The guy shouldn't of been on the mic at the drive thru. Had to constantly repeat myself. And normally it's never that bad. Ended up ruining my order. Drink missing. Wrong food. Charged more. Happened between 8:30 to 8:40. 19th of Nov.
Will not be returning to this place, the Souvulaki was terrible !! It was lacking fillings eg, only like two thin pieces of lettuce. To top it up , the lady on the phone took the orders wrong despite me repeating to her like 3 times .

BK is def heading off McD these days. Filling, tasty burgers for good value, esp on a Supergold card with 20% discount lol. Good rewards program too. The only pity is that there is no coffee available. Staff generally friendly and helpful.
I visited here accidentally on Saturday at about 3:30pm. I was surprised because the quality of food(tasty and warm), so kind staffs(especially at counter) and sanitary conditions. I want to visit Linwood BK next time even if I’m living at Rolleston.
Showed up for a meal deal in the drive through and they were out of their coke bottles save for no sugar (which we do not drink). In compensation instead of 1.5L worth of drink I was offered 4 small drinks (a small drink is 175ml when properly filled) these drinks were not even properly filled when handed over and the window was closed as fast as possible on both payment and order handover as to not even let questions be asked. In addition the food upon arriving home was lukewarm at best and the chips barely salted (I don't live 30 min away so i expect food to still at least be warm when i arrive home). Extremely disappointed in the service and will likely never be coming back after this incident.
I stopped eating at BK in Christchurch over a year ago due to the hygiene standards and food quality. However, one day by chance, I decided to try the Linwood BK for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. The customer service in the drive-through is amazing, the food is always tasty, and, very importantly, it’s hot (it’s hard to find places that serve properly cooked, hot fries these days). This is the best BK I’ve been to in Christchurch, which is why I’ve had it three times from Linwood in the past month, haha.
One of the best souvlaki in town. They definitely don't skimp on the meat which is cooked beautifully. I live on the other side of town and have it delivered still hot. Appreciate the late hours too. Keep up the good work guys
Ordered large both a chicken and lamb souvalaki. Medium with perfect spice, awesome pita bread (not dumb wrap), lovely lady who served us. Felt like we were regulars.. but from out of town.. will be back.
I have had multiple bad experiences from this ship. Last time I wrote a extensively detailed message to the kcf support mail detailing the vad experiences I had and all i received was a mere acknowledgement mail.
Out of the count less times to wrong orders received and bad service the history did jot fail to repeat. Yet again.. I ordered 2 simple chicken pieces and waited for 20 minutes and then asked for a sauce and only to get a no.

The food is decent, just tastes like normal kfc but the store itself isn’t very nice. The tables and chairs are normally dirty and there’s always sketchy and/or homeless people hanging around either inside or directly outside the front door.
I wanted to share how much we enjoyed our time at KFC recently. The service from Gian was exceptional, and it really made our visit special. My friend John was completely satisfied and had a fantastic time. Thanks for making it such a memorable experience!
The food was decent, a bit pricey for the quality. Saleha was very friendly and helpful but I heard the manager yelling at her while I ate and that wasn't pleasant. Manager should speak to staff with respect.

To think that 10 years ago we could buy a 3 piece quarter pack with the moro bar included for under $15 and 3 properly sized (easily double the amount of meat I was served) piece of original recipe chicken beggars belief. How this was acceptable to serve someone I have no idea. God forbid what Americans are saying about Kiwi KFC. A total rip off, avoid at all costs!

Added cheese to my burger but still came standard, brought another burger to leave with (hangover munchies) and asked them to add cheese free of charge which she was happy to do for the mix up, but instead of greeting customers they were just all sitting there talking up a storm and drowning out the restaurant chatter 🥴

