[Appreciation for Exceptional Service]

I purchased the Super PlayDate (my gal is <100cm) twice this year and I am pleased to share my experience.
The company is extremely generous with the aid that you receive, most probably due to the combination of super off-peak (I never had to queue, with the exception of the pedal car race track station), and also because the staff tends to initiate assistance when they see young toddlers.

I have been to many indoor playgrounds in Singapore and I find the 3-hour session for my gal and an accompanying adult at $30 nett exceptionally reasonable.

I wish to express my sincere appreciation for Ms. Syahirah for her proactive approach at the Trampoline area. She held my daughter’s hands before letting go only when my toddler is ready for independence in the activity. As we were there, another toddler around my daughter’s age joined the station. Ms Syahirah involved both girls in her guidance of the trampoline and went on to demonstrate how to play the big air bag. With a game of “identifying the colours by tapping on it”, the gals went around and even ‘swam’ when they tried to play competitively around the perimeter of the airbag.

Ms Bethany at the pedal car station gave clear instructions regarding safety precautions (parents not allowed in the circuit when my daughter is on the tricycle, and having only either car or tricycle on the circuit at any point in time). She explored the track with my daughter while guiding her to step on the pedals.

At the end of our admission, my gal said she wanted to give Ms Syahirah the same drink I had bought for her. We did just that, and it prompted me to write this review to thank her in my own way now.

I held my son birthday at Pororo Park on 29 March.

The party host was friendly and helpful. When asked if we could enter ahead of time to allow my dad to be more comfortable inside the party room, she allowed as she had finished setting up the room.

I didn’t know there’s timing for the train and the party host actually helped to make arrangement for my kids and their cousins/friends to take the train ride outside of the timing.

It was really crowded when we arrived at 5 plus as it was a public holiday. Luckily the crowd subside at 6 plus.

3 hours duration seems abit too short as we felt we had to rush through the mealtime and cake cutting session.

But all in all, it was a pleasant experience holding a party there and would recommend it if you are looking for a fuss free experience as goodie bags are provided, dessert table, kids meals if you go for the more expensive option, don’t need to decorate the place. You can even get birthday cake through them. Only thing you will need to get will be the food for adults.
Had my daughter’s third birthday party here and it was amazing ! All the kids had a lot of fun and the park was very toddler friendly - perfect for her age! She enjoyed the train rides, show and meet and greet session too! Will definitely be back !
Awesome place for games and more. Perfect place for team building activities. I visited with my colleagues and its wonderful experience. Highly recommended for corporate, family and kids.

I thought that it would be too packed with kids when we visited compare to the size, however, we could still able to play. Most kids would gather whenever the show was on and few kids left at playground. Around 7pm, the place would be quite empty already since they are closing at 8pm.

Staffs were very friendly.

There is a cafe inside with selection of bites and drinks.

Overpriced, Over rated, Give this place a miss. There are better ones in SG.

Dissapointing first time experience. Heard a lot of hype about this new indoor "playground" for young and old. But just plain over rated place.

Give it 1 hour, and u will find it bored.

Expect Q for every activity station during Peak Hours or Peak Days.

Take Note:
- Lockers are not free, $4 for 2.5hrs. Otherwise use on site cubby holes to store your non-valuables. But not secured.
- Grip socks is a must! But pls bring your own grp socks, else pay $3.5 for each pair. It is NOT a must to wear their in house grip socks. Do not be dupe.
- vending machines on site selling simple snacks and beverages.
- Located at Suntect City Tower 1, ticketing is at Level 2. Near Mall Lobby M1.
- Toilet is available in Suntec city mall.

In general, the place can be pretty fun. But not for kids below 120cm. A lot of games cannot be played by them.

Not all stations are supervised.
The flying fox had no one there and many lining up in the slope, cutting queue etc.

Some staff are also quite rude.

I was with my nephew at the trampoline n he is under 120cm. While he is playing his sister came to look for him. She was playing at the adult section and decided to come over to the younger section to find her brother. She was shouted at by the personnel as though she did something wrong.

