"I’ve been living in here for a bit and I’m really impressed with how quickly the maintenance team responds to issues. A few weeks ago, my dishwasher stopped working, and they had someone come out to fix it in a mitly manner when I submitted the request. The team is professional, friendly, and seems genuinely committed to keeping everything running smoothly. It’s reassuring to know they’re so reliable when it comes to fixing appliances in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place for their great service!"

The people who work at the Eclipse apartments always put the customer first! The community activities they have come up with in the past 6 to 8 months has been a breath of fresh air, it has added to the experience of living here! Shout out to Vanessa and Puola, they are always available and complete my requests quickly. Very happy with the staff her at the eclipse! I especially like the upcoming Friendsgiving idea, I think I will be able to meet more of my neighbors at this event and look forward to the great food!

Don't waste your time or money. I was shown a nice renovated apartment. Given one that was trashed. Had 3 cars broken into, my dog attacked by another Tennant. Pools are always broke or nasty, the parcel pending door fell on me, the apartment was trashed when I moved in. Cabinets and counters busted and warpped with water damage. The car wash is either taken over by dealers or not working for months. Office ladies are rude as can be unless they want you to sign that lease. Then they keep your deposit to pay for the trashy craftsmanship just to screw the next person over. Tried to tow all of my vehicals multiple times. This place is hood af. And charging top tier prices. Don't fall for their b.s save your self and run. Don't fall for the model unit either it's basically fake. Grounds are ridden with snakes and bugs even though you pay for pest control. The valet trash never picks up the trash but maybe once a week. Constantly invaded by their safety inspections, can call maintenance but their just going to rig your stuff not fix it. Gates are always busted so don't even consider it for secure living. BTW I have pictures of everything and happy to share. Black mold and roof leaks. Seriously save yourself and your family the financial, emotional, and physical strain of living in this trash.

You will be eatten by mosquitos and there are snakes everywhere! But you pay for pest control.
You pay for parcel pending but the delivery drivers bring everything to your door. I picked a package up once from there but have to pay every month. You pay an amenity fee but the pool always has a pad lock on it. You can't get to the dog park because there is always a soccer game going on and the gate to the dog park is broken. The car wash hasn't had a hose for about 6 months and was falling apart before then. But we have to pay regardless if you can use it or not!
Want to pay the most outrageous utilities, YOU FOUND THE PLACE!
The A/C unit are 30 years old! Your power bill will be $500 in the summer!!!
Your gas bill just to heat your water will be around $100.
The water is attached to your rent so they calculate it to claim it to be around $300.
I had a 4B 3b and never paid over $200 for power for the 4 years i was there.

The Ravine in the middle of the complex is piled up with trash, washing machines, ect. The trash pick up is done when the people feel like it witch leave it out to do opened by the squirrels and the group of feral cats that roam the property. And spread across the walk way. "Just leave it in a can, you say?" Then the valet trash wont take it when they do decide to pick up. There is always something in the road and furniture piled at the 3 dumpster sites.
Don't care about having water or clean water? THEN YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR NEW HOME!!!
My skin is covered in acne and I haven't had problems since high school and only when I moved here. The water is brown and had sediment in it. The water is constantly complex wide shut off.

Do not fall for the model apartment, YOU WILL NOT GET A UPDATED APARTMENT! YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY THE SAME PRICE. There isn't updated apartments its smoke and mirrors, they don't exist. They use them to lure you in. Your apartment will be falling apart. The cabinets will be falling apart from water damage in the kitchen and bathrooms, the bottom of the cabinet will have a rigged screwed on board as a base, the counter will not be level, the drawers will fall in. Maintenance will not respond in a timely manner. The refrigerator went out and took 3 days I lost so much food and they didn't care. The garage disposal never worked and they never came it fix it until it started leaking witch was a week before we moved. And there is black mold coming from the vent. Witch we are all allergic to.
Please do not fall for the move in instinctives the headaches won't be worth it, you will pay more then being in a home. Beware that you will not get a luxury apartment you will get one that's the same as it was 30 years ago. You money and health are more important somewhere else.

Funny thing, i don’t rent here. I am visiting a friend but good god is this the LOUDEST apartment I’ve ever slept in. If you have an apartment that faces the road, you will get zero sleep. You can hear a leaf crunch on the side walk. The walls and windows have zero sound proofing or insulation. You can hear the neighbors talking at a more than reasonable inside volume. There is just nothing in these walls! For the prices they are charging, you can absolutely find something more worth the value. It’s a shame bc the inside of the apartments are very nice. But the materials are so cheap. I could never pay this much to have the worst sleep.