Hands down THE BEST Souvlaki eatery in Christchurch. Very reasonably priced, good variety and most importantly-great tasting dishes. Highly recommended. Give them a try-you will not be disappointed.
Uber eats order. Triple mix. Not great value fir money. Not much salad. Wrapping was terrible.
The lady working was rude, we had told and showed her that we had missing stuff from our order and she still decided to not give us the food we ordered or even a refund, we had to order 2 different times as they had missed a few things we ordered the first time. First order they missed was my 6 yr old sisters frozen drink, and the second time was my 8 yr old sisters whole meal. What was meant to be around 57$ ended up being 70-80$. Bad experience 👎
Staff are real friendly. This store has management issues and not staff or floor managers fault. I am satisfied with staff and duty manager as they were all very helpful. I think that training for staff and manager may be why this store has received some bad reviews. Pretty hard for store to deal with the hustlers who hustle outside the store but thats been hard for many store owners.last 3 visits experienced issues. 1. Charged me twice and they were not trained to check that KFC received payment from.their end.They asked me log into my internet banking to check. 2.spent 30mins trying to use app, even staff had issues figuring it out.in end discovered you have to pay via credit card or HV bank app also. Left store empty handed however staff did all they could to try help so not staffs fault. 3. Missing item but staff were good and rectified issue. Pretty disappointed that main management does not train staff to deal with above issues. But Understand that staff do all they can and not like they on $30 an hour. Still I think the store could have tighter cleaning duties cause lazy customers make an awful mess and is hard for staff sometimes. Please be a tidy kiwi not a lazy one customers.

I have seen a lot of complaining in the reviews about the lady who works here, but I had a good yarn with her and she was lovely. I ordered small chicken on chips, and I'm glad I didn't order large, as the small was very filling.
The chips were awesome, and the spices complimented the meal very well. The only disappointment which I took a couple of stars off for, was the chicken was very stringy and fatty. Better quality chicken, and this place would be the perfect place to dine.

Quality and taste of the fried chicken was as good as expected. Service was crazy fast, like 45s from ordering to having the bag ready to go.
Side note: this branch has to have the tallest ceiling I've ever seen in a KFC. I'm sure there's a joke to be made but it just goes over my head.

Big up Taco Bell but when they release a new item i expect it to be yk somewhat legit, I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla (i love them ofc) and opted to try the new 10” Churro with ‘Dipping sauce’ Now i don’t want to be the a hole to complain but like come on… If you think this is enough chocolate sauce for a 10” churro who are you fooling 🤣 Anyway cheers taco bell love ya chicken n cheese quesadilla

I must say that KFC was the best thing I’ve eaten here in my past 20 years in and out of Christchurch.
The original (do not order the crispy) fried chicken was seasoned perfectly, pressure fried just nicely and served just like how I remembered when I had KFC as a small boy.
The mash with gravy perhaps was the highlight of the meal. Perhaps the best in the world! Fries were also very good, like a supersized version of perfectly fried McDonald’s fries!

Outstanding! I ordered the Dad Bod burger and it was amazing. Friendly service. My burger cooked by Chef Marshall. He did an exceptional job. Highly Recommend!

I discovered that my chicken and cheese burger was missing from the order that my my partner ordered. Whose responsibility is this? I drive all this way for an order that was messed up, and all you offered was a refund for the missing burger with no burger? or free chips. When I mentioned I already had chips at home and asked for an alternative, perhaps even chicken, your response was, "we can’t do that as we count our chicken?" Are you truly that pathetic? It seems you prioritise your stock and profits over customer satisfaction. I'm furious and won't ever return this store ever again. This isn't the first time our orders have been wrong—over five times now. Despite specifically requesting no bacon in my burger, your staff suggested a chicken and cheese burger with bacon. Why add bacon when I asked for it to be removed? This is unacceptable. It would have been appreciated if you offered something we didn't already have, and it's disappointing that no one answered the phones despite several staff members standing around, I even swear I seen the guy in the back licking fingers.
We have always loved bacon Bro's and recommended them, however today I was disappointed with my Andy the electrician burger. It is the one i always order, but today It just lacked flavor and was well below average. I hope it was just a once off. My wife says her Vegan burger Bryan the fireman was still as nice as they always have been. I would probably want to eat somewhere else next time.
EDIT: The owner contacted me and arranged for me to come back to have another Andy Burger...and I must say this one was really good...the balance of flavors with sauces was just right and evenly spread on the burger so that all of it tasted great. So I have upgraded my rating based on the good service and making up for the previous burger 🙂

Won't even pick up the phone to hear your complaint after they leave $30+ worth of food out of your order and provide no receipt. avoid at all costs
We had Bacon Brothers cater our wedding and it was perfect! Everyone raved about the burgers and fries! Such a friendly team and so easy to deal with! We had just over 80 people to feed and they did it so quickly! Would definitely recommend their food truck for wedding catering, everyone that came said it was such a good idea and my husband and I couldn't agree more!
If you are going to be the most expensive fast food in the area can you at least warm the buns for the burgers? Every time the whole burger is cold after 5 minutes! the chicken and chips are hot and burgers are always cold. Sort your **** out.

