Parkway Charcoal Chicken

The guy serving at the front wasn’t very aware of how to simply answer a question when i nicely asked him what time is the chicken cooked, he then told me you are insulting me, i had to him explain about consumer protection act and how as an end consumer i should be aware of what i am being offered and i can ask whatever question i have with regards to the product i am using and paying for.

He told me customers have no rights to ask any questions.

Chips undercooked could only mange to eat a quarter of it
The man at the counter was rude i asked if i can change my mind from the Portuguese chicken to the charcoal chicken he gave me a stare when i said dont worry about it.
Definitely wont be coming back

Possibly the dryest chicken I have ever tasted. Seriosly how do businesses survive offering such poor quality. To the owner. Try your own food ! I see other businesses thrive with high quality,consistant product. Try it !!!

Came in after work for dinner. The fried chicken pieces, charcoal chicken and the chips were all freshly made and the service from the nice cashier girl was great (Asked what parts of the fried chicken I wanted when she didn't have to).

Honestly, the fried chicken here is miles better than KFC.

Will def order from again :)

Overpriced for its location - like a 7-11 in a regional area.

FYI: They don't have Menulog working and nobody picks up the phones.

Set meal menu items are generously sized, making them good value. Gravy is definitely watered down - hence striking off one star. Charcoal chicken, the main drawcard of the establishment, is good. Crispy skin outside, moist chicken meat cooked through.

Ordered chicken schnitzel and coleslaw roll & a greek salad.
The bread was stale and uneatable.
The schnitzel - cheap, processed and they couldn't even be bothered putting it in the roll before they wrapped it so I had a coleslaw roll with chicken outside the roll.
The Greek salad.
No olives. No feta. No dressing. I'm not sure they even know what a greek salad is.
The 3 small pieces of tomato were old, the lettuce was okay, butnitbwas hard to judge considering there was only half a handful of it the cucumber was in3 large chunks and 1 3rd of the salad was just onion.
Basically I paid $6 for a general salad. And $8 for a roll. Which ended up being thrown away.

You have 1 star just because I'm surprised the coleslaw was in the right place.
