Under portioned every single ingredient in my steak burrito. Despite being barely filled, the team member wasn’t able to wrap this properly. Food was cold too. Wish I could get my $17 back. The value for what I received might be $10, at best. I stopped coming here months ago because this issue kept happening. I thought it would be different this time… They’ve successfully managed to lose me as a customer for the 2nd time.
As someone that works in the area and loves chipotle, I frequent this location for lunch but the last two visits have been bad, white rice is soggy wet/clumpy, less protein and chicken doesn’t have as much flavour. Overall, quality at this location has been on the decline.
I went a little while ago. One of the restaurants on my bucket list to try when in T.O. Sadly was very disappointed, meagre amount of fries and the burger had very little flavour and to be truly honest it was a dry semi-hockey puck. :(

This could be one of the worse burger joints I’ve ever eaten at in my life (and there have been a few). So now not only do you have to suffer through terrible food that could only be accepted by a captive audience (like me) at an airport, but you have to use an app to order and get stuck with a 20% service charge for someone just dropping off your food without a word? Never again!
First and foremost you need to retrain your staff, which should also include ensure ingredients are fresh and look presentable
Ordered a burrito confusion between three different individuals to make this product.. as this was being assembled, each item that I ordered was being lumped on top of each other, creating this massive big ball of guck with juices pouring out, which then has a wrap become extremely soggy… show me the ingredients to pick and choose from did not tell me that guacamole was a three dollar additional cost in addition cold ingredients from the tomatoes with the meat and the warm beans bad combination… Took three bites and threw it out…. horrible experience will never go back to a chipotle again….

After see this restaurant in so many places I decided to give it a try. Don't believe the hype on this place. I was disappointed because the burger didn't have any seasoning and you have a very limited menu. I got the barbecue and avocado burger which was the only thing giving it a little flavor. But just try it for yourself because everyone taste buds are different.
Visited on Jan 1st. Bought a single bowl, but was mistakenly charged for someone else's order ($85). It took 10-15 minutes while the team tried to refund my order, however 2 weeks later I have not received my money back. I've contacted the website as suggested by previous reviews, along with Chipotle Canada but it has been silence. Someone from the team - please advise who I can reach out to about my refund!!

Uber eats from here and got a bowl and got a huge chunk of onion and the rest of the onion and green peppers were raw and not cooked. I can count the amount of black beans i got which was 6 and maybe 5 pieces of chicken. 👍
Souv Like has consistently exceeded my expectations! Being a regular, I've always enjoyed their fantastic pork souvlaki wrap. However, my recent venture into the pork souvlaki dinner was a game-changer. The food was nothing short of amazing, and the wait in line was absolutely worth it. There are only a few tables inside for dine-in, and there is limited space so take out is recommended. Souv Like remains my go-to spot any time I’m in the Danforth area!
Surprisingly, for being a downtown location, and a chain, this five guys actually great - fresh and delicious. Portions of fries always makes me happy.
If you are stuck way out in the Terminal 3 GATES 60-80 for a plane save some energy and walk a bit further to WAHLBURGERS.

As an airport foodary, it wasn't bad. The fries are seasoned well. The burger looked lacking, but dang, was I surprised. Service was more a hands of approach but not bad. No combo.
Flavourful Cheese burger sandwich with heavy load of regular frensh fries and coke. Service is friendly and quick. Store is clean and burger is really tasty 👍

This time around I had the bacon cheese burger (2 beef patties) (everything on it) with fries & gravy. I was offered a drink but passed. Had a craving for milk but sadly it's not available. They do have shakes though.

I love the variety of fresh ingredients at this Subway location. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the sandwiches are always made to my liking. It's my go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal!
These are the best churros I've ever had! We had them drizzled with the chocolate and dulce de leche caramel sauce. Absolutely delicious 😋🤤 I couldn't believe how good they were.

