Abbiamo soggiornato in questo stupendo appartamento, ottima posizione , pulito ordinato e arredato con tanto gusto , proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo

We stayed at this property from March 13 to April 10. Arrival instructions were spot on and finding the apartment in the labyrinth that are the streets of Venice was easily accomplished. The check-in time is stated as 1500. It wasn’t one minute before so figure that into your plans.

We arrived in Venice from Innsbruck at the train station and when we arrived the access code had been sent at 1500 (check in time). The apartment is a short 5- or 6-minute walk from Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia. As a plus, when arriving by train, there are no bridges to cross from the train station to the apartment.

Upon arrival in the building there is a short flight of stairs to climb to the elevator that takes you to the apartment.

Once inside the apartment, it is fully equipped for your stay. There are a few sundry items you will need to purchase, dish soap, paper towels and sponges. There are two terraces, a large one off the living room/dining room and a small one off the kitchen. There is also a very small balcony off the master bath. All windows are shuttered to allow you to sleep in if needed by keeping the sun out, or to keep the house cool when the sun shines on the southern façade facing the canal.

The apartment is equipped with A/C, heater, WiFi, Reefer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine (located on ground floor), pots/pans, dishes and cutlery and toaster. The TV provides a wide selection of channels from which to choose your programing.

The view from the apartment of the Grand Canal is great.

The apartment is located a 1-minute walk from Campo San Geremia and Chiesa Dei Santi Geremia e Lucia. Located within the Campo are a few restaurants. Our favorite was Ristorante Pedrocchi. Located just off Campo Geremia is a large park that is comfortable to relax in and get away from the crowds in Venice.

Just a couple of issues with the apartment while we were there.
The Refrigerator door doesn’t close properly, and the freezer was frozen solid when we arrived, and water was all in the refrigerator. They came and defrosted the freezer the next day but within 2 weeks it had frozen over again.

On April 1, went to try to use the elevator to take a load of laundry down to the washer and the elevator wouldn’t work. As it happened on a Saturday morning, it was Monday before it was repaired.

A drawback
Being on the Grand Canal across from a vaporetto stop can be a tad bit noisy as the vaporetto’s run all night. It isn’t so much the forward progress of the vaporetto but when they back down to tie up to the station is very noisy. During the day it can get very noisy from all the traffic.

RECOMMENDATION: I would stay here again. The location of the transportation hub Piazzale Roma and the train station makes it an ideal location.

Nos alojamos hace una semana. El apartamento está muy bien situado, es cómodo, está todo cerca, pero es una calle tranquila. También tiene autochecking, que es muy cómodo, porque metes un código y ya está.

Tolle Lage,gute Ausstattung mit Küche und Kühlschrank und trotz zentraler Lage bekommt man von den Touristenströmen hier nichts mit.

Stupendo appartamento con tutto il necessario . Più volte sono andato a venezia e da qando ho scoperto questo appartamento ho sempre prenotato li! A pochi metri da Rialto puro centro venezia .

It is clear that the host is not friendly at all and has no basic manners.

Appartamento molto confortevole adatto a due coppie, composto da ingresso, cucina attrezzata con piano cottura a induzione, microonde, bollitore, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e stoviglie al completo (manca solo la caffettiera), sala da pranzo con divano tavolo e televisore, due camere da letto di cui una completa con armadio e televisore, l'altra più piccola, due bagni. In foto la vista sul canale molto suggestiva. Posizione ottima vicino S.Marco. Noi in quattro ci siamo trovati benissimo. Per la colazione basta fare un po' di spesa e anche la cena se sei stanco è fattibile. Ti dà la possibilità di non essere obbligato ad andare a mangiare al ristorante se vuoi. Qualche coperta in più non guasterebbe visto che il riscaldamento ha un termostato non molto sensibile, a volte è un po' freddo. Nel complesso molto buono!

Appartamento molto tranquillo, fornito di tutto, in una tipica stradina veneziana ma a due passi da tante comodità. Check-in ottimo!

The artistic place very easily accessible by walk from Venice train station.

L'emplacement est très bien, c'est calme et proche du pont Rialto. L'appartement en lui même est propre mais il y avait quelques moustiques écrasé sur les murs et portes. J'enlève 3 étoiles pour le propriétaire qui est assez spécial. Je lui demande comment on accède à l'appartement il me répond vous pouvez chercher sur internet Ok mais au moins préciser le bateau bus à prendre ou s'arrêter c'est la première fois que nous venions à Venise bref après plusieurs messages il m'a dit comment on y accède. Ensuite j'ai loué l'appartement sur booking il m'a demandé une taxe de séjour en plus alors que normalement c'est compris dans le prix j'ai comme même envoyé sa taxe en plus du montant, je tiens à préciser qu'on a pas vue le propriétaire tout c'est fait par message. Il insiste en disant qu'il m'a dit par message qu'il fallait déposer la taxe sur la table en me disant que j'ai des problèmes de mémoires. Je lui ai dit que j'avais tous les messages et qu'il ne me l'avait pas précisé ensuite il retourne sa veste me disant ah oui c'est possible que j'ai oublié. Oui c'est possible un oubli mais on ne parle pas de cette manière me disant que j'ai des soucis de mémoire. Ensuite il ose me demander si c'est moi sur ma photo de profil de whatsapp j'ai même pas répondu une fois que j'ai envoyé sa taxe je l'ai bloqué il m'a renvoyé un message d'un numéro différent enfin bref il a fini par arrêter mais il est vraiment spécial. Il devrait travailler sur son comportement.

