In the room here, management and correspondence are all terrible and bad.

Place is very clean and large. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms. It is two flights up with no elevator. Amazing location and quiet at night time. Water taxi is convenient at the Rialto Mercato (Line 1). Do not take line 2.
Communication with the owner is extremely well done.
Wifi is not great…that’s a Venice thing.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe der Rialto Brücke. Sehr sauber. Alles neu und sehr stylish. Ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Zwei WCs und zwei Duschen. In der Nacht sehr ruhig. Mit Klimanlage.
Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Cafétiera, Bügeleisen sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir waren zu viert dort und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Scala ripida per raggiungere la terrazza, ma ne vale la pena!
Luminoso pulito, ben arredato, ben riscaldato e con impianto dell'aria condizionata. Letti comodi, biancheria come in albergo, cucina ben attrezzata, bagno caldo e doccia grande, ma la terrazza sui tetti di Venezia è il pezzo da 90!
Si può persino mangiare fuori!

Clean & quiet place in walking distance to the public transportation system, historical places and to restaurants/bars stores and ect. Nicely furnished with separate bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen.

Super bien placé pour la visite proche de la gare et la llace des bus pour l'arrivé et en dehors d'une grande rue pour être au calme. Vaporetto à moins de 200 mètres. Supérette pas loin et boulangerie aussi. Appartement très agréable

The apartment was clean and warm and the host is really friendly with great communication!

Get the sea bus and pass all the stations.so you will sea all venezia from the sea in a very good price.

Was a very nice place to stay and was quite close to the market

We didn't know nothing about Venice, when we arrived. We had budgeted for something extra nice the one night here, but I think we payed more for the location (Rialto) than hotel standards. The window was best kept closed, unless we wanted to touch the neighbouring house walls 1 meter away. We had air condition though, and slept well. Some noise from the evening happenings, but not that intrusive. And we got a trip to a glass making company of which we wouldn't have travelled to otherwise. Also, the personnel was polite and cared.
