It's a calm place, and the flat where I used to live is small with only 5 people. It's close to the main town area.
Very very very nice
Too crowded for a decent community cluster of buildings, parking system is poor and not kept clean. Smells awful in some areas of the tower.

Its an old building but habitable and turns out to be better than Al Khor towers even if the road are still sandy. The building itself is sturdy and has the inevitable moisture but it does not look so bad.
The watchman maintains the cleanliness and he is accessible for immediate help

I feel bad putting such a bad review but the management leave me no choice.
I would like to just clarify that this is a beautiful building with spacious rooms and good fittings. I settled on this building only after checking out at least 20 buildings all over Ajman.
However no matter how good the building is, if not properly managed it becomes bad very fast.
I've been facing water leaks from the ceiling of my kitchen since a week now, the leak increases every day.
Of course this is not unusual so I reported to the watchman everyday for five days to arrange for a professional to fix this. He didn't do it. So I reported the same to the building office.
Can you believe it, they didn't even revert back.
This is disgraceful. The leak is so much I feel I'm cooking in a water park.

Al Niyafah Tower is a new building. Best location in Ajman opposite to GMC Hospital.
This 17 story building is consists of 1 & 2BHK apartments with 5 floor parking.
First floor is reserved for offices and Ground floor is for shops.
The floor plan is very good. Spacious Bed rooms, Living room & kitchen. Kitchen plan is good one, well placed Wash Machine, Cooking & Refrigerator options.
Very good sun light in all rooms except kitchens in 2 BHK apartments.
Good quality toilet fittings and kitchen fitttings and flooring are also good.
All flats are with 2 toilets (one toilet attached to Master Bedroom with bathtub and other one on the aisle also with shower option)