They’re charging extra for crispy onions in store orders, while on the app it’s for free even you want extra crispy onions… upon asking why they are charging, they don’t have any proper, reasonable answer… taste of the items also keeps changing every time
Churros were good! I personally think the churros were expensive due to their location. They have a variety of sauces to choose. I got the strawberry and chocolate sauce. It’s great to share and the people there are nice. I waited about 10-15 minutes.
I have been getting churros here for years - after class on my way home and even long after I graduated. They make them per order and when theyre are served warm in the cold weather, they are a great treat to warm you up. My personal drizzle combination is chocolate, condensed milk and caramel. Even when there are a few orders ahead of us, I am able to enjoy my churros in a reasonable time. Pro tip, it's smarter to get 3 than 1 because youll always be left wanting more and its cheaper that way.

Amazing location. Great food selection. My go-to is always chicken Caesar salad. I like how they toss all the ingredients and the dressing together in a big bowl, and then pack it into the to-go bowl. That way the dressing is evenly distributed. So smart.
I tried the "Our" burger with Caesar salad on the side. The burger was tasty, had a good texture due to the thinly cut raw onions, and the beef tasted fresh. The buns were thin and decently sized too.
First time going. The burger was fine but nothing to be excited about. I like the fact that it's "smashed" but lacked in flavor and the bun was a little soggy. Cheese wasn't melted. Overall, I was disappointed Not a fan.

Great place, I'm working a long shift overnight and I went to this Chipotle to get some food. I got a chicken bowl and it was delicious. I highly recommend stopping by and eating something
I had the pleasure of having my first Wahlburger at Toronto Pearson Airport. The people taking orders are, for lack of a better term, gruff and really don't do a good job making you feel at home. Beyond that, the food was actually great for airport food.
I had the 'Our 🍔 Burger' which was a delicious patty with lettuce, pickle, tomato, and Mark's special sauce. I also chose the tater tots as my side. It was very good and I would highly recommend it.
They have takeout and dine in options including ♿ handicap accessible seating and bar seating as well for solo travelers.

A great place to grab a quick lunch. I usually order the custom grilled sandwich which comes with salad through the Ritual app which is extremely convenient!
One of the best, Mexican restaurants. Try their spicy salsa and grilled vegetables absolutely delicious. Must visit place and also pocket friendly.

This was our first time here. The BEST gyros and baklava we've ever had. The gyros were tasty without being overly salty. They were fresh and generously proportioned. The baklava was crispy on top and full of sweetness. Staff were very friendly and took the time to answer our questions about their food. Would definitely go back.

Pepperoni slice used to be advertised as “double pepperoni” its not now with the new horrible small, tasteless greasy pepperoni. And the crust is paper thin and floppy now and missing flavour it used to have. King slice slice crust always fell apart fairly easily now with thin crust it can easily break in half in your hand. Can you at least offer one regular or thick crust slice?
The staff has always been very nice. The regular driver is the nicest guy in the world. Still a great slice but not a 5 star anymore.

Had the Pepperoni and Arabiatta pizza slices, they were perfectly cooked. I really loved the Arabiatta with the jalapeno heat! Would recommend! The pizza is one of the best in Toronto as they say. Lives up to the mark.
The veal parmigiana sandwich was good too, the red sauce on the veal was amazing, wish I could have ordered it with extra sauce! Maybe next time! 😁 The veal was a bit overcooked and slightly chewy. So would rather personally prefer the chicken parm.

I was torn between a 4 and a 5 for this place, but had to settle with a 4. I tried a pepperoni slice and a margherita. The pepperoni had just come out of the oven. I asked for a slice of it and they put it back into the oven for me. Hot pizza is always better of course but when they put it back in, it made the crust too crunchy. I do love a crispy crust, but this was beyond crispy; it ventured into crunchy territory. The flavour of the pizza was good, although the cheese did overpower a little bit on the pepperoni slice, making the sauce fade into the background.

The garlic oil addition was really nice. Reminded me of Fresca Pizza & Pasta.

