As a leasing agent I’m concerned about most of their reviews. Karin is not a delight I also applied was told I needed to pay a higher deposit or co-signer. I was super happy to do that. I came in to see where I’d be potentially living Karin was rude the whole tour. I told her hey I already applied and was just wanting to know more about how much I need to pay for deposit. She then said well most of our building have been leased so will have to see what’s available never called me now everything is higher. Clearly I could tell she was not gonna lease to me. I was told to call back and ask for a manager and now she’s also the manager. I know that’s not true as well. I will be reporting to fair housing. I honestly just wanted to rent there problem free. Mostly just hurts my feelings I wasn’t rude nothing.was really just over joyed until I met Karin. You could just tell she was gonna make that happen. Racism in 2024 is crazy!! Added the email as well

I can corroborate the complaints of the other reviewers.

The building has not been cleaned in months, maintenance has a very slow turnaround. The general state of the building is in poor condition. Garbage was left out in hallway for several weeks. A booger was stuck on the elevator for weeks as well since the building is never cleaned.

Be warned, the utilities are insane, over 120$ per month for the common area electricity, this will in addition to your personal use. There are also so many fees associated with processing your rental payment. The HVAC system was broken for several months resulting the building be over 85 in perpetuity.

Pictures attached show the general poor state of the building.
Do not move here! The ac does not help your apartment stay cold, even if you want to make yourself some food the apartment gets super hot! Even in the winter this apartment is too hot or too damn cold. Not to mention they have the washer and dryer on the first floor with no ventilation! Worse apartments ever, do not waste your money here. I hate it here so damn much
Unfortunately the communication with management has been poor throughout my year and a half living here. It’s changed 3x and been worse with every step. I’ve had items damaged, and not replaced, after reaching out due to flooding from the building structure issues. Lived with a moldy apartment for while. My locked up bike was stolen after contracted maintenance left our garage open all day while trying to fix our flooding studio apartments ($125/month for locked and covered parking) also paying this even though it’s not in my lease and still being overcharged but can’t get a hold of anyone so... I love being over charged in this economy :) I’ve spoken to 4 other tenants ALL WITH THE SAME FRUSTRATIONS. We all send emails, and calls with no response. We didn’t even know our managements contact information for months. No mass emails sent out. No communication. I’ve sent 3 emails recently going on 6 business days of no response. Another tenant I spoke with called 4 times until she got to someone. I had the same experience. Our mail often can’t be delivered due to our front door being broken (currently need to find time to pick that up) and prior to that issues with our garage kept us from coming/going. Live somewhere else. I’ve never had these issues anywhere else it’s absurd.

This place is so loud. Bus depot on one side, trains on the other. The concrete floors makes things echo like crazy making noise worse. People don't seem to sleep in these buildings as there are people walking up and down the halls every five minutes all hours of the day and night. Additionally there is at least a dozen vehicles that sit abandoned in the parking lot(haven't seen them move for at least 3 months, some have flat tires making it obvious there abandoned.) Bicycles with missing wheels and broken locks, dumpster divers. Tenets are in denial about when they are very clearly moving furniture around for more then half the night. Management here is typical to most places where they will ignore you but are quick to collect money.

Everything about renting at Kabin exceeded my expectations. From Karen in the management office to the maintenance manager team. Across the board the best property management team in Denver. Highly recommend.

It has been one thing after another with this leasing company. Starting from the day I moved in not being able to get a hold of anyone from the leasing department, didn't end up getting keys until hours after the original meeting time. Currently I am locked out of the building I live in because the key fob is not working. I put in an emergency maintenance request 4 days ago that still hasn't been addressed and I have also contacted leasing my email and phone with no response. Avoid this apartment complex and leasing company at all costs.

We moved here in January and LOVE our experience so far. Management was welcoming and attentive to our initial needs. We have had several service requests that were addressed quickly and accurately by the amazing maintenance crew. Also important to us is that our furball enjoys playing in the community park. The neighborhood and adjacent communities are packed with wonderful parks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a host of other useful businesses. I highly recommend Platt Park Townhomes!

