I’ve been living at Parkside for a bit now, and I love how close it is to Discovery Green for walking my dog. I wouldn’t have picked this place if it wasn’t for my original tour with Brooke and the awesome location. The only downside is I can’t get my packages delivered to my door, but that’s out of the team’s control. Everyone here is great, and I always have good interactions with the residents & leasing staff, especially during the events. I just wish there were a few more of them!

There is nothing luxury about this apartment complex ! They are continuously trying to make money off of the baseball games and make the residents uncomfortable. Daniel said that these orders are given from management so it let it be known they do not value their residence or their guests more than they value a dollar which is very tacky and distasteful. Our guests can’t even park and they have to pay $45 on a Tuesday at 1 PM because this apartment management is so greedy! Why are you charging guests 45 dollars filling up the garage to the sixth floor, so no one can park all due to them making money from valet for baseball games, this place used to be better then this. It’s so ridiculous. I wouldn’t advise anyone to move in very money hungry tactics.

An elevator is ALWAYS down so there are long waits to get access to them. There was a time when all 3 were down for hours! The app they have to unlock your apartment has not been working for about 2 months now. If you forget your key fob, you will need to have the concierge open your door if not you can’t get into your apartment. Definitely not renewing my lease here.

It’d be very remiss of me to not share how wonderful my experience has been living at Parkside residences. The top contributor is mainly due to the incredible staff. Every time I come down to retrieve a package or grab a cup of coffee, there’s a warm welcoming and overall positive energy thanks to Leslie, Keishae, and the assistant manager. They’re all incredibly genuine and truly care about the residents, we have developed a lasting friendship and I feel incredibly safe. The maintenance team led by Hugo, are always on top of any requests I have; from changing air filters to patching up paint and checking sensors/alarms. Especially during the recent hurricane when we didn’t lose power, which made me feel safe and secure in my abode. It’s clear that the quality of the building is matched by the quality of the people who run it. Something as simple as walking through the lobby to grab a coffee gets you in a great mood because the staff is always ready with a smile, and a friendly conversation. Their kindness and dedication make Parkside feel like a real community, and I couldn’t be happier because of it!

I’ve been living at Parkside with my girlfriend for almost two years, and I can honestly say the building is excellent. The location is super convenient for us as we are able to get anywhere fast being so close to the highways.

Whenever family comes to visit, they always compliment the luxurious front lobby and how polite the staff is. It’s a welcoming space that really sets the tone for our community. Leslie, Antwan, Keisha, and Brooke the valet and cleaning staff are always friendly and helpful, making it a great place to call home.

Just renewed my lease because the apartments here are insanely nice. Huge bonus is all the help in the office. The luxury vibe from the people here makes everything feel worth it. They just helped me with renewing, and customer service is at another level. The gym is always a go to amenity for me here. Plus I like how I can walk everywhere if I need to. Keishae and Brooke have been helpful. Some things aren’t perfect here, but no place is.

I recently moved out of Parkside, and I can honestly say it was one of the best places I’ve ever lived. Sure, the location was perfect, everything was so close! What really made it special was the staff. I had some great interactions with Keishae and a few others, and they always made me feel welcome. The assistant manager was super helpful and made the whole move-out process easier than I expected it would be. Plus, Hugo from maintenance was always on top of things, getting requests handled fast. I also loved spending days at the rooftop pool! The only thing I’d say is the elevators could take some time. But, that’s to be expected. If I had to choose the best high rise experience I’ve had, it would be Parkside. I loved living here!

Moving into the Catalyst has truly been a remarkable experience for both Shy and me. We’re absolutely in love with the B3 floor plan — it’s spacious, well-designed, and really suits our lifestyle perfectly. Every day, we’re reminded that we made the right decision by choosing Catalyst as our new home.

We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to Annette. From the beginning, she has been incredibly thorough, patient, and informative. Initially, we were torn between the Catalyst and another property, but Annette’s professionalism and guidance made the decision so much easier for us. Maintenance team is great! Always timely & professional. Interested in seeing how the new management team changes the property for the better.