When I asked the staff why she shouted at my niece she said because she is not supposed to play in the area. Please note that my niece wasn’t even in the trampoline. She was where I was at - outside of the trampoline. Talking to her brother.

There’s really no need for such rudeness.
I celebrated my daughter's 6 year old birthday at this great place. I selected the package with meals and Party Host. It's fuss free organising this birthday party because everything is provided for. The staffs here are very friendly, not calculative and good with kids. My daughter and their friends had a blast during this Party! Than you Pororo Park!

We went as a group of 7 adults. There were soooo many kids around on a sunday from 4 to 6pm. The kids dont really follow the unwritten rules such as if there is someone queuing behind, play only 1 time. Alot of times the kids just continue playing non stop even though pple were waiting their turn. Games were fun.
We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday and was pleasantly surprised with the new rides and attractions available. My family and friends definitely had a great time here. The celebration room was very clean and well decorated too!

First time visiting. Didn't have to queue much as it was a weekday.
The park was really fun with activities catering to all age groups and staff were very kind plus helpful.

Note: Certain attractions necessitate staff support; however, they are graciously accommodating when approached for aid.

Boys had fun playing over at the skate Scoot World. Staff Amiron notice that one of the knee guard the boy use did not fit properly, he immediately assist to get a right size and change it. He is friendly and approachable.

Visited Super Park as a full grown adult, and was quick to realise that this place is designed predominately for children. Booked a 2 hour slot over a weekend and completed almost every activity within an hour. The place is severely under-staffed and many activities are without any staff stationed. Since the place is full of children, it is really chaotic. Many of them are running without their parents’ supervision. They even snatched my rolling balls at one of the activities I was playing, saying that they will help me with scoring (they only disrupted and made me lose the game). While I still had fun here, I would not visit again in the near future.
Great fun with kids the place is so much clearer than other indoor playground. And its so safe to leave our kids there and Mommy can simply enjoy dessert at a corner. With some performance sing along for kids. Will definitely going back.
If this is your first time in a 4/5D theater , this might entertain you. It's best to skip it if there are teens/adults who have had similar experience already.
I’ve been here 5 years ago and went again today. Nothing has changed but still enjoyable. My wife and I liked the haunted mine and log ride. Hope they will add new experiences soon.
Ps: Old man at the ticket counter was rude and unhelpful( 28th October 2023 at 3.30pm ) but other young staff outside the ticket counter and entrances were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back again next year.

We enjoyed the theme park, except for this event. At 11am there were about less than 10 people in the crowd. My daughter was putting her hands up multiple times to pet the ‘dinosaur’ on his hand, yet he purposely chose everyone except my daughter. They said it’s random but clearly we are the only one left. Perhaps cause we are muslims. Please educate your staff, we paid the same amount of entrance fees and even more with the unlimited express pass. This is an international theme park, not a place for racism or religions hater.
Really nice waterpark with many activities in nice surroundings. I would recommend coming here for the whole day. The service is amazing. My daughter got an injury there and we got a lot of attention and care from the staff. We could see that they are serious about the safety as well.
We had so much fun here! The lazy river is quite an experience, with cave-like areas, and the manta ray viewing section. We were able to snorkel in salt water with fish! Our favorite ride was Riptide Rocket, which pulls you up on something like a conveyor belt and then sends you down, multiple times!!
It was fun and adventurious day for me
I had a chance to try all the rides.
My very first whirlpool washout ride that’s intense 🥹😱staff are very supportive.
I went and try snorkeling to face my fear and get to see closely those fish
I’m feeling scared of deep,
One of the staff name Ein she offer me to go for swim with her to cheer me
I try 3 attempt but I think I’m not ready yet.
Overall my experience are awesome.
Really enjoyed this attraction! We are two adults who havent been to a theme park in a while so this was exciting for us. Lots of food places just outside of Universal Studios, the sets inside were fantastic as were the rides. Definitely felt more and more motion sick after a while. The Mummy ride basically took me out for a while. We had the express pass but that day we went it was quiet enough to not make it worth it (we still used it anyway and saved a little bit of time).
Singapore’s only movie-theme park features 24 rides and attractions, including a pair of dueling coasters that brush past one another in several near misses in their aerial combat. Thrill-seekers can choose between a coaster where they are seated or the other where riders are suspended. Exciting loops, sudden turns, breathtaking drops and thrilling near-collisions will make you scream your heart out. Dinosaurs, lemurs, ogres and Egyptian mummies add to the thrills and adventures. With 18 attractions created or redesigned for Singapore, Universal Studios Singapore™ promises an experience that you will not forget.
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS is a world in itself 😍😍 amazing rides and shows!! Lots of shopping centres and best place for adventure fun and games!! Very well maintained and equipped!! ❤️❤️ MUST VISIT! Don’t miss any rides as everything is unique and exciting! Only problem was long queues and express pass was sold out!

