A must stop for a great lunch or breakfast sandwich. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich one day and a hot pastrami another day and they were both excellent. Great flavor and portions. The lox and cream cheese bagel was also delicious. For 2 people at lunch it'll be around $50 with drinks and chips.
A pure gem in the big city of New York. I adore the staff here. They made delicious smoothies!! I love the strawberry berry smoothie so much!! Its great deli with convient itemd. It was walking distance from my hotel.

Seems almost unnecessary to write a review for this deli. It’s very non-descript, grab-and-go place across the street from Carnegie Hall (there are about 8 bar stools facing the sidewalk).
But….their Pastrami Reuben was delicious. And their chicken noodle soup was great also. Be ware though…the soup took at least ten minutes to cool down enough to eat.
We will most likely return, during our next trip there.

Some things are good but the PRICES! The prices on the stuff at this place are outrageous and unacceptable. Everything I have gotten here was mediocre at best, taste wise. A little container of barely ripened horrible mangoes for 7-8 dollars?! Stop this madness. (The staff is sweet tho)
Made a trip to NYC and we found this place for breakfast. Their Monti cristo French toast was absolutely amazing. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was great too. We went to this place every day for 4 days! They have great choices of drinks, smoothies, coffee and they’re very nice too!! All the fruit is so fresh, they keep the fruit cold, and everything stocked. If I ever make it back to NYC, this will be a stopping place.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but for this place it’s neccessary. Went to the buffet, the food looked good but was ICE COLD, literally completely cold. On top of that, when I went to pay they added additional fees, and didn’t tell me what they were for! The only place I’ve ever seen do this. Stay away. Crazy expensive too.

If you enjoy marginal food and insane sorry (asian) women screaming at you. This is your place. There are multiple 24/7 places within a block walk so you can stay clear of these truly horrible people.
Classic New York deli. Great bacon, egg, and cheese bagel for a great price. They got some sass, but it gives them so extra personality. If you're in the neighborhood, get yourself a bagel.
One of the more underrated spots for deli food. Quick and delicious every time. Solid value also. Can’t go wrong.
I was staying in the area for work (9 days) and I came here every single morning to get my fresh-pressed juice (cold cure was the best!) and either a bagel w/ cream cheese or BEC on a roll (new obsession). The staff were always wonderful to deal with and I will definitely go back when I'm in the area. If you go to get a juice/smoothie/acai bowl, give yourself some extra time as the cashier is usually the same person who makes the drinks and she can get busy with customers.
My wife and I got hungry around midnight and the guy at the hotel front desk recommended this place! We both got cold cut sandwiches and they were delicious! They use Boars head meat and the bread was super fresh!! If you’re hungry late at night and are staying around Times Square, give this place a shot! I believe they’re open 24/7!!

Come here and order the chicken noodle soup. Then order a toasted butteroll on the side. It was so good. Perfect for a rainy day or when you are feeling under the weather. Also nice indoor seating
Really enjoyed my pastrami egg and cheese! Presentation and service was great. Really nice fast, delicious option if you’re in the area for a quick breakfast or lunch. Also, the pastrami was delicious and thick cut. The brioche was soft and fresh! I’ll be back if I have to go to Nordstrom again 😊
Great egg sandwiches, but miss the Eggface in the Jar dishes where they would sous vide an egg on top of mashed potatoes inside of a jar and top with scallions, salt, and red pepper flakes and serve with bagel chips! That was by far my favorite breakfast in the city and I'm sad that currently it's off the menu :-(

Lincoln Gourmet Deli is one place that has the convenience of being very close to a major transit hub, The Port Authority Bus Terminal, just one block away. Being on 9th Avenue, it doesn't get as much pedestrian traffic as any of its' 8th Avenue counterparts, but that becomes meaningless, because it truly is a gem amidst the grime of the area. Lincoln Gourmet Deli is a hybrid deli/bodega store, and thus becomes very useful to patrons. Their deli offers a plethora of sandwiches and wraps, enough to satisfy one's appetite. I had their veggie burger, and found it quite satisfying. It was ready quickly, and very substantial. One thing of note, my burger had a unique thickness and depth to it which in a veggie burger is, to say the least, unusual. That depth was what made it more enjoyable. Thanks Lincoln, for a great sandwich.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Try the chopped cheese! It was incredible! Everyone was extremely friendly! Wonderful food and wonderful service! Don’t miss out!
Grossly overpriced even by NYC standards. Got a 6 pack of michelob, 2 hostess things and a bag of chips and it was almost $30.

