Poor service rude and charge for items on menu and then makes them according to the old menu with less meat and cheese. Better subway’s around don’t pick this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here on for the first time on a Saturday afternoon with my Partner. The place was empty but the cashier and the guy making our sandwiches were super friendly. I ordered the Turkey Bacon sandwich and was very surprised. It was delicious! My partner ordered the BBQ sandwich which he said was just alright but it was an overall good experience.

Great subs! I wish we had one back home.

This is the top tier of Penn Stations in the area. These guys work hard and hook you up. Always a great experience going into this location.

0/5 stars. Manager is a thief. Will claim that someone else came and picked up your sandwich and will offer no resolution. Offered to provide receipt and ID, and manager just kept repeating that he has it on camera. Out money and lunch now. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THIEVES!!

Do not go here. Does not take coupons or gift cards. Overcharges the customer. If there was a zero rating I would have left it.

First of all the place was dirty, no one was in the place but me, saw three employees, two were on looking at a device! (So lucky to get paid while on your device) if it was my store, I would NOT pay people to be on their phone! But to be far, its everywhere, employees on the phone while clocked in! Especially, when they could be making sure the place was spotless! The lemonade tasted like sugar water, no lemon flavor at all, disgusting, fries were nice and crispy, with no salt, pepper, tasteless, the philly cheese steak, since when did you add pizza sause! It ruined it!!! $18.00 wasted!! On a tasteless lunch. The worse! You need to get employees that care about the business, have a sense of pride about what they are sending out to the paying consumer! Penn Station used to be delicious, had a quality product !!! Please dont ask what store, so you can tell the owner. ALL THE OWNERS NEED TO GO INTO HIS / HER STORE, AND SEE WHATS GOING ON! It would also help if you have a personality, friendliness when working with the public, it goes along way!

I purchased a ham for Christmas dinner. Opened the package to warm up on Christmas day and the ham was completely spoiled amd smelled . I will bring this to the store manager on December 26. Very disappointed.

I work in a large office and had a holiday luncheon planned for the staff. Due to a last minute emergency, I was unable to provide the main dish for the luncheon. Frantically I searched for options and placed an order online at 5am for a sandwich builder buffer to serve 30 people for a 10:30am delivery.

I called when this location opened at 9:30am to see if they’d be able to make the miracle happen with such short notice (expecting a no) - the gentleman that answered assured me they were already working on it and it’d be delivered by 10:30. Sure enough it arrived on time and just as described.

They went above and beyond making such a large order with almost no notice. They helped prevent a ruined holiday luncheon - I cannot thank this location and the employees there enough!!

I love this location. The staff are always friendly and the order accuracy is amazing. Drive through wait times can be high at busy times, but they are usually pretty good otherwise.

The manager(owner) of this location is very rude. I called to see if I could change my delivery address because i realized i put in the wrong address. He then told me I couldn’t change anything and asked if I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I said yes I will cancel he then told me he couldn’t cancel because he already made the sandwich(I called right after I placed the order which was maybe a second). So I asked what else I could do and I was informed I couldn’t do anything, at this point he had a very bad attitude and was yelling at me and calling me names, so I asked for his name and corporate’s phone number and he then proceeded to hang up on me. I do not recommend.

Absolutely love this location. MaKayla is sweet and kind, always gets my order right. My fav sandwich is the chicken chipotle with egg and avocado. Soooo good.

I visited this location the order day for a rapid pick up order. Although it was my fault I chose the wrong location lol. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful. The manager lady on duty WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, to search where my order was, she even apologized multiple times (although it was my fault). The next day I stopped in the drive thru and she REMEMBERED me! She wanted to make sure everything was squared away to bring closure to the situation.

Kuddos to this manager (forgot to get her name) but great job on running this store and the leadership shows through your team!

I ordered ahead on the app and picked up my order in the drive-through. It’s was ready when it said it would be, the food was hot and fresh. Service was great, the staff was friendly. My daughter was craving a bread bowl so we both got the French onion soup. It was so yummy..