Don't get me wrong, it has its own janky charm and no elevator. But if that's OK, you can't beat the price and location. Fun times.

We have lived at the Kabin for just under ten months and have nothing but good things to say about it. The building is kept very clean, the unit is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and the apartment is efficient and has enough space for all of our belongings. Plenty of parking, a designated dog area, great gym and a restaurant/bar on the campus is an added bonus.
We had a minor maintenance issue that was repaired quickly and correctly, Karen and the team at Habitat seem genuinely committed to providing a pleasant place to live.

Karin with property management is a tremendous person. My lease is ending in mid April and my family went through a very big loss and I’m still dealing with legal issues regarding that loss and Karin has offered to personally check in on my place since I’ll be moving out over the course of the monthit’s been hectic but I know that management does genuinely care. It’s easy to get frustrated with them but they are very personable and they want the property to be as amazing as it has been for me.
Do no move here. I’ve lived here for 3 years and am the longest standing tenant. The property management company is garbage. You will never get any human to answer or return a phone call. It’s all through an online portal that is checked sparingly. In the summer they leave hoses across the sidewalk for months straight, and the snow removal company doesn’t show up for a day or two and does a sub par job. Plus the parking lot is covered in a sheet of ice. In the dog run the poo bags are never replaced and the bin has never been emptied. The police are here at least once a week. let’s not forget when the swat team came to evacuate us. I’ve seen 5 evictions happen. And there is no ac and our dryer vents inside the apartment.

I recently moved in after a 4 day road trip from my hometown. I signed the lease before ever seeing the apartment, and the entire process was simple and straightforward. Karen and the other staff at Habitat have been so helpful throughout the stressful process of moving across the country. When we finally arrived I was not disappointed. There are of course going to be pros and cons of any living space, but for myself the pros of Kabin far outweigh the cons.

Cons:
Lots of construction downtown that can occasionally delay your drive. I’m starting to learn the back roads to be able to avoid this.
There is a beeping alarm in the lobby nearly every day. This is probably annoying for anyone living near the lobby but I’m far enough away I can’t hear it unless I go into the hallway.
Occasionally you can smell the dog food from the Purina factory, but this doesn’t bother me personally.
There are no drawers in the kitchen so I’ll be getting creative with how I’ll be storing my utensils!
No patio on any floor besides the 1st, but you still get the cool garage window that opens.

Pros:
No outrageous & surprising moving fees!
There is coffee and food in walking distance within the taxi campus. The prices are extremely reasonable and so far everything has been delicious!
The gym looks so nice and I’m looking forward to going there to work out.
There is a feeling of community. I haven’t met any neighbors yet, but there are so many events happening and I’m looking forward to connecting with people.
So much storage space! I got rid of a lot of things thinking there wouldn’t be room, but the closets are bigger than I expected!
The Habitat staff are so friendly and welcoming!
There are peg boards in every building where neighbors post about events and small businesses (like dog walking and tattoos).
The two bedroom is bigger than expected! The open concept makes it feel big and the bathroom is 3x the size of my bathroom in my last apartment which barely had room to stand in.

I’m genuinely so happy I moved here and am looking forward to all the opportunities that will come from living in this community.

Just reading the comments on this place makes me happy to know that ALL of the feedback from past tenants has inspired me to NOT seek interest in this hell hole! Thank you very much for sharing your experiences.