Great place and location for super value. Positioned in one of the most authentically local spots in Venice, and conveniently located beside the Giardini.

We left some possessions in the apartment, and they were very nicely posted back to us. We really appreciate it.

Appartamento molti bello La Randa che si ubica a Piazza San Marco. Dotato di ogni comfort e con uno staff eccezionale che segue ogni singola richiesta dell'ospite. Prezzi favolosi. Ritornerò!!

Mia figlia ed io abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nell’appartamento della signora Laura che ci ha accolto all’arrivo del vaporetto. L’appartamento è al primo piano raggiungibile da una scala che, per chi ha problemi di gambe come me, non è il massimo ma è situato in una posizione strategica al centro e anche se è piccolo è ben fornito del necessario ed è caratteristico. Commento positivo per il letto molto comodo, peccato invece che non ci fosse il Wi-Fi e che non prendesse il cellulare. Non ci si deve aspettare un hotel lussuoso ma dato il prezzo conveniente non credo si possa chiedere di più. Ci siamo comunque trovate molto bene, e ringrazio ancora la signora Laura per la gentilezza.

In appartamento si trova l essenziale. Ma per una vacanza a Venezia di 4 giorni è andato bene. Posizione ottima 10 minuti dal ponte di rialto circa 500 metri da piazza San marco.. Peccato il bagno veramente piccolo

Bellissimo appartamento. Grande, luminoso, affaccio con 5 finestre sul Canal Grande

Che dire, io e la mia fidanzata siamo appena stati a Venezia soggiornando in uno degli appartamenti di Laura. In particolare il 6239. A piano terra e con tutto l’ indispensabile. A due passi dal ponte di Rialto, da piazza San Marco e dal supermercato. L’ appartamento si trova a nostro parere in una zona molto tranquilla e si è presentato pulito e accogliente.
Unico punto a sfavore, a nostro avviso, la mancata copertura di linea telefonica all’ interno della casa (nel nostro caso e quindi potrebbe forse dipendere dal nostro rispettivo operatore telefonico) e l’ assenza del bidet.
Per noi è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza grazie anche a Laura che è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato alcuni posti tipici e caratteristici da visitare ed alcuni locali dove poter mangiare bene e tipico. In più sia prima che al nostro arrivo in città è stata molto premurosa e attenta nel darci più informazioni possibili per raggiungere l’ appartamento dalla stazione. Grazie ancora Laura!

Realmente hermoso!

Inizio dicendo che il posto lo consiglio.
La casa è l’ideale per due persone che vogliono soggiornare a Venezia in un luogo che ti permette di stare a pochi passi da qualsiasi attrazione della città. La sua localizzazione permette di avere tutto ciò di cui uno necessita( farmacia,supermercato,negozi,ristoranti etc.) proprio sotto casa e in più dista a 2 minuti scarsi dal ponte di rialto, quindi molto comoda per chi arriva e deve andare all’aeroporto, a meno di 10 minuti da San Marco e sempre intorno ai 10/15 minuti da qualsiasi attrazione principale di Venezia.
La casa offre tutto il necessario per piccoli soggiorni ma, come ogni cosa, ha i suoi pregi e i suoi difetti.
Pro:
-Tutti i confort necessari per brevi soggiorni, che ti diano la possibilità di non spendere centinai di soldi in cibo.
-Posizione più che perfetta
-Proprietaria molto disponibile, gentile e ospitale.
Contro :
- Bagno molto piccolo e scomodo
- Assenza del wi-fi( dentro casa prende ma come in tutta venezia io con Vodafone ho avuto vari problemi con la qualità del segnale )
Consigli :
- il primo consiglio è quello di invertire lo stanzino, che ad occhio sembra più grande, con il bagno o quantomeno trovare una soluzione per ingrandirlo.
- aggiungere il wi fi

Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati benissimo,anzi essendo un luogo di passaggio ci è risultato comodo per fare piccole pause a metà pomeriggio considerando l’esagerato caldo fatto questo fine settimana di settembre e i kilometri macinati nelle varie giornate. In conclusione posso solamente consigliarlo e raccomandarvi anche la proprietaria, la quale è sempre disponibile.
Non dò 5 stelle per i due punti a sfavore.

Stayed for 7 days, excellent location with all the amenties that made it feel homely.

