I discovered that my chicken and cheese burger was missing from the order that my my partner ordered. Whose responsibility is this? I drive all this way for an order that was messed up, and all you offered was a refund for the missing burger with no burger? or free chips. When I mentioned I already had chips at home and asked for an alternative, perhaps even chicken, your response was, "we can’t do that as we count our chicken?" Are you truly that pathetic? It seems you prioritise your stock and profits over customer satisfaction. I'm furious and won't ever return this store ever again. This isn't the first time our orders have been wrong—over five times now. Despite specifically requesting no bacon in my burger, your staff suggested a chicken and cheese burger with bacon. Why add bacon when I asked for it to be removed? This is unacceptable. It would have been appreciated if you offered something we didn't already have, and it's disappointing that no one answered the phones despite several staff members standing around, I even swear I seen the guy in the back licking fingers.

Won't even pick up the phone to hear your complaint after they leave $30+ worth of food out of your order and provide no receipt. avoid at all costs

If you are going to be the most expensive fast food in the area can you at least warm the buns for the burgers? Every time the whole burger is cold after 5 minutes! the chicken and chips are hot and burgers are always cold. Sort your **** out.

And why have you increased the price so much? Some deals that cost me $50 last year are $80 now. You think people will pay $100 for a small family deal next year? Stop it. KFC are greedy and out of touch.

Outrageous...we went in to order a quarter pack for our son at 5:10pm others came in and ordered, got there food and left but we were left waiting and waiting. When I questioned the manager he didn't understand why I was angry and had so many stupid reasons like we are waiting for some chicken...hmm, did nobody else that came and went order chicken? We eventually left at 6pm, that's 50 minutes for fast food.
This is serious and no way to run a business. I don't recommend this awful place. I won't return.

Fairly standard KFC chain location. Seemed as if had been well maintained and most surfaces had been cleaned, including our table after we left. Staff were friendly and service was fast.

They must have had their A team working on the day I was there. Everything was fast and efficient, and the food was quality - hot fresh and accurate 👌 thank you team.

Got a Zinger Burger. It was truly disgusting. Not sure what part of the chicken they used. It was tough and inedible. Washed all the coating off and gave it to the dogs. Chips were OK although hardly what I would call hot. Will be the last time at KFC for me. Would rather starve.
