All I can say about this insurance company is that they are super nice I believe they're located in Hendersonville and if I have a problem they are easy to get in contact without a electronic secretary and their insurance is the cheapest one here in Tennessee and that's the truth so if you are looking for insurance don't hesitate don't take my word for it give them a call Don't delay

I have 5 kids on AAA , they never show up when needed,we waited 7 hours today along with 5 calls and they still haven’t arrived, the phone personal is rude. I reported them to the better business bureau.

This is for the travel agents in GH. The previous agent did a wonderful job with a trip to Italy, catering to what we wanted and making adjustments, but she has left AAA. The current agent was less willing to look for what we actually want and went right to the most expensive package. He tried to tell me what we wanted to do rather than listen. When I asked for an alternative he simply stated that it was the only package available with no regret. No willingness to look for separate flights and hotels for us. I ended up making our own arrangements and will not call them again

The trip for our students was incredible. Devon planned an excellent itinerary - the location of our hotel, the food selections, the way our days where planned - he gave attention to every detail. Our guide, Mira, was amazing. She added so much to our time in DC. She was invested in making this trip the best it could possibly be for our students - from start to finish. We are already planning for next year!

I am very disappointed in Triple A of Tennessee. So, I had to come up to Tennessee for work today. I’m from Alabama. So, when I got up here, I realized that lost my Debit card prior to leaving. I’m not sure if I dropped it or if it was stolen. So, I contacted Triple A thinking they would help me. I pay for the premium service. I call and make a request for some gas. I was anxious and was trying to figure out what to do. Obviously, I’m a woman alone in another state and not familiar with the area. After I called triple A, I’m looking for alerts on my phone texts, anything. I’m not receiving any text or anything. This is a bit nerve-racking, because when I’ve had to use triple A in the past, I’ve gotten regular alerts and knew what was going on. I wasn’t getting like that. So, I didn’t even know if I was in the system to have someone sent to me. Finally, after an hour, I get a voice recording message stating I was next on the query, and they were going to send someone out to me. An hour goes by and no one is sent out to me. I call and speak to somebody named Natalie and she tells me that they can’t send someone out to me, because they can’t give me enough gas for Alabama. I was aware they couldn’t give me that much gas. I was trying to find a solution. I was anxious then I realized there was a Regions 15 to 20 minutes up the road and all I needed was enough to get up there to get my card replaced. The gas that Triple A brings would have been more than suffice to get me that far from where I was located. However, I feel that even if I did want to try to use what little gas triple A brings premium members to try and get back to Alabama, that’s my business. Again, though, I was in a state that is not my own. I was anxious and I was trying to figure out what I needed to do. I received absolutely no help from Triple A today. I actually was able to find some change in my car that got me to Regions.When you’re stuck in your car for like two hours, you start doing some cleaning and looking for change while waiting. I finally was able to make it to the Regions, they replaced my car no problem. There was a gas station literally next to the Regions. I was able to fill my car up and take care of business, per normal. With that being said, I am extremely livid when it comes to Triple A. I even tried to call back and talk to a supervisor and complain, because obviously I was /am upset. I do not believe that I spoke to a manager because the woman was not helpful. She basically just said it was over and they couldn’t do anything now. Wow! I thought Triple A valued their customers, but apparently I was wrong. I wasn’t getting any alerts of any kind. I’m just sitting there wondering if they even know about me. Triple A of Alabama has always sent regular alerts, I never felt like I was by myself. They even have United call on their phone and let you know what they’re doing, where they are - so you know they’re working on getting to you.
This was an awful awful Experience! As a single female out of state, I just needed Triple A to work with me a little bit. I pay for premium service Of which includes gas if I request it. I’ve also been a premium member for years so I know how much gas I’m allotted. I just need to Triple A to do their part and bring me the gas and I would figure out everything from there! Thanks for nothing!

Worst AAA I have ever encountered. It was Jan 20, 2024. I called at 8:30pm. They said they would call when on their way. One hour went by. No call. I called them. They said someone would be there at 10:48. No one showed. I called. They said they couldn’t find anyone to help me. I had a flat tire and my battery went dead by this time for using my hazard lights. It was snowing and freezing cold. They said I could leave my keys under the drivers side mat and find a ride home and they would tow it to a tire place in Spring Hill. So I left my car unlocked and found a ride home. I received no call back all night. I woke up at 6am and called them. No one picked up my car all night. I told them this is ridiculous and that they should be liable if my car was stolen or damaged because of their negligence! I ended up having to take care of this alone with my son and AAA never helped me. I have been a member for over 40 years in California and never had this problem. I moved to Spring Hill TN a year ago and this is how I was treated here! Now I feel I can’t rely on AAA in middle TN the way I could in So Cal.