Was there for 2 years. Pretty peaceful for the most part. The building is simply older and could use renovations as well as electrical work but all in all, a pretty good experience. The parking partnership could be better in terms of having guests over. Got towed a couple times myself due to new plates not being in. But I enjoyed my stay.

The maintenance team is great! They have always responded promptly to my requests. Thank you, Justin and Eduardo!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CATALYST! Annette, Eddie and Chris in the leasing office were phenomenal in addressing all my requirements and helping me get my perfect apartment. The amenities are resort style and always an escape after a long day at work. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Definitely one of the best apartment buildings in all of Houston Downtown!

Please beware! these apartments are a wolf in sheep's clothing. The management teams changes on a regular. Each month the fees changes... If you decide to take a chance on staying here, please monitor your bill before you make your monthly payment because 9 out of 10 it will be wrong and the manager has to make corrections or give you a credit for the following month. The elevator is always broken.. The surrounding of the apartments are not safe and the list goes on.

We just signed up for our 5th year at The Star. We moved in February 2020 - and have loved it since. Classic, historical building with modern amenities and well equipped units. We are in a 2 bedroom, and whenever we have guests over - they gush about how much the love The Star too.

A lot of the reason we are keen to stay here is the team. Abbas leads the Concierge staff and is by far the most attentive, courteous, professional and kind person you'll meet. But it doesn't stop there. Ashley, Ebony and their team at the Leasing Office are top-notch. Responsive, and inviting - they will do anything within their power to help a resident. And lets not forget the amazing Maintenance Team. These guys are great, uber respectful of one's home. Very communicative on their maintenance plans, and always willing to crack a smile when I make one of my silly jokes.

All of that combined makes The Star our home!

Here we go. Annette. She's rude and has overall poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog, seriously. The actual apartment looks nice but it's not worth the pretentious attitude from Annette and the staff.

You can find a much better property with better customer service. Annette and her heavy makeup needs a real attitude adjustment. I would love to know how she has a job there with her nasty attitude. Don't let these 5 star ratings fool you. Annette needs customer service training.

The property is dirty especially for the price you pay

Originally we were super happy with moving here, but this new management has tanked our entire experience. Elevators are never working for 43 floors, the parking garage gate hasn’t been working properly in weeks, maintenance work orders aren’t ever completed, we have 2 holes in our walls that were created by them from drying up water damage from the hurricane and they’ve somehow forgot to fix them!! So here we are 2 weeks later with giant cut out holes in our bedroom! Too much damn money for not even 1 star service & care. That’s just crazy. We will not be renewing! Maybe after this post someone will respond to my multiple emails, chats, & maintenance requests after weeks. It’s 2024 do better.

I lived at the Star for 2 years and would still be there had I not moved to Austin. I lived in different parts of Houston for 11 years and the Star was by far my favorite place to live. The building and amenities are beautiful and well kept and the staff is just lovely. Abbas, Homer and Farhan were the be concierge staff I’ve ever known. Location is 10/10 and it was never impacted by weather issues like many other Houston areas. It’s honestly the best deal in town for location, apartment size and how well kept the property is. I lived alone and always felt very safe there. Wasn’t a downtown girlie until the Star!

I moved to Parkside Residence 8 months ago. Knowing it’s a new building, I expect it will everything promised. Since I moved, although building have 3 elevator (one is always locked for maintenance workers), and other 2 are consistently breaking down, leaving tenants waiting for 15min to get elevator. It has been problem at least twice a week consistently. Another thing that complex have is a beautiful pool which supposed to be open always, but that’s not the case.Pool had been close mayor of the tome since I moved, at the moment it’s closed for a month and its always some issues that takes for ever to fix it , with excuses that they hired people but they don’t do their job very well so it will take time.How you say that to your tenants? Not to mention that Garage doors are broken too. Remember, after you sign lease you are on your own. They don’t respond your email, you have to be in their office every day to achieve or solve any problem you have. Current Resident don’t resign leases because of all the issues they have.Unfortunately, for the price you pay with all promises , can tell you as the CURRENT TENANTS it’s not worth it. Hope this will help someone in making right decisions and choose other options with a full access amenity.

