The guy serving at the front wasn’t very aware of how to simply answer a question when i nicely asked him what time is the chicken cooked, he then told me you are insulting me, i had to him explain about consumer protection act and how as an end consumer i should be aware of what i am being offered and i can ask whatever question i have with regards to the product i am using and paying for.

Delicious food and very reasonably priced. We tried a few different dishes and all were very fresh with lots of flavour! Recommend :)

Their customer service is amazing as well. They gave us complimentary soup and prawn crackers. The mongolian beef is my favourite! Totally recommend.

Chips undercooked could only mange to eat a quarter of it

Great experience at this restaurant.
Food was reasonably priced and tasted great. Authentic & fresh. The chicken & black bean on the sizzling plate was a stand out for sure! We also ordered a banana fritter for dessert which Dennis ensured would come out fresh with a candle for a birthday we had which was really sweet of him. Dennis had outstanding service and the other staff were extremely attentive. Will 100% be back again!

Good, solid, traditional Chinese food. Everything was tasty. But the standout was the service. Most Chinese restaurants unfortunately don’t prioritise service and don’t always have the reputation of being friendly. This was by far the best service we’ve ever experienced. The manager Dennis was extremely hospitable and friendly. Made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a local dinner and worth travelling for.
Super tasty charcoal chicken shop. Plus charcoal chicken is gluten free. Honestly, the GF stuffing is better than most other regular stuffing I've ever had. Classic charcoal chicken shop vibes and super friendly lady behind the counter more than happy to answer any dietary questions.
Very well prepared authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. Made carefully by a Sri Lankan chef who is an all rounder.

I hate when I feel like a place over charges you for basic things.
I asked for my sauces to be on the side instead of on the HSP and the lady said it was extra?
The HSP had shredded roast chicken which was odd.
I had to purchase the gravy because they don’t have a chips and gravy deal.
Charged for a plastic bag.
This place wouldn’t be bad if I wasn’t comparing it to my usual store I go to.
I tried this place out for the first time because my regular place was closed today.

Honestly I can't fault this chinese restaurant, by far one of the best in the area , I first tried this place with home delivery and was blown away how good it was , So I decided to go out and dine in to see what's it like now ive been over 20 times , I was very impressed, the service was great ,food amazing, I've almost tried all the mains on the menu, nothing was blane. I would highly recommend these place.

I ordered for delivery last week and for takeaway today. Both times the service was FAST and food was AMAZING. My partner loved the special fried rice and I loved the calamari. We will definitely keep on coming back to this place. Cheers!

Possibly the dryest chicken I have ever tasted. Seriosly how do businesses survive offering such poor quality. To the owner. Try your own food ! I see other businesses thrive with high quality,consistant product. Try it !!!
Very impressed with this shop. Gluten free charcoal chicken, chips, salads, potatoes bake and more. Nice to go to a shop that understands coeliac and is serious and no contamination. Thank you
I have been buying food from this wonderful family run business for over 5 years now and they exceed my expectations every single time! Their food is always fresh and the staff are absolutely amazing. If you’re a charcoal chicken lover like me, this is the place to get it! Would give them 10 stars if I could!
My experience was great. The service was amazing and the lady that served me was very friendly. I ordered the cheese burger and classic parma and chips. The food was cooked and served quickly and tasted delicious. If you are craving tasty burgers, chips, and more then you should visit. I will definitely be returning.
I am Coeliac and recently held a 60th birthday celebration. I heard this store had gluten-free roast chicken, so I went there for some roast chickens. It turns out they provide gluten-free stuffing in their roast chicken they can provide gluten-free Greek salad,rice salad, potato bake, we ended up having them provide all the food gluten free and the lovely lady did a fabulous job no one knew all the food was gluten free every one enjoyed the food the cost was very reasonable definitely I recommend this shop photos unfortunately aren't the greatest as people had already been enjoying the food
Last week I visited spicy flame. Ordered lamprice .it was not good.felt like left over food. Very dry. Probably cos reheated .
I tell you what! Trying to find a fantastic charcoal chicken in Cranbourne is very hard UNTIL now! Best ever chips, best ever chicken, together it was the best charcoal chicken and chips I have ever had.
Lady was very nice and told me they change the oil very frequently hence why the chips are so fluffy and golden! I have found my charcoal chicken after a long time living in Cranbourne. See you soon!

Very, very happy with my order today, chicken curry, eggplant mojo curry, egg fried rice, absolutely delicious. The eggplant dish so sticky and spicy and subtly sweet and fragrant, yum, will be coming back for more for sure. Very generous servings. Lovely friendly lady serving and very speedy service. Five stars for atmosphere just because of people coming in and out choosing amazing customised meal packs from Bain Marie receiving similar generous and friendly service. You can hear (and smell!) cooking in the kitchen right near small unassuming eat in area, almost feels like you are hanging out in a family kitchen. Happy to have found this place👍😀
Came in after work for dinner. The fried chicken pieces, charcoal chicken and the chips were all freshly made and the service from the nice cashier girl was great (Asked what parts of the fried chicken I wanted when she didn't have to).
Honestly, the fried chicken here is miles better than KFC.

Food was amazing in flavor. Service staff also were great. Busy Saturday night, and was was served in a good time. They apologized, but didn’t see the need. They don’t serve alcohol, but do BYO. But wasn’t a deal breaker. Sat facing the door, and they were constantly 4 deep to pickup take-away. You have to book early as they close at 9pm.

Great food have been coming here for a while however I have noticed the serving size has shrunk by alot but price has gone up, used to get a large rice hsp in a decent size container but now it's in a very small container not filling at all see photo for reference normal size fork placed on top.
Amazing food! My favorite in the area :-) The veggie dishes are so tasty and large. Great value for money. The staff are super friendly. Highly recommend.

Honest Review. This place won’t disappoint you because they sell the best HSP in Cranbourne. The chips are fresh and the meat is perfectly cooked compared to other places and I’m definitely coming back! 👍

Really horrible food. The devilled pork was just deep-fried and put in a bath of sweet sauce. The Kottu had no taste and the beef in it was like coal. As seen in the photo. The Cherry on the cake was that the 30 Min order took 90 mins. No apology. Will never go there again nor recommend.
Hands down, the best kebabs in the area. Good friendly service and usually pretty busy simply because they are that good.

Set meal menu items are generously sized, making them good value. Gravy is definitely watered down - hence striking off one star. Charcoal chicken, the main drawcard of the establishment, is good. Crispy skin outside, moist chicken meat cooked through.
We were at Spicy flames on Sat 8th FEB: They had $13, all you can eat at one sitting, with many serves, or take away. See the pictures of the spread today:

The bread was stale and uneatable.
The schnitzel - cheap, processed and they couldn't even be bothered putting it in the roll before they wrapped it so I had a coleslaw roll with chicken outside the roll.
The Greek salad.
No olives. No feta. No dressing. I'm not sure they even know what a greek salad is.
The 3 small pieces of tomato were old, the lettuce was okay, butnitbwas hard to judge considering there was only half a handful of it the cucumber was in3 large chunks and 1 3rd of the salad was just onion.
Basically I paid $6 for a general salad. And $8 for a roll. Which ended up being thrown away.

Chicken was nicely cooked over charcoal, chips were excellent really well cooked. Service was friendly. -1 for styrofoam -1 for not knowing your own menu. Store is accessible although the door is a little narrow. No toilets. Will give you cutlery and tissues.