I was looking for something in the area as I just arrived into town and checked into my Airbnb, which happens to be in Greek town. This came up and was exactly what I needed, something tasty but not fancy and reasonably priced too. I got a mixed pork and chicken gyro and it was absolutely delicious. Succulent meat, fresh salad ingredients and a nice sauce and pita bread with crispy fries. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I have been to this location a couple times and I find it to be a very refreshing resource for salads when you are tired of chinese food and burritos. From my experience the ingredients are very fresh and balanced, and the employees are happy to make subsitutions for some things. The picture attached is the asian chicken salad which has a delightful dressing.
I think some better signange in the storefront would make it easier for customers to order but the employees are very efficient and pleasant once you are noticed. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a healthier lunch in this food court.

This is one of my favourite places to eat. The food is always fresh but more importantly, the staff are always friendly! I know Krystal and Selina often take my order. Thanks ladies for always having a smile on your face and making my experience so pleasant time after time!

We have visited numerous Chipolte locations across Canada and the US, and this location is now an exception. With all due respect, we will agree with the previous google reviewers (most recent ones that gave 2 or 1 stars). The portion size were super small in my chicken bowl, and the chicken burrito we got was superbly small in size. Remember that you will have customers turn their heads away instantly if you continue to train your staff to give stingy portions.
I've only tried their pizza. The slices are HUGE and usually the pizza is good. It's a good bang for your buck! The service is always good tho and it's a good little spot to have a quick bite.

Food is always great. But every time I come here the owner/manager is always full of attitude and is talking down in his employees. He is also very rude to customers. Simply asked about calories as they were not displayed and he said check the website and if I’m worried about calories I shouldn’t be eating a Cesar salad. Severely judgmental and unprofessional. Do not recommend this location at all.
Never will I ever order from here again. Pizza was over an hour late. It arrived burnt, cold and with a delivery man with an attitude who lied about the reason he was late. I was told a manger would call to listen to my concerns but received no follow up. Looks like Blondies has a monopoly on my business moving forward.
Got the pork gyros and wow, what a deal! I can't remember I had something this tasty and filling for $10.75. Price point is fantastic and it really tastes authentic. Reminds me of the gyros pita you'd get in Athens.

This was my first time trying Wahlburgers and I’m so beyond disappointed. I can honestly say I would never try another one. I ordered the “Mark’s Choice” to go, so we could sit at our terminal to eat. The food took forever to come out but I’m patient and was so excited to try it. We sat right now to eat and our food was COLD. 🥶 Even the fries. My burger looked disgusting. You can tell how cold it was by the cheese. It’s supposed to have smoked cheddar, lettuce, caramelized onions, housemade chili spiced tomatoes and Paul's signature Wahl Sauce. There was no tomato, RAW onions, definitely wasn’t “smoked cheddar”, and the sauce was nonexistent. So dry and bland. I seriously took two bites and threw it away. So beyond disappointed in Wahlburgers. If I wasn’t boarding a plane I would of asked for my money back. Do better.
Expected good food from Chipotle. This location is super busy during lunch hours 12-1pm. When I went this week to pickup an online order, they unfortunately gave me the wrong order. But I messaged the support team and they were able to make it right.

Do the employees know what toppings are what, did a pick up order and everything is wrong, ask for green peppers ,get red onions, ask non toasted, get toasted like how hard is it to get staff that can READ AN ORDER TICKET!! Do better Subway
one of my favourite places to eat. a bit warm and loud inside but that’s just because they have so much business. despite being crazy busy they took my order right away and i had my food in under 10 minutes. their food is delicious and they never miss

First time here, the slice was massive 😯 and delicious too!! I committed to eating the whole slice and was successful. Bonus is the tasty garlic oil on the crust. A must!

It's generous in size, right in flavour (love the sauces) and most importantly, not those oily gyros you eat and spend the afternoon digesting. The fries with feta cheese was also bomb. Definitely recommend.