I would like to thank the management of this complex for their hard work, as they are efficient, attentive and responsible when it comes to solving any inconvenience. I would especially like to thank the current Manager (Mr. Manuel) for being very attentive to every detail. I have been in this complex for 6 years and I am happy with this new management, as I have noticed the good changes that are favorable for the residents of this community... I recommend them 100%.

the Atlantic Howell Station Apartments are great. Staff is always very friendly and helpful anytime we need them! Everything is kept clean and up to date, and the gym as well, I like this place.

Zaida Ramirez is a very beautiful and professional woman. She is attentive at her job. She helped me and my father get into contact with management. Her patience is a definitely a blessing. ! She will make sure everything is completed before you leave that following day. She is amazing at calling you back.

I have lived here for 5 years. The complex was very good for the first 2 years but over time, the quality of residents began to take a turn. Trash began to be a normal sight, drunk residents hanging around the steps in front of peoples doors making people very uncomfortable. Parties being held after pool hours. Broken glass in the pool as well as trash being left behind at the pools and grill areas. The staff however is pretty good. They respond in a reasonable time to any service requests placed on the portal. I just see this complex getting worse over the next few years. I would not recommend moving here especially if you can manage to rent a house. If you value considerate neighbors, a clean space, and amenities that are in useable condition DO NOT move here. If you don't mind people occasionally swimming with their dog in the pool, parties at the pool areas and soccer fields late night on weekdays and weekends, car gatherings at the car wash, residents working on cars in the parking lots, trash in front of your door or breezeway from inconsiderate neighbors, people putting trash in your trash can (like drinks that spill and you have to clean up or risk attracting insects), paying for courier room but doors being broken off, mail deliveries being left on the floor and not in a lock box, etc, then this is the place for you.

I previously lived in another Sterling property that was not nearly as well maintained and the staff was not nearly as helpful, friendly and courteous as they are here at Berkely Landing. I enjoy living here. Lasha was especially helpful when I came in with pictures of a tree on my roof.

These reviews must have been created from the owners and management. Yes the apartments have a nice aesthetic however, living here is different. Dog poop is everywhere, they don’t enforce residents picking up after their dogs. We pay for parcels, yet your packages are always stolen from the mailroom. I have had 4 packages stolen so far. Even though I pay for parcel, I have to have my packages sent elsewhere or pick it up at the store because I know It’ll get stolen from the mail room. We pay for valet trash, yet the trash may or may not get picked up. If you are experiencing disruptive neighbors, they won’t advocate for you. The parking is ridiculous. If you live on the ground floor, the bugs are a lot to deal with. Their pest control guy doesn’t help. Honestly to pay close to or over $2000 a month. It’s not worth it. Upper management can correct these things. I will make residents living experience better.

The Atlantic Howell apartments are nice and spacious, with a great sun room in most layouts for those who love sitting by a sunny window or want a place to put their plants. The community seems very friendly as well! Most of all, the management really cares for their residents. Joyce especially went above and beyond for my friend and I moving in. You’ll be well taken care of here!

The team at Howell Station is friendly, efficient, and respectful. The maintenance team has always been timely and efficient ensuring all my service requests are addressed accordingly. The community is great in itself with a great team, amenities, and location. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to move in the area!

We love it here 😊 … love the big space, it was nice and clean when we moved in. Very clean and quiet and neighbors are nice. Nice environment for kids. Enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend party at the pool. Management has always been nice to us. Called the techs for some issues and they helped right away. This place is close to everything, my job, shopping centers, main roads/highways, churches. Price is reasonable. Recommend it 💯 .

I’ve lived here for four years and I can’t say enough good things about the new maintenance guy, Guyon at our complex! He came promptly to address an issue I had with the heating system and immediately knew exactly what to do. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also took the time to offer some really helpful insight into how the heating system works and even gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future.
In contrast to the previous team, his service is exceptional—he’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s such a relief to have someone so competent handling maintenance here. Highly recommend!

