[Appreciation for Exceptional Service]

I purchased the Super PlayDate (my gal is <100cm) twice this year and I am pleased to share my experience.
The company is extremely generous with the aid that you receive, most probably due to the combination of super off-peak (I never had to queue, with the exception of the pedal car race track station), and also because the staff tends to initiate assistance when they see young toddlers.

I have been to many indoor playgrounds in Singapore and I find the 3-hour session for my gal and an accompanying adult at $30 nett exceptionally reasonable.

I wish to express my sincere appreciation for Ms. Syahirah for her proactive approach at the Trampoline area. She held my daughter’s hands before letting go only when my toddler is ready for independence in the activity. As we were there, another toddler around my daughter’s age joined the station. Ms Syahirah involved both girls in her guidance of the trampoline and went on to demonstrate how to play the big air bag. With a game of “identifying the colours by tapping on it”, the gals went around and even ‘swam’ when they tried to play competitively around the perimeter of the airbag.

Ms Bethany at the pedal car station gave clear instructions regarding safety precautions (parents not allowed in the circuit when my daughter is on the tricycle, and having only either car or tricycle on the circuit at any point in time). She explored the track with my daughter while guiding her to step on the pedals.

At the end of our admission, my gal said she wanted to give Ms Syahirah the same drink I had bought for her. We did just that, and it prompted me to write this review to thank her in my own way now.

Overpriced, Over rated, Give this place a miss. There are better ones in SG.

Dissapointing first time experience. Heard a lot of hype about this new indoor "playground" for young and old. But just plain over rated place.

Give it 1 hour, and u will find it bored.

Expect Q for every activity station during Peak Hours or Peak Days.

Take Note:
- Lockers are not free, $4 for 2.5hrs. Otherwise use on site cubby holes to store your non-valuables. But not secured.
- Grip socks is a must! But pls bring your own grp socks, else pay $3.5 for each pair. It is NOT a must to wear their in house grip socks. Do not be dupe.
- vending machines on site selling simple snacks and beverages.
- Located at Suntect City Tower 1, ticketing is at Level 2. Near Mall Lobby M1.
- Toilet is available in Suntec city mall.

In general, the place can be pretty fun. But not for kids below 120cm. A lot of games cannot be played by them.

Not all stations are supervised.
The flying fox had no one there and many lining up in the slope, cutting queue etc.

Some staff are also quite rude.

I was with my nephew at the trampoline n he is under 120cm. While he is playing his sister came to look for him. She was playing at the adult section and decided to come over to the younger section to find her brother. She was shouted at by the personnel as though she did something wrong.

When I asked the staff why she shouted at my niece she said because she is not supposed to play in the area. Please note that my niece wasn’t even in the trampoline. She was where I was at - outside of the trampoline. Talking to her brother.

There’s really no need for such rudeness.

We went as a group of 7 adults. There were soooo many kids around on a sunday from 4 to 6pm. The kids dont really follow the unwritten rules such as if there is someone queuing behind, play only 1 time. Alot of times the kids just continue playing non stop even though pple were waiting their turn. Games were fun.

First time visiting. Didn't have to queue much as it was a weekday.
The park was really fun with activities catering to all age groups and staff were very kind plus helpful.

Note: Certain attractions necessitate staff support; however, they are graciously accommodating when approached for aid.

Boys had fun playing over at the skate Scoot World. Staff Amiron notice that one of the knee guard the boy use did not fit properly, he immediately assist to get a right size and change it. He is friendly and approachable.
