Another gem .
My wife noticed the blue falafel sign a little walk after we hopped off the trolley and what a find.
Loved the big square plates.
Lamb shawarma and veggie mezza plate .

When I come back to my hometown I always drop by to get my fix of legit tacos and burritos. I have been coming here for over 20! Years and have never been disappointed. Prices are amazing.

The go to are the carne asada and al Pastor

If I’ve had a night of drinking their Birria is seriously legit
In the past all the tacos were filled with onions, cilantro and they would give you chips. No more. Now you have to pay for chips. The cashier rushes you and the cooks are very RUDE! It seems the cooks like to argue with women! I don't know if it's the same owner, but the menu prices are high and what they give now give is very little. Owner is CHEAP! I no longer go there because of this. Save your money there are many other places in the Mission District.

The food here was absolutely amazing! And the catering service is phenomenal, the owner is very kind and reliable. I hosted an event with over 100 people and everyone loved the food, it was fresh, tasty, and very well flavored. Highly recommend
Taqueria El Farlitio is old school SF. This is my review. 5+ stars all around.
My husband and I were looking for a place to eat and came across the famous Taqueria El Farolito this past Sunday. We use to come here when we went to UC Berkeley. It was around 1130pm at night and it was busy! The tacos were huge and so delicious! The meat was tender and seasoned so good. Also, the staff was so kind and friendly. This is the best Taqueria in SF! We will be back very soon. ❤️

This place is quite busy. At 4pm there is still a long waiting line.
I had taco and chicken Mexican sandwich. I was surprised at how good the sandwich is!
On the inner side of the bread, there is a layer of perfectly grilled cheese. Fresh avocado and lettuce and sour cream with a generous amount of well seasoned pollo. The bread is soft on the inside and crusty on the outside.
Bad experience! First time ordering here and they didn’t gave me for what they charged. I paid for 3 tacos and when I got home I realized there were only 2. In addition the service was terrible
My husband and I were looking for a quick bite to eat and decided to grab takeout here. It was really easy to put our dietary preferences and allergies when we ordered online and when we got there, they double checked with us. The service was great and the food was tasty. We both got pad see ew.

I enjoyed Oasis Mediterranean Grill's overall low-key vibe. The falafel was a delight, both delicious and generously portioned. While the atmosphere may be basic with bright lighting and simple decor, the friendly staff made the experience pleasant. I'd definitely return for the fantastic food, though the atmosphere was not be a highlight for me.

A friendly place with good food.

It can be difficult on Market Street to know if a food establishment is targeting the 2am crowd or the day walkers, but this place is clearly here to serve dinner.

The Cheesesteak was delicious and a good size, my wife enjoyed her Halal Burger as well, remarking at how filling it was. I think I'll probably just get the Cheesesteak Everytime here, it was that good.

The fries were.... typical Mediterranean fries: Nothing to write home about. They didn't have much character or flavor, but the Thousand Island-inspired sauce was a good match. I tried the Garlic Fries and they didn't have more than a dusting of extra character beyond my wife's plain fries.

The service was friendly and the place was clean,
The calamari was fresh/crispy and Padthai(?) was very flavorful and tasty. Crab fried rice was also quite good and the service was great! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and when I forgot to bring the straw for my plastic sealed to go drink the staff ran out of the store to hand it over to me cuz otherwise I would've had to cut open the plastic seal and it would not have tasted the same ☺️😆 amazing service👍🏻👍🏻
The pumpkin curry was super yummy. All the right spices and the shrimp was good.
This place is amazing! I have been coming here for almost 4 years and it’s so far the best Thai food I have had!

Average Funnel Cake and Ice Cream
Absolutely hands down the best Thai restaurant in SF. I’ve been here since the 70’s and it doesn’t get any better than this spot.
Had the grilled pork balls, kao moo dang, and roti with mango ice cream.

I had an Oreo Churro. It's basically Oreo base Churro with cream filling. It's good enough as a sweet treat. The size is big enough for two people to share.

Quick and excellent service and ordering. All food options come on menu that has pictures when ordering up front with accurate photos. Food was excellent!!
Friendly staff. Cozy tiny place. Food, average. A bit pricey. Saw a medium size roach crawl by next to our table.

Will I come back?
I may not.

A pleasant international spot on Market Street. Oasis Grill’s Chicken skewers are a good way to build your appetite. The Combo Plate had two skewers, rice and a side of cream. The raw Kombucha drink was also refreshing.

I had a super burrito here. It was an excellent burrito. Great flavors. Nice service. Maybe the only downside was it was not so clean.

For a taqueria, the tacos were just okay, nothing special about the meat except the lengua taco I got (but tbf I'm from socal). The nachos were surprisingly filling and had a lot going on. The star was definitely the burrito, it was on par with great burritos I've had in socal. The apple soda is not manzanita sol, but the mexican coke was good. The seating reminded me of mexico in the 2000s, but it's definitely an older look for a more casual late night dinner. I would come again for the burrito 🌯
We love the customer service and the food. It’s good and fast, you can be satisfied and keep exploring Pier 39. Also, is very close to the Sea Lions.

Quick and easy place to grab carnival style food. Lots of sugar.
Limited seating and tables
6,25$ + tax is way too expensive for a hot dog that only had poor sandwich and simple sausage. At least the taste wasn’t bad

You can find all the flavors of the Middle East at this location. It has the most delicious Shawarma I've had in SF. Workplace employees are very friendly and provide quality service. I recommend you to eat baklava after dinner. Thank you oasis
Everything I've had here has been solid. My favorite is the pumpkin curry, but I also really like the Panang Moo and Praram Neur dishes. Beef pad see ew rocks--the beef is so tender. Love the egg rolls too! Attentive service and fair portions.
