Spectacular staff, very clean and best location!

It has been a great experience, it’s one of the cleanest places I’ve stood and reasonably priced. They don’t allow people hanging out in the parking lots or people outside of their rooms doing weird stuff. Family friendly, staff is on point with services and don’t play about kicking anyone out for disturbing others or not following rules which I love it makes me feel safe. I have been here a few months and have never had any issues. Thank you for all you guys do for maintaining a clean and friendly place because for some of us this is our home.

Scammin!

The room was wonderful, soft fluffy beds an clean. The staff was very kind, the fridge is a plus as well with it being a newer model an actually kept the stuff cold. It's a good price for the quality. Will definitely be staying with them again

Helped us with questions we had

I thought that the Rooms were going to be not that well put together but it was actually cleaner and better than where I stayed at last. Nice tiling work, nicely made beds, It was ALL nice and clean and you can defiantly tell they update their rooms! Always gonna stay here for low prices when my family goes to Universal!

Wasn't open

This place is not safe at all booked it for 2 nights, while relaxing with my wife watching tv, all of the sudden someone opened the door good thing I had the latch on this suspect kept pushing the door regardless of us yelling at him and stuck his hand to move the latch open. I pushed the door and closed it. Called the hotel front desk and main phone and no one answered the phone. We packed up and left pulled to the front desk and this very helpful attendant working by himself tried to relocated us and I told him did not fell safe wanted to refund my money. He called the owner who I sensed from their conversation did not believe my story and gave his worker a hard time. Finally the owner asked to speak with me and said that she had offered a suite for the same price I told her did not feel safe in this place on a situation like this a reputable hotel will refund the entire money to make a customer happy. Calculating what I had paid she only gave me a partial refund for the night that I did not use was told the resort fee is not refundable?unbelievable!!
I feel for the very helpful young man working there all night by himself monitored by cameras by his control freak Asian boss who claimed that her surveillance cameras did not record this incident but yet no one could tell me how someone was able to open the door.
We were very shook up and left. My wife and I thank God that nothing happened to us.

Affordable and not awful, but not great either. Very convenient to the parks and convention center. 'Suites' is a generous label for these accommodations. Rooms were clean but clearly suffering from age. Rotted edges on doors and locks that looked ready to come off of the door frames. Ok if you need a cheap place to crash for a night but don't plan your Orlando vacation around this motel.

I traveled to this area from Miami to go shopping at the Outlets and I am so glad we picked this place as our rest stop! We loved it! Very friendly staff, great price, clean and pretty rooms, clean lobby. Excellent location! We felt comfortable, safe and welcomed there. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and when I go back, I will stay there again.
