The people don’t know the menu at all and made the wrong sandwich even when I questioned what they were doing twice. They then couldn’t understand how to use the rewards on the app so I just gave up and had what they had made for whatever price because it was taking ages. Just go somewhere else if you stop at this services.

Requested a receipt several times just to be ignored. Literally ignore twice. The staff then walked away again. Provided the order code 6 times to be told we haven't ordered as its not on the screen. I had to shoot down the cooking area to get someone to come out again to even try to follow the legal process of providing a receipt. They then produced someone else's receipt. Alderbury they could get our receipt as it takes 15 minutes in the office..... what the gel is going on guys. Sort ot out. Train your staff better.

Very poor service at 15.40 today at Pagnell M1 Northbound Subway. First the person got my order wrong. Then he slammed it down badly wrapped. The food was very disappointing. Waste of money and lost a customer.

Has gluten free on the menu. Wait 10 minutes to get served just to be told sorry no gluten free.

Popped in for lunch as this was out the midway point on our trip up north. All the ordering machines were working and appeared clean, and service was very quick.
I ordered the triple whopper with fries and tango, my partner ordered the limited edition chimichanga fries and burger with a coke. The staff asked if we would like bacon on the chimichanga fries too, apparently this is an option but the machines don't tell you this!
The food was excellent, made even better by the fact we don't have a Burger King near us, and lots of seating to eat at.

They dont allow the Burger King App offers or anything, there is no point buying from here with a KFC next to it which is much better. Also no coke freestyle machine. The management of this Burger King must be braindead.

Good burger with a larger range than some other Burger Kings I've been to. Staff also seem to be doing a good job serving the customers.

What can I say about this subway visit, well let's start with the menu! The joy of subway for me is that you enter pick your bread pick your filling then choose what salad you want, you make your sub your way, however in this one the choice is so limited 12 subs and they tell you how you have it, yes there was the create your own but that was basically only a unplanned mix of the other twelve! I have to say I was very disappointed with the selection and found it very hard to decide as I felt I was being forced into what subway wanted me to eat, not what I wanted! The gentleman serving was very informative about the situation and what was going on, and was very helpful, but I have to say that if all other subways go this way then I will really consider whether to go there if I'm being told how to have my sandwich and not given free choice as have always been used too! I might as well just go to tesco and buy and sandwich from there!

Absolutely terrible 50% of the que ended up asking for a refund including myself it took that long. After a really long day at work and still hours left till your home. To then be pointlessly stood in a queue for 40 mins still to get no food. And the staff quite honestly couldn't care. Like they just are so use to people complaining it don't phase them now. I'd just drive to any other services than waste my time here again

Me and partner who has a dietary requirement (gluten intolerance) went to subway because they have a GF option on their menu. When asked for the GF bread option however;
subway worker 1 to sw2 " do we have the gluten free bread?"
Sw2 " yes, but it's in the freezer and I don't know where that is"
Sw1 "oh, no we don't have any sorry"
How do you not know where the freezer is? Do you work here or not. Was it both their first day. Maybe go look for it? But no, instead it's easier to just say they don't have it after already saying they did. Bad customer service, lazy staff, poorly trained if you can even call it that

Popped in to get a quick sandwich. Realised it was card only just as the guy had got the bread. Each to their own on how they want to charge people. But they have lost my custom. A bit crazy an international franchise accepting only card.

I buy it cheesy bacon and it's a s...it,just salef and sweets and cold .i pay 20 chilli cheese and it's give just 19 .It's the first time when I eat so bad a burger king..

Was waiting 30 minutes with HGV vouchers after 15h of work. And they didn't care at all. I guess they don't understand how the food gets into stores and restaurants

I Ask For A Sandwich with A Little Bit Of mayo, And Took The Sandwich Back to my Car! Then Unwrapped The Sandwich To Find A Pile Of mayo On the Sandwich. I Felt the Employee Just Did Not Care Absolutely Horrendous.

If your staff training does not include manners and hygiene perhaps you need to rethink your training, I ordered a mega melt breakfast on 6 inch sub only to be given it on a flat bread when I tried to correct my order I was told I had to have it as it was made even though this was not what I ordered, then a member of staff turned up from another part of the services and took my order out the toaster without washing his hands or putting gloves on yet again when I brought this up he said I was only in which Smith. Very Very Poor
