We’ve been living at AMLI Littleton Village for almost four years now, and it’s been a wonderful experience. This place has really become home for our family. The community is well-maintained and has such a warm, welcoming vibe that we felt comfortable right away. The staff at AMLI Littleton Village are fantastic. They’re always friendly and responsive, making sure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues, and the community events they organize are a great way to meet other families and make connections. The amenities here are another big plus. We love the pool, the gym, and the walking paths – they’re all well-kept and great for both adults and kids. There’s a real sense of community here that we appreciate.
Overall, AMLI Littleton Village has been the perfect place for our family. It’s a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to live, and we highly recommend it!
Since moving cross country, I could not find a better place to live. The process was so welcoming and every question I had was answered as Brittany was so knowledgeable about each property and location. From answering all of my questions to the property events, I am so happy to call Littleton Village home. Brittany and Kayla are the best in the office and the property is so well marinated and quiet. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a new place!!
I recently toured with Kayla and she was so incredibly helpful. She was so patient and helped me answer all the questions I had. I had some questions after the tour and called back to speak with Brittany who was equally as helpful. The property is so clean and you can tell the management really takes care of it, I’m excited to move in!

I have been with Littleton village since last year and I love it! I can confidently say I have never had my needs met with such care like I do here. Leasing team takes pride in helping out the residents and you can tell with the smile they never forget to put on. Maintenance also rocks! Super speedy in handling my problems when they rarely occur. Can’t recommend it enough
We love living here and all of the staff is the best. If you need anything, Brittany and Kayla are so happy to help and make you feel so welcomed. The maintenance guys are great and quick to fix any concerns. We also love the neighbor events they put on that allow us to get to know other people. We signed our lease without ever seeing the complex and we feel so lucky with how it turned out and how safe we feel in the location

My boyfriend and I toured Verona, which stood out, not only for its features but also for the exceptional service we received. The manager, Cheyenne, welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm. The apartment itself was the right fit for us, with ample space and a long list of amenities. However, it was Cheyenne’s attentiveness and friendliness that made the visit memorable. If you’re considering a move, this apartment complex is definitely worth a look.

Went for a tour and Cheyenne was amazing. Was so kind and was the first apartment we absolutely LOVED after a long long search. applying today.
Just moved in and have been loving AMLI so far. The leasing managers, Brittany and Kayla, are seriously so sweet and helpful! They’ve answered all of our questions and helped give guidance wherever it’s needed. They’re a lovely representation of the community!

Our apartment is lovely and it was really clean when we moved in which was so appreciated. Amenities seem nice and I’m excited to use the pool soon!

Pros: apartment is clean with luxury appliances and amenities, people are friendly, good location in proximity to everything, reasonably priced for a large one bedroom apartment. The community is quiet other than a little bit of noise from the street. Impressed with how we can’t really hear our neighbors from inside our apartment. The office folk are seriously amazing!! Based on our experience with AMLI so far, we will stick with them for any future rentals we need. Really impressed by the property management!

Cons: literally the only con me and my boyfriend can find is that a ton of dogs live in our building and there is always a lot of dog urine on the sidewalks 🫣 But that obviously doesn’t affect us inside our apartment!

Overall if you’re on the fence about AMLI you shouldn’t be - it’s a great place to live !!! 💓

Stayed here for a short term lease and it was great. No complaints at all during my stay. Maintenance was extremely quick and fixed my sink in less than a day. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd absolutely come back to Verona if I come back out here.

I visited the Verona apartments earlier today so I could tour a couple of the units. Cheyenne was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. She made the tour fun, personable and easy to understand. I completely fell in love with the beautiful apartments and lovely community. I hope to call Verona my home soon!

I am having good experience with Verona! Cheyenne is the absolute sweetest through the application/approval process and were there to answer every single question I had. So helpful and pleasant to work with. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer service/admin team!