I’ve never given a three star rating in my life. However, I put in a digital order and they forgot to add rice to my order :( . On top of that their “extra” isn’t really “extra”. Their portions are noticeably smaller than other locations. However the staff is very friendly and nice. The food is also delicious.
Never in my life have I had a restaurant skimp out on rice and beans before, the cheapest parts of the dish that tend to be used for volume on the plate. Protein amount seemed appropriate but the rest of the toppings were almost non-existent. I have never experienced this at any other location before, we ordered 4 bowls and almost every single bowl came only a quarter-full of food, definitely not up to standard. My bowl which included all toppings still was only half-full compared to my familys' quarter-full bowls with less toppings. Picture is what a chicken, rice, sour cream and lettuce bowl looked like.
I come here more than I would like to admit. This location is always busy doesn’t matter when you come you will always find at least 3 people waiting in line, but service is pretty fast. The quality and quantity of food is great. Always clean restaurant for dine in.
Thin sliced pizza was really delicious. It was definitely worth to visit. It's a pretty affordable meal or take out. Most of their clients come on a daily basis. I ordered eggplant parmigiana sandwiches, however their signature dish is pizza. Also I recommend to buy an Italian soda - Brio, it was a great beverage that pairs with pizza slices.
Best churros I’ve ever tried in my life. They make it right in front of you. Its crispy outside, soft on the inside and the topping flavours with sugar and cinnamon take you out of this world. Go there!!

As someone who doesn’t like burgers so much, this was very delicious.
Very juicy, double patties, thick milkshake.

The guy I bought the foot long sandwich on Feb 15, 2023, he took my money with his gloves on and went to give me the change in the cash register, he still has gloves on and when it's time to put the ingredients on my sandwich, he use the same gloves on the food which he took my money and give me change with. It is so disgusting, money is very dirty and has thousands or million of bacteria, some can be deadly. If I get food poison, I will sue this location and they can go bankrupt, so if you are the owner, tell your employees to change gloves if he collect the money and give change to customers if he is to prepare the sandwich afterwards. There were two guys working there. The other guy was at the soda, drinks stand and busy doing his thing and talking to the guy who is serving me. Either one person should collect the money and one person should prepare the sandwich.

Cashier was not wearing a badge with name, upon asking whats the name " Obviously did not share". After doing shady business, what are they afraid of...if they think customer has eaten the topping
Later advising me that he is not offering any food back or any money, obviously apology also does mot come easily from people like this.

No one is going to come after you but people like this needs to be confronted and told that they have not done their work so others can not get screwed like this
I hope this person gets what they deserve and hopefully they can sleep after ripping people like this.
I will definetly report this business to food and administsation and proper authorities. This is not about 20$ but about basic understanding on how to conduct business and stop ripping off people.

The mangement about this subway was change recently and sold to new one...this is what happens.
They offered me a six inch upon showing how worst they have done but blamed customer for eating toppings ...this is what is the worst thing to do...

Further update upon going to the store and advising them about the poor work
No acceptance, they blamed me that i ate the food and came back to get free food
Not only that the cashier had courage to tell me as per you review its not one cucumber its 2. Such a great observation....but the poor eyesight when its mentioned on order what to add...
Kudoos to other staff members who are doing hard work at this place under poor management.
Cashier was not wearing a badge with name, upon asking whats the name " Obviously did not share". After doing shady business, what are they afraid of...if they think customer has eaten the topping
Later advising me that he is not offering any food back or any money, obviously apology also does mot come easily from people like this.

