Very nice location and a good place to stop and think

Haven't been down this far for a while and today I went twice. It's nice to be a tourist in one's town: it was relaxing to tool around in the financial district. I usually avoid Wall Street because a lot of what's wrong with this city and the world festers right here.

Good place to go and have a relaxed drink and look down on the 9/11 sites.

It was great to see the stock exchange and attend an investor presentation.

No establishment has ever treated me like trash before like how this place made me feel today. I was just standing by the doorway to find a quieter place to make a phone call and within a few minutes, a security personnel came out and told me that I cannot stand by the doorway. (What kind of policy is this in the first place?) He never asked me if I needed any help nor asked me if I was OK. Just told me to leave! I wasn't asking for any money or selling anything or even blocking the huge doorway but this guy really made me feel like I was nothing. I hope you treat all people equally, whether they're clients or not, because we now live in a world where discrimination is very frowned upon. You all should do better!!!

Brett and Sheena were so helpful throughout the entire process of finding an apartment, which was so easy. The amenities, including the gym and rooftop terrace, are fantastic and the staff is so helpful. 41 Park is the best!

The 949 west end avenue building is in good location but the super in this building could get quite emotional and rude to residents. Be prepared for the difficulty dealing with the communication when you need service. The building is old and could have quite some hidden problems such as bad wood floor, old elevator, loud water pipes , malfunctioning heat and bad noise proof from the neighbors. My experience there was not pleasant. They could also raise rents quite sharply each year.

Lived here for 4 years before moving out of state. The staff are the most professional and friendly people led by a top-notch building manager (Mr. Knox). The amenities (lap pool, huge jacuzzi, sauna, squash court) in the gym below are unlike anything else you can find in NYC. Highly recommend if you’re looking to be near midtown but also enjoy a quieter neighborhood feel.

The guy downstairs is a very bad person. I usually deliver there and he always treats me badly. I don't know what happens to him, but he's not a good person.

The Van Gogh interactive exhibition is nothing short of spectacular. We came away with knowledge about the life, passion and demons in the context of his art and the time in which Vincent lived. I would return again and again. $36

I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and have never dealt with a more unresponsive and uncommunicative group of people, who are directly in charge of tenant safety. The elevator is constantly broken and is extremely dangerous for anyone to be in, given its spontaneous ability to just halt with no warning. The call button has not worked in months which is a direct violation of building laws in NYC. We have not had working gas in the apartment for two weeks and no one seems to care, be of any help or assistance to us, or provide any concrete solution. This is an extremely dangerous situation to be in, and would not recommend you work with Heller if given the option.

I've been living at my current place for 3 years. While the live in super is EXCELLENT- responsive, friendly, always on top of things, keeps the building clean– when there are bigger issues, the landlord is completely useless. We have been fighting them for months to get our very unsafe elevator fixed after multiple instances of being trapped inside with no working callbox. We've had no gas for weeks, and the landlord has told us that they "are working on it" but given no further information, no assistance during this time, no rent reduction, nothing. While everyone I speak at the office to seems nice, the company itself is absolutely unprofessional and doesn't seem to care in the slightest about the safety of their tenants. We've reached out to the city numerous times to report the building for being unsafe and will be seeking legal action if things do not change. I sadly cannot recommend living in one of their buildings if you have other options.

Wish I could give zero stars. The people that work here should be ashamed of themselves. The elevator in our building has been broken all summer and people have gotten trapped in there on 100 degree days and the emergency button is broken. We’ve been without gas for more than TWO WEEKS and they’ve basically just told us to deal with it and they don’t have any plan to fix it. When we call to ask for help they have the nerve to be angry at us for calling and love to say “that’s not my job and I don’t know whose job it is to fix it.” There are elderly people and families with young kids living here. You’re terrible people.

The building is run by nationalists and if they don’t like your nationality, they won’t let you rent from them. Avoid.

Went here for the Van Gogh art exhibit. It was overall worth the ticket price and even getting caught in an unexpected thunderstorm as I was walking up. Lots of good content with fun interactive things to do including a guided VR headset tour of the country side. Only complaint is the quality of some of the printed reproductions looked washed out and didn't come close to capturing the vibrance of the originals.

Great location to catch some entertainment while enjoying views of the Hudson River. I saw the fantastic Van Gogh interactive show on the third floor and it was phenomenal.

I live at Nova North Valley in Phoenix. It was a great luxury apartment complex until Praedium ruined when they bought it last year. It’s now an unsafe, filthy property heading downhill every day. I guess that’s the Praedium business model: take a great piece of real estate and turn it into a dump. Hard to see how you can make money doing it that way but Praedium seems to be committed to that strategy.

The lobby looks fancy. But the building is surrounded by lots of other building so the view is not good. Basic amenities in typical luxury building. The room is small. However, the price is high.

actually it's ZERO stars. horrible building management, disgusting people to have to deal with about even the most basic essential services. All they care about is a constant flow of people moving out so that they can raise the rent on units.

windows are not sealed tight such that you get a lot of noise and wind. Also, the door isn't closed flush so you hear the drift and noise.

