Very fresh and big portion. Love the different topics including fried chick peas and baked squash. Cheese is free. The tequila sauce is smokey and spicy.
I got a Mocha Ice Cap here. The girl was so meh, so unkind. She should not work in service. Not a smile, no kindness in her voice, just frowning. We got 2 Mocha Ice Cap with 1 spoonful of whipped topping. I asked her kindly to put there more... she started complaining to her coworker and put another spoon of topping there. All messy. I am never going to this place again.
The worst Tim Hortons i have ever went. I went there on sunday. They were out of almost everything. They didn’t have iced cappuccino, they were out of ice even i ordered the cilantro chicken bowl which they served with mayo. Literally the worst experience ever and their customer service is poor. Please dont go there and waste your time
Placed a mobile order for doughnuts and when i got there they just told they don’t have it. Waited more than 20 minutes for my order just to hear “we don’t have it”. Not the first time they did this. Othertimes, they make me wait up to 40 minutes just to get the potato wedges order. They always start making order after you reach there, specifically if you mobile order. The food is also stale and soggy, catering is the worst. You have to ask every time , when will i get my order even if your mobile order shows it’s ready, atleast expect to waste 1-1.5 hour of your life on traumatising customers service and food. Please just avoid this one. Better to stay hungry than to go there.
The worst service i ever got at tim hortons. Its not the first time this is happening this happens everytime i order my coffee my usual order is always flavoured coffee but this is the third time i ordered online and when i visited the store they said they are out of what i ordered for the third time in a row. I asked for the replacement of tiramisu cold brew to fudge brownie iced latte and that too not made correct. Fudge brownie usually have some topping over it but i dont know what they did. Tasted like hazelnut and chocolate syrup in the coffee. And latte itself suggests steamed milk even though its iced but the employee added just straight oat milk to my coffee which was not what i expected. And the most pathetic thing is employees are too busy talking to each other and not giving the best customer service ever. I tried not to post a review but this is becoming a sequence everytime i visit.

On our second visit, we encountered a situation where the lady at the counter seemed quite fatigued. Although we appreciated the quality of the bowl we ordered, unfortunately, the quesadilla did not meet our expectations as it was falling apart. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was satisfactory.
Staff was not kind and assumed I did not know anything. I got the teriyaki twist bowl and it was dry, barely any teriyaki sauce
I don’t know how a place with high turnover can serve uncooked rice, but they do. When addressed, they didn’t try it, but instead defaulted to ‘we haven’t had any complaints’. Regardless, the staff are powerless to correct a situation like this, so you need to get a call from The Manager.
Ultimately, save yourself some time and avoid Mucho Burrito. If they aren’t paying attention to the quality of the rice, I can only imagine the other areas of neglect.

I love this place, good to get lunch if you don't have time 🤓. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel at home. Brenda rocks! 🤟🏻

Arsh and his team catered for our conference lunch this past weekend and it was amazing!!! It was a large group to feed and they did not flinch!!! And not only was the food delicious but they were fast, courteous, and so much fun to work with!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
Travelled from Vancouver purposely to come and eat at Mucho burrito. Customer Service was absolutely zero. The girls behind the counter were so rude. I ordered chips and salsa on the side. The chips that were given to me were the ones that have been sitting on the counter, not warm whatsoever.
Ingredients going into the burritos are not even full portions of the measurement utensils there to be using. Overall not pleasant staff. None of them smiling.

This is one of the main locations around the mall. The food is good here and there's plenty of seating for you to enjoy your order. I would say the only downfall to this location has long lines and slower service.
The cleanliness is not great. And because it’s close to a skytrain station they often get some sketchy people coming in. And I don’t know why this is but for some reason when I go to this location and place an order in person they always get the order right. But when me and my mom place a mobile order. They always get the drinks right but they almost always get the food wrong. So I would recommend not placing a mobile order. And instead going in and placing an order in person.
I don't know why Time Hortons is getting worse and worse every day. I am a fan of Tim's Iced Coffee. I ordered at least 15 in the past month, and at least 30% of the times the order came with wrong ingredients, which is very sad. And today, I ordered an Iced coffee and a sandwich. Thank god that the iced coffee was good. But, I was waiting for the sandwich for 20 minutes and when I asked, they said we had put it here, maybe someone else toke it. And then they refunded me.
Please improve your accuracy and find a solution to better track the orders. Give the receipt to all customers without asking. Customers need to have a proof for their orders in case they want to track something. Ask customers' names and call their name when the order is ready. Not everyone is familiar with Tim's app. I have seen in developed countries their use some numbering tool to call people. Maybe Tim can also add that option. Finally, other coffee centers are much more accurate.