I had the Summertime Smoothie & Rocky's Signature Sandwich. The drink was made with fresh fruit and was very tasty. The sandwich was made with freshly toasted bread and hot grilled chicken breast...real chicken breast; it was sooo good. Friendly staff. 5 🌟

This spot is close to my office, I visit plenty for breakfast/lunch. The cooks are very attentive and the gentleman who rings you up is cool. The food is solid and I’ve never had to wait long. Pricing is very good for the area. Definitely recommend
This business chargers nearly 4% more for any card purchases (credit or debit) for food they only change over every 2 - 3hrs, in a college area, at over $12 per pound. DON'T GO HERE. find a nearby deli (7th Ave & 5th ave) and get fresh food.
Good deli with large helpings. Kid friendly and they have a seating area so you can sit and eat indoors. I had the chicken parmesana panini and my wife had an avocado sandwich that was large enough to split with my daughter. My boys had a cheese quesadilla that was large also. We would definitely stop by again.
Got the pastrami sandwich and it was pretty darned good. Some of the best pastrami I’ve ever had. The bread could have been a bit toastier, but still pretty amazing. A bit on the expensive side, but being right next to Central Park, it wasn’t shockingly pricey. I’d go back. The people next to us for the chicken parm sandwich and it looked legit.
Stopped in for a bagel and a lox for the wife and myself while in NYC, found this little place from a review someone left on another bagel joint around the corner saying 7 brothers is way better, and I’m glad I tried it, awesome service, fresh creme cheese and the lox were fantastic!
I accidentally placed 2 delivery orders and instead of charging me twice the store called me to to verify what I really wanted. Amazing customer service. And the food was delivered hot and fresh!
Great lunch buffet and selection. They have bakery, sushi, and Chinese option, salads that u can build , soup station, beautiful and fresh flowers, groceries supply and lots lots more.
The chopped cheese from here is messy, greasy, and salty (in the best way), i.e. everything a chopped cheese should be. I love this sandwich, even if it's not always easy to eat! Service is quick and efficient, so perfect for a lunch break. Their other sandwiches look good, too, but I have to say...the chopped cheese has my heart. Always and forever!!
A conveniently located deli with tasty finds all around. First time trying a chopped cheese in New York and we were not disappointed. We ordered the original and “The Scotty” with bacon egg and cheese on top and both were fresh and phenomenal. Hit all of the spots. Not to mention this place has the craziest variety of snacks and drinks.
Customer service is great, the food isnt. The pizza is not fresh it is just reheated. The vegan patty was good, but the pickle given with it looked dead! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would have expected it to have excellent food and sadly it did not.
We came here on our first day of vacation to try out their hero sandwiches and it was delicious. We told the guys about our dairy allergy and they made sure there was no butter or cheese in sight for our sandwiches. We tried both the smoked ham sandwich and the maple honey turkey sandwich. Both were amazing! Thanks so much for the great food!
I visited town a few months ago and had never tried a chopped cheese, I got the Scotty and it was delicious. Also tried their bacon egg cheese on everything bagel and it was good. The employees were very efficient, and it was a quick stop from where I was staying.

We were strolling around the area looking for breakfast and everywhere seemed to be closed. We found City Gourmet and were not expecting much at all. However, it was absolutely delightful! The bacon and cream cheese bagel was great. There's a great deli and drink selection too. Definitely recommend!
The folks who work there are honestly so nice! I get lunch there frequently and am always happy with my experience. Their sausage egg and cheese bagel is unbelievably good. Lots of food options no matter what you're hungry for!
We stayed across the road at 5he Westin and called in here every morning for our breakfast and I couldn't fault the food. It was hot, tasty and well wrapped to keep it hot. The staff were great and polite on each visit. I would recommend this place to get your breakfast.

