Rialto Project Apartments

Good location, reasonable price, view from the window in top floor Appartment (usually you don’t have it in Venice). Interior Looks better in the pictures, now you can see traces of usage by tourists who don’t care for not own property. actually floor already requires renovation. Funny design of shower’s door- opens into inside the shower, so tough to close if you are not thin 😀
Tip for lift: you need to keep buttons pressed to make lift moving!

L'arredamento e la posizione non sono male tuttavia ho dato 3 stelle per l'apparente incuria trovata cioè abbiamo dovuto sbrinare il freezer perché trovato aperto con un blocco di ghiaccio.
Sul davanzale di una delle finestre della camera i piccioni avevano creato il nido quindi finestra spoca di escrementi( tanto) e quindi impossibile da aprire

Nice place in perfect area. Best Cocktailbar in town is around the corner.

Stayed here with some family. Rooms were spacious and clean. Rates were relatively low.

Had a bit of trouble finding the place with a hard map. But turned on Google map and followed. Still was a bit tricky. But I guess any place is hard to find in venice.

Lift worked but parents got stuck inside somehow. Went out for drinks later and found 2 guys inside stuck.

Rooms felt a bit warm even with AC on but it was comfortable.

Showers had good pressure with hot water.

Check in was organised and professional. Appreciate the helpful staff.

I would stay again now that I know how to find the apartment

Very clean and tidy place toilet are bit smaller but clean and tidy though I loved it only down fall is its bit difficult find the place though its not end of the world and it want holding me to rate this 5/5 thoroughly recommended it!!!!

The apartment was ok but some kitchen stuff were missing and some other were dirty. There was no soap or sponge for washing the dirty dishes until we moaned but they took hours to bring some. Check in experience was awful. You must do the check in far from the apartment and you only get access to the property by 3pm regardless of the apartment being ready hours beforehand. Communication with the property reception is by whatsapp only.

Departamento muy amplio y arreglado. Con muchas comodidades.
Aunque los pisos de 2 habitaciones tiemblan demasiado y no te da una buena sensación (tendrían que repararlo)
