Ordered food dine in and specifically asks for joliBini and in able for them to upsell they told me that there are no regular fries available only large and you have to pay extra for that. Weird isn’t it?

Any seasonal item that you're planning to order from them is usually unavailable. Chicken burgers, chicken nuggets, pies, and sundaes. If they do have them, they'll normally ask you to wait 10 minutes and exceed that time limit.
When the food arrives though, at least you can tell that it's a new batch because it always comes out really hot. One bite can burn your tongue.

Specifically informed them to give us wing part for the chicken pero thigh part pa rin binigay. Also, the gravies spilled inside the box. This is so disappointing.
Their chicken taste better than other branches it's always crispy and they're using powder for spicy not the marinated one. This branch is a bit small so it may be packed at times.
I've placed an order in advance for me to not consume my time waiting to get my order. At my lunch time I went there to get my order but surprisingly my order is not yet made. You guys wasted 8mins of time.
I work at BPO and my lunch is scheduled every 4am, Today, June 30 (Sunday) I ordered take out but decided to eat it inside as my workmates ditched me and ate on another fast food chain. I was done eating my food when a female guard shooed me away citing an ordinance about prohibiting in eating take out foods inside (didn't know that was a thing since 2021). Issue is, its 4am if I'm still eating my food would she shoo me away and if I refuse would she report me to the authorities?
Then shouldn't she shoo away the loiterers inside? They didn't buy anything and are just talking or waiting for time to pass. I'm mad because its not even rush hour-I'm not disturbing anyone and I finished eating quietly. But yeah, sure be inflexible and cite the city ordinance on me at 4am.

I'm a big fan of Jollibee, unfortunately when we had our breakfast after travelling 10hrs. This branch I felt was not ready to serve customers where they served us our orders with inconplete orders, no tissue, no ketchup and the place is a bit filthy. I understand they might be tired but to serve with incomplete order I think is unprofessional and to have a dirty place and humid fast is not really what I expected. Hope their management can do something about it
they take scripted surveys and they took more than 30 mins just to serve food 2 people and has no toilets, food was good but the service was not

Their Spicy Chickenjoy will always have a special place in my appetite. The Peach Mango Pie is the bomb. They released a new sundae flavor, I believe it's Buko Pandan.
The most complain I read online is how expensive Jollibee gotten this past few years, and that is absolutely true. Dining here was a form simple joy. Now it's a luxury most Filipinos can not afford. I do wonder myself if there will come a time that I can ot afford dining here anymore.

all the crew are kind and friendly and the service of this Jollibee was so fast.
One of my order is missing eventhough I already waited long enough for my order , it seems that the branch is not organize enough

It was my first time ordering here and twas a take out. They missed to provide me the large fries. I dont have time to check the order while tgere cause I was in a bit hurry. You shouldve checked the items as you have the copy of the reciept!

I bought chicken with rice for dinner and their chicken is this, so small and so saggy, obviously not new but was reheated. They should atleast provide the service and food that you paid for.
It was a Sunday lunch time and we didn't expect that the place was not crowded like a lot of tables were vacant.

I purchased an 8 piece box of chicken there are four small gravy pots about 1/3 full with it that did not even cover two pieces of chicken i'm not impressed. I'm buying popeyes from now on
The beat place to eat pares here. Before i moved to another location this is my go to place to eat food. Back then they’re really cheap not it’s a bit expensive like around 180 pesos but the food taste the same which i really like. Even the place is isn’t pretty and modern build i still love eating here.
The SM North Annex Mang Inasal Branch is the best in service 🥰
As in all Jollibee outlets, always ask what part of the fried chicken is available. Then personally check to make sure that the store gave you your correct order.

I craved for a yum burger this morning and decided to drive-thru at sta. Monica branch and humbly ask the crew if i can have a more dressing 2 pcs Yum burger and she said yes, and within 2 mins. My order was arrived BUT the burger they gave me was not as i requested and it's not hot already.

This is definitely a gem worth trying. Their Beef Pares is like no other and you will surely order more extra rice 'til you can't anymore. It's easily accessible via commute or if you're bringing a car, don't worry because there are lots of parking spaces around. Just ask the attendants for some help 👍

It’s nice location but the problem is if exceed 2 hours meron bayad for parking
This is the restaurant that made beef pares popular which is an anise flavored beef stew that goes very well with fried garlic rice. Aside from beef pares, their beef Bulalo, chop suey, stuffed shrimp, tapsilog, kiampong, and butter chicken are very popular too! Parking is difficult as there are no provisions for it but despite this, people come here at all hours. There's a toilet here in case you need to go. Take away is also popular
The best inasal I have had. Walang wala ang inasal ng Manila. We also had their pusit and the sauce was sooo amazing. Pwede na ulamin kahit sauce lang. Medyo maingay lang yung place when we went there kasi may graduation celebration.

