The tower is good for living and has the Hala Medical Center with its excellent services
I feel bad putting such a bad review but the management leave me no choice.
I would like to just clarify that this is a beautiful building with spacious rooms and good fittings. I settled on this building only after checking out at least 20 buildings all over Ajman.
However no matter how good the building is, if not properly managed it becomes bad very fast.
I've been facing water leaks from the ceiling of my kitchen since a week now, the leak increases every day.
Of course this is not unusual so I reported to the watchman everyday for five days to arrange for a professional to fix this. He didn't do it. So I reported the same to the building office.
Can you believe it, they didn't even revert back.
This is disgraceful. The leak is so much I feel I'm cooking in a water park.