Ordered 3 big subway paid over 40$, all the subway had 5% sauces even though we added 3 sauces. Also, the vegetables were missing. Bad experience.
These are SOOOOO good! Perfect for any occasion. Makes your heart happy. I came yesterday and I loved it so much I came back today. I had 4 churros w/ the dulce de leche & chocolate syrup. So tasty especially when it’s chilly out! The owner/ worker was so cool and he hooked it up. Thanks again!
I’m a subway footlong lover but what I had today is totally unbelievable. I don’t usually put bad reviews but then this is just unacceptable. Gave this branch a try for the first time but I guess it will be my first and last. White italian bread was hard. Bought just now a foot long steak and cheese, and 2 side kicks honey mustard ham. The footlong bread was so hard and it took me about 5-7 seconds before I can have each bite because of the breath that is supposed to be soft. Maybe the bread is old or overcooked. Meat on the footlong was placed uneven because I had it cut in half and seems like the half side of the footlong that I got is that the meat that was placed was just like a usual size of 1 tablespoonful. Tasted like I ordered a footlong full of veggie than a supposed to be footlong steak and cheese. I should have just gone ordering a vegetarian option if I knew that the guy will not put enough meat. Not worth the money I spent.
The best salads downtown! I have tried loads of the 'healthy eats' spots and this is no question the best quality and service. Favourite is the Southwest salad I have half quinoa half spinach, the quality is so consistent which makes me come back on the reg! Staff are super friendly, sandwiches are also really yum and fresh. I work in BAC and order through the Ritual app, it's always prepared by the time I come down so makes it super easy and avoids the lunchtime rush queue. Happy customer :)
Such a great place to get lunch if you’re lazy to make it before work the next day. Sandwiches are so fresh and have quality ingredients. The bread is all ace bakery bread which I enjoyed. The side salad was a great portion, even though it looks smaller, it was very filling and delicious. A healthy lunch option downtown that I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
It's crazy that I haven't written a review yet. I literally eat here 3-5 days/week. The staff is incredibly friendly and they make the food with care. I usually do a custom salad or a custom wrap with an upgraded salad. The portion sizes are perfect and everything is delicious! When I get my lunch today, I will update with a photo :)
A convenient place to grab a quick meal. However, the prices are way too high for a salad bowl. I can’t speak of the location nor service as this was a take out meal. Overall, a convenient (but pricey) option for those around the area who are looking for a healthy meal.
By far the best churros i've had, and I've had churros at a wide range of restaurants and nothing ever tops this, just great. Perfectly crispy, not rock hard after 2 minutes, perfectly balanced in terms of sweetness. I recommend the caramel flavour.
Best kale ceaser in town. The customer service is top notch and quality is always 10/10. I pretty much come here every day for lunch. Thanks again for staying open during these troubling times.
Many people complain about Chipotle but don’t use their voice to ask for “more of this” or “can I have a redo?”. As an avid restauranteur and experienced with this sort of issue, can’t expect things to be perfect all the time, and this is coming from somebody who has received wrong Chipotle orders several times. Based on the other reviews, I can also realize people focus entirely on the negatives which is not necessarily why there’s a review system in place, but instead should seek customer service/head office assistance.

churros made to perfection! these were crispy on the outside and nice warm and soft on the inside! Fried to order and so many different options for sauces! Never felt rushed to make a decision as there was so many good options. Super quick and so tasty! Definitely coming back here as my choice for churros in the downtown area!

Clean environment, fast service. Very limited seating, so not great for a sit down, but excellent food if you need something fast and healthy. I had two chicken tacos, which were made sort of oddly. The tortillas were placed at the bottom of the (cardboard and recyclable!) takeout box and then everything was sort of piled ontop of that. Despite the presentation, the food tasted great.
As for another’s opinion: My friend got a burrito there, which he absolutely despised. His main complaint was that they do not salt their tomatoes, which left too much tomato juice for his taste. It mixed with the other ingredients and was difficult to remove. I did not order my tacos with tomatoes, so I really wouldn’t know, but that’s his opinion.
Overall, excellent experience, will go again.

I know they're only available for a limited time, but the $4 Mighty Melts is probably the best lunch deal around. Don't miss out - try one before they're gone!
It appears this location has changed ownership or something. They now restrict your veggie options to a maximum of two on the Mighty Melts and then want to start charging extra. Not the deal it used to be. I stopped going.

Good location, clean and great service. But the posted closing time is 7:00 but they always close at 6:00. Don't know why they just don't change the posted hours.