Southwestern Travel was top notch! They handled absolutely everything before and during the trip! Best student travel experience I’ve had by far! Highly recommended!

Lucas arrived at the time he had texted me. He was very courteous and greeted with his name and handshake. He was very efficient in loading my car and securing it to the truck platform. Lucas confirmed the address I was sending the car, thanked me, and was on his way. I received a text from him that the car had been delivered. Lucas exceeded my expectations with ease.

Carol helped us to plan our trip to Spain (summer 2023). She kept us in budget with the nicest of accommodations! She and the agencies she works with helped us when we had a trip interruption and had to file for trip insurance claim. I can’t say enough great things about her personal approach and support. We will use her again without question

booked a hotel from amex travel link but then got double charged for over 1k dollars. disputed with the agency but despite no fault on my end, have been waiting over 4 months still no refund. This service totally ruined Amex brand.

I would like to let people know that I witnessed my friend be swindled by Tyler Van Bussom from this company.
He needed a $50 deposit to start the travel plans which is ti be deducted from the cost of the trip.From the start Tyler would take a long time to get back to her with arrangements when she needed to have the trip booked right away. There was always a team that worked on “the proposals”. So what does he do exactly? Asking to speak while he’s on the road and has a few minutes?????!!
The said “proposals” were always more expensive than what we found. She was staying with me while preparing for this trip so I was right there during this whole ordeal. We started researching because they took too long and he would never tell her the detains of each booking. It was withheld information.
We ended up booking the trip when he wouldn’t even deduct the $50 deposit (which he said would be done) from the last proposal.
Then later he admitted he made a mistake. But it was too late. The trip was booked by us.
Instead of acting from integrity and refunding the deposit, he kept it.
Awful business tactics and a strange way to run a company.
Proves we really don’t need travel agents anymore. Not ones like him.

I have travelled overseas with Carol and her group three times this year. We have been to Costa Rica, Morocco, and South Africa. All of the trips have been excellent! The accommodations have been first class, the itineraries have been very interesting and fun. Carol always attracts a good group of travelers who are adventurous and get along well with others. Carol is a very experienced world wide travel planner and offers the utmost experience for each destination. My first time using Erica I was a little skeptical but the Resort was AMAZING in Cancun. We did have a few problems on initial booking but Erica did everything in her power to make it "Right". Her client service was impeccable! I would definitely use her travel agency again!!!!

For the last 15 or more years Janet Krebs at BMV has ensured that destionations were reached, luggage arrived and returns were safe and on time. This may not seem unusual, however three of those trips were to remote areas in Tanzania. One cruise expedition provided an exceptional rescue when my husband and I took the wrong ferry in the Caribbean.
I toatlly trust her judgement and would recommend to any friend who loves traveling as much as we do.

Carol and Andrews Travel helped us plan a fantastic trip to Greece the summer of 2019. We have used Andrews Travel on many trips. The savings on International Flights is incredible. The group trip to Alaska was unforgettable. We saw and did so much in 10 days: Fairbanks, glass top train ride, hiking across tundra, lodging in Denali, inside passage on small ship and saw too much wildlife to name. Even on a trip we could book ourselves like Sandals Exuma, Carol was able to get extras like a champagne reception upon arrival and a private family dinner with photographer at the end. We always book with Andrews Travel.

Our travel agent, Emily, was fantastic, helping us navigate everything from Covid-related issues to dealing with last minute airline changes. I cannot begin to describe how nice it is to have someone else dealing with all the details that go into planning a family trip. Emily is very quick to answer back with any questions and we will continue to plan all of our trips through her.

I've booked a Walt Disney World family vacation through Travelink, American Express Travel as well as a Norwegian Cruise. My travel advisor, Wendy, was absolutely phenomenal. She provided us with excellent recommendations, took care of booking the reservations, and made sure everything went smoothly. I was able to get a phenomenal price and and even received some free onboard credit to use while aboard the ship, that I otherwise would not had been eligible for, if I hadn't gone through this travel agency.

Just spoke with Tommy from this agency, she was very rude, a vacation should be a happy experience, and you can obviously tell that she has no training in customer service, I was really interested in what this agency might have to offer, but I will not give my money to a company that hires rude employees, her tone of voice and choice of words were unacceptable, I would not recommend this place to anyone, and you should definitely not use Tommy as your travel agent.