I love any Paneras/St. Louis Bread Company I visit. Though all seem to be short staffed, the employees are always helpful, friendly & efficient. I had ordered 2dozen bagels for breakfast to take to work for our 10 person Team. By the next morning there were only 4 bagels left. Delicious. I had ordered them 2 days ahead of time & the order was ready when I picked them up 2 mornings later
Everything was perfect on the order AND the prices were very reasonable. Treat yourself & visit a location near you soon!

I want to recognize Nicole (Manager on site). I explained how I was given the wrong sandwich twice thru the Drive-thru. She immediately gave me a free bakery treat & made the Bacon Avocado Melt sandwich herself for me! All free of charge! I got home & the sandwich was amazing! I can only hope Nicole makes my sandwich everytime! 😊 Just wanted to make sure that Nicole knew she made this customer happy! Nicole was great & handled the issue awesome! Great customer service! An employee was smoking directly outside the door, so it smelled like cigarette smoke outside and in but that didn’t bother me more than the disgusting sandwich that we received. It barely had anything on it at all and when I asked for them to remove it from my receipt they offered to make a new one which is wasting a lot of food, and definitely not what we were looking for since I have a very short lunch. We will not be returning.

Food was accurate and quick. Enjoyed the Large Italian, grilled. LG fries is a lot! Shared and couldn’t finish.

Would have been 5star experience if I didn’t have to clean my own table, seemed plenty of staff to keep up with dining room. Overall though a good experience.

The Boneless Smoked Turkey Breast was delicious Easter Sunday Dinner. Also the Broccoli Casserole, Sweet Potatoe Souffle, and Baked Beans were so good! Honey Baked Ham has excellent deserts as well. Friendly Staff and very helpful.

Ordered 2 of the same sandwich on 2 separate orders, requesting for HONEY mustard, and when biting into the sandwich, I get all spicy mustard. When I called the store I was informed they changed their honey mustard recipe so it now has a spicy kick, but is still "honey mustard". When asked why they did not inform customers of this for food allergen reasons, I was told that the spice is "not that bad". As a person who cannot have spicy food of any grade, that is NOT a good answer at all, and when I hung up, the employee called me back and left a voice mail, saying the spice in the honey mustard is not enough to trigger food allergies. I do NOT agree with this AT ALL.

Always consistently good but today (I was the only one in the store) the presentation of my cheesesteak was A1!

I have ordered a few times and have not been disappointed until yesterday. I was surprised after leaving it out the suggested time and unwrapping the ham and planning and serving it at room temperature, I found that is was burned - the ham was black on the outside and tasted burned. I was highly disappointed and needless to say, was very surprised that this wasn't caught when it was wrapped at the store.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Husband placed order here to bring home and gave me the receipt. Noticed they charged us for a meal when we only got a sub. Called store and they said we had to come back in to get refund!!! Only store that does this. I went in later that night. Teenage cashier took my receipt and said he would refund the sub to card. Two months later and still not refunded. Called corporate (no customer service) but I accidentally got someone who told me they no longer handle customer service and to talk to local manager (which I had) or my bank. Bank refunded 100%. Wasted hours disputing a $2 charge that was their fault and we should never have been charged for and yet we were not compensated or apologized.

My boyfriend just went to get us subway, and as I was eating it I feel something weird in my mouth so I pull it out and it's a red piece of plastic. I imagine it probably came off of some kind of packaging that their product comes in that probably fell in during prep but gross, nonetheless. I try to not make a habit of eating plastic so maybe be more careful next time when prepping your stuff.

I ordered a half greek salad and I asked for extra olives and extra dressing. I get this salad at least a couple times per week from a different location. And I have never had problems. But today I got a quarter of a salad. It wasn't even filled in the container. There was no extra olives and it was probably one of the worst nine dollar salads I have ever bought. So disappointing. I'll never go to this Panera again.

Best place for a glazed ham or turkey breast. And the also have sides for all your holiday fixens. Great service friendly staff. # Glaze Master

We came in for sandwiches for lunch. The staff was very friendly and offered us free samples. Even though it was a little busy, we were helped and given our food very quickly!
