My experience with this subway was very good, the staff was very kind in nature especially guy named harsh, he was very polite to me! I'd recommend everyone to visit there

The speed of service pleasantly surprised me. I had anticipated a 5-6 minute wait for my food, but it was ready right after I made my payment. Additionally, when I encountered card issues, the Guy assisting me patiently waited until I resolved them. This combination of excellent service and delicious food made it the best experience I've had at Cultures so far!

Went here for my work lunch and wanted a healthier option and thankfully this was the only place and I had a really good chicken sandwich and smoothie loved it will be coming back. The service was also good and the cashier was super nice.

FOOD IS SO BAD and its getting worse every single time I go there. No matter how many chance I give them, it is always a missed and WILL NEVER GONNA GET BETTER. There is no quality in the food. Lettuce from the salad are brown already and not fresh. Chickpeas are mushy all the time and portions are so tiny compared to other shawarma places. Meat are not cooked fresh everyday so you get a dry meat most of the time. When I saw today that there’s a new batch of meat I went there for lunch but the food was half wet like as if I am eating a porridge. $16 for a small portion of meat and rice and bad quality is ridiculous. This place will not get any better at all.

We asked for nothing spicy, they did not disclose that that potatoes have spices, which is something we could have moved on from even though my mother can't eat anything spicy. However, some of the potatoes were old, as well as the kabab we got. My mom is very shy, she ate what she could from the plate and said to not say anything, but I had just come and saw this so I took the plate back to them. She did not eat anything that went old or was spicy, and I told them as much. It is not the cheapest place to buy food from, and I told them that nothing should have been left over (I have 4 years experience working in a similar restaurant, I would know), but the staff were saying the dish is finished and I am asking for freebies and they were extremely rude. One also said she asked for it to be well done, my mom did not say anything like that when she ordered. We do not go out often, and this goes for anybody, when we go out to spend well earned money, we should be getting our money's worth. If you are shy like my mother, don't let people do that to you, get what you paid for or get a refund. Neither of which we got, nor did we want either by the way. I simply wanted to tell them that it is not okay to do that, and they were not very friendly about it which is why I am writing this review.

Cultures is the best place for those who wants healthy food. I tried their famous powerplant burrito. Omg!! It was so delicious and I really want to go back for trying more food. Highly recommending. Best food in STC!!..

Whenever I try to purchase online, it always shows that they don’t have veggie patty in stock,
And they do sell that if you purchase sub in store,
They don’t want their customers to take discounts using App/Online.

I am so disappointed with the kind of service we received today at the store in Villa Madina. I am not sure why the management here keeps changing. During March and April the crew was very polite and the food quality was amazing as well. Today the chicken shawarma felt like half done and for sure not how a shawarma should be. Not sure if this was the reason for upset tummies.

Very disappointed and will have to reconsider ever going back to this place.

One aspect that sets “Cultures” restaurant apart is, their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel like a valued guest throughout the evening. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that every need was promptly met.

They have vegan options, however, the substitute is not good. It’s tasteless and boring. I don’t recommend this place for people with a vegan diet.

They also ran out of tempeh, which was extremely disappointing.

I was stuck into hospital last night and wasn’t expecting anything to be opened this late in night. But then I found this Subway located right inside hospital. The attendant at the store was so kind enough to help us with the order and treated us really nice. Aafiya was generous enough to share her name with us.

Such kind, patient and generous staff - especially the manager who goes out of his way for his customers… and the food - so amazing and very fresh!! Better than other locations as the other reviews state. It’s a hit every single time. My go-to spot when I’m at the mall. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!!

I purchased the two meat Sharwarma combo. The food was ok amd large portions but some items were not fresh.

This is one of the best plates we had. The taste is the best compared to villa madina at different locations.
I personally tried villa madina at various locations but I liked the one at Vaughan mills.
I highly recommend this.
They also give pasta on the sides.

They limited the number of veggies you can put on your sandwich. The worker only put 6 pieces of spinach on my sandwich. When since did they limit the number of veggies? it is not worth it to buy a sandwich there for the price.

On March 23, 2023. Through uber, I ordered 2 chicken and bacon pepper corn ranch salads. I received the salad with rice in it. I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and cannot have rice. I called the store the next day where the employe told me I would need to speak to the manager. I said ok I will call her. I spoke to her on March 30th were she told me to come in because I told her I had pictures to show her that the salads were wrong. I came in on April 1st, 2023. After showing her the receipt and the picture she told me it wasn't her store. Her store isn't 2867 Ellesmere. Her store is 2863. She sent me across the stree to the other subway telling me it was them. When I went there, their address is 2872. I went back to her as said this is the address because it is showing the location in the centenary Hospital. I told her she has two addresses for her location. Either way she told me she couldn't give me the money back because I would have had to come the next day to get a refund. I told her I couldn't have come the next day because I go to school in the mornings and work in the evens so the weekend is my only time I can come. She then contiuned to say she cannot refund me, the system wouldn't allow her. I told her so wasted my money on two salads i couldn't eat. She srugged her shoulders. I asked for the number for head office. She lied and told me there is no head office. I would like to konw if I could get conpensation for going salads and for her sending me on a wild goose chase with the location of the store.

After having Tim Hortons for lunch for an entire week, I decided to give La Prep a try. It definitely feels like a big splurge in comparison to Timmies prices but it's a franchise and I would imagine it's the same prices across the city. Food here is gourmet, and it's now my go-to place for my favourite London Fog. Will continue to visit~

Might be I was blind for couple of years that couldn’t see this best healthy food place😂😂 best bowl and mostly importantly the staff service. Took the order very patiently. My mom was in town for the very first time they explained her the things very well(calmly) definitely gonna be my to go place for healthy stuff. Five star isn’t enough for quantity and also quality ♥️

We tasted their Chicken, Falafel, Beef Rokboxes at the STC location during the national shawarma day. My fav was the Chicken flavor which was tender and flavourful. Falafel was crispy, well-seasoned! If you are planning to enjoy them at the STC area make sure to reserve a spot first and also add their special sauces. The servers are prompt. Avg meal cost $10.

We got their Chicken, Falafel, Beef Rokboxes. Chicken was tender, juicy, Beef was crisped up nicely, flavourful and, Falafel was crispy, well-seasoned! All the Protein were served on a bed of Rice, topped with Pickles, Pickled Radish, and their signature Garlic Sauce, gosh it was amazing!

Approached the front at 9:40. Lady told me they were closed. Asked her “you close at 9:40?” She shrugs her shoulders at me. Keep in mind this is in a hospital where this is the only food option or I have to pay for parking twice. Garbage customer service

Very friendly & quick service. The ham & brie is delicious while a great coffee machine and even better Barista make for a great cuppa.

Absolutely good experience having lunch here. Foods are tasty and healthy. Crews are friendly. People come here not only for picking up a coffee or sandwich or cake but also having a short conversation with the crews like old friends.

Overpriced food because it's considered extra healthy. Salads are ok, soups are good, coffee is fresh. Staff are helpful.

The fresh breakfast wraps are delicious and the breakfast special is less than Timmies for a better quality product.

the food is MICROWAVED!!! come on people. There is an older indian woman there who never wears gloves and handles quiches etc with her bare dirty hands.The only thing fresh there is the dam fruit cup that you cant afford.