This branch is inside the annex bldg and close to govt offices where i renewed my drivers license. Not many customers eventhough it was lunch time. The food is served quick and hot. You can have unli oil too
Got in by 6am. Guard saw us but did not care enough to be alert or assist with the door, just kept doing his thing (whatever he was doing with his stuff). Crew was attentive. For a 24 hour branch, seems they were not ready for customers as it took almost 25 minutes to prepare the "fastfood" (considering we were the first to come in, others followed about 10 mins after). When the food was finally ready, it lacked items such as sugar and catsup, still had to ask for it.
Came from the airport at almost 12mn for some sorely missed chicken joy. This is a 24 hr restaurant. They have limited tables at this time and we had to "force" the people here to get us a table. They were sloshing soap water all over the floor while people were still dining in the restaurant. Just close the damn restaurant.

I have always loved Jollibee from their food to their customer service. However, recently (July26) I went to Cardiz’ drive through to order 1 bucket of chicken joy & 1 party tub of spaghetti. The cashier suggested their Family meal which is a plus factor since it saved me some money (Hence the 1 star). The cashier told me the waiting time would be 18 minutes and they asked me to wait at the waiting area for drive through customer. My order was taken at 5:58pm. When the 18 minutes was over, I went to their window to follow up (6:25pm) and asked them to add spaghetti sauce since I noticed during my recent purchases that the sauce doesn’t nearly cover the pasta. They told me, to wait for 2 more minutes. At 6:48pm, I was already hungry and thirsty, I went back to the window to again do a follow up. I noticed that it was only then that they were putting the chicken joy in the bucket. I was once a Jollibee crew. I know about the waiting time and all. No one even bothered to go to my car to update me. I noticed there were not so many people that time dining in. I talked to the manager and she asked for my receipt. When I went back to the window carrying my receipt, the manager was nowhere to be found. I don’t want to wait anymore as I have already spent 1 hour for a bucket of Chickenjoy and a tub of spaghetti.

We visited to get breakfast and this branch did not disappoint. They have ample parking space and the service was good and relatively, the place was clean unlike other Jollibee branches.
Of course, the food is delicious though the breakfast menu is not worth it anymore, it’s very VERY VERY PRICEY for fast food.

By the time we visit and have lunch at this branch, they currently have an ongoing maintenance that's why we only eat at their paper takeout containers. But, that does not much affect the satisfaction and food services they delivered. The menu has a variety of affordable and delectable options. The crew are accommodating even though there's a high volume of customers. The ambience is okay, the floor area and space might get crowded. Overall, we still enjoy our lunch out here. Kudos.
Food is Good, however, this branch have switched from "real plates" to disposable Plates and Cutlery, making it difficult to eat without holding your paper plate.
The Sink in the wash area is broken and is stinky because of the full garbage bin placed just beside the said area.

The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive. We got their beef pares and porkchop rice, which I enjoyed because the pork was tender and easy to chew. I didn't see anything exceptional about their specialty, beef pares. Janet's pares, in my opinion, are superior.
Nice newish restraunt in novaliches with large clean comfortable dinning inside and few tables alfresco at the front entrance large parking area and having drive thru.

One of the original and best parest in the metro, full meat pares serving that will satisfy your graving, bit pricey but worth the serving. Crowded during lunch and night time, attentive food servant and friendly security, limited parking space, Worth to visit for a real good taste of pares Mami experience.

There's no problem regarding the food, the problem is the attitude of the staff, we ordered 2 C3 3 yum burger 1 2pcs. Burger steak and 3 coke float my husband ask them straw and the staff told him that, for dine in it is not allowed to have the straw I can understand if that is juice only but that is coke float it supposed to have the straw they didn't even take the initiative to give us extra spoon so that at least we can mix it🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️bad service 🤦🏿♀️
This Branch is just new. their chicken doesn't taste juicy and it's dry. Also, based on my friend's experience it was really like that and they have bad customer experience maybe because it was just newly established.the chicken I got was very small too

This is my first time trying Jollibee's Chicken Sandwich. It's hot, fresh and delicious. There is wait time for the preparation though.
Chickenjoy is delicious, as usual. The pies are hot and tasty.

Very slow service. I only ordered 1 chocolate float and it took them 30 min to give my order. My friend also ordered separate spaghetti and it also took the same amount of time to get served. I also ordered "less ice" but given MORE ICE. I love jollibee

Still one of the best Pares in my honest opinion (the other is Jonas Retiro). Nothing will replace them as the Pares Kings. Highly recommended. Since 90s my father and mother used to take us here and at Jonas, until now, I’m bringing my wife once a month. Taste is still the same. Highly recommended. Almost all their foods I’ve already tried, one remains my always go to, Pares.
Did my quick eats here recently, the team is very accomodating, they are following proper COVID19 protocols. Just need to hustle on bussing and cleaning spilled drinks on floor (that took awhile before it was cleaned).
Ok the food is good. I only complain my pineapple juice it contains 50% ice in one glass. I ask to add more juice. They decided very slow. So, I think it needs to discuss this with the management about the amount of serving.

We had my son's bday here and it was fun.
We spent around 30k but it was allot of food. U can spend 7k to 15k for 20 to 30max people with that budget.
But place is ok and service is fine.