Fire alarm has been going off in our building for over 9 hours and no one is responding to any of my calls or messages. This is your typical scummy real-estate company in NYC

20 Park is the best building and Stonehenge is an extremely professional and pleasant management company! Andrew Arfe, the assistant property manager was so accommodating and responsive. Andrew went above and beyond for my roommates and I throughout our entire lease. He made our experience with Stonehenge and 20 Park so positive. I would recommend 20 Park in a second to anyone looking for an apartment in the area and would 100% move into a Stonehenge building in the future.

My sister and I lived in 41 Park for 5 years and do not have a single bad thing to say about the building. The doormen, porters, and office staff are all phenomenal people. Over the years, the doormen have become like family to us. Whenever we had an issue, we conveniently requested a fix through the Stonehenge App and it was fixed immediately. Would highly recommend living in this building. Great location to everywhere- MSG, Grand Central, Empire State Building, Uptown and Downtown trains. The rooftop is unbeatable as well as the amenities (gym, private lounge, laundry). Would give it 10 stars if I could!

Recently lived in this building for 2 years. Some notes:

1 - It is loud. You cannot work from home in this building. There is nonstop construction, as soon as you think its over it starts in another spot and supposedly this is just standard for the building. There is also a fire house across the street on the south side. The alarm goes off constantly.

2 - The amenities are often closed and have pretty inconvenient hours, although when open they are great and there is a wonderful woman who works there.

3 - These units are individually owned and therefore you always have to rely on a private landlord before anything can get taken care of. Basic things take weeks, sometimes even months, instead of same day as in a rental building. It also means that random strangers and workmen will be coming in to your apartment as outside handymen are often brought in to fix things by the owners.

4 - Due to the above you need to read your lease. Do not just sign this at random. Make sure you negotiate terms, and are OK with each line item. This is huge, and if you are from a rental building something you might not be used to having to do.

5. To get to the amenities, and the laundry room, often takes 2 elevators as you have to switch in the lobby - not a huge deal but becomes a pain when you have a lot of laundry to carry.

6. Delivery people are not allowed to come to the apartment and you must go down to the lobby to pick up your food.

7 - The doormen and the super are absolutely wonderful and a huge asset to this building.*

* Edited to note that post moving out of the building the super does not acknowledge correspondence. Three emails requesting meter reading information were completely ignored. The doormen are still quite nice.

The building is great! In addition to be a fabulous location, the gym is nicely situated on the first floor (not the basement). The laundry room is immaculately clean. The service at the building is first rate. The doormen (Clint, Roger, and Kedar) are top shelf. There is a live in handyman, the super and porter are both fantastic. Finally, the property manager Andrew Arfe is super responsive, even on weekends and in the evenings. The leasing experience was pleasant enough. The building has an app which is quite helpful in making service requets, paying rent, tracking packages being held, etc. Overall, I highly recommend.

We worked with Nanci to rent our unit at 41 Park and it was a great experience - everyone was professional and friendly and that has continued since. We can't wait to move into our new home!

We are thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Stonehenge Management. Nanci Wagner, our leasing agent is excellent. She has such a positive vibe and is just a pleasure to work with. She is prompt, professional and made the leasing process a breeze for us.

Been living here since 11/9, had many issues such as no hot water, flooding appliances, damage caused by superintendent. Management company is a joke and simply fobs me off and does nothing. Don’t be fooled, Stonehenge management are nice to begin with but do nothing when problems occur. I’ve filed 4 311 complaints in a “luxury” building. Avoid.

Prime location in NYC. Staff is super friendly and takes care of everything. Building is pretty much renovated and shared spaces are always clean and organized. Building facilities as gym and laundry helps me to optimize my time when at home.

We currently live at 20 Park Ave, and absolutely love it here. We are going on our second year and are staying for many reasons, but the main one being the staff that they've put in place to run this building. We adore all of our doormen & women along with the rest of the helpful crew who keep our building clean, comfortable & easy. We also have to give David Goldschmidt, the assistant property manager a shoutout for always being there at the drop of the hat if we have any issues or concerns. I HIGHLY recommend Stonehenge to anyone looking for a great building in a great neighborhood.

Love this building and the staff. Well maintained condo, especially for a property from the 80's. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a new building, but you'll find everything you 'need' here.
The gym is great - wonderful pool and squash court. Would be nice to have updated gym equipment with cable and WiFI.
Super is 'super' and the overall feeling of the building is one of 'home'.

Highly recommend for buyers and renters. You'll love this building... great for professionals and families.

I just came home and found the gas line disconnected to my stove. They just told me that the kitchen would be out of commission for several days. WTF?? Who wants to hear that after coming home from work? - no notice, nothing. Heller is extremely unprofessional - not what you'd expect when you pay + $3K in rent - not to mention rodents and an elevator that stops working at the drop of dime. disgusting company - totally incompetent unprofessional real estate management.
