this café restaurant has become my go-to spot for enjoying a rich cup of traditional Tunisian coffee while getting some work done on my laptop.
What truly sets this café apart is its commitment to providing a peaceful workspace. Unlike some bustling establishments, it maintains a calm atmosphere, with ample seating options that encourage productivity. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and the staff is friendly yet unobtrusive, allowing you to focus on your tasks without distractions.

It's been a long time since I came to this place, it was among my favorites given the service and the abundance of food. this time I came back via the toogoodtoogo platform to try. the service is great, the dish on the other hand is not what I wanted for the price. it seems more like the normal price without the platform

Food was delicious however it wasn’t what we ordered at all.
Ordered a combo and a shishtaouk extra sauce and got a chicken plate and a combo extra sauce.

The meal was delicious. Chicken Shawarma Pita with Garlic Potatoes. Thanks for a great meal!

Good service, nice staff, always served with a smile! If you get a shawarma beef plate definitely ask for onions and sesame sauce on top of it, makes the whole difference!

This location is special and unique from the other Amir restaurants. You have to see it for yourself. I'm from Toronto and I was happy with finding this location.

It doesn't have the franchise feeling to this place. It is authentic and has an Arab feel to it. Nice tables and chairs and friendly staff

The food was amazing, well cooked and presented.

We then got desserts from the cafe that's in there and all together it was a perfect experience.

I highly recommend this location for your shawarma cravings or if you have a sweet tooth check out the cafe. Definitely visiting again when I return from Toronto!

Good food and amazing staff! They really aim to please the customer! First time here and will definitely won't be my last, the service is the main reason for that!

Really disappointed! My wife and I were loyal customers until the person who prepared our sandwich burned the bread and did not listen to the instructions we gave for our dish. She didn't even speak French or English and didn't understand us.

Too many people hanging around the counter, no indication of where to go or order, sat down on the terrasse and waited 20 minutes with no waiter, had to go order at the counter but very confusing of where to go. Makes you feel your not from around there, all the other patrons we’re talking to the baristas like they were friends for a long time. Have been there before and it was much better, than now.

Friendly service, restaurant was very clean, the portions were generous in the Boustan standards. Love the vegan wrap on saj bread and the potatoes with vegan sauce.

Top chicken pesto wrap. Amazing service. They do not cheap out. 10/10 The cold cream coffee is to die for absolutely amazing!

Friendly staff on the phone but painfully slow delivery even if you live close by. The food is good, but the pita bread is often hard and stale. Their portions are always generous and they listen to instructions when you ask for extra sauce, etc. They are not shy about increasing the prices on their menu though, by $2 to $4, depending on the menu item. They also once forgot something in my order, and when I called them back, they delivered the missing item along with a free dessert. It was a nice gesture, but still an inconvenience overall.

You can’t go wrong with a good cafe creama, panino and fries at Ciociaros. Definitely worth the visit.

I received Boustan’s promotional coupons in the mail.
- Tried ordering the "Duo light lunch Bowl” priced at $9.99 as shown on a poster taped on their front door and as per the coupon. For some reason, the cashier was refusing to give it at that price and instead was charging $12.99 plus tax.
- Tried ordering the “1 Pita Free when you buy 1 Pita”. Again, she refused to honor the coupon and instead charged $12.59 plus tax for 2 Pitas. I asked her, what is the point for these coupons??

This seems a little fishy to me, two straight forward transactions where they were trying to take advantage of a customer. This is not normal and very dishonest. My neighbor told me that she had a similar experience at this location.

This is not a coincidence, nor a question of training, they are purposely doing this. I am 100% certain that these are not Boustan’s normal business practices.

My friend has been anxious to eat a good vegetarian Couscous for a few months but there was none ever available until now.

Upon bringing it home, she was extremely disappointed to discover this Couscous wasn't fresh because it had a sour taste and smell.

The vegetables consisted of overcooked carrots & turnips. Nothing else.

She couldn't eat it at all as per photo attached. The entire order went to the trash bin for compost.

On a scale of 1 to 10, she would give it zero!

Subs are delicious and the price is pretty affordable compared to competitors for what you are getting!

Food is great. Uber clients and Uber drivers beware. Placed an UBER pickup order, confirmation received order is ready for pickup. Arrived at restaurant, waited 10 minutes for order being prepared on site.

If you want great food, great atmosphere and fantastic service, this is the place to go. You just want to have a latte with friends and reminisce about the old days this is the place to go, you want to have a cappuccino and complain about life family and friends... this is the place to go. You'll leave feeling a little better! Promise

Was there late for a quick bite and was curious the try another Boustan (compared to The original on Crescent) and it was up to expectations!! Great services, great taste. Very happy with my visit!