If you're a potential tenant looking on Google reviews to see what it's like to live here please listen to what I have to say, i have lived here for 1 year and i'm so happy to leave to sum up my experience briefly, these apartments are unlivable and are so hazardous to live in. the apartments are poorly sealed. inside there's still so much leftover food and junk from previous tenants in all the crevices that was never cleaned up. the worst of it is the roaches like everyone complains about... they come in no matter how clean and tidy you are. one day i was sleeping after a very long days work and heard a loud *blop* on my beds sheets and turned my lights on horrified to find a large greasy roach crawling around my bed. it came from the vent directly above my bedroom and fell straight on my bed while i was sleeping. I could not sleep that whole night....if you like having your sleep interrupted by roaches falling in your face while sleeping, Berkley Apartments is for you!

I loved living here!! The people were amazing! Jose, Dalana, and Hannah are always so friendly and helpful! Loved living here and hated having to move out! There were monthly tenant events that were always super fun!

Thumbs, up to you guys. Great job.👍I would recommend 2370 Main to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live but note that this is 2024 so I don’t know how it will be later in the years to come😄but for now we are loving the stay.

Some of my light fixtures were put out of commission when a power outage occurred. I contacted the office the next morning, and in a very short time - within a couple hours - a very polite workman showed up and quickly made everything work again.

One of the first places I’ve ever lived. When I moved here the complex had its fair share of issues. Though as time went on, conditions got worse. Huge roach and mold infestation across multiple buildings. Worse if your apartment is closer to the patches of woods and trees. Grounds are untreated to the point where walking your pet runs the risk of catching fleas. Management has a high turnover allowing responsibilities to be passed to the next person. I moved into Rosemont about two months ago. The community is quiet and the apartment is spacious. After putting my work order in 30 days ago, I was contacted by office manager informing me he was apologizing for the work order repairs being delayed. Victor informed me the work order would be completed right away. Within two days the maintenance man came out and checked out what needed to be fixed. He promptly started the repairs and worked up until his work day ended. He was polite and he worked until the end of his work shift. The maintenance man informed me he had to order a part before he could complete the all the repairs I requested service for. Over the weekend he informed me the part came in and he came right back to complete the repairs. Overall, Victor the Manager insured me the work would be done right away and he followed up with me to make sure the repairs were done correctly. So Victor gets 5 stars ⭐️ for keeping his word and following up to confirm the work was done correctly. Courtney, the maintenance man gets 5 ⭐️ for effectively and promptly following up and completing the repairs in a timely manner. Now, I feel pleased with my living situation. 😊

I have been living in Bexley Duluth when it was SODO Duluth and with the old crew and I can say I’ve had a great experience since moving in!! There have been issues with the elevator not working but it seems they’ve gotten a handle on that! And it seems someone was always defacing the wall next to elevator I’m so glad they put a camera facing the elevator so they can catch whoever was doing it!
The maintenance responds to your requests within 24 hours so grateful for that they keep the lobby areas in the buildings clean but of course, you got some folks that are just plain nasty leaving their trash in the stairway, lobby areas of the buildings and not cleaning up behind their pets.
I do love living here and the staff has been great no issues. The only issues I have is retrieving a package from the new mail system they’ve replaced. You have to really pay attention when putting in your code because if not you’ll end up putting in the wrong code and continuously get an error message so frustrating!! Also, what has happened to cleaning the stairway? I know it starts with us but my goodness.

The management team especially Manuel is super responsive and helpful and professional to the max aside, the apartment is modern and well-maintained. The community is friendly, and the location is perfect—close to everything I need. Highly recommend!

*Update — After speaking with the property manager, Jose. It is clear he is in no concern for my family’s health, nor cares to take immediate action to better the situation. He answered the phone with a different name, and lied to me repetitively. Also, joking about someone’s health is not funny at all. This man is a disgrace to this complex and needs to be held accountable. I work in management, and he’s very unprofessional for his position. I just had a licensed professional come out to inspect the unit, and the graphs came back with very poor air quality. They also found more Sheetrock covering my air unit, and early development of mold. This was the last thing of proof to give to my attorney. I’m getting out of here immediately, even though my lease isn’t up for a few more weeks. I gave Jose a chance to make things right, and he does not care. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I’ve put in maintenance requests in the past, and also verbally expressed my concerns to the maintenance crew and everything gets swept under the rug. My air quality was so bad, I took it upon myself to figure out why dust keeps getting all over the apartment and why I’m constantly cleaning. When I removed the cover where the main unit is I was left speechless. I found mounds of dust and dirt behind it. I cannot believe I was breathing this in the entire time I lived here! This is completely unacceptable, and the fact the previous tenants never figured it out is astounding. Here are pictures and a video of me getting behind it and cleaning. Why am I the one having to clean up their mess? Other tenants beware of this! I wish I took a full video of the dust accumulated, but I was so frustrated about this situation I just wanted better air quality. Luckily, I was able to capture the last bit of remains. You can clearly see thick layers of dust that I’ve been breathing in during my stay. This is a huge concern, and considered constructive eviction. The staff was very respectful and helpful. Had a great tour and plan to apply. I found the overall experience of apartment hunting aggravating and exhausting, but they changed my mind completely! Very clean facility and grounds too.

