Worst pharmacy ever. Can't get a order done on time ever! I've given them a week a day half a day they never have them done ever. Don't go here. Rude and lazy.
This pharmacy is absolutely the best one I’ve ever been a patient at! Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful, and they always fill my prescriptions super fast, which I appreciate a lot!
Jenisha, main pharmacist at Fairway Pharmacy, is amazing! She really cares about her patients/clients and is really knowledgeable. She always has my medications ready for refill and often times will call me before a refill is due to remind me. Always a great and welcoming visit at the pharmacy.

Prices here are excellent for both product and prescription. Nearly half the price for the same eye drops sold at shoppers. Thank you for your integrity in these trying financial times. Staff is also very kind.
After coming from Shoppers I didn’t have the highest of expectations regarding pharmacies and their customer service. After having my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy I was immediately shocked by the communication and helpfulness of the staff. The pharmacist is kind, polite, knowledgeable and takes the time to chat with you, explain your medications and it actually feels like he cares. I wish I would have come to this pharmacy much sooner!!! Thank you for everything! I would give 100 stars if I was able.
Doc skips younger people and thing I need is not insure anymore didn't want to do his due diligence of calling to check in and keeps assuming downstairs is something when it's not and not asma or bronchitis I kno myself. Have learning disability when my mom and doc wouldn't let me speak then expect silences from me. I know myself over a laptop fate decisions, nore grab a book like your unpredictable. Reasons on depression meds because couldn't get actually help with workplaces and everything. I'm so grateful that emergency in mental ward so helpfully letting me speak doesn't feel like your putting time in patient care especially 10 mins from doctors it seems like coming to emergency instead of acting. How steotype me homeless person looking for hight when lack. Trying to explain what got his answer isn't patient care. Now think gonna come get my vomiting medicine over it NO. Been doing alot better for myself then give in to losing all hope with everyone. Long-term couselor left and family doctor where I knew was waste of time to hear anything from me and karma in my favor not for me and thanks for hearing out my message I appreciated.

I switched to this Pharmasave when I moved to Kitchener last year and the staff have been so friendly and personable with every visit. Today I went in to pick up some medication and while I was waiting I asked for some advice on the dermatitis I’ve had on my eyelid for a couple of weeks. Mike was happy to answer any questions and prescribed me an ointment for my eyelid, which he made while I was still there. That was this morning and I’ve already noticed a significant difference in the redness and swelling of my eyelid. I had a very pleasant experience here, Mike was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank you :)
I keep on going back to Pharmasave Tannery after repeatedly being disappointed with Shoppers. Their pharmacists are great, take time to offer advice and during COVID we had our prescriptions delivered at the door for free. I am sticking with this pharmacy for our family's needs.
My experience has been very positive. The pharmacist is smart and compassionate. Several issues were cleared up just by having a conversation with him and having a few meds switched around. I felt well looked after.
they always get your prescription wrong they never call you when a medication is on back order so your left hanging with no medication for days? so if you have high blood pressure and need medication to keep it under control does that mean if it spikes with no medication and have a heart attack or stroke it’s their fault absolutely!!!! getting through to them by phone ? well you might as well forget it your not getting through horrible customer service will be switching pharmacies very soon!!!!!
Poor communication from the pharmacy. They never have enough stock of my recurring prescription and do not seem organized in ordering stock and informing customers when the rest of the stock is available for pickup.

Jenisha is amazing and truly cares about her patients! She always remembers me and what prescriptions I require, she's compassionate and accommodating, and delivers exceptional, personal service. Unlike at other pharmacies where I've had to wait 45 minutes or more for routine prescriptions, she always fills my prescription within minutes. I would highly recommend Fairway Pharmacy and Clinic!

The pharmacists at this location are very knowledgeable, friendly and proactive. They call when I’m due for a refill (and have forgotten to request it) and they contact my doctor’s office when I’m out of refills. Bonus: they don’t charge a hefty fee either. I also appreciate that I can use the app to request refills and see what prescriptions I’ve filled with them in the past.
Michael is amazing and runs this place extremely well. He knows his clients well and will always go out of his way to make sure his clients are safe, well taken care of, and always on top of his priorities. We love this pharmacy.
Very professional, very friendly, always find what I need. They call you to remind you if one of your medications needs to be refilled and get your prescribing doctor’s approval for that.