Outrageous...we went in to order a quarter pack for our son at 5:10pm others came in and ordered, got there food and left but we were left waiting and waiting. When I questioned the manager he didn't understand why I was angry and had so many stupid reasons like we are waiting for some chicken...hmm, did nobody else that came and went order chicken? We eventually left at 6pm, that's 50 minutes for fast food.
This is serious and no way to run a business. I don't recommend this awful place. I won't return.

Really good service, the staff gave good recommendations. The burger was mouth watering. Not greasy despite having a fried egg, sausage and bacon on it. Left me wanting seconds.
Fairly standard KFC chain location. Seemed as if had been well maintained and most surfaces had been cleaned, including our table after we left. Staff were friendly and service was fast.
Delicious burgers as usual. Took extra care as I ordered GF and put the hashbrowns in a separate carton.
They must have had their A team working on the day I was there. Everything was fast and efficient, and the food was quality - hot fresh and accurate 👌 thank you team.
Got a Zinger Burger. It was truly disgusting. Not sure what part of the chicken they used. It was tough and inedible. Washed all the coating off and gave it to the dogs. Chips were OK although hardly what I would call hot. Will be the last time at KFC for me. Would rather starve.

When I first opened it my daughter laughed and said " what do you call that?" I wondered too. It was pathetic.

They accused my son for stealing, our meal, because is electronic number didnt vibrate. He showed his receipt, he stood there from start of order until it was completed. They assumed he took someone else's order.
This is the worse service I have experienced here and until tonight our go to for fresh chicken and great service.

The portion is really small, but l like the atmosphere here, select your favorite music with the refilled cola, I would enjoy seating here for a while!
Tried a Bacon Bros Burger at Little High. The burger and chips were good, I tried the electrician, which is one of the more simple burgers, but still tasty. The patty is a homemade style, beef mince slapped together, but it all tasted great. They also have a wide range of drinks available.
Hell yeah, this is a good burger. Small for sizing and a little sloppy but it’s worth it. The loaded fries were pretty good. Kind service. They have an organic cola that I tried, not a fan but nice aesthetic.
Update: I did send a polite email letting them know about this. 4 months later and I never got a response. How useless. It's just disappointing.

Ordered the beef cheesy burrito combo and the nachos. They forgot to give me my drink. Unfortunately, I didn’t check until I have left. Also ordered guacamole with the nachos. That’s a $1 for a tiny bit of guacamole. Fries are hot but not crunchy.
Shop looks colourful , good staffs , nice ambiance. but quantity of food especially burrito needs to be improved. Make the burrito bigger and also add more meat. Hope you will consider this.
Staff were awesome, very friendly and was more that happy to accommodate my requests. The ambience and design of the restaurant was really vibrant. The food for the price that you're paying however was average in my opinion. Flavours were OK but nothing to write home about, portion sizes were so so, all for higher than what I would probably normally pay for.
Great service despite how busy it was. We were given our food after only waiting five minutes and it was delicious. The staff are kind and they keep the place clean too.
The restaurant is clean and looks good. I haven't had taco bell for a while, since I lived in Sydney. The food, ironically quite bland if your used to eating good Mexican food. I must say the fries are pretty darned good though!! It just how I remember it and my family wanted to try it as they hadn't had it before. I don't think we will be back, fast fried food really isn't my thing. I'm sure people will love it. Just not to my taste. Nice staff and good service, which would have been difficult because the drive through line was 1.5 hours wait and the wait in the restaurant was 30 mins.

Car parking is right outside if you are lucky. Otherwise just up the road. Be careful on Cranford Street because the cars come quickly through the intersection and both directions.
