Thanks for Carty. J.
Everything is good .
She was very nice officer.
I think they are all very good peoples in this building. Thanks for all of you guys.
Info: try to come early before your appointment time like an hour minimum.
Inshaallah everything will be fine
The line a bit long but went smooth start with officers keeping the line, window lady that said you’re going to be okay and impressed with officer that interviewed me , really professional and kind .Thanks
On Saturday I went to take my citizenship test and when I was with the agent in the office the folder he had was not mine. Incredible but true, I had to leave and not receive my exam because my documents did not appear and I have not yet received a response from them. A total disaster…

I am very disappointed how your workers are working. 26 Federal Plaza office treats disrespectfully. They made wrong travel document for me for 575$. I had to fly 2 days ago, but thanking God I didn’t. Otherwise I would lose my humanitarian parole. I made a second appointment and I was told I will speak with a supervisor. But they didn’t call him when I came. All the employees took turns posing as supervisors when I asked him to come in. They made again wrong document for me, despite on I showed them an example of what other parolees receive and despite on my emergency. Moreover they are shouting at people, closing their windows without explanations, and “don’t care” their favorite words. Can somebody teach them to work?
Amazing day 🇺🇸 God Bless America
Helpful and efficient staff. Quick service.

My naturalization experience here has been excellent! The whole process went quickly, even though they asked me to submit more documents after my interview. The N14 came within a week, and the oath ceremony was scheduled within a month. The interview was short and easy, and the office staff I met were really friendly!

Worst staff
Receptionists for filing are RUDE. You address them nice and formally and they do NOT return the politeness.
Who is hiring these ladies?
Many skibidi toilets in here.. I'm Scary
THE REGIONAL OFFICE ON HOUSTON STREET IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. VERY CONCERNED WORKERS WHAT A PLEASURE
Unlike what website said This regional Office does not do in person identity verification. Don't waste you time going there.
I came to assist a friend. Our appointment was at 8:30. An hour later no judge, no assistance, no information. These type of federal building are too comfortable doing the bare minimum and they start working whatever time they feel like.
My issue was addressed in a very timely manner and I was in and out in record time! Many thanks to Miss Crone at the front desk on the 4th floor.
Im very disappointed. I had an appointment at 8am. They called me at 3pm. They can’t have people waiting there for hrs. It’s inhuman. Goes against people rights. There’s also baby and lost of children. 👎👎
The line was long, but no need to come too early because you will just wait outside. I came 20-30 mins before the appointment and it was perfect! Everyone was very friendly and nice.
Visited on today 5/6/21, to get se help.with sorting out my claim. Fue to Covid the office hrs are 9am to 1pm and all interactions are via video chat with the exception of reception. Save yourself the trip and book an appt on line it's would be the same thing.

I work for an agency that assists this population and I just called to inquire about a case and the operator hung up on me halfway through my second question. Guess there's a one question limit that I didn't know about? Extremely rude.
The judges and interpreters were great
I wish I could give zero start to this review but I can't. It was my first time calling this Court to check upon a case and I was so impressive to how RUDE the operator was. I asked her the DHS address and after she finalized telling it, I wanted to confirmed with her to make sure I got the correct information; however she just hang up in my face. How rude! I was very disappointing!
After reading some comments I felt it was my duty as a fellow veteran to be transparent as well. What a horrible experience! Where do I start... smh. So I live all the way out in Yonkers so I had to drive all the way down to the only vocal rehab available for me at a great distance. A place that's so inconvenient along with a regular va 800 number where the wait time is ages, was my first red flag. This shows us vets they do not want to be bothered or even spend money on a call service area. Upon arrival for appointment, I was waiting for an hour pass my appt time and wondered either I was not going into someone else appt time or we ALL had the same appt time. There were no chairs waiting at the front door, mind you, most of us are disabled veterans. Myself with back and bilateral foot problems along with disc problems. No chairs even when we went upstairs to fill out a packet, we waited in line. Once I spoke to a representative, I have never in my life felt so offended and spoken to in a condescending way. My counselor was sort of in training but her mentor was horrible. She spoke as if she was better than me and made better choices in life than me. ( Vanessa Carlton - A Thousand Miles song in my head smh). If I cannot call the office itself shows me a lot about helping us vets. Try to avoid this place at all cost, literally and figuratively.
Not sure about other offices in this building but the Vocational Rehab counselors are very unreliable. They reassure you that they will pretty much have your back and keep their end of the "contract" as long as you keep yours. Except! They really dont have to meet the promises they've made or information they have provided to you because there isnt any consequences for their mistakes... I have only been in the program for two months and I am already dissapointed. My emails never get answered unless I call (after waiting at least two weeks for a response). I was told incorrect information that made a huge difference in my studies and I found it difficult to trust the counselor that was provided to me. He was very uninformed and just pretty much "winged" the process... I should have stayed with the gi bill honestly. I had more resources and more control over those resources. Rather then having to BEG my counselor for help. It's disgusting.
I shared an elevator going up to their floor in the building, and they were cute, seemed like they were really smart and they worked out. All men though.
Very nice environment, officers were helpful. If you ask something they answer very nicely unlike some other govt office, but the lady who took my civics test she was little rude not a big deal tho. Like very little. Cause i guess she was doing same thing again and again since morning thats why i guess. But it was okay.
I walked into this office to simply ask about getting a copy of my DD-214 or a letter of service. 15 minutes later I was given 2 copies of a Letter of service and the application form all highlighted to get a DD-214. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful. I was satisfied with my visit. I didn’t call them, I just walked in.

The NY division of Veterans Affairs on Chambers was completely useless to me. They wasted 20 minutes of my time just to tell me they couldn’t give me a letter of service and to go online to get a DD-214.

I’ll be back if I need something else.
Clean very friendly people well trained and really going out of there way to help people solve problems
The story line was good but the actors had no personality!
Phone's never answered. Wait time is ridiculous. Parking sucks. WOW! Has the DAV changed. They've gone from helping the average vet to turning them away. There was a time when they genuinely cared about vets. Now it appears they're the ones we're fighting against.