This is the best water park ever! Riptide Rocket was so good, it was my favorite ride! The water was warm, not freezing, and the express was OK.
So I could have managed without the express ticket but hard to buy time when you aren't around for very long. I could have managed without it, but it did come very useful. It is unfortunate that you actually cut the line. The areas are fantastic. Was really impressed with the indoor rides. The transformer lights camera action and the Egyptian ride. So there are options when it rains. There are 2 big roll coasters. And a few smaller but exciting rollercoasters. Overall a fantastic experience. But again it is pricey.
It was an amazing experience. There was lot of rides and the cyclone, Human , revenge of mummies, Jurassic-park rapid were most exciting. Need a full day for take part in all the rides.
Our 14-month toddler had a wonderful time here last month! Although he was young for several of the activities that required the child to be independent, he still had fun. Our proud parent moment was when he sat the train (2 rounds each time) all by himself without any parent beside 🤩 He loved the slide and ball out as well. Good to go on a weekday like we did when it is less crowded. Thank you Pororo Park! We hope to be back again soon.
Adventure Cove Waterpark (ACW) at Sentosa Islands, Singapore is probably one of the best waterpark i have visited till date. Water through out the park was crystal clear which i never experienced in any water park.
Main attraction was the lazy river walk which covers all corners of the park and provide glimpses of available slides.
We experienced a small round of snorkling as well.
We bought a cmobined ticket for Dolphin discovery program as well and a good half an hour experience the dolphin discovery area.
ACW provide lockers at a cost of 10 SGD for small and 20 SGD for bigger one.
Resorts World Sentosa had another theme park called Adventure Cove Waterpark.
An Adult Ticket costs $39, and the child (4 years - 12 years old) $31.

You can rent self-lockers for the entire day with unlimited reopenings. The cost is $10 for a small locker and $20 for large storage. The smaller safe should be able to fit two regular-sized backpacks comfortably.

Every ride entrance has cylindrical cubby holes for depositing your slippers and other belongings, even though these are not looked after and placed in an open space.

All rides are clustered at the west side of Adventure Cove Waterpark, so you can quickly get from one passage to another. We recommend starting with the rides before moving on to the other attractions, as the queues tend to get longer over the day.

Here are the low-intensity rides:
– Adventure River (a lazy river with a grotto cave and a marine life underwater tunnel)
– Rainbow Reef (a huge aquarium with a beautiful reef for snorkelling)

On to the high-intensity rides:
– Riptide Rocket (a high-speed hydro-magnetic roller coaster ride with steep drops and climbs with some segments in darkness)

– Whirlpool Washout (a high-speed ride where you get washed out into a vast open-air circular basin before going down the “drain” in the centre, potentially with your float turned backwards)

In between thrilling rides, give your heart a break at Bluewater Bay. At this large tidal pool, feel like you’re out at sea, minus the stickiness of salt water. Every 20 minutes, expect a series of waves that’ll swish you around – the deeper you go, the larger the waves!