I am also one of the residents who had their credit impacted by the change in ownership. I have been calling since June and nothing has been resolved. When I moved out a year ago all balances were paid in full yet I have a collection on my credit report that is inaccurate. No one returns phone calls, messages or any communications. I am beyond frustrated with this issue. I guess the next stop will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

If I could put zero stars I would , no effort on trying to sell their apartments , was asking questions and she kept making me feel stupid by asking them , asking me to rephrase , also the apartments has a million dollar renovation and there was no renovation shown. She was not trying at all in our short conversation, she took longer writing down the apartment information then talking to me into deciding to choose them. Do better , hired to sell a product and it wasn't at all done.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this apartment complex was a bad choice from the start. When I first applied, the apartment was supposed to ready by the time I was moving out, some how the date kept getting pushed back and I ended up moving in almost a month past my intended move in date due to them having to do renovations. I was okay with this up until I received my first bill, which was 100$ more than what was discussed during the lease signing. When I asked about the price difference I was told that since I moved in at a later date I wasn’t able get that rate honored. The property management is a joke, people let their dogs defecate and urinate in the walk ways and one night I ended up stepping in dog feces with sandals on. The trash collection people, who are included with the rent price will refuse to pick up trash at times. People will leave their trash in the walk ways and at the entrance to the stairs, attracting roaches and other bugs. The maintenance people will also show up in your house unannounced, with little notice. I’ve come home from work and there’s a random man in my “working on a leak” , which they ended up charging me at the end of my lease due to his negligence and damage to the tiles. The people who work in the office are almost impossible to reach. I’ve had to walk in there several times just to speak with someone, just to find them there on their cellphones. I’m so glad to put this nightmare behind me and move on with my life. If I could leave a 0 star review I would 0/10 don’t recommend.

I moved in here with my girlfriend in February and our experience has been ok. The interior is nice and roomy, and the grounds are well-kept. Big shoutout to the maintenance team who always responds within a day to pretty much every problem we've found with the apartment. I only give it 3 stars because of the other tenants. Some of them make a lot of noise late into the night and the neighborhood always smells like marijuana.

My family and I have lived here for several years. This used to be a nice place to rent from before it got bought out by another company. Now, I can’t wait to move out. 1) management is unprofessional. Email? No response. Call? No response. They will only do something if you go up to the front office (and that’s after waiting for someone to attend to you for 10+ minutes). 2) maintenance sucks. They take forever to come by and do repairs. No sense of urgency either. Urgent repairs are treated the same way as every other repairs. For ex, they won’t show up to your place faster because your A/C is broken or your stove broke and you can’t cook. When they do show up, most of the time, the repairs are done inadequately. And if that’s not bad enough, sometimes, they’ll even delete your uncompleted repair requests from the website without letting you know. 3) if you decide to rent the ground floor, make sure you prepare dinner often for your distant arthropod relatives b/c they’ll visit you often. Mainly b/c this place charges you $7/month for pest control and never do anything about the pests. 4) when certain appliances break and can longer be repaired, don’t expect them to bring you new ones. Most likely will bring something that looks like it came from a dumpster.
Overall, this place isn’t a good option for anything long term. Maybe 1 or 2 years max (if that).