I’m a regular customer & I’m love Tim’s. Yesterday around 4pm I was infront of the queue then the cashier guy went to the other window counter & not bother to call me & start the guy next me. I stand there for a while hope somebody will come in counter that they started serving. I’m hanging there for while get annoyed & decided to go to Starbucks instead. Now I found out the that Starbucks is better not only the taste of their coffee but also their customer service!
Dec 5 2023 5:15pm. 20 minutes for a chicken quesadilla. No staff in the kitchen while we were waiting. Ridiculous. Mediocre al pastor tacos and inedible refried beans and spanish rice. Weird minty taste to it.
The filthiest Tim’s I have ever been to. Floors were sticky as well as the tables. One staff was wearing gloves doing everything with it(receiving cash, wiping front, making sandwiches,serving- never changed and washed his hands). 🤮🤮

I m just so done with this tim hortons . I would prefer the one in WMC over this any day. This is the 4th time they have served the quencher like this, and whenever I complain about it, they stir the drink and give it back to me. Didn't even bother this time.
I would have given them zero stars if that was an option.

It's very nice and clean restaurant, drink served was perfect and hot. We enjoyed it a lot.
Staff very slow. I come here everyday and today my soup took 20mins. My bagel with butter 15 mins yesterday. It was not even full. The staff are not in a hurry. There is one lady who acts like a sloth. Really the worst tim horton in burnaby.
Mixed feelings about this, I grabbed two Gringo Style Vegetarian Bowls on a BOGO offer which came to $33 bucks which is insanity. The taste and flavor of the food mainly was pretty dope but nowhere near the value for money and seems to be consistent from other people's reviews too.
Grub wasn't too bad, but the vegan chicken was not seasoned and super bland. All in all, I would have expected more given the price and therefore can't give it higher than a three star.

I only need 2 words to describe this place: Rip 👏 Off 👏 You pay $6 for a single taco, and should you want steak as your protein or guac as a topping, be prepared to pony up even more money. But wait, it gets even worse: there is barely any topping choices to begin with. Meat is also luke-warm and dry as bone. Everything else is ice cold. One piece of cheese I ate was near frozen! They should get an award for the worst tacos in B.C 👎
This Tim Hortons has the best tasting Boston Creams and Double Chocolate Donuts than any other Timmies. In fact, it's one of the few in the Tri-Cities that still makes Double Chocolate Donuts. They always taste fresh and the chocolate icing tastes different in a good way.
I was craving churros.
The tiny churros were priced at $5.25+tax, which I found a bit expensive.
The flavour was okay, but I don't recommend purchasing them as they aren't worthwhile.

The owner and the management needs to hire more employees like asap it’s a joke coming to this timmies and waiting 20 mins to get a coffee. And they prioritize mobile orders more than people who walk-in. Same with the Tim Hortons in the Esso gas station near by. Tim’s used to be way better experience than this it’s so unfortunate. I’d rather pay the extra and go to Starbucks at this point what a joke this has become. There’s like 2 employees working and they are just completing mobile orders while there’s a line up coz I guess that’s what they get timed on. The owner ship needs to step it up and hire more employees and stop being so cheap because I know I’m not the only person who feels this way about this. My whole lunch break is waiting on a line up.
Not the best coffee. The cappuccino i ordered was lukewarm and tasted very bland. I mean i get it that it’s a tims but the lukewarm drink was not it. Food’s not as great as the other locations.

It’s good for people on a diet. If you order a salad, your bill ends up at around 27$ and you barely eat up 600 calories. Therefore you are basically forcing yourself to eat less to save money. A lot of the kale leaves are yellow and grey, other than that, they prepare the food very very fast.
Simply and taste food, great staff and huge portion. It’s a good choice at the food court. Worth the shot!
The food is great when you (eventually get it) but when you are waiting 35 minutes (when your lunch hour is 1 hour) then yeah, they are definitely not Express, in fact extremely slow, one person who seems to take forever to serve. So after waiting for 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and will not be coming back. Sorry guys. You need to hire more people and do things faster, people can’t wait 25+ minutes to get their lunch in a food court!

It’s a food court restaurant, be realistic with your expectations and the overall quality of service. For the times I have visited, it is decent quality food for the money, no more no less.