As far as maintenance as well, we have had nothing but positive experiences. The maintenance person Norman told us to let him know if we needed anything. He was super kind and friendly. We had issue with dryer and we got it replaced! However we are experiencing bad response from Verona maintenance especially Norman after providing good reviews and so changed the rating from 5 star to 3 star
I love living here! The pool is very popular tho and definitely needs to be cleaned more than once a day but other than that, it’s great!
I've had a fantastic experience living at AMLI Littleton Village. The staff in the office are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently by the exceptional maintenance crew. The entire complex is well-maintained and kept clean, which is something I truly appreciate. Safety is a top priority at AMLI, and I feel secure living here. The swimming pool and BBQ area are both excellent amenities that add to the community feel. Overall, I highly recommend AMLI Littleton Village for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
I have consistently experienced the best residential support services ever of my life with Pondside apartment managements, the staff are friendly and helpful…I need to thanks Jillian Woods for being the best of the best Thanks.
Pondside at Littleton we provide current residence with exceptional community amenities like on-site parking on site laundry and on-site management. all that they’re saying here is full of baloney. like they do provide on-site parking on site, laundry and management, but if you as a tenant. they will not give you what you want to make your apartment atmosphere better than they want it. They will tell you you’re not allowed to do any changes to your apartment that will make you feel at home. The rent for people that aren’t on housing is extremely high for the amount of rules that they apply to your agreement. They run the complex the way they want it to be for them. They don’t care about the tenants opinions or suggestions whatsoever they’ll take your suggestions, but they won’t do anything with it. They will make their own rules and policy the way it fits best for them not for the tenant. They allow pets on the property to live with the tenants, but don’t provide a area for the animals. They let the dogs poop on the lawn, where multiple kids run around and don’t have a designated area for the dogs they claim to say they want every apartment to be unified, but some apartments are not updated and have old white cabinets and old white appliances, while other apartments have stainless steel appliances and new dark wood cabinets they will have no problems, switching out your rug for laminate floor, but they will put their laminate floor over existing laminate floors that is covered in dirt and grime. They tell you you’re not allowed to have an AC in the middle bedroom because they have built an AC in the master bedroom and the living room, which is not OK because the middle room does not get enough cold air from the two rooms with AC so if you want to put in your own AC you are not allowed to put it in but if you drive around the complex, you’ll see some people have AC in the middle bedroom. with a smoke-free policy, it is incredible how they claim to say they want the community to be a smoke-free policy but then there’s vendors that come here and smoke on the property. The third-party vendors get told that they’re not allowed to smoke here. They wait for maintenance to walk away and then stick their finger at them as a light up another cigarette. i’m not writing this as a hate message. I’m writing this as a message to the owners that the tenants opinions and feelings matter more than yours. The tenants are the ones that need to live in the apartment, it is your job to provide that live and comfortability not give them directives understanding the tenants and their happiness can help the future of the complex and the community itself making your tenants happy can make them tell others how happy they are living at Pondside. I wanted a remote control. ceiling fan put in. fancy but I was told that they will not put it in because of the ceiling not being able to hold the fan in place, but it can hold a roof. So I took it upon myself, not to drill. any holes into the ceiling to put the ceiling fan in place I simply took the bracket and screwed it into the on the ceiling. mounted the fan to the bracket and did my own wiring as you can see in the photo and simply plugged it into the outlet and it worked. I was given a notice that Pondside were going to have electricians come and change the outlet behind my fridge to a single outlet due to regulation code while they were doing their changes one of the electricians had noticed the ceiling fan and mentioned to maintenance that is not safe it can fall on my child when I personally knew of the safety of my child to make sure that it was securely safe and mounted to the ceiling without cutting any holes into the ceiling. I simply screwed it with the right thickness of screw to hold it in place. while the fan was mounted it cool down the house and the room at this point they should had suggested to have it professionally put in. after seeing my dedication screwing it to the ceiling. Just want you to understand tenants happiness matters. you are not sorry and no walking trails