The Star Staff are the most amazing and respectful TEAM in HOUSTON! Ms. Ebony and everyone worked so hard to ensure my move was successful! After living in a private residence in an upscale neighborhood, the Star itself and ALL of the staff are the BEST!

My husband and I recently moved from NYC to Houston, and after a long search for the perfect downtown apartment, we found The Star. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the building’s amenities, location, and overall atmosphere. However, what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service we received from Brandon.

Brandon guided us through multiple tours of various units in The Star, always patient and attentive to our preferences and needs. His deep knowledge of the building and its features helped us make an informed decision, and his friendly, professional demeanor made the entire leasing process smooth and enjoyable.

We couldn't be happier with our new home at The Star. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to live in downtown Houston, I highly recommend checking it out and asking for Brandon – he’ll make sure you find the perfect apartment!

I have not yet moved into The Star, but I have to give a 5 star review for the experience I've had so far that led me to the decision of signing a lease at this property. I have to give the main props to Brandon, his professionalism is top notch and has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt with his responses. He totally sells this property and knows the ins and outs! I never felt pressured or pushed, only pleasant interactions and a lot of help with anything I needed. He is direct and I didn't feel like he left any important information out.

I also think this is an absolutely beautiful property. The units are nice and the overall building looks like it is well kept, including the hallways, which is great. For it being a pet friendly community, it has always smelled fresh in the hallways when I toured- I was assured that the housekeeping stays on top of this.

I look forward to moving in, in a few weeks and will update my review as I get to spend more time here!

0 out of 10 would not recommend. The staff that was managing this property before was much better than the staff that is currently employed. There is currently a gnat infestation that is sweeping the entire property and the response from the staff has lacked sense of urgency and consistent communication to the residents. There has also been several attempts to break-in, ACTUAL break-ins that included a man escaping from the mental hospital and trashing someone’s apartment forcing them to have to move, and safety issues including but not limited to domestic violence, lease violations, fire damage and obstruction of the hallway. Many of which events were reported to the local news. This has prompted a heavy police presence and a courtesy officer that is usually nowhere to be found. There have also been multiple occasions where people were let into the mailroom to pick-up packages instead of the staff retrieving it for them. I believe to have the property as a luxury listing, the property and the staff running it needs to emulate that title however, based on these events, the overall operation is unqualified to utilize the name. I would urge you if you are considering moving to this property, do yourself a favor, DON’T! It is not worth the amount of money being charged nor the grievances that come along with being a resident. Your hard earned money could be spent elsewhere. They need a NEW property management company and it would behoove them to change the name altogether.

It would been nice if would got options see unit, before renting. Noise from Freeway is loud have get up at 4am early in morning for work. Layout is different and larger than one I'm renting. Would been nice if one leasing agent would show me loading dock. I didn't get sleep til almost 12am moving first round furniture in. Apartment was clean but in bedroom its three different color blinds. Oh my patio no blinds. I been waiting on this apartment since did application in January/February. I been offer three units but two units other people was staying and I was told pull notice back.

I have lived in downtown Houston for 3 years now and this is by far my favorite building. The staff here is absolutely exceptional from Eddie & Anette to the concierge team and the amenities are some of the best in the city. The monthly resident events are so much fun and where I have met some of my favorite people! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I loved living here. My unit had the nicest view. The staff always treated me with respect and maintenance was always quick to respond. I wish they were more lenient about having guests while there is a home Astros game and not charge a fee. It kind of defeats the main purpose of paying to live there.

My husband and I have been at 500 Crawford for almost a year. The property managers, Christal and Merrick, exude true professionalism and superb customer service. The leasing professionals and maintenance staff are prompt with requests and friendly. The building is beautiful and well-kept. We would have renewed our lease but we're moving to Alabama.

