This place is a gem!!!! Love coming here with the kids and letting them guide us!! It's a super fun and safe walk. Lots of nature and shade. I absolutely love this place. Go on a weekly basis.
This is a really nice garden to walk through! Even in winter it is still beautiful and lush. There are plenty of places to stop for a rest if needed, and to just admire the surroundings. There are plaques around the paths that give information on plants, animals, the ecosystem and more. They also sell plants there too, done on a good-faith practice which I love.
Absolutely beautiful botanical walk 💛 I could spend all day here just existing and be completely content. You can tell they take pride in this garden, the love and care are evident around every bend. Definitely going to become a go to when I desire some peace and meditation. And the origin story is just as beautiful as the park is! 10/10 would recommend stopping by, whether you have 30 minutes or 3 hours, it's worth it. The park is free but there are donation boxes on site, they use the donations to take care of the park, even if you can only spare $1 it is a worthwhile donation 💛
Hatcher Garden is a beautiful place for a walk, relax, just sit and enjoy nature. A great place to take the kiddos when they are too hyped up. The walking will tire them fast! The flowers are gorgeous, and the water fall is very pretty. There are turtles that excite the children, and it's shaded.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
This place is beautiful and serene! Quiet and relaxing! There is a water fall, bird feeders, koi pond, plenty of squirrels and chipmunks. My grandkids and I love this place! It's free but please leave a donation.
A beautiful botanical garden, with some waterfalls and places to sit down and take in the atmosphere. Various paths you can take and explore. It's worth going to see, and you can't beat free admission.
This place is absolutely gorgeous, and full of wildlife. We had my daughter's engagement photos done here, and they turned out amazing. My favorite part is the waterfalls and all the animals!
Serene, beautiful, meticulously kept. If there was a hammock, I'd take me a nap and just enjoy the aroma, the gentle breeze, slight sounds of squirrels and waterfalls everywhere.. VERY NICE place to visit. We HIGHLY recommend this place. We took about an hour to slowly walk the mile of trails. OMG, there is actually a money plant.. who knew? I think we saw a cannabis plant. NOT SURE.... LOL.. I did take a picture of what I presumed was.. Let me know in a comment if I'm mistaken.
Wow! What a beautiful place and amazingly in this day and age it's free!. There are paths going everywhere so do yourself a favor and download the map of the grounds. Depending on how much you stop and smell (or photograph) the roses you can easily spend multiple hours here or even better pack a lunch and spend the day.
Beautiful area! Great location if you're looking somewhere easy to walk some basic trails and see some great landscaping and nature. It is well-maintained then as I was passing through there were other people there that were using it for a birthday party or just enjoying a relaxing day with the nice weather.