As a current resident I unfortunately would not recommend living here to anyone I like. I was very late to work today because the neighbor decided to park their car in front of my garage and block me in. Management knows this is an ongoing issue but does nothing about it.
Update: Thank you replying. The parking situation has improved in recent weeks. I have since increased my rating.
Absolutely disgusting. If you like lots of rats, weeds, broken glass, dog and human feces, and no one who cares about any of it, this is the place for you. If you enjoy being kept up every night by loud music and 30 people that don't even live there partying in the parking lot and sitting on your car and urinating in the corners like dogs, you will love parkside! If you don't care about the laws or the environment and like to change your oil yourself and just dump it all in the grass, you are a perfect match for Parkside Apartments. Don't like throwing your trash in the trash and prefer to throw it on the ground t feed all those rats you like so much? No problem! This is probably the nastiest property in all of Denver, so if you really want to live in a dump, this is the place.
Living at Platt Park Townhomes was one of the most frusturating and demoralizing experiences in my life. They do not care about their tenants, they will put off repairs for 3+ months after repeatedly closing maintenance requests without actually doing anything. Their employees are openly inconsiderate when you go into the office. They will laugh in your face if you ask about ongoing issues or have general questions that are totally reasonable.

Dante names the eighth circle of hell "Malebolge" and it is for the fraudsters. "Malebolge" is where Platt Park Townhomes, their employees, and all the greater RedPeak Management belong. Mic drop.
Love my newly updated apartment, clean and fresh, the neighbors are nice and have been quiet, it is a busy street and can be noisy outside, noise can carry inside but is easy to ignore, with the new ceiling fans in bedrooms and other white noise inside the home, the property manager Stephanie has been great and maintenance works hard around the property, as much as I like my little home I give it 4 stars because it does not have central air as advertised, we have to get our own window AC, come July and August central air will be missed, otherwise it would be 5 stars.
They are renovating apartments and putting new cabinets, light fixtures, and vents. But here’s the thing since they started doing this COCKROACHES!!!! and at that they think they can just walk up in your apartment knowing you have dog/s. Well don’t cry when someone animal bites you for protecting their home. Give tenants notice and get the work done on the day it was supposed to be done.

The apartment Giselle showed me wasn't a great fit, but Giselle was super attentive and welcoming. I especially appreciated how prompt and helpful she was with directions. She was on time to meet me. I would consider renting an apartment from her if the right one (location, size, and with a balcony) becomes available in the next 2 months.

Every resident I have spoke to since January 2023 has either moved out or is planning to leave at the end of their lease. Lotsa vacancies here!!!! $40 convenience Fee for paying your rent online!!! Not sure if pool will open this year - needs a lot of cleaning & repair.
Why would you want to speak with the people that are robbing you??? Offered a chance of 1 Month free rent in March if rent paid on time - apparently there were no winners. Supposed $1199.00 rent is now $1420.00.

Management is never available.
Price starts at $1199.00 + Pet Rent,
Trash Fee, Maint Fee, & on & on.
Moved in in Dec/22(3 months ago)
Rent now: $1360.00. January had sewage coming out of our kitchen cabinets. Took a week to resolve - then a week. ,with 3 Fans & a dehumidifier running 24h hr a day. Could barely hear yourself think.
Management:Crickets
Originally apt was nice - then mgmt decided to renovate:( did not matter that we didn't want it). Good luck calling the office!!! Website only available around rent time. See BBB complaints. Cou
ld be a very nice place-but nobody cares.

3/16 -. Insist on lease being printed out & carefully read all four pages of fine print!!!before signing. Staff here has all left(guessing they couldn't deal with tenant complaints). Cannot give negative stars. Will be moving out at end of lease.
Rent for one bedroom started at $1199.00
Rent for April:. $1415. And change
Seems to go up every month.
No interest in talking to Management - if the problems we see everyday are not obvious to them - what is the point of getting your blood pressure up. Talk to your neighbors!!!
being given “upgrades” and tbh it looks horrible. very disappointed and the light fixtures are ugly and extremely crooked. the people doing the upgrades have no manners and don’t knock. just walk right in. would have loved to had an option as they got paint on my dishes and on the oven door. and being left without cabinet door until apparently monday or tuesday.