Where do I begin? Should I begin with the balance they are saying I owe from a whole year ago? Or should I start with the money orders that I provided to them way back on May 15th that they supposedly 'lost" when in reality they were just holding the payments and refusing to apply them to my account because of this supposed balance from last year! I had to get the police involved to get my money orders from them because they kept on lying saying they didn't know where they were, I work too hard for my money. Property management PARKTOWN LIVING should be ashamed of themselves!! I hope there is a class action lawsuit against them and they are thoroughly investigated!! I am sooooo fed up with this place, I am getting an attorney involved asap. This property management company is doing illegal activity when it comes to tenant payments, look at all the other tenant reviews. You can not refuse payment from a tenant because of a previous balance owed especially if you have continuously accepted payment from them after the fact!!! This goes for LATE AND/OR partial also if notice has not even been provided!!! That is ILLEGAL! Please do yourself a favor and save yourself stress. GO LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. BEWARE. They will hide payments and act like they never received them. This place is horrid and in my opinion is going out of business and switching property management companies again for the 50th time that is why they are trying to swindle everyone with paying balances that magically have appeared from before! I could go on for days about the terrible experience i had while living here. But, almost a year after move out I get hit with almost a 2000 bill that was sent to collections even though I moved out with my account 100% satisfied and paid. At this time I've called daily and was assured by Andrea at the front desk a manager would contact me today. No call. No one answering there. This is absolutely asinine, yet consistent with all the most recent Google reviews. Theyve changed management companies an ungodly amount of times, yet haven't found a staff worth a damn (clearly do not care about past, present, or potentially future residents). FAIR WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! If you do after reading this, and all other reviews, come back and let me know how that worked out after 6 months of putting up with this place. Not to mention the horrible roach infestation that building 5 has, or the ungodly amount of money in water you have to pay monthly because they allow people to have 7+ people living in one apt. I was ONE PERSON paying almost $70 a month in water bills. All I did was shower and my fill my water bottle. Barely cooked as I eat take out. LOUD neighbors and zero insulation between Apts, I could literally hear my neighbors fart and consummate. Not enjoyable or relaxing. The pool is NEVER OPEN. Fire pit, unusable. MANAGEMENT CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER!!!

She (Alina) admitted that this was mistake with my account, along with several others, and that their 'regional managers' will be taking care of it. This was 3 1/2 weeks ago. My credit has been severely impacted by this and there seems to be absolutely no urgency in getting any of this fixed and I doubt the regional managers are actually doing anything about it. I've filed a dispute for the charge, along with filing a notice with BBB. This is THEIVERY! And I need to know how I'm being compensated for my drop in credit score that has impacted several areas of my life.
Update: Alina no longer works for the company as of July, shocker. The regional manager, Camilla, has yet to return my calls and emails. This is a NIGHTMARE situation and I have zero support from the leasing office (Andrea and Gio). If you move here, you're seriously throwing away your money and sanity. This is the worse place to live. My husband and I moved full of dreams to this place that visually seemed perfect to us. It was a nightmare living there. The people who work in the office are not friendly and two of them are racist. Our vehicle was stolen from the residents' parking lot and we did not receive any cooperation from the building staff. The window of our second car was also broken inside the residents' parking lot. We had issues with the trash.

I have been with Berkeley for two years now and I can honestly say this apartment complex has changed for the worse since the first day moving in. The rent has gone up, yet the service has gone down. One thing I loved about the community is that it was gated which made me and my family a bit safe, but that has changed due to the gate always being damaged. There is not a time when I am trying to enter that there is someone following close behind me to enter; or someone has their car parked in front of the gate demanding for someone to use their key card to give them access. I pay money for the amenities and at one point the gym and laundry mat were unavailable to use for several months. Every time I asked about what was happening and when it will reopen, I got the run around and no one could give me a straight answer. Another reason Is the pool, gym and laundry mat has become a hangout spot for the kids you cannot comfortably work out late at night or wash clothes because of the distractions. On several occasions while washing clothes at night there where men banging on the door to be let in, they did not have any clothes that were left in the machines, nor did they have clothes in their hands that needed to be washed. So, it made me feel unsafe. Every day coming home I must push Walmart carts out of my way because there being left in the hallways, which are never clean. Lastly you have neighbors who have no consideration of other people who are very loud and disruptive all hours of the night. It is a Hugh roach infestation which is disgusting they are everywhere, and I should not have to deal with that.

The cameras & gate are broken and take a 3 week lead time to fix so imagine who can just come in esp. during Christmas season. gate box is smashed every other week. No physical/active on site security. on site "police" never respond, not effective at all. loud festival music, Walmart buggies everywhere and right outside complex from the **legals they rent to, the tennis court is NOW a music park, *leg*als taking over pool and are gross bc they get in fully clothed. kids run through street unattended, modela/corona beer everywhere (GLASS HAZARD), little kids walking aggressive breeds and risking an attack, using parking lots/garages as a mechanic shop.