The rides were fun, but at least two rides/adventures are closed—splash works at the east side of Adventure Cove and the wet maze zone above the grotto cave. Do take note it can be crowded during the weekends and school holidays.
Universal Studios Singapore is an absolute must-visit attraction, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating.

It was really amazing experience in Universal Studio Singapore.

So many thriller’s rides available there.
Specially Battlestar Roller Coasters, Transformers ride, Revenge of the Mummy, Jurassic Park, Far Far Away.

One of my best ride was Transformers.

Must visit, highly recommend. Every element of the park, from the exhilarating rides and stunning shows to the meticulously designed themed zones, is crafted to create an unforgettable experience. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful, ensuring that your day is as smooth as possible. Be transported into various worlds, from Hollywood to Ancient Egypt, and let your imagination soar. However, be prepared for the hot and humid Singaporean weather when you visit – it’s advisable to stay hydrated and wear light, comfortable clothing. Despite the heat, this park truly offers a world-class entertainment experience that’s not to be missed.
The park is clean and spacious. Wish they could add more attractions. Restrooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. (Book your ticket with Klook ahead of time to avoid long lines and for an extra 5%discount). I really enjoyed the Mummy and Transformers attractions.

Really good fun as a group but I wish they had more adult rides! Does get too busy and sometimes we would go as single riders.

The Cyclon, Mummy and Transformers are good rides

We were there from 11am - 6pm and we got to try most of the attractions without an express pass but think if it was open it would be better and reduce the crowds.
Great experience but I wish they had more adult rides! The cyclon and human rides are definitely something you won't want to miss.

The Mummy and Transformers were also good.

We were there from 11am - 6pm and we got to try most of the attractions without regrets and without an express pass.

Enjoy!
It was terrific, even though we went on the weekend, we mostly chose single rider so we could get on the ride quicker almost by 1/3 the time. You save a lot of time and you can go on a lot more rides this way. The atmosphere was super, the staff were friendly and helpful and fair. The place was amazingly clean and such a great day

Sentosa 4D is a place where you can enjoy four different shows that combine 3D visuals with physical effects. However, not all of them are equally impressive. I visited on a weekday and was glad to avoid the long queues. The first show I tried was the log ride, which was supposed to be a thrilling adventure through a jungle. However, I was disappointed by the poor animation and graphics, which looked outdated and unrealistic. The second show was the Desperados, which was a shooting game where you had to ride a horse and shoot at bandits. It was decent, but it ended too soon, leaving me unsatisfied. The third show was the Journey 2, which was based on the movie of the same name. It was enjoyable, but I noticed that the water spray effects were inconsistent. Some people got wetter than others, which seemed unfair. We did not try the fourth show which was haunted mine or so, so I couldn't experience it. Overall, Sentosa 4D is an okay experience for a first-time visit, but it could be improved in many ways. I think it needs to upgrade its technology and graphics, as well as its storytelling and emotional engagement. I didn't feel much connection with the characters or the scenes. It felt like a missed opportunity to create a memorable experience.
The staff were very friendly. We bought 2 tickets for 2 rides. Desperados was really fun. Journey 2 was soso... overall, I am glad to have experienced it.
Awesome! I had so much fun. Buy tickets online in advance and you won't wait to enter. Some tips to make the best of your day: research what rides are and which ones you want to do, GO EARLY and during the week. Go early to the busiest rides (roller coasters, transformers). Download the app of the park to see the waiting times. I had a great time did all the rides, didn't wait any longer than 20min. Some rides they do offer single rider, great way to go fast.
Variety of food options, good prices too.

The indoor park is super cute for Pororo fans. It’s geared for kids under 6 years old IMO. It is a rather small playground but very well maintained and clean. There’s a locker for rent if you want to keep your valuables near the shoe racks.