Moving in was super smooth process, stayed here for a year, it is downtown so be prepared for noise. Other than that, quick maintenance, management is approachable, floor plans are a good rate for downtown. Never had any security issues or concerns. Any complaints I had were always resolved in a day or 2 max. Peaceful community overall, would recommend to everyone:).

I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service that I received as a tenant of Parkside Discovery Green over the last year. Andy and the maintenance and housekeeping teams keep the place running in top condition (gym equipment is well maintained and quickly repaired!) and the entire building is spotless! Leslie, the concierge team and the valet team are always looking for ways to help! On my last day living there, I was caught in a bind between a late moving truck and a pending flight out of IAH. Leslie didn't hesitate to offer - "give me your keys and be on your way, I'll take care of the movers." Needless to say, she stepped up and solved what could have been a very stressful situation for me. Thank you, Muchas Gracias, Merry Christmas and Feliz Navidad to the entire PDG team!

Our experience thus far with Parkside has been phenomenal. Austin helped guide the entire process and was very informative & helpful. We are in love with building and are impressed with the cleanliness as well as on-site staff. Highly recommend Austin & Parkside for those interested. As a downtown Houston resident for several years, this place is light years ahead of all competitors.

After much looking, I selected One Park Place because of the beautiful apartment floorplans, the wide variety of amenities, and the kindness of everyone I met, both staff and residents. The luxury of being so well cared for with help available 24 /7 has been a delight. I have only lived here two months, but truthfully have no criticisms. Remarkable!

I would like to mention Cristina, she was exceptionally helpful throughout the leasing process. Her knowledge of the available units and willingness to answer all of my client's questions made the experience smooth and efficient. Cristina's professionalism and dedication played an important role in my client's decision to lease here. I recommend it with love!

Cristina was so great to work with. She answered my 10 million questions with eagerness and worked through getting me a lease in very short period of time. I can’t wait to actually move in!

There are many reasons to stay here especially if you do not own a car. The upper management listens to complaints and attempts to do something. For example they added a package room. Although that backfired when it was robbed.

Staff are hit or miss. We stopped talking to them entirely because of the moodiness. Some can be awesome others have smugnes issues.

The security seriously lacks .several car thefts (including my catalytic converter) fires set by homeless and a gunshot from inside an apartment (but the person who illegally shot the weapon was never evicted as far as I know) There is one person posted at the garage who is also charged with walking the grounds. This makes security pretty non existent and on my first day a big problem for me personally. There are also no cameras in the garage.

Someone who attended a party was trapped inside the pol area screaming for help for 20 min. One resident called the police and they were turned away by the guard who never walked to see who they were referring to.

The rules are never quite clear. For example, when moving in you are told your pets are welcome everywhere except the pool areas. Later you get a letter that "for the children's sake" they are not allowed in common areas.

Parking was an issue on game days but they now allow a company to tow your car or any others not properly parked. Great idea but super frustrating to contact the company and I never had luck with the ap.

I've been told you cannot hear any outside noises from some apartments. I lived on the pool side and heard everything..including conversations from staff at the pool. The floors are made of wood and natural wear and tear will cost you your deposit. The office area is nice but several of us needed quieter places to have phone calls and I eventually got a larger place in order to work. You can her Everything inside an apartment when in the hallway and Everything at the pool from your apartment.

Wi-Fi is top notch best you can get from att.

My air conditioner broke once and was fixed in 20 min (awesome).

If you are looking for luxury, go to Park One . same owners better security. If you want more fun and parties go to the catalyst.

Parkside is an amazing place to live. The staff members were very kind and helpful. The location is extremely convenient. You’re in the middle of everything that’s happening downtown.

Like everything in life, nothing is perfect. There are things that can be improved, but credit must be given for willingness to improve. The staff was receptive to suggestions from residents and took action to better our experience.

I enjoyed living here.

