there can only be described in one word - magnificent. It’s no wonder they’re the 14th best restaurant in the world.

Outstanding restaurant. Fine dining at its finest. A seven course with the wine flight makes this an extremely indulgent dining experience. I’ll let the photos and videos do the talking. Must visit at least once if you’re a gastronomer.

Was recc to try the buffet lunch which is a new thing the restaurant started recently. Nice decor, professional and attentive staff and also a nice view near the Merlion! Staff will recc u to enjoy the buffet in sequence of the menu, though I was quite tempted to dive right straight for the roast meat live station. For starters, you will be served a shellfish consommé, a plate of oysters and some cured salmon. Consommé was refreshing and the oysters are nicely shucked and fresh! Cured salmon was also thickly sliced. Up next you get a mutha huge tray of ham, duck rillete, foie gras pie and assorted cheeses. At this point i feel abit illogical. With just the 3 of us obviously there’s no way we can finish this and still stomach the mains and desserts. Personally i don’t like to see wastage but really no choice this time but had to pass a large remainder portion of it. The cheeses weren’t really my thing and the ham and the rillete are just fairly decent. Maybe i don’t how to appreciate ba. Next is the roast meat live station i was waiting for. Btw you can order any of the previous dishes that u had at any point of time. There was australian ribeye, bbq spare ribs, lamb shanks, chicken pastilla, charsiew and also mushroom risotto. Generally everything at the live station was gd. Even the risotto which is easy to f up was really well made. But my fav was prob the charsiew. I have no idea how they get such a mutated large chunk of mutha tender charsiew from. Most charsiew i see is usually a thin long piece of loin meat. Need to get a hold of their charsiew supplier sia lol. At this point of time, we thought we enjoyed the highlight alr but hell no…the dessert station was the darkest horse ever! Super nice caramel macrons and the bestest choc tart ever! If u bake u will know how troublesome it is to make macrons. Choc tart is the star of the show man. Indescribable but i think there’s a layer of biscotti spread in between the tart and the base biscuit that gives it a special crunch to it. Walan eh, if i know the desserts were this gd i would skipped the tray of ham and cheeses. Oh well, will def return with a diff strategy the next time lol. Overall a really nice experience worthy of breaking my ketosis. $133 nett per pax; abit pricey for lunch but really quality stuff, nice ambience and excellent view!

One of my favorite restaurant in Singapore. We love all the dishes, natural flavors and balanced taste. We had Braised Wagyu and Fish from Japanese market for the mains. Both are nice! Staffs are attentive and friendly. Excellent service. Nice cosy place and properly space out. Will be back for sure:)

1) ambience - classy and cozy, really one of the best atmosphere for a sushi restaurant in SG.
2) service- always excellent, polite and never felt rushed the 4/5 times we’ve been there, that’s why we keep going back
3) very reasonably priced omakase lunch

My first 3 star Michelin experience. I found the service a little stiff, as the evening progressed the staff loosened up a bit which was nice, everything was so extra, the presentation of the food was so interesting and exciting. The food was good but I can probably tick off this experience. Make sure you like seafood! A once and a lifetime experience!

Odette has always been on my to-try list and this year I was treated to a birthday dinner here!
An amazing French experience savoring the 7-course meal. We were totally impressed by the presentation as well as the flavour of each dish. Not to mention the excellent and attentive service by the crew! It was also nice of them to gift a bottle of strawberry jam for every guest.

Visited Whitegrass on 7 June 2023.
The ambience was great; however, as the crowd started entering, the dining area became filled with voices, which made it less conducive for a business lunch.
We each ordered one set of the Executive and Creation menu. The food was okay, with the financier being the highlight.
Manager Wendy was exceptionally attentive to details, even offering me a scarf when I felt cold. Lai & Xuan consistently checked on us, ensuring that we were satisfied with the food and the pace of the meal.
Overall experience was pleasant.

Dine at Whitegrass on their lunch menu for my wedding anniversary. My hubby and i were greeted warmly and guided to a dining room with about 7 tables.
The waiter and waitress were very attentive and thoughtful. Every dishes served were accompanied with short introduction of the ingredients.
The ambience was nice and not too noisy, food were served promptly but not hurriedly. The server was even very thoughtful to ask if we were ok with the pace of serving in between each course. 😊
Chef Takuya came out personally to speak to us. Had a wonderful celebration and dining experience. Looking forward to our next visit again. ☺️

Amazing time at Braci for a birthday celebration for my husband. The Italian food was superb with beautiful floral aesthetic to each dishes. Staff is polite and friendly too! Special thanks to Chef Matteo who is very engaging and make the day extra special! Love the black truffle "hide and seek" dish which is one of the highlights of all dishes! It so savoury and unforgettable….

Wonderful experience and every Act definitely all came with a wow factor. Had the wine pairing too, which I thought was a little expensive compared to the cost of the wine, but overall the pairing was done artfully. Favourite dish = pigeon

Very happy to try the cuisine from the young talented Italian chef Matteo Ponti. Relaxing atmosphere facing open kitchen . Chef is very open and sharing about of cooking . We loved all the dishes.
Nice A5 Miyazaki with the cute special thin skinned egg plant . Tomato paste O shaped with tasty beef juice as the reservoir .