I do wish that there were trash cans by the main entrances of the buildings or more pet waste receptacles around the property to help elevate pet waste on the ground. I have been living here for going on two months. Sharese Davidson, the leasing manager for the complex is a woman of her word. I was very disappointed with some of the complexes near by and was not feeling like this was going to be a good experience. The minute I walked into the leasing office I was met with such a warm greeting. Ms. Davidson was with another resident but she took the time to come out and let me know that she would be with me momentarily. She made me feel at home by showing me to hot drinks and snacks. She took the time to walk me through the entire process and let me know all the options available to me at the time. She is a woman of her word, I was very skeptical initially because of my previous experiences with other complex managers. She has made a true believe of me and she follows up to make sure you have what you need. The complex is very peaceful and it has been to be a part of The Berkeley community. Ms. Davidson easily ranks 5 stars the complex I give 4.5 only because parking isn't always easy to find especially later in the evening also a few tenants liter the property from time to time but maintenance usually come along and take care of those issues. Other than that this has been a wonderful two months.

The old management was better. I’ve come to the new management regarding issues but i feel like they get ignored. Loud neighbors, people not picking up their dog poop, quiet hours being completely disrespected, cars blocking my garage, compactor always full, and the elevator stinks! Valet trash sometimes doesn’t come on their scheduled days and it causes the hallway to reek. My neighbors upstairs are very loud. I understand it’s an apartment, but I shouldn’t hear your entire conversation and you shouldn’t have music blasting super loud, ESPECIALLY AT 12 AM??? Of course it’s not the managements fault that the trash is overflowing or that my neighbors are loud, but none of these issues are being resolved or enforced when I bring it up! Don’t bother coming to them with your concerns because they won’t help. None of this was tolerated with the previous management. I love my unit and the community. The amenities are gorgeous and I have a nice view of the amazing pool. I wish I could take my exact unit and go elsewhere.

I truly enjoy living here. Marci and Katrin are amazing in the office. They go above and beyond for the residents needs!! Great customer service, very friendly. However I have to take stars off for one employee named Anna... she's extremely rude and disrespectful absolutely zero customer service skills. Always has an attitude when approached with anything whether it be on the phone or in person. She chooses not to deliver a message when asked. Unfortunately that one employee will continue to cause a low star ratings. As no one wants to be disrespected and mistreated in a place we call home!

Terrible place to live. The gate is always broke, packages get stolen, cars broken into, trash in all the breeze ways. Walmart carts all over the neighborhood. It’s a very loud neighborhood music playing all times of the night, drag racing and motorcycle riding late at night. The agent in the office ask her friends and family to leave fake reviews. Would not suggest my worst enemy to live here and I will not be staying here much longer. I have lived in plenty of places but this is by far the worst for the amount of money and location. I moved to Gwinnett for a better living but this neighborhood is so terrible I feel safer at my last place.

This property is beautiful, I love their aesthetic and how conveniently close it is to Downtown Duluth. There’s so many good restaurants around. The staff is very welcoming, especially Anna. She was very informative and professional during my tour. I love how clean the property is and they have a great selection of floor plans! I enjoyed touring, this property is definitely on my top options to live!

Not the type to take the time and write a review but I got to say that Sharese , the leasing manager was outstanding with the entire process of me moving into my apartment which was seaming-less. Her professionalism, communication, follow up are next level which says a lot about how the staff here care about their residents. Every request /“concern” communicated to her, she promptly handled it with an attitude that it was her privileged to do so. Great experience.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I have lived in many different apartment complexes the past few years and this one has been the best so far!!! I’m impressed with the office staff, especially Katrin! She’s always willing to help and gets things done. They are all professional, timely, and very friendly! Throughout the years, they’ve always resolved my minor issues in a timely manner. I love my apartment, it’s become my cozy haven! And nothing beats the location. Being able to walk across the street into Downtown Duluth has been a luxury!

Don't move here, I just moved here 1 month ago, the gate of the entrance hit my husbands truck and the staff told us (after a week of the incident and multiple follow ups) that they will not do anything. So you can't even trust that the gate will work properly in your own apartment. Never had a bad experience like this before. Save your money. Also the building door is always open because is not working.

I’ve only lived here for 3 months and I should have listened to all the bad reviews. If you’re wondering why they’re offering a month and a half off of rent it’s because this property is just a pig with lipstick on. It may look a little better, but it’s still just a pig.

