Worst I don’t know what the lady was thinking as I was taking her food. Boss I’m paying for my subway and it’s a chain not ur personal shop. We ordered a footlong new nashville hot chicken subway and she gave like tiny bits and no proper salad and nothing. It should be full of veggies. That’s the reason I see similar reviews in this place. Please please avoid this place. You just pay 18$ for a subway and get nothing. Try another subway on the same bay street that’s much better.
Big Pita is hands down one of the best shawarma joints in downtown! Ron and Mike are always friendly and provide excellent service, making every visit a delight. They always remember my go-to order, and the food consistently hits the spot. Highly recommend!

I will start with the food, it is amazing and very full-filling with great flavor and seasoning.. tender meats with every bite.
Price is what you would typically expect for a large portion ($20) however, the portion might be a lil bigger for some consumer.

Ordered on the mobile app to use an app exclusive offer, and then walked in about 5 mins later. The owner (as he described himself) was in the process of making my sub. There was about 1/2 the amount of turkey that you would normally get on the sub, so I nicely asked him "is that all the turkey i get?", to which he said, "yes, you're using a coupon so you're only paying $9 when this is usually $13, so if you want more meat it's double meat for more money". As you could imagine, i wasn't pleased with this, as i just wanted the normal amount (of which i was being robbed) so I pushed back a little, but he pushed back more. I surrendered as this guy was acting ridiculous.

Ordered their “veggie” tacos on Uber eats for $40 for 6 where “veggie” was a surcharge of $2.99 extra per order. There was nothing more than your base toppings, and half of the tacos has next to nothing on them. You should be embarrassed to have served this to a customer.
This is one of those hidden gems, the typical burger joint where you go to get a good bite to eat with some good company.

I had heard about these burgers, and many people said they are one of the top 10 in Toronto. Here's the cheeseburger and a poutine, honestly... I liked it, the burger bun was soft and fresh, very tasty, and the poutine was delicious. I agree with the opinions expressed. Now I have to try the other burgers 🫣🤭

One of my favorite restaurants in the world. The perfect burger spot. Crisp thin patties, well toasted bun, fresh ingredients, all perfectly proportioned. Couldn’t recommend it any higher.

Long time customers here, nothing beats walking into a place to be greeted with the same familiar faces and smiles. The interior has been the same forever, and it needs to stay exactly the same to keep those old family run restaurant vibes. The most favourite food item here for us is the gravy! Yes, the gravy! A must for fries, the occasional onion ring finds it’s way to gravy too. The onion rings are marvellous, you can bite into an onion ring without the whole onion sliding out. The homemade 6oz burger is always a go-to, of recent though, the beef patties are slightly overcooked, leading to it being a little dry. The bun is so soft, perfect for keeping the “all you want” burger toppings in place. Small parking lot but with free parking.

I love going to small businesses when I’m downtown, and Rudy’s was a great alternative to chain fast food like McDonald’s. Prices are pretty comparable ($16 for a burger and fries) to chains and the quality is way better. I was immediately greeted by staff and they were really kind and polite. They even brought my order to the table I was sitting at!
The burger was perfect, the edges of the patty were crispy (so delicious for a smash burger), and the toppings were well balanced and didn’t overtake the flavour. Fries were fresh and crisp and not too salty at all.

Walked past this place and we were hungry so we decided to give it a try. It didn't look like much but it turned out to be great.

Burgers are really done well and customized to the way you want. One of the best Burger King restaurant that I’ve been to. Friendly service as well, which is nice for a fast food place.

I went in yesterday. I got a small burrito, special chicken and ended up waking up in the middle of the night with severe food poisoning. This place is dirty. The counters were filthy the washroom smelt, and there was a lot of stuff going on in the back when I came out of the washroom and he was about to fold my burrito, I noticed in the back He was handling chicken raw and then without me realizing it, he went over and folded my burrito and packaged it off the grill. Do yourself a favour this place save Your health.
Tried their souvlaki in a wrap, and its taste is top tier for the price, atmosphere is a 4 for me due to space but that’s just the area in general. Otherwise food is amazing! Will try their shawarma next time.
It was my 1st experience at Big Pita. With the costs of living sky rocketing in Toronto, this place will not let you down. I had a lamb Wrap with added extra's. Just on $10 and I could hardly finish it.
The place is clean the gents in the shop friendly and helpful. I could sit and eat my meal, yeh a worth while visit and you will not all all be sorry.

I am a regular at this subway, and never have I ever been skimped on toppings like I was today. When I asked for extra onions, I got a total of 5, when I asked for extra cucumbers, I got a total of 4, on a large sandwich. Your Saturday person needs to be better. Everyone is cutting back, but that is ridiculous.