Having a pharmacist’s that will go the extra mile for their patients, show support and provide real feedback and advice is extremely necessary and that’s what I’ve experienced at this location for many years. The pharmacy staff and delivery driver have been equally fantastic!!

I have been going to Riepert Pharmacy for over a decade. The staff is always friendly, informative and efficient.
Spoke to this pharmacy last week to have my file transferred from a different brand pharmacy. The woman was very friendly and reassuring that everything would be done properly. I received a text from the a few hours later confirming the transfer and asking permission for text alerts for refills, so I assumed it was all done correctly. This morning I called with a question about a restricted med that I take and she starts questioning me in who gave me these drugs bcz they only have 1 script for me and thats not it. I explain that i that I take 3 different meds and they should have that in the file transfer. She says no they only sent us X. I tried to talk to her about how to resolve this issue and she informed me it wasn't their problem... tried to speak to the store manager and he told me that she was the pharmacy manager so there was nothing he could do. I now have a 3rd pharmacy trying to transfer my scripts from 2 different places...
Mike and his crew, Romy, Mere, and Sandy are the best. My husband and I feel like part of their family. We relocated to the other end of the city but kept using this pharmacy. We’ve been with Mike since before he started here. There have been so many times that they have come to our rescue after hours. I would recommend Country Hills pharmacy to anyone who wants to feel like you are the only person in the world when getting assistance. Love all of you and thanks for everything you do.

Every time I call this pharmacy someone is always willing to help. For Example, one of the pharmacists want to assist me by calling my insurance, as my insurance was not going through this type of service is always going over and beyond. What a wonderful store to go to. Ahamd was very helpful, he answered all my questions over the phone and while my boyfriend was at the store picking up 3 things I needed for my son, who is sick. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service I received today. I 100 percent recommend this store .

It is so hard lately to find compassion, kindness and professionalism but that's what you find here. Michael and Mariam are great and very helpful. I also had a pleasure to meet Mr. Sayed once or twice and he was great as well. Thank you Michael and Mariam for being here. Today's world needs more people like you.
I have gone here for nearly a decade now. So much so that they don't even need to ask my name ... And yet today when I was a little late getting to the location, I was treated reprehensibly by a staff member who when I smiled and said "oh, are you closed now?" She covered the one side of her face to make sure I recognized she was intentfully ignoring me despite it being a casual comment said with a smile.
As a member of the LGBTQ2S community as well as a member of the Metis nation, I am deeply confused and insulted by being dismissed like I was a disease.
I will be going there one more time to pick up my prescription when they are open and will never again disgust your employees ever again with my smile or fluid gender expression...

Officially posted closing time is 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Arrive at 5:50 on a Tuesday to pick up prescription, a 2 minute ordeal. Employee shuts door in my face as the last customers walked out. No joke, I was two metres from the door about to open it. I was shocked, other customers were shocked. Giving the employee the benefit of the doubt that she had not seen me, I go around to the front door. She refuses to service me when I ask because apparently pharmacy is closed at 5:50! If you close the doors at 5:50, officially post 5:50 as your closing time, not 6:00. Had I arrived at 5:59 it would have been understandable, but this experience clearly shows this business doesn't respect their customers' time and money. Originally came here to support a smaller local business. Taking my business to Shoppers which is 5m walk away, and across the street from work.
The pharmacist Tania is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She helped me clear my queries quickly. All the staff's services are appreciable as well. They were very fast and had no long waiting as I have experienced from other pharmacies. Thanks for providing such an outstanding service!
Update: nothing changed. Came in there for a “quick second@ had a questions for one of the people at the pharmacy counter, didn’t even need the pharmacist…I’ve never seen three people serving one customer and not pay attention to the next one for the 10 minutes I stood there. Jokes, laughs and complete disregard for the people in line.

I received my Covid booster shot from the Benton Pharmacy. It was a hassle-free experience without much wait times compared to other the pharmacy I went last time. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Benton medical Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacy in Downtown kitchener. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get OTC medications right away. The service provided is excellent and professional. Highly recommend this to everyone.
This is an excellent pharmacy. Very professional, and the staffs are helpful and friendly too. I was there to fill my son's prescription and they got it ready in a few minutes. Excellent patient counseling as well.
Best pharmacy I've dealt with. Ramez is the kindest, most friendly pharmacist I've ever met. I just walk in there, and without even having to give my name he has my medications ready for me. They also seem to refill my meds a day or 2 before I run out which is great!
I was shopping with my friend the other night and we were kindly greeted and later checked in on by Yvonne. She was also so kind and sweet when we went through the register. She provided extremely friendly and helpful customer service and is phenomenal at her job!