I don't recommend living here there so called luxury apartments but it's far from luxurious. all the units look different and are not uniform like how management says they want the units to be. Some apartments have stainless steel appliances, and other apartments have old white appliances. In the 2 bedroom units The living room and Master bedroom, have air conditioning But the middle bedroom does not have an air conditioning or a ceiling fan, which becomes extremely hot and muggy during the summer. Even when you have the bedroom door open and put a fan blowing into the room to hopefully get the cold air from the A. C in that room, it does not work at all. They should not call pondside luxury apartments. Because in luxury apartments, You would have ceiling fans. And you would have stainless steel appliances and even have hardwood flooring instead of laminate flooring. And also in the bathrooms, they put laminate floors over old laminate floors and they're disgusting and dirty underneath them, and they don't clean them before They put new laminate floors on for new tenants to move in. It's expensive And there's too many rules.
They also expect you to remember every single rule when you move in. For example, if they have say 200 rules They expect you to know every single rule, but if you forget some of the rules They make it seem like Your stupid, because you can't remember every single rule that they have. If you've lived here long enough, you would know that none of the management that have worked here ever live in any of the apartments because they don't want to live here because they know there's too many rules and they don't want to abide by those rules...
The best decision I have ever made was to be part of Pondside at Littleton , a very good clean community, an excellent management, very professional, especially The property manager Jilian, she makes the person feel comfortable, she is very kind, respectful,,Ryan as well they definitely have a great team including maintenance department …honestly I highly recommend this area ❤️ I wish I can give more than 5 stars ….

You’re probably reading this because you just stormed out of your leasing office for the second time this week, and you’ve had just about enough of Karen’s snarky attitude. I mean what’s a guy gotta do to get a work order fulfilled?

I guess that’s just how these things go. Right?

WRONG

There is hope my friend. And it’s found here, at Verona. Where real people actually treat people - like people. Groundbreaking, I know.

If you’re looking for one of the highest quality renting experiences in the entire area come in asap and one of the wonderful staff, like Cheyenne who is a Jedi in problem solving, will help you find everything you’re looking for.

C’mon. Seriously, you owe it to yourself. This place is amazing.
Please listen: DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. PERIOD. I lived there two years and I have never been more excited to move out. The other people who have left reviews have only lived there a short amount of time- so listen:

This apartment complex should not be called luxury!!!!! Save your money, mental health, and dignity.l This place is full of mischief in all forms, our apartment smelled like drugs and cigarette smoke the second we moved in, no parking ever, I caught numerous people stealing out of cars, and they built an extended stay up the street and those people have come up and stolen NUMEROUS packages from my kids and neighbors and roam around the cars with backpacks. When I say I have never seen so much theft-seriously it was alot! My mom stop sending her grandkids things. Random people go through stairwells with backpacks-and NO SECURITY. This place calls its self luxury-do not buy it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’m shocked they are able to be called luxury.
My wife and I have moved into the 5151 Downtown Littleton Apartment 2 weeks ago and we are very pleased. Emily Polster in the front office has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from application to permanent resident. I have lived at a handful of apartment communities in Littleton and this one certainly stands out in regards to cleanliness and organization, not to mention the beautiful views of the mountains and the close proximity to Downtown Littleton which is very cool.
For the most part living here has been great. Got lucky and have great neighbors that don't make too much noise. But also the community is very respectful when it comes to noise levels. I feel safe in general.
Now to the negatives: the trash can get overwhelmingly full and over fills onto the floor. Luckily the times that has happened its been picked up pretty quickly. The parking really really sucks. The whole lot fills up by 8pm. If you go out for the night better get an Uber or risk not finding parking later.
Two people have died in this building in the last 6 months. Scary dude who open-carries a handgun props open the building door and tenants smoke right in front of it. I really feel bad for the dude who just rented 11, where somebody died and there was a terrible roach problem that I doubt management fixed prior to his moving in. I was in apt 5, and I found out after moving in that the tenant before me was moved to another building because the piping was bad and needed to be replaced. About 6 months into my residency there was a clog in the apartment upstairs and it rained in my kitchen. They really should have made sure that was handled before renting that apartment to someone else. They also inspected my apartment twice without giving 24 hours’ notice.
My partner and I just moved into 5151 and love it. Emily made the moving process so much easier than I’d expect. We got a fantastic deal and she kept us in the loop. There’s awesome amenities especially if you have dogs. The apartments are a perfect size and there’s plenty of storage. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which is awesome compared to living in Denver. Downtown Littleton is just down the road and it’s super cute with local shops/pubs/dining. Also 2 min away from Santa Fe which makes the commute quick and easy. We can’t wait for the summer so we can use the pool (which is heated all year round)!
Emily was super awesome and honestly the reason why we chose 5151. The tour was super informative and she’s incredibly personable. Emily is also extremely responsive which gives me relief in case an issue ever pops up.
My partner and I are a lesbian couple and feel safe and included here which is huge.
Anyway, totally recommend this to be your home. Definitely request Emily for your questions and tours!