Food was good! We ordered a veg meal which included a burger,onion rings and a drink of choice. The burger was a big small but the whole meal was filling enough.
Was not happy with the visit, not like other Rudy's I've been to. Whoever works in the front, might be a manager, she needs some training, her behaviour towards the customers were very rude, I've seen Uber delivery boys coming in and her approach towards them were very rude, needs to change it others are watching, food is good but if service is like this I'm sure it will affect the business. Anyway I'm not going back.
This particular subway store #6702 is right opposite to my place. But I have been to this store just twice yet the owner remembered me. The customer service was great. I had dined in and so I got a chance to talk with the owner. He is really friendly and took great care of my experience in the store.

This is the best place to eat in . Their service and their food is amazing. The manager of this place is extremely polite and his way of dealing with customer is excellent… Must visit of you want amazing service 😇😇
I've been to Big Pita 3 times and every time I've been greeted with nice service and fresh food. Their chicken shawarma wrap is tasty and fresh. I like supporting this place.

Asked for a plain juicy Lucy with grilled onions and unfortunately got lettuce, tomato, pickles and sauce too. It's kind of weird to have a "build your own burger" style burger place that puts a bunch of toppings on as standard. The burger itself was really nice and the poutine was very good, so I don't have complaints there. It seems like they were understaffed however, as at one point the person taking the orders was doubling as the person making them. Overall it was alright, but that's about it.
This place doesn't meet the bare minimum service or amount of ingredient put into each sandwich. Go to the subway place right above the street and they will make the best subway sandwich there is. If you still decide to go here expect garbage service from worker named Anu - "it cost more money from us to give you more lettuce". Such sass.
Ordered two footlongs online with Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, received white bread instead. Requested adjustments to the veggies were ignored, and I was told additional costs were due to using a promo code. Found many similar complaints in Google reviews. Very disappointing service at Subway; my online choices were overlooked, and the staff's attitude was dismissive because of the promo use. A frustrating start to the day. Subway needs to improve its service and respect online orders.

They don't even follow the instructions on your order or the original ingridients the sadwiches come with. I ordered a Chicken Goddess sandwich through the app and when I picked up my sandwich, the ingredients did not match my order instructions at all. Even the avocado smash that must come with Chicken Goddess was missing. This location might surprise you with their creativity! :)

I wish I can give 0 star because employees are too slow and they don’t even giving enough veggies. It feels like they are sprinkling the veggies. Don’t go this subway. Waste of money.

These guys are full of scam. The amount of lettuce, tomato and pepper they put in each burger is ridiculously small. Even at the half price deal of 7.99 per burger this is totally a rip off. It makes me wonder if they hired people for high ratings.

This is my go to Subway location. They’re always very nice and care about my experience. I will say the woman who works there is sparse on vegetables which I’ve also seen in other reviews. This could be an area of improvement.
Anytime I’m in I feel welcome and they remember me, they go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. I even had the owner walk me through how to get a discount on the app. You can truly feel the care with this location :)

They took the easy way and closed things down well before closing, making it so they were out of most bread before close. All that was left was one 6inch piece of white and some flat bread with still a couple of hours before close. Wasted my time.
The old man who is working here have a really bad attitude and dont know how to be professional and give a good custom service when he's working. If you go here when he is working, be aware that he will not listen to you and put the ingredients that he wants.
I love this place & its employees. Always tasty, always generous with the fillings. The southwest salad + burrito toppings is a great option if you're not a rice guy. Very efficient and consistent lunch, which is not common in this food court!
Love this place!! My friend and I are students and we come to big pita often for the amazing chicken wraps. Over time we’ve gotten to know Mike and Ron the owners. They’re very sweet to every person that comes into big pita and they always remember their regulars orders. Amazing customer service and even better chicken shawarma wraps, I highly recommend you come here!!!
Came on a Sunday evening and it wasn't too busy. Decent amount of indoor seating if you want to dine in. I ordered the medium chicken shawarma plate for $15. Great variety of rice, salad, potatoes and of course chicken. Portions were fair and food was tasty.

Love Freshwest Grill! The Adelaide locations has the most wonderful friendly staff! I go with my colleague at least three times a week.
Their southwest salad with chicken is my go to and is both healthy and delicious and the team always serves it with a smile.

I usually ask for inside out burritos with chicken and guacamole. Portion size is large enough for large men. Vegetables are fresh, well cooked and not oily. Guacamole is fresh. Meat is delicious, beans are little mashed but tasty and sauce is ok too. My tummy does not give me any problems after eating here! I sometimes bring my colleagues to try this place as well.