Leslie, Brooke and Austin are awesome. They helped me from start to finish get settled in my new home. They have continued to help me these past three months with anything we needed. The events that they do in this building are amazing! We literally got to drive an Aston Martin, have a telescope on the 43rd floor to watch the full moon, and so many other great things. The community is amazing. This is by far the best place to live in Houston.

I am in the process of signing my first lease for an apartment in this building. Besides location, the building has plenty of history , architecture and character. Also, the amenities are top level and the terrace has great city views.
The apartments are well designed, spacious and modern. The building is well maintained (did not stay in yet, just from the visits to see various 1 or 2 bedroom apts).

I want to mention Brandon, the leasing pro who helped me in finding the right apartment and guided my visits here. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and he went the extra mile in accommodating my requests. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful year in Houston at 509 Crawford! Under the conditions of having to sign a lease blind, the team at 500 Crawford, especially Temo, provided a wonderful experience so that everything was set up and prepared for my arrival. Would recommend if you’re looking for a prime downtown location and atmosphere. Not to mention the hop, skip, and one short jump to Minute Maid!

By FAR worst apartment complex I’ve lived in!!! Save your money and DO NOT move here!! My gf and I were victims of a burglary and management didn’t seem to care or even help to improve their security! Homeless people roam the complex, cameras don’t record it’s only “live” footage. They clearly don’t seem to care about the tenants at all! This complex needs to be blasted all over the news since they don’t seem to be interested. Break ins, robberies, and killings!! What else has to happen for these people to GAF!!!
Not to mention another burglary last night. If I could leave no stars I would!!

I just moved in and I have to say Parkside is incredible! Austin is a friendly, knowledgeable tour guide who spent over an hour with me on the tour, and he also led my leasing/move-in process. He’s awesome along with the rest of the team. The amenities are top notch, including a pool on the 43rd deck! I am so excited to be living here!

I've lived here for a year now and the parking garage is a nightmare. The garage was made by an IDIOT. Very tight on the turns. I've seen so many cars scrap their cars as they turn right because there's simply not enough space. Overall, the facility is clean. The staff is nice, management could be better.

However, lately there's been a few incidents where someone stole packages from the mail room (which is supposed to be secured) and not to mention a shooting that was all over the news/social media. Also, there's been plenty of nights where I do not see a guard….

When it’s baseball season it’s a nightmare getting in/out of the facility, not to mention all the idiots on the road. It’s cool to live here, don't get me wrong but its overprice and having a sports stadium next door gets real old real soon. Not to mention my initial experience was NOT THE BEST considering I got catfish on the unit I was getting but it’s an okay property.

I lived at 500 Crawford for 2.5 years and have had an absolutely amazing experience! The complex itself is very nice and well maintained. The staff was very responsive with all of my requests/concerns. Christal, the manager, was always incredibly helpful and accommodating. If I could have, I would have loved to continue residing at 500 Crawford as I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

They say you only have one first chance to make a first impressions that lasts a lifetime. Olivia Martinez and Tamara Land-Beard went out of their way to make an outstanding first impression. The first thing you notice coming into One Park Place is the genuine happiness/smiles from the entirety of the ancillary staff, but most notably the occupants. While Tamara was on another apartment tour, Olivia made me feel right at home by starting the process with some general information and highlighting some amenities unique to One Park Place. Her warm smile and inviting personality highlighted the fact that One Park Place cares about the wellbeing of their occupants. Tamara was also truly special oozing with passion throughout the entirety of our tour. Easily, one of the friendliest people I have ever met, she has a knack for spatial layouts, recognizing key features, efficiency and decorating. Tamara was very forthcoming and it was notable how she knew many of the tenants around the facility. This interaction solidified One Park Place as my location for housing when I move to Houston.

One Park Place is by far the best apartments to live at in Houston. I lived there growing up and tried a different apartment in the heights but ended up moving back to OPP. There isn’t a comparable complex that takes matters as seriously as one park place. Whether you need help, service, or anything they are happy to help and efficient in responding. It’s a quiet and calm place that keeps everything clean and in order. I would honestly describe it as a giant family. Being 22 I was looking for somewhere safe and I have never had any issues or even fears of something bad happening. I highly recommend this place for a million different reasons.