Decent food, but they won't make all their menu items. If you want a burger on some days you can get it at 10:30, on others 11:00, on others 11:30. So good luck on ordering food.... they live making breakfast, but lunch..... apparently not so much

I had the plain bagel with cream cheese and scallion. The bagel and cream cheese combination was very good, and the bagel wasn’t too hard or too soft. Excellent place for a quick snack!

I called to speak to the person who is very nice and has worked there for many years and instead of her getting on the phone, a very aggressive service deli manager with me, a real woman tried to get into the ring with me.
I normally have never asked for a credit, I'm in there everyday, and I spent thousands a month. I thought maybe she would credit me for next time, and that would be the end of it.
Not only with this guy not credit me, but apparently everything was my fault, not his.
I've never in my life had anyone in the restaurant business speak to me in that manner. He said we had the conversation before and it's not worth his time to mess up his pan with the tuna, almost impossible to believe, but it's on a recorded call. Yep, he said it. I would hate to inconvenience you for 30 seconds to clean a pan for a CUSTOMER.

Service deli said that my food sat for 2 hours and I should come in right away, (again no culpability on his part). This deli makes you wait a minimum of 30 minutes for pickup, but today it was an hour. I came in 15 minutes after and he even decided to argue with me on that and said that I came in 22 minutes after the hour, really? Again, who doesn't put a customer first and goes into the ring with a woman like this? A misogynistic woman hater, that's who.
The concept of the customer always being correct is not something that is understood here, and if you're a female, good luck.
The attitude of the service manager, David, explains to me why the women look exhausted.

Just got reopened and the food is pretty good, if pricy. They have lots of Asian snacks and there is a food bar. The food bar charges by wait and has lots of random items: sushi, pasta, salad etc. There's a discount for students, so bring your student ID.
The staff are 90% of the time pretty friendly but have experienced them being not so nice other times. The sandwiches they make are actually reallly good and the soup is as well. My only thing with the place is the annoying $10 card minimum, and most of the time when you go to a place and do not meet the minimum they will still let you pay with a card, but at Green Gourmet they refuse and it is really dumb because they are just losing a sale right there. I get it like theres the annoying fee, but would you really rather lose a customer and a sale? With this, I also find that they overcharge on certain items that really should not be so expensive. Overall, I will probaby continue to go here just because it is near me and convenient, but hoping they lower the prices on certain things and lower that stupid card minimum.

Needed a quick bite for breakfast and was going to grab a bec on a roll after 2 unsuccessful attempts at finding something quick and easy that would nourish. Found that this little gem of a deli has a wide array of goodies from guilty pleasures to health conscientious. They also have a large assortment of beverages. But as the woman behind the counter was preparing this delicious Acai Berry bowl 🥣 I took a minute to look in the showcase. Every last item looked vibrant and fresh. Very clean and free of any debris. And to the woman who cut the berries with love (attention to detail) , Kudos and thank you for a good breakfast! Mad love from Jersey!
I Cashed my winning lottery ticket in the store and the guy took half my money. I told him where is the rest of my money. He tells me sometimes the lottery pays half. He said if you have a problem call the lottery, the number is on the back. He wouldn't give me the rest of my money. I had won $160 Numbers ticket and he only gave me $80. After I realized he cashed the ticket and subtraction

Wir waren öfter dort essen, sehr lecker und frisch. Da wir kein Fleisch essen wurde alles auf unsere Wünsche ausgelegt. Das Essen wird direkt vor deiner Nase zubereitet. Die Portionen und die Preise top, das Personal war immer gut gelaunt. Wir vermissen den Wrap und Gemüse-Burger. Es gibt zu jeder Tageszeit das passende Essen. Wir kommen wieder 😍

Update: We returned to the next day to 7 Brothers for lunch & told them we received 2 sandwiches but were charged for 1. They told us they appreciated letting them know & told us not to worry about. A delicious jewel in the Big Apple!

