This place was incredible! it is huge by European standards, super clean and in the best possible location. We felt like we were staying in Rome like a local. You step out of the piazza into a very modernized old building with all the modern conveniences. Way better than a hotel experience! We can't wait to go back! The host is wonderful and extremely helpful.
Best service ever, good area, nice and clean room's, comfortable and cozy!

I found myself in Rome for work reasons and I chose to stay in an apartment rather than in a hotel, to have the possibility and freedom of being able to organize business meetings in a quiet, elegant but also welcoming environment in which both me and my interlocutors, they could feel at ease. This apartment located in an excellent position, tastefully furnished, very well cared for from the furniture to the paintings, allowed me to give an excellent impression and be able to successfully conclude important negotiations. I will definitely be back

Ottima zona dove soggiornare. Appartamento molto grande con mini-jacuzzi davvero molto rilassante. Condizionatori in ogni stanza. Due bagni uno grande e l’altro meno con doccia aperta. Ambiente moderno e funzionale. Al 3º piano con ascensore. Host super disponibile
Nella bassa stagione ho il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo mai visto. Appartamento pazzesco a piazza di Spagna, molto moderno e super attrezzato. La posizione super strategica e la vasca sono i punti forti di questo posto.
Se dovessi mai ospitare qualcuno a Roma senza aver abbastanza posto, sicuramente affitterei questo appartamento.
Lo consiglio a chiunque volesse visitare Roma, specialmente in bassa stagione.

This about the flat on the top floor. Very comfy and spacious. It has a small terrace to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The kitchen has a microwave and the common Italian coffee maker.
A supermarket, street food pasta vendor, a nice restaurant are just around the corner. Actually, almost all tourist attractions are in walking distance.
Only downsides are the low water pressure (typical for Rome, it seems) and the narrow staircase leading to the apartment (could be an issue for older people).

Stupendo palazzo risalente al 'Cinquecento, perfettamente conservato e ristrutturato; in alcune parti si possono vedere ancora favolosi affreschi dell'epoca; un vero peccato che ne sia rimasta solo qualche porzione sporadica. Il disegno architettonico, nel complesso è molto classico e rispecchia perfettamente il periodo di costruzione.
Stayed here for four nights in late November and early December of 2018. What an amazing place to stay at, and for only 1000 euros a night, you get to have a whole penthouse like apartment in Rome.

Sólo por su ubicación ya es excepcional. A 2 minutos andando de la Fontana, 5 de la plaza de España, 20 del Coliseo, 25 del Vaticano... Con varios supermercados al lado y muchas tiendas. Todos los autobuses que necesites justo al lado. Y el apartamento en sí está bien. Es silencioso y tranquilo, con un mobiliario básico pero funcional. Muy bien equipado: caja fuerte, lavadora, cocina de gas, horno, microondas, nevera.

Eccellente soluzione, unica a Roma, per una casa vacanze di lusso immersa nella storia e nellarte
Estuvimos para fin de mayo 2018. Buena ubicacion, a pasos de la fontana di trevi. La zona es muy buena y Segura. El departamento es un 2 ambientes refaccionado a nuevo con las comodidades necesarias. El detalle negativo, tenía 2 aires acondicionados de interior que no enfriaban lo necesario en esos días de calor.

חוסר יחס מצד בעלי המקום
המזגן לא עבד (והיה חם מאוד 32° מעלות) ביקשנו שיסדר את המזגן .
אחרי 5 שעות המתנה בחדר לטכנאי מזגנים שלא הגיע הובטח לנו בבוקר למחרת , שעד לשעה 17:00 ביום למחרת גם לא הגיע !!!!
מכונת הקפה לא עובדת( הלבנה שלי מהבית )
כפתור ההפעלה של מכונת הכביסה עובד רק במצב אחד .
עובש בקיר של המטבח ועוד.
בקיצור יקר ולא טוב!!!
עדיף מקום אחר.
זהירות לחברה הזו 7 דירות באותו בניין !!!

Sehr schöne kleine Suite. Die Lage ist wahnsinnig gut, man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen und hat vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle. Die Zimmer sind in auf jedenfall sauber. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und man bekommt kostenlos Kaffee. Zudem war der Besitzer/Betreuer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzig negative war, dass das Bad etwas muffig gerochen hat.
Ich würde dort wieder übernachten!

Spectacular apartment, really well designed and in an amazing location. The beds are very
comfortable. Slept extremely well!
The location is great and although it's very central it's also quiet at night so you aren't
disturbed.
The Jacuzzi is really big and after a day of long walks with my partner, the warm water jets
made our backs and legs relax. Looking forward to book again!

Very good location and price. The room is not accessible for wheelchair (although the building has an elevator, there are a few steps to the room). There is an expresso coffee machine in the room with capsules renewed every day. It is clean but noisy at night (the windows are facing the street).