would love to add how it’s extremely impossible to reach the leasing office staff. they’re either never answering the phones and sending tenants straight to voicemail or never in the office and always “out to lunch”. very disappointed in this place. not only to mention that we’re being overcharged for our 1 Bed 1 Bath. as they advertise it to be $1199 but my husband and i pay $1610+ a month for our 1 bed 1 bath. and not ever one response to emails or messages on the resident portal when we ask about it.
I have a relative that lives in these apartments. They are horrible. She's been without heat since October. There is a bed bug infestation. Management is never there and they will not fix the heat. Also the elevator breaks all the time so handicap people are left in their homes because of it.
Wish i could rate 0

Loved here for 4+ years and i can only say 1 good thing. And many bad. No parking available if you dont get a spot by 5pm you have to leave your car across the street and many cars left over in the spot get broken in or stolen. Heating is very bad in the apartments. Air conditioning is also a problem 1 air conditioner that poorly keeps the livingroom cool. You cant have normal window air condition units and if you try to use a air condition in the other hot rooms the breaks trip all the time. During the summer you will be extremely hot. And your energy bill will be out of control if you do try to use portable air conditioners to keep cool.... If you need something fixed or repaired or replaced good luck i moved in to broken blinds and they never got replaced and if they do fix something and it was done wrong or bad dont try to argue with the office cause their handyman people are pros and never make a mistake. The poor is perm closed. The owner allows partys in the middle all the way to 1am with loud music and it will keep you awake or your kids cause its always by your window. Laundryroom i wouldnt use they are normally broken or the residence wash tar covered cloths and it then gets on yours. You will find homeless people sleeping in the hallway and had homeless people exposing themself to children all the time. Also be prepared to be also bugged 24/7 by organizations and churches that only speak spanish momemt i say i speak english they so sorry no understand. Next is the community here has a big problem if you are not hispanic living in the residence they all will constantly make complaints against anyone who doesnt fully speak spanish or not hispanic. Many units have problems with plumbing and flood and most appliances are 30 years old besides 1 unit that the owners son has its super decked out with top of the line everything some units are in better conditions cause if you know the owner he will make improvements on people he likes units and always make sure stuff is repaired for them. Major prpblem with the kids in the community had several try to light the buildings unfire and if you or your kids are not hispanic the kids here will bully the hell out of your kids and pick on them.

Only positive thing was the owner during the pandemic was nice enough to work with me on payments but it still felt like i had to full teeth to get a arrangement sometimes
It only took me 2 days to apply and move in. Fresh paint in walkways, walking inside the building it smells clean and looks well kept. Met the maintenance man after watching him clean/make safe the dumpster areas, talked to him as well and he seems like a great guy with actual motivation. I moved into my unit on a friday night and am pleased to say my neighbors are well mannered after hours in my building. noticed armed police/security making rounds as well. All in all with the money spent and monthly rates here I'm happy. Brand new tile in bathroom, brand new bath tub, brand new oven, shower head and kitchen sink. 1300$ a month is a very fair price. It seems new ownership really is trying to clean everything up and make this a nice enough place to live. So far so good. Oh and did I mention they offer a 15 month lease option?
We had a great experience with Red Peak when we lived at the Seasons but it went downhill pretty quickly at Platt Park. From being passed around during the initial leasing process due to staff turnover, to living there and never being able to get ahold of the office for help, to now, having moved out 7 months ago with no word about a balance and suddenly receiving calls from a collections agency. Once again, no one will answer the phone and it is frustrating. I understand staffing issues but this has been an issue for several years now. Positives are location and maintenance staff.

I have lived in the Platt Town Townhomes for a few years now. The place and area itself is nice to live in. Most of my time here has been pleasant.