We wanted to find a place in the city that was close to the sporting and concert venues as well as walking distance to restaurants. We are so thankful that our search led us to 500 Crawford. We have been so pleased with the management, staff, amenities, location and security features of this community. We have worked closely with Crystal and Samantha and both are wonderful and are careful to ensure that the needs of the community and those who live here are met in an exemplary manner. Crystal is a hands-on property manager with a finger on the pulse of the needs and wants of this community. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the convenience and pace of city living with all the comforts and safety of a suburban community!

One Park Place is an amazing place to live. The building beautiful with a perfect downtown location that is close to tons of great dining, Discovery Green, Toyota Center and Minutemaid Park. However, what makes One Park Place truly special is its staff. The office, concierge, valet, and maintenance/cleaning staff are all so friendly and helpful. On top of that, the easy access to the Phoenicia grocery store on the first floor (who also has an amazing and friendly staff) makes living here a dream. The apartments are beautiful with wood floors and granite countertops. The soundproofing is remarkable (I don't think I've ever heard my neighbors). Even the elevators are really fast and they have 2 freight elevators that are also used for pets. Moving in/out is super easy with their loading dock, reserved freight elevator, and basement/mezzanine storage. The community facilities like pool (recently refurbished and designed after the Ritz-Carton resort pool in Honolulu), outdoor lounge & grilling stations, coffee room, gym, theater, conference room, and party room are all really nice. One unexpected discovery is that the building is on the same power grid as St. Joseph's Hospital and so they rarely (if ever) lose power (even during the infamous freeze a few years ago). There are also some perks like monthly resident socials and discounts with the Four Seasons on rooms (for guests) and food/drinks. We moved from the suburbs to see what downtown living was like and have not been disappointed. You may have to get used to some of the downtown vibe (traffic noise, festivals/parades/marathons, lots of people, etc.) but there is so much to do and so many great places to eat, the adjustment is well worth it!

From the moment you walk in, you realize this is more than an apartment community. The whole team will quickly make this feel like home.

Espresso bar, great outdoor pool, and a beautiful resident event room overlooking minute maid park.

If you’re an Astros fan this is as close to the ballpark you will get.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Star Apartments in downtown Houston, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and charm of this historic residence building.

The location of The Star Apartments is unbeatable. Being situated in the heart of downtown offers numerous advantages, including easy access to a wide range of restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Additionally, its proximity to public transportation, such as the rail system, makes commuting to other parts of the city a breeze.

Upon entering the building, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff. They were helpful in providing information about the amenities and answering any questions I had. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the property was evident, and I could sense a strong commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence.

During my visit, I had the opportunity to explore some of the building's amenities. The gym impressed me with its cleanliness and variety of equipment. The rooftop view was simply breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of the beautiful Houston skyline.

The architecture beautifully blends the building's historic past with modern comforts, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.

My visit to The Star Apartments was exceptional, it is clear that this property values providing a top-notch experience for its residents and visitors alike. If you're looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in downtown Houston, I highly recommend considering The Star Apartments.

I don’t even know how to start the review ! Upon arrival I was curious to see this brand new high rise building . I did a tour with Leslie who was very nice , patient, & I formative . I toured a 1, 2, & 3 bedroom Penthouse which still has me shook!! The views , the Bosch appliances , Samsung washer & dryer , & amount of space you get here is absolutely a steal ! I would love that become a resident sooner than later

After searching endlessly for properties in Houston, remotely nonetheless, I had previously toured numerous places prior to Catalyst. Catalyst was on my list I just hadn't had the opportunity to tour just yet. From the time I walked in I knew it was home. Eddie remembered me from when I tried to do a walk in tour from several months ago and that impressed me. He was EXTREMELY accommodating and made me feel I've known him for years. I then had the opportunity to meet Annette and she was top notch as well. This has been a very big relocation for me and I can't thank these folks for being so welcoming, accommodating, and most of all, genuine people. VERY happy to call Catalyst home.