Thanks Emily!!

I had a wonderful experience when I went to tour the apartments at Pondside in Littleton. Jillian Woods works at the leasing office and she was friendly and professional. She showed me the apartment and answered everything questions and concerns I had. She is really amazing at her job. I gave her a 5 star rating. This is Sally.

So far Verona has been great! Cheyenne in the front office was so so so lovely to work with (thank you)! Joe and Norman, the maintenence team, have been prompt, professional, and do great work. The units are nice and reasonably priced. I personally love the location. I'm a relatively new tenant, but so far its been a wholly positive experience.
Management does not care if your mail is stolen
they will remove 'bad reviews' from displaying on google
but will not do anything to make Pondside feel more secure

Every single person I have spoken to in the 4 years I have lived here has had something to say about this place.

They will spend thousands renovating plants, but will not pay for monthly internet to make sure they can set up cameras to watch your packages when they arrive.

I work from home and still cannot get my amazon packages.

!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Never had any problems for years until Waterton took over, the community used to be so welcoming and nice, now it’s run like a corporation instead of peoples homes. They don’t care who they rent to. The parking lot is PITCH black and has been for more than a year but they recently put lights up to show the Verona sign instead. During the summer the pool is closed often because it’s filthy and green, the whole pool area is filled with beer/liquor but god forbid you smoke cigarettes and you’ll be threatened with legal action. Been dealing with constant harassment for months from tenants and the office has done absolutely nothing about it but tell me to sit back and shut my mouth until I move. It’s gotten so bad that I pay $2,000+ a month and I wear earplugs to try to sleep. I’m being forced out of my home due to tenants at Verona and lack of care from Veronas office workers. There’s NO MAINTENANCE on site. There’s dog poop and the same aggressive “breed restricted” dogs all around the community. The dog poop bag is overflowing making the community smell like the Denver Zoo, there’s dog poop all around the entire community. I’ve had a huge hole behind my sink since I moved in (I let the office know as soon as I moved in) years later, it’s still here. I’ve also had problems with small field mice in front of my door/on the patio during the winter and Greystar regularly sent out an exterminator, Waterton has yet to get back to me from almost a year ago. Almost forgot to mention that during the winter they don’t even bother to shovel, AT ALL. The only luck you have is the sun and the black ice stays around for months. This place is a joke and the community has turned to complete trash. We used to have security in the parking lot day and night, haven’t had that for years so the car break-ins are often. The gym is always missing things or things are broken and have never been fixed. Parking is one of the biggest problems here. You have to pay to park in the lot, that’s even without a reserved spot. I get home at night from work, I have to park by the pool and walk more than halfway across the community to get to my apartment (in the pitch black parking lot) All the good reviews are false, they bribe you with things to leave a good one. Ended up leaving my lease early to find a better, way bigger place where I’m not harassed. I’ve also been recorded in my own home from tenants and had the police used against me. OVER CIGARETTES. What a joke. Also to Verona, please don’t reply with “we’re sorry about your experience, please contact us” because I have been having problems for MONTHS that you’ve all been aware of and absolutely nothing was done about it. You aren’t sorry. This is only your workplace, you get to leave at the end of the day. This was my home.
Great management. I have been here 15 years. Great location for Downtown Littleton and coffee shops. Cherry Cricket is here now. Walking there is convenient. There is no rec room it's not needed when there are walking paths.
My husband and I love living here at AMLI Littleton Village! The community and its amenities are lovely and well kept, the office and maintenance team are always a pleasure to work with, they are incredibly kind and helpful. We have lived in over 5 different apartment communities and AMLI Littleton Village is by far our favorite community! This photo is the view from the beautiful rooftop lounge facing the mountains.