Flu shot sign up was time consuming. 3 email reminders which is fine. We arrived and they avtually did not have the shot for under 61. Staff said system did not catch it even though it had our birthdays. She said she tried to phone many times that morning, but no call history on my cell. Drove directly to Queens pharmacy and they had under 61 shot and we both got it.
This place is great! Excellent service and prices. The Pharmacy staff are very kind and caring. I would not go anywhere else. The staff at the front of the store are quick and always happy to serve you. I very seldom wait in line and when I do it is not for very long. Highly recommend this store.
Great little pharmacy! Called this morning around 9:30 am in regards to purchasing crutches for children. They didn’t have any in stock but put me on a brief hold and let me know they would have some brought in from another store! I was able to pick up the crutches less than 2 hours later! The service they provide is top notch- Thanks again for all your help today!
They used to be good, their staffs and pharmacists have been changed and now it's a chaos there. I always order my meds a couple of days ahead and still not ready for pick-up. Their customer service went down the drain recently, no respect, no knowledge. Going to transfer to another pharmacy. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

Went to get my booster the other day (January 10th 2022) was very happy with the nurse. They (didn't get the chance to ask the nurse what their pronoun was) took the time to get the needle ready before inviting me into the private room to administer the shot (I'm squeemish with needles). Was very happy with my experience at this location.
Went for a PCR test a week ago, still no results. Pharmacy says public health is just backed up but I know others who got their results in less than a week. Starting to think they lost my sample or didn’t submit it.
My highest compliments to Hind, the owner/pharmacist. She works extremely hard and tends to each customer carefully. She knows lots of regulars by name and has a great sense of humour.

Courtland Pharmacy are the best.. I have been going there since 1975.. The Pharmacists go beyond giving Prescriptions. Hind is such a wonderful & helpful person..I would reccomend this pharmacy compared to the big Pharmacys.

They need to hire a new delivery driver I am so dissatisfied I normally love the Pharmacy but when the person delivering my order came to my house he called me but I didnt answer as I was in the bathroom I called him back 3 mins later and he said he could no longer deliever it today and I would have to wait till tomorrow this is medication I need and can not wait till tomorrow he then hung up on me and refused to answer my call when I called back I hope something can be done I plan on calling the manager tomorrow and if that doesn't work I will be going to the owner or the media I am so disgusted with the way he handled it
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I've been dealing with this pharmacy for a decade... I've moved, and normally upon moving I would switch my pharmacy to one closer. Not this time... I live directly across from a large pharmacy but decided to stay with Pharmasave at The Tannery because the service is simply the best! I actually tried the larger,closer pharmacy out, but there was no contest! "My pharmacy", is worth the walk!

Michelle is the only staff member with any empathy or at least the appearance of it. I've been a client for almost 7 years this pharmacy. And if Sam is working and I have anything that varies from the basic refill will be met with blatant and warrant rudeness and she's even lied to my doctors for asking for the rare early dispensing of my medication. So please do be prepared for comments like; "I'm eating my lunch, why are you calling and asking question(s) about the medicatio(s), we dispensed you?" One would expect that asking questions and inquiring as to possible side effects would be met with respectas they are toxicoligists and suppose to ensure as to the health and possible adverse side effects medications can cause. Sam is the aptamy of thise few that hate their job and have destain for the clients that pay her salary. EXPECT ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY. I will be moving my medications shortly. In addition to writing the Pharmasave head office and the Ontario Pharmacists Association as to her mistreatment of me and other clients. I suffer from chronic pain and I don't deserve to be treated and spoken to like a dog. No one does.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience. Medication was changed by doctor the and they had already prepared the old prescription instead of altering the dosage they insisted upon us paying $220 for the medications that we could not use. Absolutely appalling how they refused to alter dosage and took the insurance company calling for them to back down. I will not ever return here and I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.
This place is the best! They have excellent staff, Simone, Selena and Lauren; you are exceptional! They explain in detail if hesitant on a product, I felt better after a phone call! The Pharmacist, is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to; always willing to help. You can call, and he asks how you are doing! This pharmacy, is the above and beyond! 🎖️

The service is quick with fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Selection of OTC products is okay. There doesn't seem to be any special services offered by the pharmacy. Overall a good place to go for prescriptions 🙂