Come across the dark Chinese lady with black glasses who takes the order — with rudeness and incredibly dismissing with pure intent to be disrespectful so you can “hurry your order”. We were standing there to make sure the stuff we will get has no allergens and she was so dismissive even said “it’s fried rice of course there’s egg what do you think”. You are disgraceful and a disgusting miserable human being and do not deserve to leave your home to ‘serve’. This woman should either not be running the business or should be fired. Food is old as well. Gross ugly service and humans there. Good luck eating the rats as well.
I always have Cazba Persian Grill in The Amazing Brentwood everytime I come visit from Calgary! Meat is always so succulent, in generous portions and prepared with care and skills 😋
One of the best cusines i ve eaten! This was the first time we were trying out Persian food and Ayub who works here suggested us to try one of their chicken and beef rice dish. He was so kind and courteous. Also he gave a complimentary bowl of gravy! We loved it.
The bowl was good. Burrito wasn't that great because it was all stuffed in and not.oxed properly so the taste wasn't same all across. Go for bowl here, probably the way they mix it isn't good enough
The food never disappoints! So fresh and delicious and healthy! The staff is always friendly and they put a good portion of food on each order. My family will always come back.

My husband went there Wednesday and got food poisoning after having the sweet and sour pork and ginger chicken. He’s had the worst few days and almost ended up in the hospital. Never again.
It was my first time trying their beef rice dish which was really delicious. The meat was perfectly seasoned and well cooked. I loved the fact that it was Halal. The quantity was more than enough for one person & the price was reasonable. 🫶🏼💕
I would give it 3.5 stars. It was good all in all, nothing interesting but a huge dish. Compare to other food court options I would say worth it to buy.
WORST Manchu location of them all!! This place is absolute trash. We got extremely sick after eating there. Also they stop making food hours before closing so like 3 hours before they close there’s barely anything left. The Metrotown location is SO much better.
I was pretty bummed out that the server only told me about the deal of the day, after I placed my order and told her I was looking for recommendations and therefore paid double the price I could have ended up paying.
However, I got a Fiesta Wrap with Falafel which wasn't bad and pretty yummy and not really hard to go wrong. I really don't see the justification of almost fifteen bucks for this though. The falafel itself was also basic, dull, pretty dry and didn't taste very fresh at all.

Your regular Tim Hortons in SFU neighborhood. We had French Vanilla, Double Tea, and Everything Bagel. The atmosphere is what I liked about this franchise the most, and the waiters were awesome.
I don’t know why people say the lady was rude, but when i visit she was very nice to me! Food was great! Ask spicy sauce.
I don't know if all Manchu Wok is like this, but this particular one serves one of the worst sweet and sour pork I have out of all the Chinese food courts I've been to. The flavour is not there, and the texture tastes like chicken nuggets that are 10% meat and 90% breads. The portion is also not as generous as the others for the same price.

It looked like he was held hostage and forced to work there the way he treated my sister and I. We said thank you to him multiple times but not once did he look us in the eye or acknowledge our gratitude let alone respond to it. He was just throwing food on the plate instead of taking the time to properly portion and plate the whole thing. The girl with green hair who was running the register was the same. Very rude and unfriendly and wouldn’t even acknowledge the customer’s presence. She plated my gheimeh stew and literally threw the tray towards me.
You can probably tell from the photos how the food was prepared and served. Not only does none of it look like the pictures on the menu, it also doesn’t even remotely look like the photos from the other reviews. I am VERY disappointed.
I might come back again for the food, but I will change my decision if I see this guy and the girl there again next time.

I had a steak burrito for lunch from here. I must admit I'm disappointed. The steak which is an extra $1 was dry and to be honest the whole burrito was pretty bland. No real spicy options either. I'd recommend not going to chronic tacos
Got my order wrong making a long wait longer. Expensive ($24 for 3 tacos). Not happy with the value, the fish was small. That's not $24 worth of food, even if I wanted tacos. Had to roll the first taco back into its shell. They tasted good. But I shouldn't have gone to A&W.

shoutout to the girls working today! I had preordered through the app and somehow the app switched my scheduled time to “prepare immediately”. I called to ask if they could wait until 3pm to make it, and they made a note of it with no problems! I frequent this location often and the food is always so fresh and yummy!
Got the Cobb salad - friendly staff and clean location.
Review update (2 years later) Cobb is still solid. Extra egg and chicken this time around for even more protein.

The portions here are very large! The food itself is okay. Part of the reason for this is that they have so many customers that they Rush while making your food, therefore you don't get to customize your food as you feel rushed to move from Station to Station. We're also very quiet so I was unable to hear the options that were providing me as they were trying to build my burrito. I would return if they could modify the way that we ordered the food.