We just resigned at the Catalyst for our 4th year in a row, and living in 3 different floor plans. (Which were all incredible). We are moving to the 28th floor and could not be more excited! There are multiple factors on why we choose to live here.

I feel with their precautions it is the safest living situation possible and also my favorite perk. It has complimentary valet, and a secure garage.

I love every single member of the Catalyst family. Concierge is incredible, always so kind, friendly and amazing how they can remember you in such a large apartment. Ed and Anette, the leasing agents could not be any better at their job. They are a 10 star rating for me.

It is so conveniently placed in town and next to multiple hotels if you have guest and your apartment is not big enough or because they want more privacy. They have formal and informal reastraunts within walking distance aswell as discovery green.

They have a top of the line workout room and beautiful rooftop pool over looking incredible views of downtown with cabanas. Fire pits, covered outdoor grill area with TV's, meeting rooms, coffee bar, and 26th floor lounge. They are the only apartment with a dog bathing station and dog park making potty time for your pet convenient.

The Catalyst is the definition of luxury and we continue to love where we live!

It’s coming up on my 3rd year renewal! All I can say is phenomenal. I am not ready to buy a home yet and this is the next best thing. Maintenance is on top of things. The office staff is awesome. Crystal the general manager goes out her way to make sure things are done right. Example I had just spent 150.00 to have my BMW detailed. That afternoon they power washed the garage. Let’s just say the Exterior of my car was so dirty. Crystal did not not hesitate and made it right. I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is the best I have lived at since I moved to Houston. I’ve looked at other apartments. However, I will be renewing for a 3rd year. You pay for what you get. The only con is the traffic is bad during Astros games. However, that is to be expected. If you’re looking for luxury living with tier 1 customer service this is the place.

Awesome new manager, the best concierge in the business(Curtis), and the great building engineer Terry. That’s the kind of leadership I’m looking for when I decide to live some where 365 days of the year.

Location is unbelievable. Have to see it for yourself. Grocery store access from the high rise and market bar.

Restaurant also built into commercial space.

This luxury building, though impressive in its features, falls short in the management department. Excessive charges for electricity and water are a recurring issue, and security deposits are not returned as promised. While the building offers amenities such as a spacious swimming pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, and open spaces, the pool's frequent closures can be frustrating. Some apartments do offer a pleasant city view, but it's important to note that the tenant community is a mix of friendly and peculiar individuals. Proceed with caution, as there have been ongoing issues with scams in this building. Given these concerns, I do not recommend this property.

An enjoy building and staff! Love this area so much and it's just a joy to visit and look at the views from the balcony. Discovery green is gorgeous at night for sure. Anyone living here is definitely lucky I'd say. Attended a party for the residents and it was fabulous. The decor, setup and food, music, it was all very well. The music was provided by Premier Sound and Lighting, very cool setup they provided as well. DJ Xray was wonderful, his services were well received. Preservation Houston held their holiday party here and we so enjoyed our time. They chose this venue because the building was the former Texaco Building which the owner renovated into apartments. I love it when they preserve old buildings in Houston instead of tearing them down. So, thank you to the owner and thanks to Preservation Houston for your mission of preservation.

The room where the event was held was lovely and very spacious. You could go out on the balcony and see some great views of downtown Houston.

We also got to tour one of the apartments and go into the basement to see the "playroom" (actually, it is probably called the Texaco room) where they had a ping pong table and a shuffleboard and other forms of entertainment. What fun! And we liked the way they incorporated some of the Texaco history and memorabilia.

We moved in One Park Place 4 years ago, and moved out after two years into a custom built home, 12 months later we ran back home to One park Place.. My wife tells me she will handcuff herself to the building if we think about moving again. We love it here, the management and there team always go out of there way to make us feel at home.