Lately however, we have become extremely disappointed in the level of service especially when it comes to maintenance requests. We have had a work order in for over a month on a major appliance that is still not fixed and just had another item break that has made our sink unusable. We have tried our best to remain patient and understanding but the lack of communication and situation we have been put it in has made living here very unpleasant. I am hoping Red Peak can turn this situation around and I can provide a better ending to this situation but as of now we remain very unhappy.
Bad experience just by entering the leasing office rude, not friendly at all.
Do. Not. Stay. Here.
I stayed here for a year and couldn't have been more grateful to finish out the lease. To start, we had a terrible first impression. When we moved in, there were multiple things wrong with the unit: leaking pipes, paint ALL over the floors and refrigerator, disgusting bathroom, missing light bulbs, bad paint job, and a broken dishwasher. They clearly rushed us in there and didn't check to see if everything was good before giving us the keys. On the first day, a neighbor came up to us saying there was an incident at the 711 across the street the night before, possibly involving a knife...How comforting. The parking situation was awful, no one parked in their unit spots. We were given notes by neighbors telling us to move or we would be towed, only to find out later that parking is free for all and you can not be towed. I was concerned for my safety on multiple occasions. Doors were always propped open without fail. Glass doors constantly shattered. Hallways dirty and laundry room trashed. The laundry room was the most disgusting part, NEEDS renovated. Ignorant neighbors. There's always someone yelling in the hallway, or kids running around and stomping as late as midnight. Had at least a couple of stolen packages. The dumpster at night is infested with rats. Overall, just an awful experience and a run-down place that seemed to be pushed aside and not cared for. Maintenance is slow to respond. Management is terrible. Yes, it's probably one of the cheapest apartments in Denver, but you definitely get what you pay for.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is the epitome of slum lords. I moved here May 2021 and the property was marketed as being central to RTD (it is not, the nearest train station is about 1-2 miles down Pecos), it was also marketed as being remodeled and brand new. That is not the case. They came to “fix” my bathroom and left me with a job that I could’ve done a better job myself. I relayed my disappointment to the manager, and she completely ignored me and refused to repair it correctly. Upon move out, my entire under sink storage was sunken in due to a leak that they had never addressed. I did not receive any type of apology or anything. The front desk lady wasn’t even surprised that it had happened. My balcony has rusty nails EVERYWHERE and often times felt as if it would collapse. The RATS run rampant when it was hot and it was truly disgusting. They are everywhere and the property does not seem to really care. This area is quiet but runs rampant with crime. I woke up to a random man at my door at 4:30am, so beware if you plan on moving your family here. The appliances BARELY work. My oven would error out and not even turn on sometimes. Maintenance NEVER came to fix it. This place sucks. This was my first apartment and the whole experience really discouraged me. Fast forward now, I have been waiting on my security deposit to be returned to me and it has been well over 30 days. Calling the number won’t work because they only answer when they want. The management team SUCKS and I do not recommend ANYONE stay here, especially considering the price. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
This leasing company is so unprofessional. I got set up for a tour and nobody was there at the set time that was agreed upon. I called and they told me that they don’t have any available apartments???? but I was confirmed for a tour? What an incredible waste of time. 👎🏼

I recently had a great experience with my property manager, Rachel, and wanted to share my positive experience. From the very beginning, Rachel was responsive and attentive to my needs. She was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, and last but absolutely not least, her understanding. My husband and I have been here for over a year, with different management and this service is much more superior than the old owners.
They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my rental experience. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property manager. Thank you for your excellent service!
Terrific new renovations to the property with great customer service!
They did a great job on the renovation of this place. The units look brand new with all new everything. The leasing agent was also really handsome.
It would be awesome if you guys even answered your phone's. 2 plus weeks with a maintenance emergency an you don't even care... Awesome..... No emergency maintenance number. Noone at the office. Great service really......
My roomate and I lived at Pecos Gardens for a year, throughout the last year there have been 3 different property managers. This made it very hard to communicate with management,. On top of the management issues there are many safety issues as well. People prop open doors, allowing anyone into the building at any time, but somehow fedex, usps, and amazon couldnt deliver packages. The man who lives across the hall from me is constantly on some sort of hard drugs. I am very dissapointed with the lack of communication and the unsafe enviornment, as the man across the hall also frequenly attempts to get into my unit, pounding on the door and shaking the door handle. Wouldnt recommend unless you enjoy living in a run down place, with shady neighbors.
I was interested in leasing from this apartment. The website stated they had vacancies. I called the number for 3 days, multiple times each day. I was always transferred to an answering service. The person took my name and number and assured me my request would be forwarded. I have received NOT ONE CALLBACK ! What a poor way to do business. I found another apartment. Thanks for nothing Zuni !