We had a lovely Japanese and French fusion dinner! Special shoutout to Jamie, our main server for the evening for her really outstanding and friendly service! She was just so kind and attentive though out the night! Alex was another server who was also so kindly and attentive too! And lastly, a big thank you to Restaurant Manager and Sommelier, Wendy, who shared so many interesting nuggets about wine and the food! The chef was truly remarkably talented and the food was so tasty, subtly umami and wonderfully fresh and innovative! And his personality was so kindly and inviting too! He came out and said hi despite how busy he was. We had such a lovely experience! Will be back for sure!

A wonderful birthday lunch - thanks to the pleasant, attentive and warm service. A good service always a elevates the experience for us. We had the three course set and right from the aperitivo to the mains and dessert - the presentation and the dishes were spot on. You can really enjoy the individual flavours in each dish and the thought behind creating that harmony of flavours in every dish really comes through. The coriander and charcoal purée in the fish dish for example just packed in the essence of coriander so well and balanced that dish. Along with the presentation, the storytelling, and the dessert highlight - it’s like one enjoyable celebration that delights yours senses. You can see the effort and passion behind every dish. We enjoyed our experience and will be back for more.

We came and had the 7-course dinner. I felt the dishes were a bit hit or miss. Some of the dishes were fantastic like the prawns and veal sweetbread, sourdough was also excellent. However I did not like the tangy lobster pastilla and I felt the taste clashed with the pastry. Perhaps I was not a fan of the sauce in that dish. - this may be because I have a cheese allergy and requested for no dairy and so maybe those dishes would have been better with cheese? Thus that's why I will leave it at 4 stars overall as the staff were accommodating and restaurant itself was lovely. Hope in the future their menu can be more inclusive to allergies. The dessert was really sad since I couldn't take cheese!

Odette is now (and will be for a very long time) my favourite restaurant in Singapore. The experience is unforgettable and the food exquisite and delicious. It is a must try and I will find any excuse to go back!
This restaurant truly lives up to its Michelin 3-stars rating. Every dish impresses and none disappointing.

Came here with my husband to celebrate his birthday and had a wonderful time. The food was scrumptious, service was excellent and we even got to say hello to Chef Takuya. We tried the executive and creation menus for lunch and both were amazing. The team here was also very accommodating to change a few dishes on the menu when they heard of our diet restrictions. Greatly recommended!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary over lunch at Odette on Saturday, 22 April 2023. We opted for the Epicure menu (7 courses) [$488 per pax], and shared a wine pairing [$295 for each pairing]. From what we understood from the staff, each table is only allowed to select one of the two menu type. [Full lunch and dinner menus for April 2023 can be found in the photos]
The dishes were innovative and delicious, crafted with the freshest and finest ingredients. We were pleasantly surprised at how basic and familiar ingredients (like the egg) could be transformed and elevated to such a level (like the signature Rosemary Smoked Organic Egg).
We had the pleasure of being served by a team of dedicated service crew who took time to share with us the concept behind each dish. Special mention to:
1) Sarah who remained attentive to our requests and made sure we were comfortable, and had everything we needed, throughout the 4-hour meal.
2) Pastry chef Louisa (recently awarded Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2023) who served us our final dessert dish, and took time to share about her culinary journey.

Braci caught us by surprised with it's impressive dessert and mains. The pasta and beef was well prepared with sufficient flavours without feeling too heavy for lunch. The dessert was mind-blowing, especially the last finish with the tiramisu tart and good smokey coffee. Brings fireworks to the taste bud for sure!

“Freshest of the Fresh” - if there’s such word/s to describe the dishes! Basically it feels like being in Japan- savouring their fresh ingredients. Subtle yet romanticised dishes from bento to mains.
The place have some partitions if you want to have a more private lunch or perhaps dinner.

Good lunch place, we went for the Omakase lunch. Sashimi and sushi had very fresh ingredients, you can opt to pay extra to get some uni sushi. Overall, we had a good lunch, next time we will just go for the sashimi/sushi dishes instead.

This is a 2 Michelin star dining experience. While it is definitely a pricey meal, some of the best fine dining I’ve had was here.
The only qualm I have is that it was slightly tough to understand the waiters when they were explaining our dishes because of accents etc but we managed to understand eventually!
The dishes themselves were all made with the highest ingredients and presented in such an impeccable manner. All of the dishes were balanced and portioned incredibly well and had exquisite components. It’s an upmarket experience for sure but if you’re into this kind of thing then you have to pay a visit.
All in all for fine dining Italian you really can’t go wrong here. Just be prepared to pay for it that’s all! Wonderful experience.

Food here is hard to beat in both quality and value. Their lunch sets are especially good and affordable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good fuss free Japanese fix in town. Advance reservation required.

Beautiful restaurant, well-located serving delicious, fresh Japanese cuisine.
The evening Omakasé menu was fantastic from the first of 7 dishes all the way through to the last. Highly recommended. Sakés, both hot and usual options were incredible.

This is our 3rd visit and we always go for the $125 Omakase lunch set, which can be very filling - so make sure to have a light breakfast or none at all so you could enjoy the full course.
Pretty decent and value for money. We like to sit at the counter to see the action taking place into plating our food so we could fully appreciate what we will be eating shortly (except for the cooked food which will be done in the kitchen).
Service staff are pleasant and friendly, and they clear your plates immediately after you are finished - very attentive.