Best smoothies, juices, bowls and sandwiches in new York. A must visit place where we can find helpful employees.
Went there for the 1st time today. Food was delicious! Servers spot on. Oh and the bakery,oh my! We will be back for sure! Prices are great!
Enjoyable gourmet meal. You can find pretty much everything, like in convenient stores. They have a good selection of breakfast and quick lunch bites.

Terrible. Couldn't even finish the food. The peppers and onions were barely cooked if at all. It tasted like they'd lightly warmed up raw vegetables and just threw them together. They didn't bother to mix them up either, so I wound up with huge chunks of half a nearly raw onion in my wrap. I found not one but at least two before I ended up throwing it away.
I always order bagel sandwiches form this place. Usually we get bacon, egg,and cheese which are always great. This time I got a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. They definitely took my order "literally" when they put vegetables directly on top of plain cream cheese.

I started in working in NYC again and this place is the closest place to my job. I went in the first day ordered a BLT with sausage on a roll. It was $5.50. This went on for about a month and then I saw the price changed to $6.00. I asked the person making the sandwich, about the price and he said that he had been charging me the wrong price for a month. I went back in this morning and ordered the same sandwich and the price was now $6.50. I asked about the price change and was told that the price went up. I don't understand how the price for the same sandwich could be raised this much in a month. I realize that it only went up $1.00 but I also realize that this store is taking advantage. The building that I'm working at is a new building and will have over 3000 people working there. This business seems to be preying on these new staff members by raising their prices so they can make more of a profit. This place is a RIP off. Do not give them any business

Only ready imma putting two stars cuz the cook was cool. Made a Gyro chicken & Lamb, special price $6.95. The owner or son who ever, over charges me. I told him you over charge and he swore up/down its tax's thats why its thenprice. He then added me an itemize recieot and BANG, told him, look.. you charge $8.50 and its $6.95. He went over whete the prices are and with a face, he ate his words and then starts talking to someone else in store with there language. Dont waste your time and money, ordered Cheeseburger Deluxe. It clearly says "served with French fries AND salad" on seamless and it asks to choose salad dressing. I only got Cheeseburger with fries, No salad, no lettuce, no tomato, nothing. When i called thr guy said oh you will have to specify in the description that you want lettuce and tomatoe. How the hell is it deluxe and i have to tell them to add stuff on it. Never again from this place

Made to order sandwiches are all excellent! BLT is hearty and delicious, and just $5. Other sandwiches equally tasty and $7.50 on a roll, $8.50 on a hero. Market is always very clean and modern.
Got the veggie garden sandwich. It was wrapped nicely and when I took it back to the office it held up together well - the bread wasn’t soggy, and the fillings were fresh. Many other sandwich places I went to in the past had soggy veggie sandwich so I was very impressed with this one - good flavors from the mayo/seasoning too so it was not bland.
My boyfriend and I took a walk and found this great little market on the street. Little did we know there was a deli, and fresh baked goods that combined so well with a little market. A fabulous selection of drinks to compliment any meal. There section of sandwiches from the deli was amazing and really gave us as tourists that New York vibe we were looking for. Such a great find for a visitor because I'm sure the locals know where it is!
Why is a bacon egg and cheese 10 doññars is this the new norm?
Tried to order a salad at 10am and one of the staff behind the counter was pretty rude yelling at me saying I'm only serving breakfast. I was confused as to what was his problem with me so I left and came back later. This time I ordered a bacon cheese burger deluxe and guess what they forgot. The bacon ofcourse. I love this place a lot but for some reason they always keep forgetting my bacon and the staff they got working behind the deli sometimes are extremely rude to the point I'd rather just walk out. Best thing about this place however is it is 24 hours. Oh and also they keep getting more and more expensive.

Seems to me casher tricked price of products because he found we are turist. He didn't use any cash mashine and didn't give us receipt.

Limited selection. They sell alcohol which is really the only reason I go here. They also have a POS that uses DIAL UP to process your credit card transaction that ends up taking over 2 or 3 minutes sometimes.

The prices are rather high but it's expected in this area. The cashier is always polite but the people that make the sandwiches tend to be forgetful. Today I order a sandwich (the same one every time) and the man did not put any cheese when it was clearly said. $7 for bread, meat and lettuce. Very unhappy.