Residents let their pets use the bathroom in the hallways despite the hallways being considered as an inside area.
The leasing office doesn’t do anything about dog feces in the hallway for days.
The leasing office doesn’t do anything about bad residents because they’re scared to lose anymore business.
Complaints get solved with a “email blast” to all residents that no one reads (I’ve seen a few empty threats for trash and pet waste).

I used to believe that if a renter is having a bad experience with a property, it must have a been something specific with that renter. Since I’ve lived at Atlantic Howell Station, I’ve learned that there is such a thing as a bad community to live in. Where do I start there’s maintenance issues, pest issues, and security issues. On the day of this review, I got the wheels stolen off my car in front of my apartment. Only to find out the mandatory insurance the property charges to live here doesn’t cover theft, vandalism, or burglary. The insurance does however cover volcanic eruptions. So there’s that. There’s no way to cancel it and you’ll be charged $175 for not paying for it. Only consider signing the lease if this is your last resort, otherwise I’d look elsewhere.

I am extremely grateful & beyond excited to call it my home for me and my children. I’m in love with my floor plan. I chose this place cause it’s safe, clean, quiet and upscale. No break ins, no packages stolen, landscaping is kept up. It’s minutes away from my jobs and places I go to shop and hangout. The staff rocks!! Their attitudes are awesome. Their customer services skills are excellent. All my needs had been met since day 1 of my approval. Things get fixed in a timely manner. The girls and I are pleased.

Main St., Breckinridge is a senior community. I have lived here going on six years and Ajyl is the best Manager that we have ever had. She is efficient. She loves people whenever we need something she gets it fixed immediately anyone who is 62 and better please apply for Main St., Breckinridge because when you become a senior you need all the characteristics that this Manager has. I just wanted to let y’all know this is real

Hello gave 3 stars because do not live there yet. Relocating to area from Orlando next year. I've been checking on senior housing and do find main Street Breckenridge at the top of my list for a number of first close to my daughter who lives in Duluth and the reviews sound wonderful.I filled out an application and hope to hear back soon.

My girlfriend and I moved to District at Duluth this past weekend. I just want to thanks Anthony for all that he has done over the past 2 months. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have been able to move in. He even had our move in date changed to better accommodate us!
As far as the apartment complex goes, this is the most luxurious apartment complex I have toured. 24hr clubhouse, 24hr gym. Awesome pool with grills and a fire pit. Just overall a great environment. I've noticed that this complex is very quiet, and that is something that we love. I recommend trying to get one of the bottom floor units with the "Vaulted Ceilings" it really makes the unit feel much bigger.
Update: After our first lease we upgraded to the B2 floorplan, the entire transferring process was a breeze. Thank you to everyone at district for making this transition seamless.

I’m not sure where to begin but my uncle was trying to get in here. He had no problem but had to wait on another person’s paperwork to come back. Needless to say, that took over 3 weeks. He had already given a notice at his old place. It took till the day before him moving for them to tell him she was denied and all they had was a 2 bedroom which he didn’t ask for. Of course the 2 bedroom was more $$$ and now he’s in a bind to get somewhere else with a loaded Penske truck! Luckily he got an apartment in the same city he was living for less money than the freaking senior living apartments! Maybe this was an exception but this was totally unacceptable and inconvenient for a lot of people.
He will be comfortable in his new, affordable apartment here in Roswell. Thanks Main St! You did him a favor!

I was the twelfth person to sign up for living here and I can say without reservation the spirit and positive environment created by the staff here has been a complete delight.
Every time I have asked for help in any situation I have been treated with complete and utter respect. My requests have always been responded to with immediate reactions, and any issues I may have come across were handle with complete professionalism.
More over the management has been more than willing to accommodate my needs in regard to parking, as I am partially disabled and have a hard time walking even the shortest of distances.
They offered me an application for an assigned parking spot so I could obtain an exclusive parking location. After careful review of my medical situation the owners of the property went through the trouble to assign a private parking space designated just for me so I could be assured of having convenient access to the area I needed to enter my living space. I consider their efforts to be above and beyond what is required in my lease which is a clear indication of their true devotion to superior service to their customers.
I can say without reservation the entire staff has treated me, and everyone I am aware of, with complete respect and courtesy.