I am a former resident of the Platt Park townhomes - and what can I say, this place is a great place to live. Having lived in a few apartments in my life, I can say the townhome style definitely feels a lot more spacious and the homes are wonderfully maintained. I would note that there are probably 2 very important areas that make or break a community: 1) How Responsive the Management & Maintenance are and 2) The feel, cleanliness and maintenance of the community.

Platt Park townhomes scores 5 in both categories. I never had to wait for more than a couple of hours to receive a response from either the community manager, maintenance lead, etc. with any issues that we had. Hell, the lead maintenance guy, Justin, even drove 45 minutes one night at midnight to help us clean up an overflowing refrigerator water dispenser. That's great service & it makes you feel secure in living there.

Regarding the cleanliness, maintenance and location of the community, this management team is spot on. There was a problem with the landscaping, and very promptly and in the middle of a pandemic, they switched landscapers and made the problem right. There's a great field that you can use as well, which is fun for both the dogs and the little ones. Otherwise, they have people shoveling the sidewalk when it snows (almost obsessively!) and makings sure the property is in tip top shape.

The location is unbeatable. It's a 10 minute walk to the light rail or South Pearl Street. You have both Whole Foods and Sprouts within walking distance, and several great coffee shops including Nixons and Downpours. I-25 is literally right there, and its 10 minutes without traffic to both the DTC and Downtown.

I would very much highly recommend living here, especially if you are looking for more space in an unbeatable location. 5 stars all around. Thanks RedPeak for the awesome place to live!

