I only called twice with a geniune inquiry for a new LPG connection, the reason for a second call was incomplete information on first and at the end of the call i overheard a person uttering to co-worker 'Jeev Khavpa phone Karta'. With such rudely behaviour you should be well gauged to understand the level of customer service.

Taking charges 100Rs for replacement of gasket of cylinder which is found faulty. Gasket is not of good qualities are customers fault? Why are u applying charges for its replacement?

As there is only one HP gas supplier in Goa, these employees think that they are God's. Just they don't have any Manner's to speak with the customers and also behave as if the own the place