Nettes kleines Zimmer etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum- ideal für einen Mix aus Stadt und Badeurlaub.
Man fühlte sich eher im Leben der Einheimischen - nicht wie im Touri-zentrum.
Lebensmittel und Bäcker nur 5 min zu Fuss entfernt.
Netter unkomplizierter Empfang- und auch Check Out.
Die Schlafcouch war für uns prima- nur hat sie etwas geqietscht.
Im Badezimmer waren genug Handtücher- nur leider hätte die Duschkabine sauberer sein können.
Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und außen- Perfekt für jede Tageszeit.
Waschmaschine samt Bügelbrett und bugeleisen- ideal für Handgepäckreisen.
Küche war prima ausgestattet- nur ein paar Sachen waren nicht ganz sauber.
Kaffeemaschine= italienisch Kaffee kochen !

Wir fanden es hier sehr schön- auch für einen ruhigen Abend Zuhause gut geeignet und würden hier auf jeden Fall nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen!

Das Appartement befindet sich in der besten Lage (Rialto Brücke, ...). Man kann mit dem Wassertaxi vom Airport direkt nach Rialto fahren und zwei Minuten gehen. Laura war uns von Beginn an sehr sympathisch. Sie hat uns das Appartement gezeigt und uns Tipps gegeben, welche Teile wir von Venedig unbedingt ansehen müssen. Das Appartement war wirklich sehr sauber, romantisch und vom Platz her ausreichend. Wir durften sie bei Fragen jederzeit kontaktieren. Liebe Laura, wir danken dir herzlichst für den schönen Aufenthalt.

L'appartamento è nella migliore posizione (Ponte di Rialto, ...). Puoi prendere il taxi acqueo dall'aeroporto direttamente a Rialto e camminare per due minuti. Laura è stata molto gentile con noi fin dall'inizio. Ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e ci ha dato consigli su quali parti dobbiamo vedere da Venezia. L'appartamento era davvero pulito, romantico e adeguato dalla piazza. Ci è stato permesso di contattarti per qualsiasi domanda. Cara Laura, ti ringraziamo sinceramente per il bel soggiorno.

L'appartement est très bien situé et l'accueil au pied de l'arrivée de l'alilaguna était bien aussi mais ce sont les seuls points positifs. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité : elles montrent un appart spacieux et lumineux, c'est petit et très sombre, le pire c'est la photo du séjour truquée (2 fenêtres où il n'y a qu'une!). Le matelas de mauvaise qualité (ressorts qu'on ressent bien) piqûres d'insectes dans le lit. Salle de bains miniature (pas de lavabo mais une lave-mains; on se lavait dans la cuisine) une douche avec très faible débit, pas de grille-pain. Pour notre séjour de 6 nuits on n'avait qu'une grande serviette et une petite par personne et finalement peu de flexibilité pour nos bagages le jour de départ, notre bateau partait à 13h30 mais nous devions quitter l'appart avant 10 h donc trimballer nos bagages vers un dépôt et les récupérer 3 heures plus tard moyennant 20€...

Très belle place!

Circa tre mesi fa sono stata in questo monolocale. Mi sono trovata bene,posto tranquillo e con ogni confort. Unici due difetti: la tv prendeva pochi canali e nel piccolo atrio moltissime zanzare (ma questo penso sia normale a Venezia),per il resto tutto perfetto!

Apartamento acogedor con cocina y terraza, con una buena ubicación si deseas una zona tranquila y muy cerca del vaporetto. Creo que debe mejorar la limpieza, había tela de araña en el baño, la mampara de la ducha necesitaba una buena limpieza y me encuentre utensilios de cocina sucios. Creo que deberían de limpiar todos los utensilios de la cocina cuando un huésped se va y llega el próximo. Si no hubiera sido por la limpieza hubiera dado una puntuación mayor, pero es algo a lo que le doy la mucha importancia. Es muy buen alojamiento pero me ha fallado en eso, es una pena, porque además tiene muy buen precio.

I have been several times in Venice but I've never been in such a wonderful location! Actually I don't remember of ever having such an amazing holiday house (and I travel a lot!)!. The place is in Rialto, so totally in the centre but far from the mess of tourists and tourist traps. You can live the real Venice with wonderful shops and restaurants. The house is real Venetian and it has totally renewed so it has the charm but also the luxury of a 5 star hotel (including a fantastic wifi). If you want to go to Venice, don't hesitate to book this wonderful house, you are going to love it!

Majestic Rialto House offers accommodation in a restored historical building in Venice. The apartment is 200 metres from Ca' d'Oro. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

The air-conditioned unit is composed of a seating and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. It boasts stone walls, wood-beamed ceilings and modern furnishings.

Rialto Bridge is 300 metres from Majestic Rialto House, while Basilica San Marco is 700 metres away. The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo Airport, 7 km from the property.

Good location, quiet and cosy, separate rooms

Monolocale comodissimo per chi visita la biennale, pulito, ben arredato, ristrutturato recentemente. Non manca nulla. Silenzioso ed accogliente. I padroni estremamente gentili e disponibili. Torneremo senza dubbio.