Status update March 2024: We have been living in the community for two years now and couldn’t be more comfortable and happy with our apartment home and the amazing community team that takes care of us! Special shout out to Ben and Jordan in the office for managing the community with such care and compassion as well as our amazing maintenance tech Allen and the rest of the office and maintenance crew!!! All of the team members at the community are awesome and do a great job of taking care of our community while keeping it fun with all of our cool and creative resident events.
Apartment buildings regularly stink like cigarettes and weed. Maintenance gentleman is VERY nice, but the office is a show.. has regulations and accommodations moving in (example: smokeless property). And there is smoking everywhere indoors, never taken care of by the management team. (Plays off that they don't smell it).

View of the pond was nice, but in the almost 2 years we lived there the deck overlooking the pond was blocked off for repairs. Only to be opened for a few months before we decided to end our lease early.

Overall they really were awesome apartments... but don't expect to be pampered in housing like they make it seem you will be.

It's just a nice apartment community with kind maintance people. Not accommodating 75% of the time.
Windermere is a great apartment community to live in. I like the fact that it is an enclosed building. The maintenance crew are always willing and ready to lend a helping hand. Sean is quick to answer work orders and gets the job done right.
Pam and Jana are extremely helpful when getting into the apartments and are always available to answer any inquiries I have.
Excellent property Management!! I lived in these apartments for a few years and now I have a new apartment. I really miss the Windermere apartments they had beyond reasonable pricing, wonderful women doing the property Management and the maintenance always got fixed. ❤️
I’ve been here since December of 2021. They’re really turning the place around! They repainted the hallways and carpet cleaning gets done in them as well as it’s just very clean in my building. The neighbors are quiet and I honestly cant tell I have them most of the time. I’m glad I signed a year lease and love being here! I also have the newly renovated apartment and it’s definitely very nice

My husband stayed here for a little and it seemed nice.
New landlords let maintenance in without you having to be home so if you're uncomfortable with that keep that in mind.

Didn't realize this till I let them know my sink was starting to release water with black specs and I came home one day to my kitchen and bathroom lights on despite it being mid afternoon.

Besides that things seem to be okay so far.
It was great

Stuff are really nice and they go above and beyond to accommodate their tenants. Gabor and David did such a great job on my concerns and even extra things. They did an outstanding job! I didn’t have high expectations based on previous experience with different apartment complexes. And I’m very impressed the way maintenance team handled everything. So, thank you so much for your work guys.
I have been here for at least 4 years. I have no plans to move. Not only is it close to downtown, shopping & my church, but the staff looks out for you. Maintenance is "johnny on the spot" for trivial things & faster for important requests.
Paper thin walls, can hardly hold a normal conversation without a complaint.
This is an apartment and office building, not the actual light rail station. There is no store or coffee shop here. It's easily confused as the building is called "Littleton Station" and is just a short walk from the actual RTD light rail "Littleton - Downtown Station".

Horrible management. Unresponsive and uncaring about issues. Paper thin floors/ceilings and extremely loud and rude neighbors everywhere. As you'd expect, the management does not care at all about how loud people are.

Also, the grounds are a mess. Common areas are constantly covered in trash, dog feces, bugs, cockroaches, you name it. Avoid living in these apartments, or any apartment owned by Botnick Realty at all costs. You will be wasting your money, and hating your life.
Poorly run apartments completely turned around by new owners! The manager is amazing! Very willing to go out of her way to help, no questions asked. Kept up and maintenanced by the most down to earth guy you could wish for! They make a great team! It's like a small bit comintity. Good place to rent!
A nice Denver Metro light rail station with a coffee shop in the renovated old rail station. Good parking. Easy walking distance into Old Town Littleton.

Very nice station. Clean and planters are well tended. Often see crews working to keep this station a pleasant place to wait for a bus or a light rail. If I could change anything it would be to make some shaded places to sit while waiting for bus
I lived there from 2010 to 2012. Had great neighbors and the apts were undergoing some renovations. I hope it hasn't all gone wrong since then.
Not too bad. A couple minor things here and there but overall a great, affordable place to live. No major complaints. Staff is nice and seems to take care of issues. Buildings/grounds are kept clean and maintained. Apartments are updated. People here are nice and quiet. Safe neighborhood. LOVE the area.