Decent burger and fries. They have frozen 3 oz patties and 6 oz fresh patties. I had the 6 oz cheese burger with bacon and it was delicious. The fries were also crispy. It’s exactly what you expect from a classic burger and shake diner.

Most food chain outlet in Toronto looks very jaded don’t know why… but hey, as long the food is good I ain’t complaining. Easier access to the store is via the Eaton Centre exit at Roots… there’s a direct crosswalk over 😂
My favourite place to get smash burgers. The bun is so soft and it doesn't get soggy. Beef burger patty is delicious. They give lots of fries. You can get thin or thick cut fries! Yum! I ordered to eat there and they served the food to me while I sat at my table. Very friendly service! My go to spot when I have a burger craving. Delicious!! I need to come back and try their chicken burger.

Two employees near closing communicating aboit what they're out of in urdu. Ordered a steak bowl served we very little steak would say a third of a cup serving. I've ordered this before, and the helping is usually a bit more. Also it was dry and not ediable.
Okay you have to take the location and busy-ness of said location to understand my review.
The staff here is friendly and seem to be enjoying themselves. I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, mozzarella sticks and a drink. The young guy at the counter was super patient while I babbled on asking about if I could add mozzarella sticks as the side. He made sure to ask what sauce and didn’t forget.
The food was served to me fast, hot, fresh and some of the best BK I’ve had in a while.
The dining room needs a full time cleaner, it’s too busy to depend on the cashier to clean as they go.
remember, this is young street at 10 pm. Don’t go here alone, it’s not the stores fault, but it’s a reality.
I’d recommend for late night eats if you’re craving traditional fast food.

How amazing, got to say this is by far the best BK in the city. Located at Dundas Square, this place is operated by the most friendly staff of all bks. prior to being here I got ripped off by another bk location a day ago and the ladies here claimed that they'll do me right with the proper angry burger and boy did they do just that. Every sandwich is well seasoned and well sauced upon request. See my breakfast (yeah I know I had a big breakfast) and every item was done extremely well. Dill pickled nuggets are true blessings
They are getting cheap on the portion size with chicken and steak. The last few times I went the meat portions are getting smaller and smaller. Today is the last time I will eat there.

Make sure you read the small print. That picture shows a nice bowl but you actually need to pay extra for protein. False advertising!

Nope. Not good. First they gave me about half the usual quantity of what Other Freshiis do. When I complained they just added a lot of rice and barbecue sauce which as you can imagine was not a lot of fun.
I got small tuna on 9 grain honey oat bread , the ingredients was fresh and service was good but they stopped offering sub of the day … the price is $7.25 - I believe prices increased
Totally skip this place at RBC Plaza….bowl is mostly boiled rice and drizzle of some veggies….seems like they have gold standard sauces….each bottle to be used for the entire year….cmon guys $15 for boiled rice with the attendant showing super attitude….u can do better…or maybe shut soon.
Got the Oaxaca, mostly rice, 2 pcs only of avocado, very little beans and toppings, and suace if I wanted this much rice I would have got hakka

I love the Inside out burrito with the chicken option, generous amounts and love that I can add sauteed veggies to it too, great lunch option if you're working downtown.
Great food, very fresh and delicious, very professional and polite staff and the cost is highly competitive! Went there 5 times so far (they a bit far from my workplace and I prefer Kim and Kupfert - more vegan options), but an excellent experience with Freshii especially at this location! Definitely highly recommended!

1) Asked for extra spicy peanut sauce on the side. no sauce on side and no sauce on Satay
2) Tofu was served in 4 massive chunks
3) Tofu was stone cold
3) Satay wasn't put in the plastic bag and shook like normal

I went to their website to see which of their foods are vegan friendly. They don’t have the menu on their website and that should never be the case if you’re going to sell your store and products. I had to go on ritual to see what they have and I ordered the Buddha satay that is strictly vegan and when I went to pick it up it had turkey meatballs on it that wasn’t on my order and I had the receipt on my bowl with my name on it and it clearly doesn’t say add turkey meatballs :( plus they put such small portions of each ingredient that comes with the bowl and the noodles were soggy almost like a paste like squished together :/ when I asked to have them remake it, they did it and ended up throwing the food away. Aren’t they suppose to be an eco friendly, reduce waste, biodegradable?
What an excellent place to have healthy meal. Prices are little high but worth the money.
I work downtown and this is one of my favorite places for lunch. The food is healthy and fresh. However, I think they need to freshen their menu a bit, and maybe bring in some seasonal dishes so the consumer has a variety to choose from, and doesn't get bored with the same items on the menu.