I recently read a scathing and bloodthirsty review on this website that caused a great deal of personal concern for me...okay...in the interest of full disclosure and total honesty, please allow me to amend the preceding statement...it totally INFURIATED me!!! Thank you, I feel better now.
I have experienced the total joy of living at Main Street Breckinridge for over one year now and I consider the decision to move here to clearly be one of the most totally blessed choices that I have made in my entire 73 years on the planet!
When I made the choice to find a place where I can spend my “golden years”, my son and I did extensive research and toured a great many senior communities in the Atlanta area. However, the search ended rather abruptly when we toured the Main Street Breckinridge community and met with the staff members...we both knew there was no need whatsoever to look any further, the search had officially ended.
At this point I must admit that the management & staff here had absolutely no idea what kind of a challenge they were facing when they welcomed me into the community.
The last 20+ years my career has required me to spend the vast majority of my life on the road…despite my love for travel, there is a down side…loneliness and total social isolation coming from being alone with little or no substantial social contact. After losing my wife to cancer, there was literally no point in spending time at home…hence, I would stay on the road 3-7 months at a time and then make a brief “pit stop” at home to take care of business. Clearly, any social skills I may have had in the past were long gone and forgotten—resulting in my becoming someone very fearful of, and avoiding at all costs, any type of social interactions.
Thankfully, the staff and management here proved to be totally capable of overcoming any such shyness or social awkwardness. They take pride in getting folks together to get to know their neighbors and to make such social events totally fun and something that we all look forward to.
The first such social get-together came up in a very short time after my arrival. After taking several deep breaths and sincerely hoping for the best, I bravely went downstairs to partake in the festivities. After eating a hearty meal (something I’m still good at!), we went to the game room for some friendly competition via skill games (something I’ve NEVER been good at!). Today it was a beanbag accuracy toss challenge. Well, as I expected, I did terribly. After several return attempts of frequently missing the entire board—let alone hitting the actual target, I turned to face all my neighbors watching from the sidelines and laughingly said: “Okay folks, you gotta admit—what I lack in skill, I most certainly make up for in my total ineptness!” Sure, it was a cornball line—but they all loved it! Eventually, I did FINALLY hit the target which immediately resulted in cheers, applause, and lots of smiles!!! This told me a lot about my truly wonderful new neighbors.
These events show a great deal about what’s in the hearts of the staff members. The joy on Dee’s face when she lovingly coaxes someone, who traditionally sits on the sidelines in social situations, onto the dance floor—with walker and all! The giddy and rambunctious laughter and fun that ensues when Pam “boogies down” with residents on the dance floor.
For Emma and her wonderful staff, this is a clearly not a “job” or self-serving career for these caring individuals—it is their entire life and “their being”—to serve and bring joy to people like us!
In closing, I can joyously state that Main Street Breckinridge will be my lifelong home, I can’t imagine spending my remaining years (decades?) anywhere else. Many seniors reminisce about precious highlights and memories from their past, but, quite frankly, I truly consider my life here surrounded by caring and loving people—I consider THIS the best time of my life!

My Dad has never had it better than he does "down on MainStreet"! After a rather long search for a good home for my dad, our search came a great end. He is now a very happy resident at MainStreet Breckinridge. You may see his review here soon as well. This very well maintained facility is filled with people who go "above and beyond", enough that I hear about it A LOT on my visits there. The community is like a small town of just wonderful people, too! I have made friends with some folks there, and the social get-togethers are really great for my dad. I worry for him since we lost his beloved wife to cancer that it would be lonely once he moved there. Thankfully that is no longer a concern at all! He's thriving in a way I have simply never seen before! Seriously. I HIGHLY recommend MainStreet Breckinridge to anyone looking for a home for themselves, or a loved one. I continue to be astonished by the great things I hear about a lot! This place is simply wonderful! Top notch facility, great staff, very secure and safe, and a wonderful "small town" of great people!

My husband and I are retired. The first time we came to check out Main Street Breckinridge.... we were so impressed! We felt as if this was the place for us! We are impressed at the cleanliness of the complex and the fact that it is a gated community is a plus!
We have a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt with a large covered balcony. We face the courtyard and can hear the fountain. It’s very relaxing on a beautiful, clear night, to sit on our lovely balcony, recline our chairs and gaze up at the ⭐️ stars!
I can walk down to the exercise room or anywhere on the property by myself and I’m safe! That really means a lot...especially after living in NYC for years!
