Restaurant Boustan

The meal was delicious. Chicken Shawarma Pita with Garlic Potatoes. Thanks for a great meal!

Good service, nice staff, always served with a smile! If you get a shawarma beef plate definitely ask for onions and sesame sauce on top of it, makes the whole difference!

Good food and amazing staff! They really aim to please the customer! First time here and will definitely won't be my last, the service is the main reason for that!

Really disappointed! My wife and I were loyal customers until the person who prepared our sandwich burned the bread and did not listen to the instructions we gave for our dish. She didn't even speak French or English and didn't understand us.

Friendly service, restaurant was very clean, the portions were generous in the Boustan standards. Love the vegan wrap on saj bread and the potatoes with vegan sauce.

I received Boustan’s promotional coupons in the mail.
- Tried ordering the "Duo light lunch Bowl” priced at $9.99 as shown on a poster taped on their front door and as per the coupon. For some reason, the cashier was refusing to give it at that price and instead was charging $12.99 plus tax.
- Tried ordering the “1 Pita Free when you buy 1 Pita”. Again, she refused to honor the coupon and instead charged $12.59 plus tax for 2 Pitas. I asked her, what is the point for these coupons??

This seems a little fishy to me, two straight forward transactions where they were trying to take advantage of a customer. This is not normal and very dishonest. My neighbor told me that she had a similar experience at this location.

This is not a coincidence, nor a question of training, they are purposely doing this. I am 100% certain that these are not Boustan’s normal business practices.

Food is great. Uber clients and Uber drivers beware. Placed an UBER pickup order, confirmation received order is ready for pickup. Arrived at restaurant, waited 10 minutes for order being prepared on site.
