We attempted to order and were told to go away they didn’t have what we ordered. Original 16 piece bucket. Trouble is this has happened 3 times now. No attempt at civility. Refused a phone number for management. Don’t waste your time.

manager Daven deserves a big Zero because He made us go to the drive thru after he saw us at the counter for a while. He ignored all of us, and then the cashier clocked out without saying much. No one said anything until we asked what we should do? Poor customer service all the way..

Yikes! Clearly a leadership problem. Food tasted old. Items ordered were not made correctly. Food was clearly made and wrapped by staff members who were not properly trained. We visited around 8:00 pm and there were no exterior lights on the building. It’s not a safe location. I had a few bites of my food before stoping but the other 5 members of my party wouldn’t touch their food. We dumped the entire order. It’s sad. With all the NP traffic they should do a really good volume of business. I’m visiting from the West Coast and I asked a couple locals at our hotel about this Taco Bell after our visit and their feedback was not encouraging. I’ve worked with Taco Bell for many years. It’s a great company but this was probably the worst Taco Bell experience of my life and after reading some other reviews it appears I’m not alone in that thought.

I ordered my meal and got delivery through door dash. This is not my first time ordering through this Taco Bell/KFC combo restaurant. They rarely get my order right. The hard taco was mushy on the bottom and cold. This is not uncommon because they get soft within 5 minutes. But I was suppose to get 2 gordittas and only got one .. also order Gorditta crunch. Got it but it did not have the sour cream or tomatoes on it as ordered. I keep thinking with the amount they pay people to work in the fast food that service would be better but it is like Noone can read r something. It I very disappointing really.

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had in a Taco Bell. It took over 15 minutes to place our order and then when we got it, the Mexican Pizza I ordered was cooked too long and the tortilla shells were dark brown. They tasted really nasty! Glad we're leaving here because I would never go back.

Staff is super friendly. Wings and fries are absolutely delicious.

Def the place to go if you want a sub!! Easy and quick!!

Waited in a small line of people and was told when I got to the counter there would be a 45 minute wait before I even ordered anything. Gave 2 stars for service for the lady at the register for at least having the courage to be honest about the incompetence going on. Used to live in Bangor where the Taco Bell had triple the amount of customers consistently that never had such an issue with timing. Don’t know what’s going on here to cause such a wait.

The best subway I have ever been to. Lynn helped me and was kind, friendly, and made me the absolute best lunch on my way to Bar Harbor!

This KFC location is absolutely awful. Avoid at all cost. My entire order was screwed up and to top it off for mashed potatoes I got a full cup of brown gravy and NO drinks. And oh yeah, they charged me $60 for a $25 order so you might want to check your receipt before you pull off.

I ordered a beefy melt burrito no rice and they made a half burrito the size of 2 cheese cups. It was all tortilla and they didn't even heat the tortilla it was cold and broken like my love for Taco Bell (this location lol). I also ordered the new funnel fries $5 for 10 stale hard fries. Ridiculous and gross. This location needs more training, help, something. I miss Taco Bell sadly this is the only location within a little over an hour from my home.

This location needs new management.
The food here is RARELY fresh. Our family is a big, busy crew and the 16 PC. meal gets the evening hungries put to bed. Per usual, though, the bottom half of this evening's bucket was so old that the coating wouldn't stay on the chicken. The management at this location clearly doesn't grasp the connection between freshness and value enough to incorporate it into their franchise's culture.
The one bright point at this location is the service. The staff is always courteous and reasonably accommodating.

All the workers I've encountered here have been kind. However, the music is often too loud for the employees and customers to hear each other well. Alsp the bathrooms aren't very clean.

Lady was nice making the sandwiches. The large man helping her was very rude to her and had a bad attitude.
The music is much too loud. I never knew any other public restaurant that played Ozzy Osbourne on the radio🙄
I asked for a little bit of ranch dressing and he loaded it on top. Not recommend this place at all.

Very disappointing! KFC always had the best chicken and coleslaw. My 3pc tender meal came with coleslaw that was mostly watery mixture and tasted absolutely horrible. I took half a bite and tossed it. My chicken tenders was 2 bites and done. They were about a quarter of the size they usually are. My daughter has a 4pc tender meal and her biscuit was not fully cooked through. Her tenders was smaller than mine. I have never had a complaint about KFC until now...so disappointing. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service was the young man at the second window. He was polite and pleasant. The girl taking orders was not so much. Not sure I will be back.

Have it your way and pile on the veggies- they are free! I always tell them RUN IT THROUGH THE GARDEN!.

It took 30 mins for a family of 4 order. The tacos were ice cold and dried out (see picture). With 4 employees, it was hard to understand why it took 30 mins only to receive ice cold food. We would've asked for our money back and left, but there was a long line of people waiting to order and/or pick up their order. Near the 25 min point, the employees left the register unattended-to catch up on orders, I assume. The food had zero taste and it took longer than any Taco Bell I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and order from a different location.

I'm giving three stars when I should be giving one. Make sure when you go there, if you pay with cash, you get a receipt from the person at that window and count what's been given back to you. Thankfully who ever counted that girls drawer down gave us back our correct change. Which is why I'm giving three.

Chicken sub was good. However they did not have the veggie patty for the veggie sub :( so we had to keep hunting for food! Veggie delight, without the patty, is not as filling but is an option.

They hardly put anything in the tacos, took it home (about 5 minutes away) and the food was cold as stone, and the soda had very little syrup. It was basically tonic water with a very light tinge of baja blast.

Really the worst Taco Bell I've been to despite the friendly staff, but I would have taken bad customer service over poorly prepared and missing food items. You expect a little less from a KFC/Taco Bell hybrid but this was bottom level. They can't wrap a crunch wrap or even fill it with the proper ingredient amounts which left it essentially a hard shell corn tortilla wrapped with a stale flour tortilla. I never received my bean and cheese burritos either. Instead I found two chicken sandwiches which tasted fine. My partner also mentioned it was the saddest power bowl she ever had. They need to try harder and get some quality control, maybe a refresher course or something. It's the closest Taco Bell at 50 minutes away from my home. They need to get better or I'm looking at a 90 minute drive. Management, feel free to reach out. Lifetime customer

if i could give no stars i would. i got a crunch wrap supreme. i opened it and it only had sour cream. i am absolutely disgusted. also, the place on the inside was so dirty. i should have turned around the second i saw it. we waited 20 minutes for our food to be disgusting. the lady at the front desk was so rude and gave me looks, when i told her about this she replied with a laugh and said "awesome". the only good thing was the manage. i feel so bad for her.