Platt Park is the perfect home! We moved in 19 mths ago and we are so happy that we did. You can bike along the Platte, head to the Pearl St eateries just a few blocks away, easy 1-25/Wash Park access, Sprouts literally across the street, OTF + kiddos school only 2 blocks away, stunning interiors in our home, large patio, attached garage, and a super friendly neighborhood where we even play yard games in the private courtyard with our fellow neighbors. The maintenance guys are seriously on point too! Live here - you’ll love it like we do!
My family moved into Platt Park Townhomes in October. We are used to apartment living and we are thrilled to have this change. The location is perfect- we ride our bikes to the South Pearl Street restaurants, shops, and Farmers Market. We also are a short bike ride to Wash Park, Platt Park, and so many awesome restaurants and things to do. We are right next to the light rail so its quick and easy to get downtown. We could not love our location more and that is the most important part for us. We have NEVER heard our neighbors- no noise issues whatsoever. All our neighbors are so friendly. Not to even mention how beautiful our home is-with all the windows and the white modern finishes, I've never loved a home more. It's truly a wonderful place to live and we are thrilled with our decision.
I have been so pleased moving here! It's so quiet, and the management in the office is OUTSTANDING! My apartment is spacious and my kids and I LOVE it. Thank you Sharon and Genevieve in the office for absolutely everything! We are so thankful and pleased!
Your people have their music up too loud all the time in the parking lot please do something about it
I was visiting and was surprised at the attitude I saw the office lady give a resident for walking her dogs , she actually told the woman she had to walk her dogs in front of her own building, that I found totally offensive in itself, I mean why the heck can't you walk your dog(s) anywhere you want to on the property if your a resident and of course properly clean up after your animal? I was offended and I feel like there is some discrimination going on. The office personnel should always be courteous and helpful to residents and that's not what I saw. I would not even want to consider living in that place for the amount of money it costs to live there, to be treated wrongly. I am looking for a place near here for work purposes unfortunately for Pine Garden they lost a great potential renter.
Teresa runs a tight ship at Pecos Gardens, and stays on top of all problems that may arise. She keeps everything clean and picked up. She is easily reached and is always on top of what ever is happening.
Teresa the manager was super awesome & helpful. The apartments are a little older but they maintain them well. NO BUGS which is fantastic and they are very cautious about bugs. Great priced especially for the Denver area. highly recommended.
I have been calling for over a week now and the ONLY people answering calls (after it rings for a long time) are the emergency services line. They can't answer questions about the apartments and all they can do I send messages to what appears to be a non existent office and staff. They apparently don't care enough to answer calls or return calls or EVER be available. When you need a place to live that you can afford asap having things like this is completely unacceptable!! Hire an office staff that will actually WORK!!!!! I know that's a dirty little 4 letter word but it seems to be one that nobody knows the meaning of anymore!!!!!
I have been at The Pecos Garden Apts for almost a year. The lease is coming up and l look forward to signing the new lease.
There's a few specific reasons why and, for me, it really comes down to the property manager, Teresa. She's always on top of things, she always gets back to you. She also goes out of her way to communicate with you.
These things are hard to find in most property managers. She is always friendly and ready with a smile. I also love how she cares about the tenants and will ask if there's anything she can do to help.
I would recommend Pecos Garden Apts because of her and feel good giving it.
The units are older, but pretty well maintained.
I really like living here, very peaceful and not too expensive. Teresa the apartment manager is beyond excellent and by far the best I've ever ran across. Ever a concern or problem always right there to help and it gets done right away. Very responsive and quick to assure me of anything. She is always nice and caring. Thanks for all your hard and dedicated work.
i have been renting in this place since october, last managent was good but this one i dont like it so much plus every time i go to the office is closed.. 1 of 10 times i go is somebody there im always having trouble trying to put money on the laundry card because the machine is in the office and most of the time is nobody there i normally go every 30mins to check if is open and they just change the time to come back on the door sign.. pretty annoying.!!
SO far,not been approved yet but Erica Waddle is great at her leasing position made me feel at ease very positive outgoing personality all I can say so far good job she does!!!
This apartment complex is the worst. I lived there for 2years with my family. Once I moved out at the end of my lease,. They attached huge fees to it and sent it to my credit saying I owed all this money. I spoke to the office personnel 6 months ago, they didn't even have a record of us living there during the time we were there. They won't send me a letter stating I don't owe that either. I keep calling and can't get anyone in the office to answer anymore. Do not live here!!!!
There's roaches infesting half of the buildings. That and blaring Mexican music in every building. That you can hear clear as day throughout your entire unit.
Do not move in there unless you have an emergency or good for people without social security that girl claudia she is scamming thief whoever doesn't have good credit specially Hispanic people with no social security. She charge them Alot of money under the table without running credit i know because few people told me
07/15/13. So for the price it is not to bad of a place to live. We pay 740 a month including heat, water, sewer and trash. Staff Is a 4/5. location is a 4/5. Quality of building is 3/5. Obviously with the amount of rent I pay I'm only expecting what I'm paying. If I wanted nicer places I would be paying more per month. But overall our move in was nice. I also like that it is very quiet for the most part. The only time we hear the highway or other people is when we have our windows open. Everyone is very nice and are definitely a family friendly place so if you don't like children this is not the place for you. Staff is also average at fixing your issues

11/24/13 update. New management is no better. Never do what they say in a timely matter. Building is infested with roaches. They are spraying multiple units to try n get rid of them including ours. Will be moving when lease is up. Knocked stars from 4 to 2

01/15/14 Update
Now we have mold n there not even fixing it. We are moving out ASAP. Moved stars from 2 to 1