There are several sections of play areas and a scheduled train ride. There's a small cafe inside if you're hungry and don't want to go out and go back again. There're different activities at different times. When we were there, we had meet and greet with Pororo. The Pororo danced for a bit then we did a photo session.

The only inconvenience is that there’s NO restroom inside the playground. You have to go out & use the mall’s restroom.

Our ticket was for 2 hours play time for a kid and 1 accompanying adult. My kid spent almost 2 hours there. Make sure to wear socks.
One of the 2 big water parks in Singapore! Must visit! It’s always a fun time there! Went on weekends, the queue and crowds wasn’t too bad. Operating hour of 10am-5pm will be enough to cover all rides if you have the energy for it 🤣 express tickets are avail got riptide rocket, dueling racer and rainbow reef. Not very costly too. As of 2023, the wet maze and rope course is closed. Splashworks may or may not open take note ☺️ still have plenty of attractions tho!

Food wise the wraps from one of the cart stores near blue water bay is good! And get a waterproof case for your phone for photos 😊

Highly recommended to visit! Bring sun block too 🤣
The 4D ride was amazing! It was so much fun from start to finish. The effects were incredibly realistic and made me feel like I was part of the action.

The visuals were stunning, with high-definition screens and 3D technology that brought everything to life. The seats moved in sync with the ride, which added to the excitement!

I was disappointed with this section as they could of done much more. There wasn't a great deal of dinosaurs and there section was very small. There is water rapids here a rollacoster ride and a kids ride.
Great place to spend sometime! We bought the 4 show combo! The motion vehicle ride was the best! We’re literally thrown around in the ride vehicle 😂 the shooting one was fun too! The show with Dwane Johnson was just meh 😂 similar to Shrek ride in USS! Recommended for kids and families! And I didn’t get motion sickness! Yay!

Recommend if you have sometime to spend in Sentosa. It’s abit pricey tho. 49 per pax for all 4 shows and you’ll only spend less then an hour inside 😂
May be the second best attraction at santosa after wings if time laser show. Awesome 4D experience with 3 4D shows like journey to the mysterious island....and an interactive 3D shooting game show where you have to seat on horse and saddle shaped seats which move as if you are riding on a real horse and you have to shoot the villains. The top scorers' names are displayed in the end of the show. All fun...the kids just love it. 👌🏼👍🏻 you have to redeem some 45 to 55 tokens for all four shows. Plus 10 more for an ice cream or a cold drink. But it's fun...👌🏼😁👍🏻
Probably only entertaining for some tourists who haven’t had such rides before. For Singaporeans, this is quite outdated stuff. The Extreme Log show itself was alright but the ride couldn’t match up to it. The difference between 3D and 4D is the actual physical experience, but they offered none of that. There was no water splashing, no strong winds. Just some motion and ruffling at the legs. I was surprised that even the 4D Shrek show at USS offers a more realistic experience than this.

It's incredible adventure and funny... Many ride was there... Be prepared clothes you will get wet... Ended up buying a rubber suit cos I didn't want to wet my cloths. Totally worth it

The Lost World is a region in the Universal Studios Singapore. It is a theme park of Universal Studios located within Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island, Singapore. The park opened on 18 March 2010. The park's name and logo were obviously taken from The Lost World: Jurassic Park...

Mainly catered to kids. The rides are pretty nice but not that exciting for adults who wants a more thrilling experience.

The shortest ride in the Jurassic area is the canopy flyer. It's a ride that is less then a minute.
So queuing 30 mins for this ride is not really worth it.
This is inside universal studio and have decent rides. You have to wait in the queue to grab a ride if you don't have priority pass. Rest were okay. Overall a place to grab jurassic rides in universal studio.

Jurassic world is a new ride involving water activity. Everyone sits in a big round tube which flows through water and passes by many dinosaurs. These dinosaurs will be spraying water and making loud roar. After that the ride passes through a scary dark running which ends up in falling from height and making everyone wet. Even if the waiting time is 1
Hour, this ride is worth going.
